I am very much disappointed and decided that not interested to take this membership for me. I am mentioning all the point below how you guys swindle me from started.

1. Your executive (Rani/ritu) called me and said we have holiday plan with breakfast included and they will meet me at royal park hotel personally to explain all the things and no need to carry single rupees or card.. Which was completed false statement.

2. Once mr ajay started discussion i asked for minimum tenure then he started with 10 year which was again completely wrong statement as 5 year plan was minimum tenure and it is showing on website also.

3. You confirmed me that i need to pay 7k per/year and later confirmed that it is 7k/week which was again wrong statement at all.

4. You guys confirmed we have 7 to 8 properties on each location and when i checked on site it was again completed false statement. I asked for demo then also you denied.

5. Finally you guys given commitment that this will not repeat and best service will be provided and i accepted the request to take 5 year membership.

6. You committed that by 23rd maximum you will return dd of 40 k which is access amount you taken but again false commitment.

7. Customer care send an email that you will return in your card but that also rahul denied later.

8. Rahul committed that by 2nd april i will get dd in between 12 to 2 pm

9 now rahul called me and changed his statement that he will provide check not dd.

This all completely unacceptable and beyond the limit. I have not taken any service till now then also more then 50 emails i send but no one want to take ownership.. If company not having money 40 k in account to return in 20 days then i think company should declare bankrupt.

Cancel my membership with immediate effect and return 1.3 lakh asap.

Hi Team, I am taking my complaint back as of now because My Ujjawal was very kind and he was listing issue very carefully .he asked to take complaint back .I paid 1.3 Lakh to company and they returned 40 K as a check today which was access amount they taken for 5 year membership . 90 K is still with company for my 5 Year membership and I have not taken any service till now. I hope they will provide best service in future when I ever I will contact then for reservation and fulfill all the commitment which been given during selling me membership. Hoping for the best and hope I will come again over here for any complained if they will not make any false commitment later. Thanks a lot

    Our Complaint has yet not been resolved and CHIS is not refunding our hard earned money at all. we are writing them since December 2018 and communicating even before that to cancel our membership. they are openly looting people with this fraud membership. We have not availed any stay out of this membership. Please help us for getting our hard earned money back. the story of how we were trapped is again being told below.

    We received a message from Country Holidays Inn & Suites(CHIS) stating that we have won 2N/3D stay, 2 movie tickets and dinner vouchers. To claim this, we had to visit their office in MGF metropolitan mall, Gurugram. Initially we ignored this, but then we got multiple calls from them saying it'll take just 45 minutes and requested us to visit their office. After so many calls of chis, we agreed to attend their session. The calling person insisted us to come for this session in the evening and committed that we will not be forced to buy any membership. We will just be shown some presentation which will take around 45 minutes. However, the truth is something else. When we reached there around 7 pm on 20th july 2018, they made us sit in closed room and they started playing with our minds. They kept luring us till 11 pm midnight and did not let us go. We, with two young kids, were so hungry & tired by that time and finally got trapped in their plan unfortunately & cheated under the membership no. Chisdl774711 which was forced on us, with all false statements, lies and false promises and commitments at the time of offering the membership to us.

    Their sales person ms. Gayatri dubey in gurgaon office at metropolitan mall, mg road, gurgaon, trapped us to take the membership by telling all fake statements that they have all 4-5 star properties in their list which generally costs rs.8, 000/- to rs.10, 000/-, but it will cost to us only around 2, 000/- after taking the membership. However, in actual we see most of properties listed at their app are generally available in the range of rs.3, 000/- to rs.4, 000/-.

    We had paid hefty amount of rs.1, 35, 000/- for taking their bogus membership wherein no breakfast, no dinner or lunch is included. There is never ever any support from their so called consumer support team. No one picks up the call first of all. If by any chance, they pick up the call, they ask to refer online mobile app only. For everything, we have to write email, for which again no response comes. At the time of selling this membership, ms. Gayatri dubey said they are available any time if we want to have any suggestion, any support, any clarification about any property. We can anytime approach them for booking related matters. Now for anything we approach them, they says they are not available. Office opens up only up to 6 pm etc etc. And we have to write to customer support only and they cannot help us.

    For the reason of having such a bad experience with chis, till date, since the membership taken, we had not availed any booking of hotel accommodation with chis membership. We were forced to sign the agreement there and then only under complete undue influence by ms. Gayatri dubey and she committed the agreement can be cancelled anytime, if we are not satisfied and the entire money will be refunded.

    Despite paying our huge hard-earned money to you, we are suffering from a complete mental torture and harassment after taking this membership, therefore, we requested them so many times by writing e-mails and calling to cancel our membership and refund our entire amount of rs.1, 35, 000/-, as this membership was sold fraudulently with all false commitments / lies / promises, but they are not returning our money and not resolving the matter.

    Being a bona-fide consumer and having paid for the services for unjustified consideration, we would expect the fastest resolution of this matter from chis and refund of our money of rs.1, 35, 000/- immediately.

      Country holiday inn & suites is a fraud company. They cheat the customer by giving fraud promise. People indulging in this are the culprits. Police is also not taking action against them. Now i am going to complain above this. The level increases. I want my hard earned back. They have my money i have not used their service. I want my money back. Chis is fraud.

        Dear Country holidays
        My membership id- CHISGND774534 . I paid 70, 000rs from my credit card it was my hard earned money now whatever is promised during that worse session was fake. It's with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration i am writing this. At the first place we were not at all interested in buying the plan but mr. naveen and another guy which was sales manager at chis forced us into buying this and promised 2 - 3 complimentary offers.Now i want to cancel my membership as i am feel being cheated by your company.

        1. your sales manager and naveen told me that i can cancel my membership without anything asked now your customer care executive is asking for some valid point.
        2.i have been offered a 3N/4D stay in goa with four tickets of each 4000/- rupees now it is showing you can avail it after making full payment.and they wrote these statements after getting my signed.
        3.. i availed the first trip to ITC Park fortune orange and i didn't like neither the property nor the services.
        4.They said i ll get 8-9 options on each locations but that is not true.
        5.They also claimed to have owned and associated with 4-5 star properties which is also false.
        6. Barring one or two properties none is 5 star category.
        7. You also did not provide any copy of agreement which you claim to be mutual but actually is one sided.

        I can write so many more false claim made by your company. I also saw many of complaints against your company in consumer forum about your fake promises, illicit and unlawful practices.

          I have been applying for vouchers since one month and everytime i get the emai l it is unavailable or our system is down. Fake company and fake promises. Horrible services. I also have a holiday that i have not redeemed yet and i know they will say it is unavailable. Please dont buy the membership. When they try to sell the membership they are so sweet and attentive. But after that they just dont care. We attended the presentation at mgf mall delhi.

            I had recently purchased the membership with chis for 10 years worth rs. 1, 40, 000 and this membership turns out to be a nightmare for me.

            1. Initially sales team members promote free holiday vouchers in mall premises and asked you to visit them if you need it. Once you visit their offices, trap starts from there as i have also been the victim of the same.

            2. They will discuss about their best properties although they do not have tie up with a single 5 star properties in most of the cities. Sales guys make verbal commitment of providing best of services with countless promises that fall flat as soon as you purchase the membership and start dealing with customer service. They take their own sweet time in responding to your queries and will keep asking same question time and again for which response is already provided just to pass the time.

            3. They have so many clauses which we come to know only after purchasing the membership. No transparency with the customers. Big liars!!!

            4. Whenever you book their hotel, in a single shot they will never provide you the same hotel booking instead ask you to choose any other hotel. If you ask for it, they don’t have the genuine reasons.

            5. Infact most of their tie-up hotels are outside the cities so please choose wisely to go with the membership.

            Because of above the reasons, i want to cancel this membership and refund the membership amount which i have paid to them.

              I am holding the membership of country holidays inn and suites and my membership id is chis
              Chis (Country holiday inn & suites) company gave me false promises and i purchased their membership. But when i tries to use them, they denied for most of the things committed at the time of payment. They take customer's money in advance and promise to provide hotel room whenever needed in certain places of the world. I paid a huge amount to this company. This company promise us to provide 5* star properties but always provide us 4* properties and most of the time 3* 2*. They told us to give near by hotels to the main market but their hotels are too far, even their 4* star hotels are very less rated, they told us to provide upper category rooms but always give us basic rooms. They even take 3-4 weeks to provide hotels room, we have to make so much calls to them for single booking and sometimes they don't even pick our calls it is so panic and time wasting task to book... We are completely disatisfied.
              We have been trying to plan 1st holiday in dec and it's become an impossible task. For past 2weeks every day we have been following up with reservation team and sales team but all we get it assurance that next few days we would get some clarity as company (Chis) has not yet up with hotels for december. Multiple follow ups have been done with no success.
              Company don't have owned properties..
              Feel cheated. Horrible and painful experience
              Need immediate refund for the money that has been given to chis..
              I have paid 135000 for this membership with amc extra. Almost 250000 for nothing. I need to cancel the memership without availing any single trip.

                I want cancel the chis membership as from the beginning when i took membership in july 2018 i understood i am in a trap as when i asked them to book hotel mariott in agra they told me they cant and said that they can give a hotel imperial which is -3 star category hotel when i want to cancel membership and i asked for trident agra which they again refused and after several
                Mails of asking cancellation of membership the customer care manager rahul arora called and said they will give sarovar premier which was also not worth but as it was my bday month i said ok but membership should have been cancelled then and there only.

                Now in septe’mber 2018 when i wanted to avail my free voucher of roseatte house stay in delhi they said they dont have the contract with roseatte house hotel and told me to book pride plaza i again said i wanted to cancel membership but they refused.

                Now again when i asked to book bali hotel they said they cant as i have to make 65000 payment first (I had already paid 80k first instalment from credit card) ans then only you can book international destinations.

                Chis refund my amount or else i will go to consumer court.

                Now if you dont then 1000 percent i will go to consumer coury media everywhere i can to expose you guys if you dont my hard earned money.

                  This is my worst experience with a country holiday inn & suites/chis (Don’t confuse it with country inn). The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you are bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swiped, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later. They give all type of wrong information and make false promises.
                  Following is the description of the incident that i have gone through with “country holidays inn & suites pvt. Ltd, shop no-7 lower ground floor, garden galleria mall, sector 38-a, noida, uttar pradesh, 201301.

                  I have filled one coupon at garden galleria mall few days back, where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels and a couple movie voucher if your names comes in lucky draw. Immediately on next day i received a call from a girl informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with movie voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the mall with my wife for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come.
                  But initially i did not go for collecting the same as i was not so interested in these types of offers. But, they kept calling me again and again to collect the gift. Then i said i would not be able to make it on weekends as my weekly off is on wednesday. So they said, they can arrange it for wednesday. I counter questioned them whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer which they denied. I then said okay, i will come. They sent me a message with a entry code and date and time for the visit.

                  I finally decided to go there on 27th feb, 2019 at around 5:45 pm. As soon as i entered a lady asked me to show the entry code i got on the message and then gave me a form to fill. I was then asked to attend a presentation about company’s promotion to get the free vouchers. There were few more people sitting there, thus, out of curiosity, i also agreed for the presentation. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as “kushmesh”. He then asked us to please introduce ourself so that we are comfortable with each other for next half an hour. He then asked you must be having some questions in your mind why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right at that moment. He then said it’s for your time for promotion of company’s new app “chis”. He then started that you must have heard about country inn and i was also under the impression that it is related to country inn hotels as the name is similar to that only and the text message also mentioned the same. He then asked me about my last vacations and said that he will offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. He then said that offer would be valid for today only. He then said this is unlike other membership plans where they sell life time plans for 5-10 lakhs rupees. My wife started losing interest and said that she is not interested in buying any plan. He then convinced that he is not at all selling any plan to me and started showing some five-star properties (Hotels). He then said what if this hotel will be available to you at 2 star hotel price etc. I said yes it would be a great deal. He kept on blabbering about various features and promises about their membership along with his aide mr. Firoz, like they have tie ups with big five star hotels chains and also have taken rooms at lease from five star hotels also in addition to stay they provide all type of other services like spa, jacuzzi and other nearby local activities to their members. But after thorough investigation we found out that they neither have any tie ups nor have taken anything on lease but simply do the booking using third party booking sites and even charge heavily for anything other than rooms even for the water.

                  He then said we have a 10 year membership plan for inr 1, 65, 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since i cannot afford to pay it. Kushmesh then called his manager mr. Shekhar chaudhary and then started giving various options like taking it on emi or paying half amount now and remaining after 2 years. They then asked me about credit cards i am having. On the pretext of checking any further offers mr shekhar immediately swiped my card for amount of inr 82500 saying that he won't be able to check the offer without swiping. They brought it down to 1, 35, 000 for 10 years and said to me that i can get it converted into emis with many further freebies including 5 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay.

                  I said it might be useful but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me who is already paying lot of emis of various loans. I even asked him to just cancel the transaction he just did by swiping my citi bank credit card.in process of convincing me he additionally offered me one-night stay at four points by sheraton hotel new delhi with my wife along with free breakfast. He additionally offered me 2 nights with breakfast at either jaipur or jim corbett and 5 bonus weeks in inr 1, 35, 000. I then also denied that i can’t pay such amount at once. He then said he will arrange emi plan exclusively for me and i can take back entire amount refund in 7 days if i will not enjoy my stay at four points by sheraton hotel. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought membership plan 4-5 years ago came and thank them for making an asset. He then showed on calculator that per night stay is costing less than rs 2, 000. I and my wife also seems convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again where they told us that at any point of time we can cancel our membership. I finally fall into their trap and said them okay. He already had swiped my citi bank card for inr 82, 500 and reamaining amount of inr 52500 was swiped from my american express card. He then came with an agreement and while signing when i wanted to go through the agreement but they did not allow us to do so saying that “sir, need not worry. It has all the information that we have discussed now and you can read it later showing the membership plan details and freebies only. You need not worry, country inn is not a small brand, you know”. I also relied on them as it was too late (09:30 pm) and we had booked a table for dinner in a nearby hotel as well. We were happy to get this deal and was waiting for membership details.

                  Then after getting home i checked google about the company and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in december 2016 only. I then related that country inn and country holiday inn & suites are two different companies. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that a fraud has happened with me and that i have lost my hard-earned money.

                  The very next day i asked for the refund by calling on customer care and also to mr shekhar. Soon a call came their senior customer relationship manager rahul arora and he managed to convince us to at least first avail their service and then decide what to do.

                  But with more investigation our suspicion grew stronger that it's completely a trap and in future they will not adhere to any of the promises and will ask to pay more charges at every stage. Even i got a previous article from times of india about a fraud case on this company where they had to return someone's money when court ordered them to do so, whose link is: https://m.timesofindia.com/city/chandigarh/travel-firm-fined-for-deficiency-in-s...

                  Now this rahul arora is saying that do whatever you want to do but you will not get refund and we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed.”
                  I then immediately replied with “i was informed that i can cancel my membership if i am not satisfied. Also, website clearly mentions the same as below:
                  In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, the member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday.

                  Please help in getting refund.”

                  I then, read the so-called agreement which mentioned things which were totally opposite to whatever they said. After researching for a while and consulting few people having knowledge of company laws i found out that according to indian contract act, 1872, this is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                  Further to add to this, in the consumer forum ludhiana (Case no.553, dt.05.07.2012) the hon’ble judge specifically addressed this issue of ‘non-refundability’ – “further the plea taken by the ops (Country vacations) that as per the terms and conditions of the impugned contract, the membership fee once paid is non-refundable is also not sustainable, as the impugned contract is one sided standard form of contract (Where the parties are not equal in the bargaining power) which the ops got prepared according to serve their interest and the complainants were supposed to sign only on the dotted line. For such a view we are guided by the judgement by the hon’ble supreme court reported in air1986 (Sc) 1571.”

                  After going through all the reviews and complaints against this company i finally understand that this is completely a fraud where you will not get booking of your choice. They don’t have their own hotel as mentioned at the time of booking. They have floated a company whose name is like country inn just to make people fall into their trap easily. I just don't want to avail any of your services and later regret for rest of life for being cheated and frauded, just return my money so that i can live in peace.

                  Please help me to get my money back since this a purely a fraud that has happened to me.

                  It's already been 2 weeks, these people don't even care to respond or try to solve my problem.
                  Same happened with me I used its service found it no value for money. At the time of membership, they said only you will get a refund in 7 days in case of dissatisfactory but when I ask for a refund they offer me some other trip and when I rigid to my words they sent me an email by saying "As per our discussion with you, your consideration would be reversed within 45 working days after deduction of Rs.15, 000 as admin fees." within an hour they sent me another mail

                  This is to apprise you that as per appended email sent in addition to the same and the discussion held between you & me, for the cancellation/refund policy and the charges will be applicable as mentioned below :

                  In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, The member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday by writing to us at [protected]@countryholidaysinnsuites.com. Refund will be processed after deducting administration charges, ASF and GST.

                  I have no idea what they are playing. They do not have any right to take anybody money with fake promise.
                  Find my 4-5 start service in the attachment and for this, they are deducting my amount or want to stay back with their membership.

                  Refund the full amount.

                  Yes, they have no care about their members. Daily I am writing them on FB and they delete my comments and now they block me to publish the comments. This type of action only taken by a fraud company only.

                    Fake promises:-
                    At the time of membership, they said we will arrange hotel and tickets contact person was krishna and shekher.
                    They also promised us for the refund if we will dissatisfy with their service and they have not mentioned any kind of t&c.
                    After taking membership they denied the trip by saying you will get this trip after 21 days. After lots of fight t and discussion, they agreed on us for hotel booking and denied for flight by saying this will need prior 15 days prior notice. We agreed and ask for options.
                    They provide me below options which are not more than 2k/night including breakfast.
                    According to them, they have all luxurious properties but i did not find it the same.

                    Grand zuri hotels kuta - bali - superior room
                    Astana pengembak suite apartment & villa - 1 bedroom suite
                    Harris hotel and conventions denpasar bali - harris room
                    Mangosteen hotel & villa - deluxe double
                    Bliss surfer hotel - deluxe room
                    Grand zuri kuta bali - superior room

                    I visited bali and opt for your service and i am not happy with your service as per your promises and ads.

                    My first location was sanur:

                    1. We got damage room the first time. Please find the pictures in the attachment.
                    2. We ask for the change and got the room with an ok condition not like display pictures on google or website.
                    3. The pool was not clean, nobody can swim into that.
                    4. No breakfast included perhaps the hotel cost is approx 2k only with breakfast.
                    5. Please find the hotel pictures in the attchment.

                    Check-in: 18 february 2019

                    Issue:

                    1. If we booked this hotel by ourselves then will get free breakfast but this booking is done by chis and we were not eligible for that.

                    Return the amount:
                    1. I do not find any use of the maintenance which you charged per year approx 8000 as i am not able to use any extra things on hotels. I do not understand why you guys are charging this much amount apart from 130000/-.
                    2. You guys charging more than any hotel for the trip by saying you are providing expensive hotel.
                    3. I do not want to continue with chis anymore. Proceed my request for return.

                    Chis fail on their promises why should i pay such a big amount for nothing.
                    This company is totally fake and used lucky draw after checking your car model, an international trip which they make filled very smartly on malls by saying its a lucky draw.

                    I asked chis to cut my hotel charges and return my rest amount but they denied.
                    Requesting you if anyone is facing the same kindly join.
                    This chis company is only to make people fool. They do not have any properties.

                    Mentally i got harassed by chis before and after and even during the trip.

                    I need an immediate refund for the full money that has been given to chis.

                    At the time of payment, we ask for EMI and they agreed on 3300/- per month with 0% interest for 48 months and after we gave our cards to them they swap full amount without my consent and said we reduce 30k from membership total amount[protected] please make directly EMI from the bank you will charge less interest but we get charged more.
                    Shekher and Krishna are the executives who made all these false promises.

                    When I checked with my bank it cost me double 60K interest for 48 months.

                    I want my full money back from this fraud company.

                    holiday entitlement is valid for 10 years i.e. up to 25th Jan 2029.
                    total purchase price is Rs 130000/-
                    Annual Subscription Fee is Rs 8500/-
                    unit type is T-1

                    They made payment from two credit cards one is Kotak bank (120000) and another is Citi bank (10000)
                    Please find payment detail in the attachment.

                    We are also facing the same issue and trying to get the refund, is there any progress in your case?

Next day when i go to office to request for full and final payment they replied me same.
                      During the time i was helpless nobody in this company resolve my problem. And finally i received my half salary cheque.

                          We received a message from Country Holidays Inn & Suites(CHIS) stating that we have won 2N/3D stay, 2 movie tickets and dinner vouchers. To claim this, we had to visit their office in MGF metropolitan mall, Gurugram. Initially we ignored this, but then we got multiple calls from them saying it'll take just 45 minutes and requested us to visit their office. Anyways we had to visit Gurugram on Sunday for meeting some friends, so planned to visit CHIS office as well while returning. We reached there at approx. 8 p.m on 24th Feb, 2019. While we were waiting on reception, their receptionist clicked our family pic on her phone. when we inquired, she told it's just a formality for records.
                          Then we were directed to a room. The small room had 6-7 tables, 9-10 executives, some sitting some roaming around. Their manager J.P Yadav was roaming continuously. Music was so loud that we felt puzzled. we requested their executive Harish(who was attending us) to lower down the volume, but he said they've intentionally kept the music loud so that no one can hear what's happening on another tables. I said, I can't bear the loud sound and my head started aching. I wanted to leave but they humbly insisted to stay and served us Coffee which we obviously didn't deny as we were puzzled by the loud music and felt the need of it. After drinking that, Harish kept talking about very general things like family background, kids, our choices etc...may be he was waiting for the effect of coffee which was drugged to diminish our thinking capacity. We had two small kids with us, who started becoming restless by then. when I requested to take the leave for few minutes to take the kids outside, they said “No Ma’am, not allowed. cameras are there and we are not allowed to let the client move out of room. we will take care of your kids.” I still don’t understand how I agreed to each and everything they said like a kid…..may be because of that intoxicated coffee and environment effect.
                          Meanwhile, Harish kept speaking something which I barely remember. I just remember that whatever he was saying, we were just agreeing to it. I went to the reception to take my son’s milk bottle, their 3 executives came from the room and started panicking me….”Ma’am please come inside soon, sir is calling u”, while I asked my husband afterwards, he told me that he didn’t call me. The whole drama continued for more than 2 hours. They didn’t even let us leave for washroom. At 10:15 pm, kids became super restless out of hunger….and this is the time they were waiting for. We said we need time to think about membership and stood up to leave. But their manager JP Yadav came and insisted to wait and know the EMI options. J. P Yadav took my husband’s AMEX card to check the EMI options.

                          Meanwhile, we managed to engage our kids with our phones. A lady executive came and took my 2 years old son(who was holding my husband’s phone) to another table pretending to soothe him. Here, Harish asked us to fill the basic details on a form and sign some papers as a basic formality. our thinking level was so much diminished that we didn’t read anything and signed.
                          After coming home, at 12:30 am (same night), we somehow regained some senses, checked our mobile phones. Then my husband realised that a payment of Rs. 1, 50, 000 has been done from his AMEX credit card. Whole story was clear….probably, That lady executive intentionally took my son to another table and smartly took the AMEX payment OTP from the phone.

                          we realised the forgery and immediately filed the online complaint to Haryana police, sent a mail to CHIS requesting them to return the amount, but CHIS customer care replied that we have taken their membership and signed the papers which state that amount in non-refundable. Police says it’s a consumer court case. Their manager J P yadav threatened us and said fee is non refundable...you can do whatever u want.

                          Our hard earned money has been looted so easily and we are feeling helpless.

                          Please help us to get our hard earned money back and stop this fraud company from looting the other people.

                            दिनाक 19/01/2019 को मुझे (अमित गुप्ता) और मेरी पत्नी (मिली गुप्ता) को इस कंपनी के एजेंट ने garden galleria mall, sector -38 मै वाउचर कलेक्शन के बहाने बुलाया व अपनी कंपनी के बारे मैं झूठी बातें बता कर मेरी मेहनत की कमाई ठग ली। rizwan (सेल्स एक्सिकिटिव)ने बताया कि हमारी कंपनी 1996 से चल रही है और हमारे अपने बहुत सारे 5 स्टार, 4स्टार होटल एंड रेसोर्ट्स देश और विदेश मैं हैं, जिनमे क्लब फैसिलिटी फ्री है। उन्होने 10 साल की मैम्बरशिप 1, 98, 000 रुपे की बताई और हमने मना कर दिया। रिजवान कहने लगा हमारा कई बैंक के साथ टाई अप है और धोखे से मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड्स की जानकारी लेली और बोला आप अपना कार्ड दे दीजिए मै ऑफर चेक करके आपको ऑफर बताता हूँ । मेरा sbi का कार्ड मुझ से ले गया, बोला उसमे ऑफर कम आ रहा है आप दूसरा कार्ड देदीजिए मेंने standard chartered का कार्ड भी ले गया दूसरे एजेंट ने लैपटाप पर प्रेजेंटेशन देकर मुझे बिज़ि रखा तभी मेंने रिफ़ंड के लिए पूछा तो रीज़बान ने कहा आप कभी भी ले सकते हैं सिर्फ नोमीनल चार्ज कट करके रिफ़ंड मिल जाएगा । मेरे कार्ड्स माँगने पर प्रकाश एजेंट कार्ड्स लाया और बोला दोनों कार्ड्स मिला कर बहुत अच्छा ऑफर है, जो मैम्बरशिप 30 साल की 2, 98, 000/- की है वो आपको 2, 20, 000/- की पड़ेगी । आपकी 0% इंटरेस्ट पर ईएमआई हो जाएगी । हमारे मना करने पर शेखर ने कहा और भी ऑफर मिल जाएंगे जैसे 16, 000/- की फ्लाइट टिकिट कूपन, 3000/- फूड कूपन, 10 वीक्स एक्सट्रा हॉलिडेज़ etc । हमने मना किया कि कूपन हमारे काम के नहीं हैं । शेखर बोला कि आपके कूपन मै यूज कर लूँगा और आपको 19, 000/- दे दूँगा । आपको मैम्बरशिप केवल 2 लाख की पड़ेगी और कह कर मेरा कार्ड स्वेप कर दिया और मुझसे 2 लाख का पेमेंट दोनों कार्ड्स से (एसबीआई से 1, 40, 000/- & स्टैंडर्ड चार्टर्ड से 60, 000/-)करवा लिया। बोला कि 20 हज़ार अभी किसी और से पेमेंट कर दीजिये मै कूपन यूज करके आपको पैसे दे दूँगा और उसने 20 हज़ार रुपे मेरे आईसीआईसीआई के डेबिट कार्ड से करवा लिए । अब तक लगभग 2 से ढाई घंटे हो चुके थे मेरे बच्चे भी परेशान हो रहे थे मेंने कहा जल्दी करो तो प्रकाश एक लिफाफा लेकर आया जिसमे इन्वाइस और कुछ कूपन थे । जब हम चलने लगे तो एक एजेंट कुछ और पेपर लेकर आ गया बोला इसे भी साइन कर दीजिये मिली पड़ने लगी तो बोला ये तो फ़ोर्मल्टी हैं हम तो हमेशा बैठे हैं। जब मैंने पेपेर्स की कॉपी मांगी तो उन्होने कहा यह पेपेर्स अटस्टेड होकर वैल्कम किट के साथ आ जाएगे।
                            जब घर आकार हमने इंटरनेट पर कंपनी के बारे मै सर्च किया तो मै यह देख कर दंग रहा गया की यह तो फ़्रौड कंपनी है और अब तक बहुत से लोगो को अपना शिकार बना चुकी है। मैंने तुरंत एजेंट प्रकाश को कॉल किया और कहा मुझे मैम्बरशिप नहीं चाहिए आप मेरा पैसा वापस कर दीजिये। प्रकाश की बात सुन कर मै दंग रह गया जब उसने कहा यह पैसे तो नॉन रीफंडेबल है यह पैसे हम आपको वापस नहीं कर सकते हमने कहा अभी कुछ देर पहले तो आप कह रहे थे कि कुछ नोमीनल चार्ज कट करके आप कभी भी रिफ़ंड ले सकते है आप तो इतनी जल्दी अपनी बात से मुकर गए तो उसने कहा कंपनी के रूल के एकोर्डिंग आप एक ट्रिप लेकर और कोई वैलिड रीज़न देकर रिफ़ंड ले सकते है।मैंने कहा मै ऐसी कंपनी के साथ नहीं जुड़ना चाहता जो झूठ कि बुनियाद पर टिकी है उसने मेरी बात नहीं सुनी और फोन काट दिया।
                            मै अगले दिन 11:30 एएम फिर से उनके ऑफिस पहुँच गया। काफी देर तक हमारी शेखर और प्रकाश के साथ बहस करने के बाद भी कोई रिज़ल्ट नहीं निकला, उन्होने एक ऑप्शन दिया बोला आप अपनी मैम्बरशिप 30 साल से 10 साल मै डिग्रेड करा लीजिये और बाद मे मेरी मैम्बरशिप किसी और को सेल कर देंगे, लेकिन इस के लिए आप को अपनी मैम्बरशिप एक्टिवेट करनी होगी और थोड़ा सा समय लगेगा । मैंने कहा पहले झूठी बाते बता कर धोखे से आपने मैम्बरशिप दे दी अब मेरे पैसे वापस करने के लिए शर्ते रख रहे हो हमने कहा आप फ़्रौड हो तो शेखर ने कहा हाँ हम फ़्रौड है हमने आप के पैसे लूट लिए, जाओ जो करना है कर लो हम पैसे वापस नहीं करते ।मुझे पैसे वापस लेने के लिए उनकी यह बात मजबूरी मे माननी पड़ी और क्योंकि अबतक मै उनके जाल मे फस चुका था और तुरंतकॉल करवाकर, मुझसे मैम्बरशिप एक्टिवेट करवाली।
                            मुझे अब भी संतुष्टि नहीं मिली तो मै अपने एक पड़ोसी को लेकर फिर से उनके ऑफिस गया लेकिन बातों का कोई नतीजा निकला।
                            1. मिस्टर प्रकाश ने कहा आपके 90, 000/- रूपेय चेक के द्वारा 7 दिन मे आ जाएगे
                            2. मंगलवार को 22/01/19 को एक कॉल आएगी डिग्रेड प्रोसैस कन्फ़र्म करने के लिए।
                            3. मंगलवार को एक मोबाइल नंबर [protected] से कान्फ़िर्मेयसन कॉल आई न कि chis customercare से।
                            4. हमने chis customercare को कई बार केस आइडी और स्टेटस अपडेट के लिए मेल डाली लेकिन वो हमेशा सेल्स एक्सिकिटिव से बात करने के लिए कहते रहे ।
                            5. अभी तक मैंने कंपनी की ओर से एक भी डॉकयुमेंट प्राप्त नहीं किया।
                            6. 30/01/2019 को जब शेखर (मैनेजर chis नोएडा ब्रांच) से बात हुई तो उसने प्रकाश से अलग बात कही कहा कि 7-8 फरवरी को डॉकयुमेंट साइन करने आना पड़ेगा उसके बाद प्रोसैस स्टार्ट होगी।
                            7. प्रकाश ने कई बार कहा कि मै आपका चेक 10/02/19 तक या उससे पहले आ जाएगा। यह बात 5/02/19 तक बोलते रहे है लेकिन 8/02/19 को बोलने लगे कि 22 से 25 फरवरी तक चेक आ पाएगा। अब फोन भी इग्नोर कर रहे है।
                            इनके एजेंट द्वारा अपने ऑफिस मे बुला कर मीटिंग के दौरान मुहजुबानी कुछ भी अनाप शनाप वादे किए जाते है और बातों मे उलझाकर एग्रीमंट पेपर पर साइन करवा लिए जाते हैं यह सारा काम इतनी हड़बड़ी मे कराते हैं अगरीमनेट पढ़ने पर बोलते हैं यह सब फ़ार्मैलिटि है आप को कोई प्रोब्लेम हो तो मुझे कॉल कर लेना और बाद मे कॉल करने पर पहले टालते हैं फिर काल्स अवॉइड करते हैं। इस प्रकार का अनुभव इनकी धोखाधड़ी के शिकार हुए सभी पीड़ितो का है
                            Please help me to refund my money 2.2 lac asap.

                              My worst experience with a country holiday inn & suites (Chis), don’t confuse it with country inn.

                              The sweetness and gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement forcefully to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later. They promise you that you can anytime cancel this membership.

                              Here is the description of the incident that i have gone through with “country holidays inn & suites pvt. Ltd, taj city gurgaon

                              After so many calls of chis (Country holidays inn & suites), i agreed to attend their session. I visited them at hotel taj city gurgaon (On jan 26th 2019) along with my female friend. I told sales women, bhumika, we are just friends as your sales person stated it is strictly for married however you just lied to tke the free coupons and i was asked to tell you lie but i am telling you upfront that we are not couple. Then she said please don't inform my manager that you guys are not couple. I told him also i am bachelor, he said no worries you just need to do anything and i will put the name of the random person as your spouse. This is illegal, they ruined our character and reputation. Also they told me they have 10 years membership only though they have 5 years membership as well. We said not interested.

                              Then they said for free coupons we need to charge rs 1 for both cards. We said ok. Then they charge 1.80 lakhs from both cards. They forced us to sign papers to create a membership id so that we can return your money. After having huge discussions and they agreed to return money however deducting 4500 banks charges and also take 45 days.

                              I told them i used my credit card and if this is the reason i wont able to pay back to bank. They humilate me and my friend and threanted me. Now they kept money and not returning us.

                                This is my worst and horrible experience with a country holiday inn & suites/chis (Don’t confuse it with country inn). The sweetness and the kind gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
                                Following is the description of the incident that i have gone through with “country holidays inn & suites pvt. Ltd, tdi mall, rajouri garden.

                                I have filled one coupon at raj mandir, rohini, new delhii where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw with free pvr movie ticket.
                                Immediately after 2 hrs i received a call from a boy informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with bookmyshow voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But he kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the tdi mall, rajouri garden, rohini. With my wife for collecting the freebies and have to spare a time of 45 minutes so that they could explain the freebies.
                                I did not go for collecting the same as i was not so interested in these types of offers. But, they kept calling me again and again to collect the gift. I counter questioned them whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer which they denied. I then said okay, i will come.

                                I finally decided to go there on 19th aug, 2018. I reached there and enquired about mohd. Junaid. Then a person shared a form with me asking the entry code to collect the vouchers. I was then asked to attend a presentation about company’s promotion to get the free vouchers. There were few more couples sitting there, thus, out of curiosity, i also agreed for the presentation. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as “prem kishore”. He then asked that please introduce yourself so that we are comfortable with each other for next half an hour. He then asked you must be having some questions in your mind why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right at that moment. He then said it’s for your time for promotion of company’s new app “chis”. He then started that you must have heard about country inn and i was also under the impression that it is related to country inn hotels as the name is similar to that only and the text message also mentioned the same. He then asked me about my last vacations and said that he will offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. He then said that offer would be valid for today only. He then said this is unlike other membership plans where they sell life time plans for 5-10 lakhs rupees. I started losing my interest and said that i am not interested in buying any plan. He then convinced that he is not at all selling any plan to me and started showing some five-star properties (Hotels). He then said what if this hotel will be available to you at 2 star hotel price etc. I said yes it would be a great deal. He then said we have a 10 year membership plan for inr 1, 80, 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since i cannot afford to pay it. They asked me that they will provide some cashback if few digits are appearing on my credit card. (I think they wanted to check whether i am carrying a credit card or not) they brought it down to 1, 35, 000 for 10 years and talked about various emis with many further freebies including 2 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay. I completely denied their offer.. They then very politely said that please collect your free voucher before leaving the office. I will take only 5 minutes. Moreover he then said offer can be utilized by you and your family simultaneously means you can go with your family and friends and book two rooms. You need not to pay any charge for extra room booking as the same get deducted from your limit of nights allotted.

                                Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me and i may opt for it if you will provide me one day’s time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed in the beginning that any offer would be valid for today only and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 5 years stating that though it is for old age person only, but he will somehow manage for it. He additionally offered me one-night stay at roseat hotel, gurgaon along with free breakfast. He additionally offered me 2 nights with breakfast at either jim corbet or shimla and 2 bonus weeks making a total night of 47 nights at inr 95, 000. I then also denied that i can’t pay such amount at once. I told that i can confirm it over the phone at the later part of day but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer for few selected families which would expire the minute we step out from the room. He then said he will arrange emi plan exclusively for me. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought membership plan 4-5 years ago came and thank them for making an asset. He then said i only have to pay rs 7, 500 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on calculator that per night stay is costing less than rs 2, 000. I and my wife also seems convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again where they told us that at any point of time we can cancel our membership. I finally fall into their trap and said them okay. He immediately swiped my card for inr rs 78000 from credit card and rs 2000 from my debit card stating that we have offered you discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with tax invoice for the amount. He then came with an agreement and while signing when i wanted to go through the agreement but they did not allow us to do so saying that “sir, need not worry. It has all the information that we have discussed now and you can read it later showing the membership plan details and freebies only. You need not worry, country inn is not a small brand, you know”. We were happy to get this deal and was waiting for membership details.

                                I got a confirmation call about the membership followed by an e-mail with login credentials after few days. I then tried login on app to see how it works, but it was not successful. I then tried customer care number for several times but it was not serviceable. Then, i checked google about the company and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in december 2016 only. I then related that country inn and country holiday inn & suites are two different companies. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that a fraud has happened with me and that i have lost my hard-earned money.

                                Finding so much negative comments about this company, i talked to prem kishore and mohd. Junaid several times on number of issues which will be detailed below. He started changing his commitments made at the time of selling and tried to manipulate me again. Somehow i did not loose hope on chis and asked for my first holiday booking in jaipur against the voucher for lemon tree hotel. At first instance they denied saying that i cannot make the reservation request for lemon tree because we can provide only achrol niwas in jaipur. Thereafter, i tried to book room for darjeeling and gangtok but they denied by saying that we can not provide two room which was previously assured at the time of selling membership. I also shocked to know that i also need to pay amc for the first year to book hotel which was assured to be paid after one year at the time of selling of membership. On which i asked for refund as i totally lost faith in the company. I asked for refund on mail, the reply was “we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, as the booking has not been denied.”
                                I then immediately replied with “i was informed that i can cancel my membership if i am not satisfied. Also, website clearly mentions the same as below:
                                In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, the member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday after deducting administration charges, asf and gst.

                                I, then, read the so-called agreement which mentioned things which were totally opposite to what they said. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                                Thus, this is completely a fraud where you will not get booking of your choice. They don’t have their own hotel as mentioned at the time of booking. They have floated a company whose name is like country inn just to make people fall into their trap easily.

                                I am enlisting all the false commitments and hidden things below:

                                1) at the time of sale of membership i was told that you can book hotel as per your choice with in eight location (Delhi, manali, jaipur, jin corbett, shimla, agra, jodhpur, udaipur) through redeem of voucher but at the time of booking hotel in jaipur it was said that you can book only acroll niwas in jaipur. Thereafter, i tried to book hotel in udaipur through redeem of voucher then it was said that you can book hotel at other location like bhopal, delhi etc but not in udaipur.

                                2) thereafter, i tried to book hotel in darjeeling and gangtok with my family for two room but it was denied by saying that you can book only one room as per agreement but at the time of selling of membership it was said that you can book two room. This happened again at the time of booking in udaipur also.

                                3) at the time of sale of membership it was said that the amc would be paid after utilizing one year allotted nights but at the time of actual booking of hotel they replied you need to pay amc first before booking of hotel. This is agin example of false commitment and wrong intention
                                4) at the time of sale of membership it was said that you can book hotel even 7 days prior the date of journey but the reality is miles away. Room is not available even 50 days prior intimation.
                                Company is cheating with innocent people by showing a very rosy and lucrative picture of the facilities and services offered, but in reality, by misrepresenting and concealing, they are willfully laying a trap by making people at large believe in your false promises and representations and fooling them and extorting their hard earned money.

                                Please help me to get my money back since this a purely a fraud that has happened to me. I have not availed any service from country holiday till date.

                                  दिनाक 19/01/2019 को मुझे (अमित गुप्ता) और मेरी पत्नी (मिली गुप्ता) को इस कंपनी के एजेंट ने garden galleria mall, sector -38 मै वाउचर कलेक्शन के बहाने बुलाया व अपनी कंपनी के बारे मैं झूठी बातें बता कर मेरी मेहनत की कमाई ठग ली। rizwan (सेल्स एक्सिकिटिव)ने बताया कि हमारी कंपनी 1996 से चल रही है और हमारे अपने बहुत सारे 5 स्टार, 4स्टार होटल एंड रेसोर्ट्स देश और विदेश मैं हैं, जिनमे क्लब फैसिलिटी फ्री है। उन्होने 10 साल की मैम्बरशिप 1, 98, 000 रुपे की बताई और हमने मना कर दिया। रिजवान कहने लगा हमारा कई बैंक के साथ टाई अप है और धोखे से मेरे क्रेडिट कार्ड्स की जानकारी लेली और बोला आप अपना कार्ड दे दीजिए मै ऑफर चेक करके आपको ऑफर बताता हूँ । मेरा sbi का कार्ड मुझ से ले गया, बोला उसमे ऑफर कम आ रहा है आप दूसरा कार्ड देदीजिए मेंने standard chartered का कार्ड भी ले गया दूसरे एजेंट ने लैपटाप पर प्रेजेंटेशन देकर मुझे बिज़ि रखा तभी मेंने रिफ़ंड के लिए पूछा तो रीज़बान ने कहा आप कभी भी ले सकते हैं सिर्फ नोमीनल चार्ज कट करके रिफ़ंड मिल जाएगा । मेरे कार्ड्स माँगने पर प्रकाश एजेंट कार्ड्स लाया और बोला दोनों कार्ड्स मिला कर बहुत अच्छा ऑफर है, जो मैम्बरशिप 30 साल की 2, 98, 000/- की है वो आपको 2, 20, 000/- की पड़ेगी । आपकी 0% इंटरेस्ट पर ईएमआई हो जाएगी । हमारे मना करने पर शेखर ने कहा और भी ऑफर मिल जाएंगे जैसे 16, 000/- की फ्लाइट टिकिट कूपन, 3000/- फूड कूपन, 10 वीक्स एक्सट्रा हॉलिडेज़ etc । हमने मना किया कि कूपन हमारे काम के नहीं हैं । शेखर बोला कि आपके कूपन मै यूज कर लूँगा और आपको 19, 000/- दे दूँगा । आपको मैम्बरशिप केवल 2 लाख की पड़ेगी और कह कर मेरा कार्ड स्वेप कर दिया और मुझसे 2 लाख का पेमेंट दोनों कार्ड्स से (एसबीआई से 1, 40, 000/- & स्टैंडर्ड चार्टर्ड से 60, 000/-)करवा लिया। बोला कि 20 हज़ार अभी किसी और से पेमेंट कर दीजिये मै कूपन यूज करके आपको पैसे दे दूँगा और उसने 20 हज़ार रुपे मेरे आईसीआईसीआई के डेबिट कार्ड से करवा लिए । अब तक लगभग 2 से ढाई घंटे हो चुके थे मेरे बच्चे भी परेशान हो रहे थे मेंने कहा जल्दी करो तो प्रकाश एक लिफाफा लेकर आया जिसमे इन्वाइस और कुछ कूपन थे । जब हम चलने लगे तो एक एजेंट कुछ और पेपर लेकर आ गया बोला इसे भी साइन कर दीजिये मिली पड़ने लगी तो बोला ये तो फ़ोर्मल्टी हैं हम तो हमेशा बैठे हैं। जब मैंने पेपेर्स की कॉपी मांगी तो उन्होने कहा यह पेपेर्स अटस्टेड होकर वैल्कम किट के साथ आ जाएगे।
                                  जब घर आकार हमने इंटरनेट पर कंपनी के बारे मै सर्च किया तो मै यह देख कर दंग रहा गया की यह तो फ़्रौड कंपनी है और अब तक बहुत से लोगो को अपना शिकार बना चुकी है। मैंने तुरंत एजेंट प्रकाश को कॉल किया और कहा मुझे मैम्बरशिप नहीं चाहिए आप मेरा पैसा वापस कर दीजिये। प्रकाश की बात सुन कर मै दंग रह गया जब उसने कहा यह पैसे तो नॉन रीफंडेबल है यह पैसे हम आपको वापस नहीं कर सकते हमने कहा अभी कुछ देर पहले तो आप कह रहे थे कि कुछ नोमीनल चार्ज कट करके आप कभी भी रिफ़ंड ले सकते है आप तो इतनी जल्दी अपनी बात से मुकर गए तो उसने कहा कंपनी के रूल के एकोर्डिंग आप एक ट्रिप लेकर और कोई वैलिड रीज़न देकर रिफ़ंड ले सकते है।मैंने कहा मै ऐसी कंपनी के साथ नहीं जुड़ना चाहता जो झूठ कि बुनियाद पर टिकी है उसने मेरी बात नहीं सुनी और फोन काट दिया।
                                  मै अगले दिन 11:30 एएम फिर से उनके ऑफिस पहुँच गया। काफी देर तक हमारी शेखर और प्रकाश के साथ बहस करने के बाद भी कोई रिज़ल्ट नहीं निकला, उन्होने एक ऑप्शन दिया बोला आप अपनी मैम्बरशिप 30 साल से 10 साल मै डिग्रेड करा लीजिये और बाद मे मेरी मैम्बरशिप किसी और को सेल कर देंगे, लेकिन इस के लिए आप को अपनी मैम्बरशिप एक्टिवेट करनी होगी और थोड़ा सा समय लगेगा । मैंने कहा पहले झूठी बाते बता कर धोखे से आपने मैम्बरशिप दे दी अब मेरे पैसे वापस करने के लिए शर्ते रख रहे हो हमने कहा आप फ़्रौड हो तो शेखर ने कहा हाँ हम फ़्रौड है हमने आप के पैसे लूट लिए, जाओ जो करना है कर लो हम पैसे वापस नहीं करते ।मुझे पैसे वापस लेने के लिए उनकी यह बात मजबूरी मे माननी पड़ी और क्योंकि अबतक मै उनके जाल मे फस चुका था और तुरंतकॉल करवाकर, मुझसे मैम्बरशिप एक्टिवेट करवाली।
                                  मुझे अब भी संतुष्टि नहीं मिली तो मै अपने एक पड़ोसी को लेकर फिर से उनके ऑफिस गया लेकिन बातों का कोई नतीजा निकला।
                                  1. मिस्टर प्रकाश ने कहा आपके 90, 000/- रूपेय चेक के द्वारा 7 दिन मे आ जाएगे
                                  2. मंगलवार को 22/01/19 को एक कॉल आएगी डिग्रेड प्रोसैस कन्फ़र्म करने के लिए।
                                  3. मंगलवार को एक मोबाइल नंबर [protected] से कान्फ़िर्मेयसन कॉल आई न कि chis customercare से।
                                  4. हमने chis customercare को कई बार केस आइडी और स्टेटस अपडेट के लिए मेल डाली लेकिन वो हमेशा सेल्स एक्सिकिटिव से बात करने के लिए कहते रहे ।
                                  5. अभी तक मैंने कंपनी की ओर से एक भी डॉकयुमेंट प्राप्त नहीं किया।
                                  6. 30/01/2019 को जब शेखर (मैनेजर chis नोएडा ब्रांच) से बात हुई तो उसने प्रकाश से अलग बात कही कहा कि 7-8 फरवरी को डॉकयुमेंट साइन करने आना पड़ेगा उसके बाद प्रोसैस स्टार्ट होगी।
                                  7. प्रकाश ने कई बार कहा कि मै आपका चेक 10/02/19 तक या उससे पहले आ जाएगा। यह बात 5/02/19 तक बोलते रहे है लेकिन 8/02/19 को बोलने लगे कि 22 से 25 फरवरी तक चेक आ पाएगा। अब फोन भी इग्नोर कर रहे है।
                                  इनके एजेंट द्वारा अपने ऑफिस मे बुला कर मीटिंग के दौरान मुहजुबानी कुछ भी अनाप शनाप वादे किए जाते है और बातों मे उलझाकर एग्रीमंट पेपर पर साइन करवा लिए जाते हैं यह सारा काम इतनी हड़बड़ी मे कराते हैं अगरीमनेट पढ़ने पर बोलते हैं यह सब फ़ार्मैलिटि है आप को कोई प्रोब्लेम हो तो मुझे कॉल कर लेना और बाद मे कॉल करने पर पहले टालते हैं फिर काल्स अवॉइड करते हैं। इस प्रकार का अनुभव इनकी धोखाधड़ी के शिकार हुए सभी पीड़ितो का है
                                  Please help me to refund my money 2.2 lac asap.

                                    • i got a 5 years’ membership no. Chisrg773707 of country holidays inn & suites pvt. Ltd., obs tower 3rd floor, a - block, a-37 sector 63, noida-201301 (Reg. Office - 2045/1, 2nd floor, street no.6, chuna mandi, paharganj, new delhi-55) (Annex-i) for availing 35 days stay with my family at 5 or 4 star hotels anywhere in india as lots of requests made and the following luring benefits and discounts offered by the company’s officials - mr. Rahul arora, mr. Anam mirza & mr. Prem. I have paid a total amount of rs. 82884/- (In partial payments of rs. 50000/- on 01.04.2018 and rs. 32884/- on 13.05.2018) to the company at its sales office - tdi mall rajouri garden new delhi for the same:
                                    (Vi) if a member does not like its services, he can get cancelled the membership anytime and the company must refund his amount.
                                    (Vii) a member can place the request for booking of the rooms at his desired place even before 24 hours and the company would provide the same.
                                    (Viii) i informed them that we always need two rooms for four family members including two children aged 10 years and 11 years on every visit. They provided the membership for t-1 telling that whenever i need two rooms or more, the company would provide the same after deducting two days or more from my account of 35 days. When i objected that in this way, we would avail only 17 days, they assured that they would also provide complimentary 14 days.
                                    (Ix) mr. Anam and mr. Prem told that its annual subscription fee would be on annual basis for 5 years. If i avail their total 35 days within two years or even within one year, it would charge asf only for two years or even for one year.
                                    (X) they told me that if a hotel provides complimentary breakfast and other facilities, the company would not charge for the same. The company would also give other free facilities like complimentary dinner, breakfast, etc. Time to time.
                                    • during the payment process, i had to pay rs. 15000/- as registration money and the rest amount had to be paid within two months, but mr. Anam cleverly got debited rs. 50, 000/- in place of rs. 15000/- from our sbi credit card saying that the this deduction was made by mistake and due to mishearing of pronunciation i. E. Fifty thousand in place of fifteen thousand.
                                    • since i was getting late and was mentally pressurised and brainwashed by mr. Anam & mr. Prem, i signed the agreement keeping faith on their words and without going through it.in fact they continuously tangled me in gossips while deducting the amount and signing the agreement.
                                    • on repeated requests of mr. Anam mirza to avail chis’s offer for one night complimentary stay at itc fortune orange, gurgaon, i along with my family visited there on 26.05.2018. The hotel was very far from delhi situated on nh-8 with a distance of 65.4 km, which is not very safe to visit with family. It was also not a five star hotel and its services were not satisfactory.
                                    • on 11.10.2018, i requested for booking of two rooms at mysore for 20.10.2018 and two rooms at ooty for 21.10.2018 for four persons. But the company was asking to pay for second room on tariff basis @ rs. 5000/- per night. The company was also not providing the hotel at ooty.in place of it they were providing the rooms at coonoor a distant place from ooty. The hotels were not a five star or four star. Prior to book the rooms, the company was also asking to pay an amount of rs. 10384/- for asf and for mandatory breakfast that we did not require. With an objection, i contacted mr. Anam mirza, mr. Prem, mr. Ujjal roy and ms. Kusum jha after getting rejected my few calls. But they denied to cooperate me.
                                    • i did lots of correspondence and made so many verbal requests to the company for booking of rooms as per my convenience. But it did not accede to my requests. Therefore, the booking could not be finalised and consequently, i had to bear extra financial burden myself for booking the rooms at both places in spite of giving rs. 82884/- to chis for availing such facilities.
                                    • due to the said reasons, i requested the company through lots of emails for cancellation of my membership and to refund my money back. But the company is not ready to refund my money.in response, it is referring its false agreement.
                                    • the company’s commitments mentioned in para-1 at point nos. (I) to (V) above are totally false. Its agreement is also biased, illegal and unlawful.in fact the company is cheating its members. I also got so many negative opinions, complaints, blogs etc. Against the company on different websites which show a wrong reputation, false commitments and irregularities of the company (Annex-iv).
                                    • due to the said reasons and as per undermentioned chis’ refund policy written on its website (https://www.countryholidaysinnsuites.com/refund-policy:), i want to cancel my membership and to get refund of my money i. E. Rs. 82884/-. “in case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, the member can cancel their membership...”
                                    • therefore, i requested the company for cancellation of my membership and to refund my amount of rs. Rs. 82884/. But the company is not ready to refund the same. Now, i am feeling cheated and harassed by the company and i want my money back.

                                    Since, I have requested for cancellation of my membership (No. No. CHISRG773707), Mr. Ujjal Roy, Senior Official of Country Holidays Inn & Suites has promised me that my issue is being resolved at the earliest. I hope that the company will fulfill its promise to resolve my issue positively within few days.

                                      I am posting my complaint again, as i am not getting any responses from the chis member, these are still not concern about my problem and there not all providing me any benefits of being there member. Adding to the same they only concern to remove this post from this page or mark it as resolved not about the relationship between the customer and service provider.
                                      Kindly refund my amount asap. And i am not adding the whole story again, what happened and why i am asking for the amount, that i have already mentioned in my previous message.

                                      I have tried there earlier but your customer service provider never answered my call.
                                      I have the emails conversations as well but every time I get the system generated reply. I am done with these email thing and also with new lollipop thing that some Rahul named person currently offering me. I want my money back that all. Not any more fake things I want to deal with.

                                      How these people can mark it a resolve, I didn’t get my money back, I have given you another chance but I guess, you people are not at all concerned for the money we earned, Enough chances and now you will know how to pay not only principal amount you will also have to pay the compensation amount. I am done you Rahul. I will file one more separate complaint against only you for give fake commitments and giving mental harassment also for one more thing forcefully asking to make it resolved, I haven’t got my money, how can you people mark it as resolved.
                                      I am posting it again, as these CHIS people are providing the refund Also not providing me the services. I am very disappointed with the behaviour and the customer services.

                                        We took the membership plan on 2nd of feb 2019 with membership id-
                                        Chissrk776215. Its with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration i am writing this. At the first place we were not at all interested in buying the plan but mr. Sharukh which was sales manager at chis dwarka forced us into buying this and promised 2 - 3 complimentary offers. Now i got to know a whole t&c to avail the benefits which at the time of selling were never mentioned. At the time of selling they assured that we dont hv to pay anything but now we got to know that there will be utility charges which are almost same as of complete booking. They told me that they have agreement with banks so i can pay amount in emis.
                                        I took 80k package on emi basis and it was confirmed by them that i have to pay amount in equal 18 month emi of aprox 4980 and i swiped my credit card. But now i got to know that i have to clear whole amount in one go.
                                        I have not availed any benefit from them and not received any welcome kit yet and as mentioned on their website that we can cancel membership within 7 days of taking first holiday. I want my money refund.

                                        Received a call from Rahul Arora and asked me that issue will be solved within 24hrs or else they will refund the amount. Will close the complaint once issue is solved.
