Hi all!!! I’m Arun Garg and I am from Panchkula, chandigarh.
I have a membership with CHIS and my ID/registration no. is CHISPH772239.

I have a complaint regarding the services provided under my membership with CHIS.

I had bought the membership of CHIS in 2017 and paid a wholesome amount of 2 lakhs and 95 thousand rupees for a period of 30 years. We were promised that we could claim 6 nights every year in which we could adjust them in whatever way we wanted like either three adults or two adults and 2 children could stay without extra bedding charges.

Now, we have a family of 5 people which we mentioned to them back then and to which they agreed to adjust saying that we could segregate our nights simultaneously into two rooms for three nights at a time and they complied to it.

And in the first booking, they even agreed to this arrangement but this is when the problems started to occur. The process of booking has been harassing for us from the very first day.
The person who sold the membership to us is JP Yadav and he made false promises to us. JP Yadav and his whole team is a bunch of nerve wrecking frauds.

And when we asked for a written document mentioning all the above conditions, they assured us that the papers will get ready and would be sent to us in 1 week but the day never came.
Now as we took a recent trip, they denied all the services which they had promised to us in the very start and they are not providing us with the extra room and have claimed charges for it shamelessly. Also we have had to pay the extra bedding charges.

When we argued with them for their promised facilities, they shamelessly replied ”sir, phir humse two room waala membership kaun lega?”
They are such a shameless group of frauds, and their booking team is rude. When we called them, they told us to talk to JP Yadav as he was the one who had sold us the membership but that fraudulent is ignoring our calls.
We were so happy at first to buy this membership but now this has turned into a nightmare. They have taken away all my hard earned money.
I have been trying to get a booking for Hyderabad from them one month prior to the desired dates and that too in the off season. But they are saying that they cannot provide us a hotel in the desired dates whereas at the time of selling their membership they had eagerly promised to provide us with an accommodation even in the peak season and that too within a 48 hours notice.

They just know how to gush up peoples’ money but I am fed up of their services not even a penny’s worth. Though I want to register a case of fraud and harassment on them, for now I just want my money back.
It’s a request to every new client looking to buy their membership, please don’t get yourselves trapped in this money making fraud company. Pull yourselves away while you still can and please save yourself from all the regret.

    Hi,

    I have filled one coupon at metro mall shahdara, nine months back where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

    From the very next day, i started receiving calls from a girl she was telling her name pooja informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the raddison blue hotel, vaishali with my wife for collecting the freebies. I finally said okay, i will come. They sent me a text message from pooja –
    (Welcome country holidays inn & suites india pvt. Ltd.

    "congrats!
    Mr. And mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple movie tickets 2nd voucher 2night & 3day holiday voucher collect your voucher at for all details.. Plz take a 45 minutes

    Entry time : 7.30 pm

    On 6th october 19 when i visited given venue then siddarth and his boss mr. Dhananjay mishra tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

    We have 5000+ hotels in india
    We have hotels in around 30 other countries
    You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time including 25 dec to 5 jan if you informed us in advance.
    We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
    Each option is a 4-5 star properties
    You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...
    But when i come back and search about your companies review i found lots of complaint about your company, peoples are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

    On your website:
    Only 67 hotels at 35 locations are listed under chis-associated category
    Only 50 hotels in 12 countries are listed on chis-internal-exchange page (Excluding domestic hotels)
    Only 117 all hotels are available on both pages
    You are providing only room only package i have to pay extra for breakfast and dinner but when i am booking directly with b/d i am getting better options.
    I paid 1, 85, 000 for 10 weeks holiday so it cost 21, 000 per week (14, 000 + 7000 ams) for room only package but for the listed hotels i can get same 6 night package with b/d around 30-32 k and i have no limitation for listing hotels.
    It was not conveyed that i have to pay annual maintenance from 1st year as well.

    However, when i started utilizing the offers and membership nights, the booking, reservations and voucher redemption team rejected all my requests for bookings at their listed hotels and as promised by mr. Dhananjay making lame and unjustifiable excuses."

    According to country holiday inn (Chis), this is marketing strategy to do false commitment to sell the membership and it is not a valid reason to reject my legitimate booking requests in accordance with the agreement signed between me and them.

    As per indian laws, including indian contract act, 1872. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

    I am hereby demanding full refund of membership fee of rs. 1, 85, 000 taken by them on false promises and with clear intentions of cheating and defrauding innocent senior citizen.

      Hi,

      The country club guys made all false claims and promises about giving holiday voucher. Their marketing team headed by mr. Dhananjay mishra wasted over an hour of our time, and forced us into signing membership contract and payment of rs. 1, 85, 000 and gave a voucher which already had clauses as against promised. Nevertheless when i am trying to use it now (With all its untold constraints), four of my booking requests were rejected by their booking team on unjustifiable reasons. Their marketing team or their incharge mr. Dhananjay mishra has not been responding to me at all. Not responding to my mail, chat or phone calls. This is height of cheating openly. Their marketing team has mislead us and deprived us of our hard earned savings of rs. 1, 85, 000.00 which they forcibly took from us giving false promises of providing great holidays at their large list of locations and properties.

      The reservation team also failed to provide me with hotel at hong kong under my membership nights inspite of the promises made by mr. Dhananjay mishra and one siddarth of country holidays inn & suites.

      I cannot let them go like that. Give me what you promised! I demand immediate refund of rs. 1, 85, 000 as being senior citizens we were given promises of great holidays and duped grossly by their cheat marketing team.

      Also an alert may be issued in public notifications in order to safeguard other senior citizens who may be duped of their hard earned savings.

        Reminder on 18th june

        I am kamal kurdiya joined c h i s membership for 10 years with amount of rupees 130000 at at your jaipur team as concerned with mr kakkar.

        At the time of the deal on table mr kakkar suggest me to pay the same amount through my credit card as according i have set my credit card and against the emi approx rupees 10000 would be payable by me as interest which would be revert back through c h i s via mr kakkar. But after 10 year i have continuously try to to talk with mr kakkar to revert back my 10000 rupees as earlier committed by him on the table but he is not picking my phone even sometime response my phone he just told me some set dialogues like he is on tour, or out of country, or out of office etc.
        Now i just want 2 c h i s that as per commitment from your employee mr kakkar should pay to me rupees 10000 on urgent basis.

        In my previous complaint against Country Holidays Inn & Suits called as CHIS mr. Rahul who is customer care head didn't fulfill his commitment to revert my rs. 1000/- of EMI interest against 10 years membership of CHIS.

        I am again open my query from CHIS.

        On posted my complaint on safed 11th july no positive response came from CHIS side. This is not good for the their valueable customers by them they are doing their bussiness in the market.

        Should take this matter with the higher team of CHIS as if they dont have to fulfil their own commitment they should not be do the same.

          Chis is the big fraud. First of all, they forced me to take membership (Would not like to go in details). The said to me that they have 8000+ properties in different different location. They promised me to give 5 star properties. On their site, they show many properies along with booking options. But in reality, you can't book through that booking option as it will show 'sold' status for all properties for all dates. You can't choose property by your own.

          We have to mail them several times to book. Then after mailing several times, they will provide cheap option. They will provide option of any third party property which is less than 1700 rs/day claiming they have tie up so only this option available.

          I came to know the truth first time when i tried to book the complementry stay at manali. First of all they denied saying that all the properties are sold and then after several request they provided me propery 'golden tulip' for 2 days. When i visited the property and showed the chis id card at the property reception, they were surpised and said to me that they don't have any tie up with such company. Your booking has been done through some person. I let it go and forgot about what they were saying.

          But second time, when i tried to book kabeela resort, jim corbett, again a complimentry stay. They provided any other option. But i was ok with that. But due to my wife's exam, i requested them several times to prepond the booking but they denied saying that they have tie with the property and can't prepond while i also called the property'reception and they were saying that no problem sir, we will do it and ekbaar aap apne agent se kahalwa dijiyye. And i asked the same to chis but they were dening everytime due to which i missed my jim corbett stay. But i was still positive about chis and i said to myself - no problem, its okk.

          Now i came to know about the biggest fraud when i tried to book in jun for goa. Goa is off season in june. They provided me an option in morjim where nobody would like to go in offseason and asking 12900 rs (As per them 8000 is their annual mentainance cost + 4900 was the breakfast charges for 5 days).
          While the same property i could book in 12300 online.

          I asked for options among properties from their chis website. But they didn't had any properties while many online sites were showing their availablities. Reason was actual cost of those properties were high at that time and they don't have any tie-ups. They always look for cheaper option so that they can book through amc amount (12900 which they asked for stay in morjim).

          After requesting and arguing with them for several days, i myself booked in calangute, goa property of my choice. Property was 4 star and i had to pay only 10800 for my 6 days stay with breakfast.

          Now lets arrive at the conclusion. First of all they provided me the membership forcefully by luring and promising for everything which i asked. They provided me 7 days of complimentry stay to lure me. I paid 75000 for the membership. Now i feel cheated as they have wasted my 75000 on theirself. Till now i have used only 2 days complimentry stay in manali. Because whenever we try to book either they deny or they give cheap options. They don't have any 5 star.

          Now think when i can book hasselfree these properties at even cheaper rates which chis provides through email, why would i book wasting my time with them for several days. I have my time value.

          If chis is not the fraud, they should give online booking options for available properties. User should book hassel and tensionfree. But truth is these properties are just to lure the member.

          Now i have no faith in chis and i want my refund; and i request consumer court to take strict against them otherwise they will continue try to cheat and loot people by luring and taking them in faith, promising 5 star properties.

          You are not providing me the services thats why I complained. I am already mentally tortured by the false promises of your staff. I have my time value. I can't followup on an email for several days to book a property. I no more willing to go with you. I am feeling guilty and mentally tortured since I took your membership. You can't even predict my mental loss. Kindly refund me my hard earned money otherwise I will want my amount with interest and as well compensation of my mental and time loss.

            I have been trapped in the 5 year membership plan of country holiday inn & suites.
            The fraud of this company i. E. Country holiday inn & suites (Not country inn or holiday inn, as they try to deceive during initial interaction) starts from any mall or other public places where they lure people through filling a lucky draw coupon and call us saying we have won free stay and ask us to collect the same, with a mandatory condition to accompany the spouse. They called me in the evening. They manipulate you and your spouse to make payment.
            Their representative (Changing one by one) starts the presentation for the fraud with following:

            • the entire conversation is recorded, which is actually not the case and is just a tactics to gain attention.
            • their representative told that this company is combination of country inn, holiday inn and various other five star properties, which again is a big lie.
            • they made various false promises like complimentary breakfast for all stays, providing hotels across all cities of india (Whether they have any tieup in that city or not), all hotels would be of min 4 & 5 star category, they have tieup with hotels like radisson, holiday inn, etc. Further, the company would also give other free facilities like complimentary dinner, etc. Time to time.
            • they also promised that the hotels would be provided inside the city at preferred location, even if they don’t have any tie up.
            • they would provide the hotels even in those cities where they don’t have any tieup.
            They didn’t allow me to visit their website in detail at that time. Whenever i tried to search details on their website, their representative just snatch the system by talking something else.
            Since i was getting late and was mentally pressurised and brainwashed by them, i signed the agreement keeping faith on their words as it was already 11:30 pm.in fact they continuously tangled me in gossips while deducting the amount (Rs 80, 000/-) and signing the agreement.
            After i returned home, i visited their website in detail next day and found that the claims made by the company are false. Further, i got call from their customer care for verification and the customer care representative denied for various claims made by the sales representative, which were actually false promises for duping customers. During various subsequent telephonic calls as well, the sales representatives (Mr dhananjay & mr shoeb) kept on changing their words and even threatened in the last for forfeiting the amount if i don’t confirm the telephonic verification. I have written numerous emails and tried to escalate the issue and highlight the issue to their senior members in the team but their customer care always have standard reply which is “please contact your sales representative”. I also went through various posts and complaints on internet and many of them were similar to mine and realised that fraud is in the dna of all employees of this company and their management gives training of how to conduct such a fraud, as it is happening uniformly across various branches of this company.
            I purchased membership in october 2018 and till now they are not willing to resolve the issue and are just forcing me to accept the same. They are always hiding behind forcibly signed agreement, which comes under unfair trade practices.
            On going through various posts on internet, i realised that it is a mass fraud conducted by their company. I am left with no option but to file fir against them, along with complaint in eow (Economic offence wing). We are various members, which are victims of this fraud and are soon going to do that collectively.             There were various misleading commitments provided before cajoling/forcing to sign the one sided membership agreement, without allowing to go through the facts (not even the website). The agreement was signed in good faith with assurance from sales representatives that verbal commitments would be fulfilled. After collection of money, I got to see their true colors denying the commitments made at the time of selling membership.

              I feel seriously disappointed while writing that i tried to book accommodation after i took membership from chisl. At time of membership registration we were given false commitment of best pricing and super delux room facility, high rated accommodations, and multiple room bookings.
              Process of booking is realy waste of time. It takes alot of energy and time to book the vacations with this company.

              # pricing: average i am paying per night

              Registration fees 75000
              Maintenance charges 42500
              Interest cost in 5 years @ 7% 29225
              Total cost 146725
              No of nights in 5 years (Incl free weeks) 48
              Per night cost (Without breakfast) 3056.771

              Whereas what i can get through various sites is approx very less including breakfast.
              And we can avail multiple rooms, but they deny to book rooms for us. And process of mailing and booking is really harrasing. Morever the sales manager quoted for refund if nt satisfied, but now we find there is no clause of cancellation or refund. Pls help. We have paid money to book holiday. But we are really disappointed. It is really harrasing to book hotels other than this membership. While we have already paid money to chis, how can we afford booking through other providers nw. Pls help

              I am lucky before taking membership by God grace all the nacked face of agent come in my front. They made false promises, I have suggestions that please don't take any membership from CHIS.

                These people promised lot of facilities and free vouchers and complimentary holidays if we filled application form and said that the actual member ship would be after we enjoy free holidays and if satisfied we can sign contract after reading the terms and conditions. But they have forced the memebership. Issued a number and forged the contract document - not signed by us.

                Withrew unauthorizedly amount from credit card - shared only for number

                      Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd. —cancellation of membership and refund of money

                      Following are the details of the incident that I have gone through with “Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd, OBS Tower 3rd Floor, Block A - 37, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301”.

                      I had filled one lucky draw coupon at Shoppers Stop, Shipra Mall, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on 1st June 2019. Immediately on next day I received a call from a girl named Muskaan informing that I had won the lucky draw for 3 day/2 night free vacation, Rs.10, 000 coupon at any salon and 2 movie tickets. I was not willing to go as I don’t trust in these offers but she insisted that they expect nothing from me but just to come to pick up the free coupons with my wife. I told them that I have a small child and it would be difficult to come, however, she said that they have a special arrangement for kids. When I finally said okay she told that her manager would call me to confirm. In 30 minutes a guy named Amit called to confirm the “prize” and also asked to confirm that I would come as they need to print my name on the coupons. They sent me a text message from mobile number [protected]

                      I reached the venue at 7:30 pm with my wife and child and was told to sit on one of the tables. I found it odd that they had said there would be some event and special arrangement for kids but there was nothing of the sort. A man came and told us that we would need to attend a 45-minute presentation on a holiday package for the coupons. I told him why I was not informed about this on the call and we cannot wait for 45 minutes. He stood up and left. Then a lady came and said that she will just take a quick survey. They asked about our last vacation and asked how much we spend on the vacation and how many vacations we go in a year among other things. That survey took 15-20 minutes and then they started showing their site and how they have tied with 4500+ hotels and how many people have taken their package.
                      A man the lady called sir – Mr. Shoeb Khan (Take Over Manager) came and showed pictures of some family in a 5 star hotel – Hotel Roseate, Aerocity, New Delhi and how happy they were after taking their membership. They also dropped the names Country Inn, Radisson, etc. to associate with the hotel chains. Mr. Shoaeb then said we have a 10 year membership plan for INR 2, 35, 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since I cannot afford to pay it and they started bargaining with the offer. They said we are giving you free trip to Dubai everything included. Also, we will give you 0% emi on your card. Then they added 1 night free at Roseate hotel, Gurgaon. They asked about our anniversary date after which they said they will give 2 nights 3 days free at Jim Corbett at their hotel CHIS Kabeela. When I still said no they said that instead of fully paid Dubai trip they will reduce the price to 1, 90, 000. Then he said he will reduce Rs 20000 further to a price of Rs. 1, 70, 000. I said I need time to think but they insisted that this offer is for today only. I tried to google about their company but there was no internet data signal in that room. In between they kept clapping for people who were supposedly signing the agreement. After reading other complaints I think that is another of their sales gimmick.
                      We told them we will need 5-10 minutes to discuss but within 2 minutes the lady came back to our table and asked why you are taking so much time. You work so hard you should enjoy. We are not like Mahindra club membership where you have so many restrictions. Mr. Shoeb also came back and told me that he knows how to setup credit card emi so that I won’t have to pay any interest for 12\24 month emi. We were also told that we can cancel our membership later so there is no need to worry. I said yes and Mr. Shoeb brought out an agreement and said that this contract contains all that we discussed. He hurriedly pointed towards the signature box and did not give me time to read through. When I insisted he said trust on us. He then quickly swiped my card for Rs. 125000 and another one for Rs. 45, 000. As soon as I had paid they said we will mail you everything - the receipt and the coupons and said goodbye.

                      I got a welcome call on 5th June in which the person spoke so fast that I hardly understood what he spoke. I also read the agreement in full and found that it is a one sided contract. The buyer has no way out once they sign the agreement. All through the presentation I was told about 70 days vacation but it is actually 60 nights for 10 years– 6 nights per year. They had also mentioned that facilities such as pick and drop car would be available, but the contract says I need to pay a fee for that. Also, the free coupon given for salon use was actually from some veeba.com company with weight loss and cosmetic treatments only.

                      That made me think that there was an issue and I googled extensively about the company and found out about so many complaints and how they use these sales tricks to force people in taking the membership. I immediately mailed on 9th June to cancel my membership and asked for a refund. I got a call from their sales team member Mr. Dhananjay asking why I am requesting for cancellation. When I told him my reasons he said that someone from the management will call you. When I did not receive a call back I decided to visit their office in Noida. Mr Rahul Arora (senior customer manager) talked to me and said that once the contract is signed it cannot be cancelled. In fact he mentioned that you have not bought vegetables but holiday membership which cannot be taken back. I asked him why there is no clause to cancel membership and it has been only 3 days since I have received my login credentials and 7 days since I signed the contract. He said you cannot even cancel after 5 minutes of signing the contract. I told him that other company offering holidays allow cancellation within 10 days. But he said why did you sign the agreement and now nothing can be done.

                      I had asked for cancellation within 7 days of signing and have not availed any benefit from the contract and I have a right to cancel my membership and get a refund of the amount paid for Rs. 1, 70, 000.

                      As per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 the one sided contract is void and cannot be enforced.
                      As per the consumer forum Ludhiana (Case No.553, Dt.05.07.2012) the Hon’ble Judge specifically addressed this issue of ‘non-refundability’ – “Further the plea taken by the OPs (Country Vacations) that as per the terms and conditions of the impugned contract, the membership fee once paid is non-refundable is also not sustainable, as the impugned contract is one sided standard form of contract (where the parties are not equal in the bargaining power) which the OPs got prepared according to serve their interest and the complainants were supposed to sign only on the dotted line. For such a view we are guided by the judgment by the Hon’ble Supreme Court reported in AIR1986 (SC) 1571.”

                      Also, as per the code ethics in the AIRDA (ALL INDIA RESORT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION) site, it is mentioned that “a cooling off period of 10 days must be provided during which customers have the option to revoke, rescind and make void ab initio, any sales agreement entered into. If the agreement is revoked by the buyer, the seller is committed to refund all payments made and return share certificates, title deeds or other documents handed over during signing up of sales agreement.”

                      I have read so many consumer complaints on this site where people have gone through the exact same experience which I am going through.
                      I feel cheated and trapped by this contract from country holidays inn and suits. Kindly help in getting my membership cancelled and getting refund for the amount of Rs. 1, 70, 000 paid.

                      I got a call from Mr. Rahul Arora (customer relationship manager) and he told me what he had already told me earlier - once a customer has signed the contract it cannot be cancelled. When I told him about the code ethics policy from AIRDA (ALL INDIA RESORT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION) which says time sharing contracts can be cancelled within 10 days he said they do not acknowledge any such policy. When I asked him why they have not mentioned any cancellation policy in their contract he had no answer. He kept repeating that I had signed the contract. Also, he had no answer to the claim they have made for 5000+ properties which is not true. He also mentioned that I will get nothing from putting complaints on this site.

                      I am being forced to take the membership against my will. As per AIRDA I have a right to cancel the purchase within 10 days which I did and also received acknowledgement from CHIS. Also, as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 a one sided contract stands null and void and cannot be enforced upon the consumer.

                      Kindly help in getting my membership cancelled and getting my hard earned money back.

                        I have filled one coupon at dlf mall noida, few months back where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations
                        including shimla, jaipur, goa etc.
                        And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw.

                        Then i received calls from a girl she informed me that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with pvr voucher.
                        I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied.
                        But she kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the garden galleria mall with my wife for collecting the freebies.
                        I finally said okay, i will come. They sent me a text message –
                        (Welcome country holidays inn & suites india pvt. Ltd.

                        "congrats!
                        Mr. And Mrs. Today both are invited to collect your gift vouchers your 1st voucher is 1 couple movie tickets 2nd voucher is 2night & 3day holiday voucher.

                        In Jan, when i visited given venue then Prince Mishra, feroz and 2 other person tried to convenience me to buy a holiday package by doing lots of false commitment like:

                        We have 5000+ hotels in india
                        We have hotels in around 30 other countries
                        You will not get any issue while booking restaurants at any time if you informed us in advance.
                        We have at-least 7-8 options in each cities.
                        Each option is a 4-5 star properties.
                        You will also get discounts in Flight bookings, sight seeing and meals, if you take membership through CHIS.
                        You will save at-least 50-70% on each stay. Etc...

                        But when i came back and search about this company's review i found lots of complaint about the company,
                        people are saying that most of the time all good options are showing sold out even if we are trying to book in advance.

                        On their website:
                        Only 67 hotels at 35 locations are listed under chis-associated category.
                        Only 50 hotels in 12 countries are listed on chis-internal-exchange page (Excluding domestic hotels)
                        Only 117 all hotels are available on both pages.

                        It was not conveyed that i have to pay annual maintenance from 1st year as well.

                        On above complaint i received below reply from country holiday inn (Chis) that
                        "we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason,
                        the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed as there is no valid justification in the reason being provided."

                        According to country holiday inn (Chis), this is marketing strategy to do false commitment to sell the membership and it is not a valid reason to cancel membership.

                        As per indian laws, including indian contract act, 1872. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided
                        which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                        I have requested very next day after buying this membership to cancel this request but still they are not ready to refund my amount.

                        There were several false promises made by the company representatives while selling the membership to us,
                        but later on, when we inquired further all the promises and commitment made were false and we were felt cheated.
                        We are chasing the company Sales representatives (who sold to us), customer support and company higher management from last 4 months
                        but they are not taking this matter seriously and bringing this to closure. We are feeling cheated & dejected.
                        I am already going through a bad financial phase of my life and your team is making this even worse by mentally harassing us.
                        I can give full details of events in details if you require that in order to take up this matter to the company.

                        we only want my full refund of my hard earned money . we do not want to further with the membership.
                        Please cancel the membership and refund the money.

                          I bought a package 2 months back and after reading the reviews and comments i didn't do the full payment. I bought 45000 rs package against which i deposited 16500rs. now when i asking for refund or the package in the amount give I am not getting revert from customer care even after chasing them for more than 2 months now. CIIS is big fraud and this complete package drama is scam to earn money . So at the time of asking the refund back they go by all terms & conditions and while selling the package they dont even give you time to go through term & condition. I even asked them give me time to read terms & condition to which they replier Mam you need to trust us, we have downloaded you all whatever is mentioned. I am going to file legal complaint against them so they stop fooling people around.

                            Today went to Le meridian hotel, Gurugram as my wife received text regarding some lucky draw coupon and stating there is no terms and conditions and the free meal(turned out to be veg thali at food court!) and 4 night holidays is purely promotional. Seemed safe! Now when I am back, recalling the events, just wondering how they played each move. They promised 30 years of membership with so called high class treatment with low airfare and absolutely free 4-5 star hotels anywhere in world except North Korea, Pakistan and Russia... Seriously! Its easy to pursuade a couple than a single person... May be that's why they call a couple. Called for complementary dinner at le meridian and when we reached there he just didn't pick up the phone!! We just came out and tried the voucher, ABSOLUT embarrassment opened the eyes to Google and here I am writing. They have 380000 INR in possession from us. On phone he has told that he will talk today and refund whole amount... I doubt highly... I find no way he would. That's illogical. Only way I guess is to unite and file a case... Money is secondary, the tensed face of my beloved angers. If required, will go for political support, as I know, they think they are big players but if I have to, they might be taken for a ride. Ideal would be to get united and teach them a lesson. I don't have time for too much of verbal conversation, so would prefer straightforward statements.

                              This is Country Holidays Inn and Suites ! Donot confuse it with Country Inn.

                              We filled lucky draw coupon which their people may make you fill to grab your details in the malls .We filled it in one of the mall in Noida and got badly trapped.

                              They will call you up to claim the freebies as per them you are the lucky one but here the story of your harassment will begin...

                              They will make you see a presentation and the worst part is that will give you fake promises and take your hard-earned money by your credit or debit card and when you will demand refund they will claim its non refundable.

                              We are also amoung the people who got trapped with them and now it's a mental trauma for us to seek Refund of our own hard earned money from them even though we have not used any of the paid services.

                              They claimed that they have hotels almost all over India and abroad and the company is progressing so fast that every day many new destinations are adding up .so we thought as we love to travel we can use the membership and we opted for a 10 year membership .

                              Then We tried to book

                              1. Singapore - response came * cannot book 3 rooms

                              At the time of purchase we were told family rooms can be available if told in advance .

                              2. Lucknow - response came* we don't have hotel in Lucknow .(however Lucknow being capital o[censored]ttar Pradesh )

                              3.lonavala - no hotel .( Famous tourist destination)

                              4. Then for Bali -internal exchange (extra cost to be involved)

                              5. Same for Pattaya and Bangkok

                              6. Budapest - no hotel ( famous east European destination)

                              7. Vienna - no hotel (same as above)

                              8. Prague - no hotel (same as above)

                              9. Seoul - no hotel (capital of South Korea)

                              So we travelled many destination with additional cost with different agencies including thomas cook, make my trip, Dpauls as we could not avail their services due to lack of locations in their list and fake promise .

                              When I demanded Refund were told that CHIS works under unrefundable policy by the senior manager Mr. Rahul but later when I had sent a screen shot of their website he claimed as we have to complain within a defined period of time after availing our first holidays .

                              And it is not mentioned which holidays the complimentary or paid .However, we have not claimed any paid holiday yet as we could not because of the lack of locations which is a point of dissatisfaction as .

                              # a very few destinations abroad are being covered not as promised .

                              # sales team told told the company is progressing so fast that we will be covering almost all destinations in India and abroad under its associated and a few under internal exchange .

                              # we were told and it is mentioned on website also .If a member does not like its services, He can get cancelled the membership anytime and the company must refund his amount.

                              # we were informed that the process of booking is also very hassle free but I am sorry this is not the case .

                              # I was informed by the sales team that an international complimentary stay will be provided to us by the company but after payment it changed to domestic .

                              # their sales team told that its Annual Subscription Fee would be on annual basis for 10 years. If I avail their total days within two years or even within three year, it would charge ASF only for two years or even for three year.

                              • as per undermentioned CHIS’ Refund Policy written on its website(countryholidaysinnsuites.com/refund-policy:), I want to cancel my membership and to get refund of my money i.e. Rs.140000 .“In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, the member can cancel their membership.”

                              We requested the refund but due to disatisfaction and their reply always came that it non refundable, I request to kindly refund our money this is now creating a mental and financial stress on us .

                              By doing this they are doing fraud and it is becoming a scam !

                              I completely trust the law of our country and now its my only hope for seeking Refund of our hard earned money that I have to put my case under the NCDRC .

                              We are in trauma now ! Please help us to get back our hard earned money !

                              A consumer is the person who decides whether the services were at mark or not .You cannot harass or pressurise us to mark it as a satisfactory one .
                              I am sorry but we are completely dissatisfied and feeling harrassed mental, emotionally and financially .

Ltd. for availing 70 days stay with my family at 5 or 4 star hotels anywhere in India as lots of requests made and the following luring benefits and discounts offered by the company’s officials - Mr. Kritigya, Mr. Shekhar. I have paid a total amount of Rs. 140000/ to the company.

                                1. If a member does not like its services, He can get cancelled the membership anytime and the company must refund his amount.

                                2. A member can place the request for booking of the rooms at his desired place even before 24 hours and the company would provide the same.

                                3. Mr. Kritigya and Mr. Shekhar told that its Annual Subscription Fee would be on annual basis for 10 years. If I avail their total 70 days within two years or even within one year, it would charge ASF only for two years or even for one year.

                                4. They told me that if a hotel provides complimentary breakfast and other facilities, the company would not charge for the same. The company would also give other free facilities like complimentary dinner, breakfast, etc. time to time.

                                • Since I was getting late and was mentally pressurised and brainwashed by Mr. Kritigya & Mr. Shekhar, I signed the agreement keeping faith on their words and without going through it. In fact they continuously tangled me in gossips while deducting the amount and signing the agreement.

                                • On repeated requests of Mr. Shekhar to avail CHIS’s offer for one night complimentary stay at ITC Fortune Orange, Gurgaon, I visited there and the hotel was very far from Delhi situated on NH-8 with a distance of 65.4 km, which is not very safe to visit. It was also not a five star hotel and its services were not satisfactory.

                                • I requested for booking of Roseate House but CHIS team denied it saying our tie up with Roseate is over and the other hotels that they are suggesting me were not a five star or four star. With an objection, I contacted Mr. Kritigya, Mr. Shekhar after getting rejected my few calls. But they denied to cooperate me.

                                • I did lots of correspondence and made so many verbal requests to the company for booking of rooms as per my convenience. But it did not accede to my requests. Therefore, the booking could not be finalised and consequently.

                                • Due to the said reasons, I requested the company through lots of emails for cancellation of my membership and to refund my money back. But the company is not ready to refund my money. In response, it is referring its false agreement.

                                • The company’s commitments mentioned in Para-1 at Point Nos.(i) to(v) above are totally false. Its agreement is also biased, illegal and unlawful. In fact the company is cheating its members. I also got so many negative opinions, complaints, blogs etc. against the company on different websites which show a wrong reputation, false commitments and irregularities of the company(ANNEX-IV).

                                • Due to the said reasons and as per undermentioned CHIS’ Refund Policy written on its website(countryholidaysinnsuites.com/refund-policy:), I want to cancel my membership and to get refund of my money i.e. Rs. 140000/-. “In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, the member can cancel their membership.”

                                • Therefore, I requested the company for cancellation of my membership and to refund my amount of Rs.140000 /. But the company is not ready to refund the same. Now, I am feeling cheated and harassed by the company and I want my money back.

                                I got a call from Country Holidays Inn & Suites team but they are again asking me to compromise and continue membership with them and now they are ready to listen all my concerns (after I registered a complaint against them). I don't have this much time in life to register a complaint everytime I need to book a hotel using Country Holidays Inn & Suites membership.

                                I request Country Holidays Inn & Suites to initiate my refund as this is my hard earned money and I don't to waste it in this way.

                                  Firstly we are not satisfied with your services. As we have availed two complimentary vouchers it was not satisfactory. We went to itc fortune and jim corbett.
                                  Following are the issues we had faced during your membership
                                  1) during selling the product your associate has shown us different articles. On the time of purchase they mentioned us one day stay at itc. They also shown us itc maurya but at the time of availing they provided us itc fortune. Firstly it was very far from city.in addition to this they told us about various activities but they had not provided us with any external or internal activities. Location is also not good. It is below average. Also for availing vouchers firstly they denied and said we could not provide you services on respective dates. It may be flexible. How could i plan my trip according to your flexibility? On the time of joining they had not mentioned all these issues.
                                  2) trip to jim corbett is also not good. It‎ took around half an hour to find chis kabeela. Also on the way to it, there were no proper directions or signs mentioned. Services are also not good. Tea cups were not there. Electrical kettle was so dirty. Washroom items were not present no showercaps, no lotion, no soaps. Everytime i had to call reception for every small item. Sometimes they even didn't attend our call. Water bottle they provided us was not sealed. There are lot of other issues too. I don't have much time to explain each issue. But i just want my refund back. I paid 85000 to them they r really cheat. I advise everyone not to take any membership from chis

                                  I just talked Mr Rahul from chis.Firstly he said membership is non refundable.Then I refereed him one of my friend who recently cancelled his membership and claim his refund.After that he said it is refundable in some cases.but it must be within 7 days from your holidays. I again told them I filed refund within seven days too.Then he started talking in ill-mannered way.They even don't know how to talk with the customer.He told me that we will not refund your membership whether you complaint consumer complaint against us.

                                    Myself deepak sharma & anju sharma (Wife) has purchased country holiday inn & suites membership chisbh773927 in 80000/-. 31-mar-2018.
                                    We have paid all amounts during inception by mutually agreed terms & condition that we can utilize all 6 nights with 6 family /1night each.

                                    It's totally failure of commitment by chis representative.
                                    I have taken this membership for entertaining & refreshing in holidays but the scene is reverse as i totally depressed by calling /following the chis team members for justice from last 15 days.
                                    Still no resolution against this.

                                    Mr. Nadeem was sales executive for this deal and fake commitments.

                                    Till today we have not taken any single membership night.

                                    1. Now, the company is regularly decline for book more than 1 room at one time.

                                    2. Non-availability of rooms on desired date

                                    3. I am struggling for room booking since inception of my membership.
                                    One year is going to complete & i haven't not used even single membership night due to non availability of rooms for my family.

                                    4. Barrier of booking at peak time - its totally commitment failure from chis side because it was clearly told by your representative that there is no limit for peak on/off time in chis membership.

                                    5. Denying for complimentary breakfast.

                                    Totally fake company and making fake communication for selling their products.

                                    Chis is running big scam and we all are victims of their fraud, lets join hands and together we can fight the legal battel against chis to bring their promoters to justice and get our hard earned money back

                                    I request you to please return my membership fees i[censored] r not able to fulfill ur commitment., i will be very thankful to you for your fake commitment due to which i will be no more with chis.
