As two executives of countryard imperial inn & suites (C. I. I. S) told us about the plan or package which we buy on 20 january 2019 by credit card is totally different after paying the amount of package. They told us about the confirmation call but no body make confirmation call. And company claim our block amount without any confirmation class. They promised to pay the interest amount on the spot but after 3weeks no body is picking up their phones. From three past days we are trying to contact your customer care but no response. Why? Is this the way you cheat people. Now i want this package to be cancelled. I want my money back. Do something there is no response from any one from the company.

    This is to review a DSA of CHIS.
    Goodwill hospitality that is in noida gardens galleria mall.
    Ultimately stains the name of a company.
    I was working there as a consultant and i was to be given a salary for approximately 37 days .
    And what they gave me is a salary of 17 days .
    Why ?
    Coz it is a franchise
    Customers are not satisfied
    I have n number of customers and clients who -have messaged me regarding the bad experiences they face.
    -Meaning they are not even providing services .
    -But the sole reason that i post this review is that MR shekar chaudhary that is the director of goodwill hospitality cum branch head of CHIS don’t know how to Tkeep his employees or how to provide them with the promises.
    The reason he gave in was that he suffered losses that month.
    But that would never mean that he will not pay his employees.
    -Another friend of mine was given a salary of just 15 days when he was to be given a salary of 35 days .

    These are the some of members that share the experiences.

    I was also not provided with my hard earned remuneration while i was working in the company and the uneven nature of operating business here at DSA of CHIS is going to result in major downfall in the company .

    MIND YOU, THEY WILL MAKE ALL SORTS OF PROMISES BUT THE LUCRATIVE PRICE THAT THEY OFFER FOR THE MEMBERSHIP IS JUST NOT ENOUGH TO CATER THE NEEDS OF YOUR HOLIDAYS FOR THE COMING 5, 10 OR 30 YEARS. THIS IS BASIC COMMONSENSE . SO PLEASE THINK WISELY, IF YOU ARE IN A MOOD TO INVEST MONEY FOR 10 YEARS AND ARE WILLING TO ENJOY THE BENEFITS JUST FOR 1 OR 2 HOLIDAY, YOU ARE WELCOMED TO BUY CHIS MEMBERSHIP

    ENJOY HOLIDAYS ON YOUR OWN EXPENSE AND DONOT GET INTO SUCH FRAUDULENT MEMBERSHIPS

    ITS A PRETTY SIMPLE CASE HERE, WHEN THEY CANNOT MANAGE A SALARY FOR A BASIC EMPLOYEE IN THE COMPANY, THEY SURELY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF MANAGING YOUR BASIC NEED OF HOLIDAYS

      I am not happy with the services of chis, as i don’t like the complimentary services they offer to me, also i asked for refund before even using the complimentary as the sales person to whom i was in contact doesn’t respond to my call, was not helpful to convert my credit card payment into 24 months emi, american express gives 12 month emi provision and chis sale person said we will convert it into 24 months you don’t worry we will do that, on regular follow up asking again and agin to convert this into 24 month emi as my due date was near ultimately i have to convert it into 12 months emi. If all this i have to by my own then what’s the need of chis.

      Then asked for refund she herself said mam we can refund only once you go to the holiday, immediately after the she said she will process our refund, after coming back she said she can’t do that, started giving me unnecessary reasons.
      Every time they assign different senior person, i have tell them all the stories from the beginning, every time senior person admit their mistakes and always says i am really sorry, for this thing and when in the end of whole i asked for refund, then they denied by saying what’s the problem.
      I am very disappointed and had bad experience with chis.

      There is no communication among the whole marketing team and the customer service site, everyone tells the different story, many fake commitments were made at the time of payment.
      On the table they said ma’am be a member of chis for once and in case you don’t like it “we will refund your amount “ but then afterwards when i was asking for refund they said your membership is not refundable.
      Many more fake comments were made with us on table.

      I have attached a video of a 5star hotel which was offered to us as a complimentary services.

      I am write this message to share what exactly happened after writing the previous message against the CHIS, I got the call on the same day in the evening nearly 6pm.
      Which was shocking as CHIS never answer the calls in the 1st attempt. And customer service number are very useless.
      So the conversation was only in that concern to take back this complaint and add comments to that query has been resolved.
      He was concern only in this regards and was telling me, he can refund this amount as my membership as per them is non refundable.

      I hope he would understand why I am asking this, I am unhappy because of services CHIS provides and miscommunication in between the sales person and customer services person.
      You are the service provider then you should take care for everything, if everything I have to manage by my own then what the point of being your member.
      Every new senior person I am talking to admit and apologise for what happened in the past, then denied for the refund in the end conversation.

      I don’t want to give any further chances to CHIS to be as my service as of now the trust is gone.

      Fake commitment are still the major issues that spoiled our relation and trust in CHIS.

      I want update few more things happened in past 2 days, I am only getting the calls and messages on my WhatsApp no., to mark my problem as resolved, without giving the solution. I am asking them to refund my amount, person from CHIS telling to we can sort the problem, without adding comments here, I agree to that point, fine You provide me the solution, I will not add comments.
      I don’t know adding comment will help me or not but, but this what I want to tell, what I am going through. I am scared also because I don’t know what will be the consequences of writing it, As I have never been through such situation. Where people are trying to fears you of legal process, I never thought and have any experience but let see how things will works.

        Yes you all brothers.
        You all absolutely right. I also received the same call from mr. Zaib and mr. Rahul sharma the boss of all fraud.
        First of all it started with the pacific mall, subhash nagar, new delhi. I was standing at the billing counter of spar hypermarket of pacific mall, and a cute little girl came to and presented the survey form for the chis. Country holidays inn and suits. And the very next day i received the call from the next cute and beautiful girl neha. I was in talk for the same company chis and offered a holiday voucher of 2 nights and 3 days free of cost, plus beauty saloon voucher of rs. 10000 and free movie ticket. I was very happy to listen this very beautiful offer by beautiful girl and i went there to collect the same. At the reception i was received by mr. Zaib and that beautiful girl now disappeared now as they were about to make this fraud happen. The handsome young man mr. Zaib explained me the scheme and his boss mr. Rahul made a offer of rs. 190000 for 10 years. I started to move out but they wasted my 2 hours there and tried very hard to sell the scheme to me. They started their bargaining with my wife and she was convinced so i was in great trouble because they convinced my wife that this is a very lucrative offer of luxury. But one of my friend in gurgaon got trapped in similar trap and lost his huge money rs 50000. I was alerted by my that friend so i was very careful. One of my more friend has alerted me who is a girl and working in such a similar kind of fraud company named bajaj highland holidays pvt ltd and she clearly told that there is no rooms available for members if you book from their app or with reference to your membership id. But the same hotel and same rooms will be available if you check and book through big companies like make my trip or oyo, trivago. So please understand brother this is a new trick of con fraud that they new young man and young girls apply to make easy money. So never become a victim of prey. Judge their needy greeds if they are continuously insisting you to make big payment right now right away. I am a highly qualified person and dual certified mind by top university, m. Tech engineer so i have applied my mind and saved myself from this big fraud. I had fight with my wife over this on the spot but later on she realised all this the next day and thankful to me. So brother don't get carried away by the emotional mind and girls and ladies because it will lead you to suffer huge loss. Always apply your master mind and save yourself. There are a lot of scam rackets like this and member making schemes operating in india so be careful.

        Customer care is giving quick response but please note that the membership is non refundable, so please be careful before transferring the money. Availability of hotels will always remain a issue. No guarantee that you will get the hotels at your destination place.

          I took this membership a few months ago after being convinced by mr. Raunit. Quite a few benefits and promises had been said by him. We paid a handsome amount of money to get the membership. This is the first time i planned my trip and thought of getting my hotels booked through chis. But to my astonishment, i was sold this membership saying that it is beneficial for the people who plan their vacations on urgent basis without any prior notice;
          Secondly, who like to stay in luxury of a 4 star and above hotel.
          Thirdly, the membership is for 2 adults and 2 kids or 3 adults.

          Then i was also told that they don't follow any seasons and their members get rooms on priority basis. Even if we inform them 15 days before travelling, they will get us a room booked.

          Now we planned a vacation 4 months before the travelling month, got our flights booked and asked you to book the hotel but you told us that hotels cannot be booked prior to 3 months. After waiting for a month, we asked you again to get the hotels booked but your coordinators told us that mumbai is all sold out and none of the hotels are available for booking and in shirdi also we will have to compromise on our choice of hotel.

          After constant nick knacks, we got the hotel booked for mumbai but then coordinator asked for payment for an extra bed as our 11 year old child will be considered as an adult even though as mentioned above we had this membership for 3 adults and then we told them that my child won't be using any extra bed. He will share the same bed.

          Shirdi hotel is still undone as we are being asked to compromise on our hotel which i am not willing to do.

          This is the first time i getting the hotel booked by you and i have forever years to go till my membership period passes out. Now my vacations are more of a stress than fun and all thanks to you.

          The only favor you can do to me is to refund the money i have paid you guys to make my vacations miserable. I was much better off planning my vacations on my own. Thanks for all the support till date but i would not want to continue with your company now so please refund my membership amount.

            This is totally fraud and false company. Before agreement they not told me that for every trip they charge extra 8000 rs for 6 days aspect of membership charge. Also they don't have those property and travel destination they claim. On there site we have very less option and almost 70% place are very common. I want to cancel my membership and my money back.

            I want to go consumer court, or any one can tell me option for this?

              After so many calls of chis (Country holidays inn & suites), we agreed to attend their session. The calling person insisted us to come for this session in the evening and committed that we will not be forced to buy any membership. We will just be shown some presentation which will take around 45 minutes. However, the truth is something else. When we reached there around 7 pm on 20th july 2018, they made us sit in closed room and they started playing with our minds. They kept luring us till 11 pm midnight and did not let us go. We, with two young kids, were so hungry & tired by that time and finally got trapped in their plan unfortunately & cheated under the membership no. Chisdl774711 which was forced on us, with all false statements, lies and false promises and commitments at the time of offering the membership to us.

              Their sales person ms. Gayatri dubey in gurgaon office at metropolitan mall, mg road, gurgaon, trapped us to take the membership by telling all fake statements that they have all 4-5 star properties in their list which generally costs rs.8, 000/- to rs.10, 000/-, but it will cost to us only around 2, 000/- after taking the membership. However, in actual we see most of properties listed at their app are generally available in the range of rs.3, 000/- to rs.4, 000/-.

              We had paid hefty amount of rs.1, 35, 000/- for taking their bogus membership wherein no breakfast, no dinner or lunch is included. There is never ever any support from their so called consumer support team. No one picks up the call first of all. If by any chance, they pick up the call, they ask to refer online mobile app only. For everything, we have to write email, for which again no response comes. At the time of selling this membership, ms. Gayatri dubey said they are available any time if we want to have any suggestion, any support, any clarification about any property. We can anytime approach them for booking related matters. Now for anything we approach them, they says they are not available. Office opens up only up to 6 pm etc etc. And we have to write to customer support only and they cannot help us.

              For the reason of having such a bad experience with chis, till date, since the membership taken, we had not availed any booking of hotel accommodation with chis membership. We were forced to sign the agreement there and then only under complete undue influence by ms. Gayatri dubey and she committed the agreement can be cancelled anytime, if we are not satisfied and the entire money will be refunded.

              Despite paying our huge hard-earned money to you, we are suffering from a complete mental torture and harassment after taking this membership, therefore, we requested them so many times by writing e-mails and calling to cancel our membership and refund our entire amount of rs.1, 35, 000/-, as this membership was sold fraudulently with all false commitments / lies / promises, but they are not returning our money and not resolving the matter.

              Being a bona-fide consumer and having paid for the services for unjustified consideration, we would expect the fastest resolution of this matter from chis and refund of our money of rs.1, 35, 000/- immediately.

              Our complaint has yet not been resolved. Indeed after putting our complaint here, CHIS person Mr. Rahul have called us up and harassed and threatened to remove this complaint. They are saying that this membership can not be cancelled in any case and our money will not be refunded. this is because their intentions are fraudulent and this company is formed to cheat and loot people. they are making fool of middle class people by luring them and trapping them. but we will now pursue this legal battle and this company and its management will be held liable and guilty for this forgery. they are creating mental harassment to common people and their directors are enjoying their luxury lives on the hard earned money of common public. Now government has provided many platforms to unveil these kind of corrupt people who incorporate companies with these fraud objectives of doing fraud and cheating people. sooner or later the truth and law will win.

                We took the membership plan on 29th december 2018 at noida with painful heart and mind i am feeling distress dissatisfied and frustrated with the services of company. We paid inr 17500 on the spot as membership fee. It was promised by chis executives that the member, spouse and children will be given every year free holiday voucher for 7 days holidays for stay in hotels yearly for 10 years, and member will be extended other discounted facilities. The company had said that we could avail a seven-day/six-nights holiday in any of its resorts and hotels in india and abroad however, when i wanted to redeem gift voucher and membership holidays in gurgoan and delhi at different dates. It was regretted by company that property is not available. The company at the outset utterly failed to extend its obligation in booking the properties and ultimately i could not avail the facilities. It appears that all the promises were false promises as none of aforesaid benefit was given to the member. We are feeling utterly cheated and deceived by chis. The behaviour is highly unethical. Chis lured us to take membership by way of fraud, misleading, coercion, misinterpretation and misrepresentation. Merely signing an agreement is not tantamount to a person knowing all the contents in it so you can not hold my money as such i have not availed a single trip because of fake promises and unprofessionalism attitude of chis
                Under such circumstances i am left with no other option except to cancel my membership and request to pay our full amount along with 18 per cent interest on it till date of realization.
                Kindly treat it a notice on priority.

                  We took the membership plan on 30th november 2018. It’s with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration i am writing this. At the first place we were not at all interested in buying the plan but miss bhumika and mr nadeem which was sales manager at chis noida forced us into buying this by saying first buy this trial package of 80 thousand. A whole lot of t&c are put before us on both voucher and membership nights which at the time of selling were never mentioned. At the timing of selling they assured us that we don't have to pay a single penny and about amc/asf said it is included in the membership fee and the amount has already been deducted hence we need not pay any amount for the year but now when i received the welcome call them, then costumer-care executive start explaining about amc charges 7000/-inr will pay for every trip.
                  Is this logical? Why there is such duplicacy in promising and delivering. We were very conveniently fooled into buying this plan. We were given an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. But were not let to read saying that you can read it later. I wonder how things will take shape once we avail the service. Therefore i want to cancel my membership right away without availing a single trip because of fake promises and lies. Even i am surprised my first compliant on this website resolved without my concern. Now they are not cancelling my membership. Even they are harassing me.
                  I am writing a mail to customer care for cancellation the membership and they are saying its not a valid reason to cancel the membership. "you are cheating with people and its not a valid reason to cancel the membership". I am requesting you to cancel the my membership asap.

                    I and my wife were called for an offer by CHIS, Garden Galleria, Noida.

                    We were explained about the offer by Sales staff. We chose to go with CHIS Domestic Holidays Package which is applicable for 5 Years and we were looking forward to upgrade to International Holidays Package if we find the experience & services, impressive & at par with the made commitments. It was informed to us that the cost of Domestic Holidays Package shall be Rs. 75000/-, all inclusive, for which we made the Payment of entire amount (Invoice Dated 30th Dec'2018: "CHIS-ND783206" & "CHIS-ND783207", against Payment of Rs. 20, 000/- & Rs. 55000/-, respectively).

                    However, when I received the confirmation call on my registered mobile number yesterday, the 31st Dec'2018, I was informed that there shall be additional fee of Rs. 8500/- every year, for next five years, under the header AMC., which was not informed to us at the time when we availed the mentioned offer and made the Payment of Rs. 75000/-.

                    Later, when we checked for this AMC with Sales staff, he confirmed that they informed us of this AMC, as far as he remembered.

                    Due to this incident, we have lost complete faith and confidence in CHIS & its services, and have decided not to joint this offer, or any other in future as well.

                    You are requested to immediately process the reversal of payment made by us, that is Rs. 75000/-

                    This is for your advance information, we have not used any Services, Holidays or Movie Coupons, provided by CHIS. You may please check the same at your end as well and expedite the refund of our payment, without any delay.

                    I was confirmed that I will get my refund within 45 Days, which completed on 5th of April’19. But I have not received the payment, nor any update, from CHIS. I have followed up with Mr. Rahul Arora several times since 5th of April’19, but there is no result.

                      On 19th Jan 2019 i received a call from Country Holiday Inn & Suites regarding free gift and membership.

                      I visited the Radisson Blu Hotel Kaushambi on 20th Jan 2019.

                      I was trapped with the offer and paid Rs. 1, 65, 000, against which i received an invoice of Rs. 65, 000 only.

                      Please help me to get my money back since this a purely a fraud that has happened to me.

                      Hi, In reference to complaint posted. I am taking my complaint off. Facts are as per below:- Met with Mr. Dhananjay at Radisson Kaushambi on 24/01/2019 and explained the issue. He carefully listened to me, and subsequent to that, he advised me to downgrade my membership to Rs. 80, 000 and told me that balance Rs. 85, 000 would be refunded by the Company. Also, for Rs. 80, 000 membership services, he assured me that, even if by any reason we fail to live up to the expectations the same would be refunded by the Company. I agreed to suggestion and gave my go ahead. Out of several people met, Dhananjay sounded to me the most genuine person in the Company. Received, Post dated cheq of 28/02/2019, amounting to Rs. 85, 000 from Country Holiday on 23/02/2019 only because of intervention and support of Mr. Dhananjay. Cheq was handed over to me by Mr. Shakul. Though i honestly intended to take off the complaint post clearance of cheq. But at request of Dhananjay i who genuinely supported me, i am taking my complaint off. He further assured me that he will take care of clearance of cheq as well.                         This is my worst and horrible experience with a country holiday inn & suites/chis (Don’t confuse it with country inn). The sweetness and the kind gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
                        Following is the description of the incident that i have gone through with “country holidays inn & suites pvt. Ltd, tdi mall, rajouri garden.

                        I have filled one coupon at raj mandir, rohini, new delhii where the person told me that ‘country inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including shimla, jaipur, goa etc. And they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw with free pvr movie ticket.
                        Immediately after 2 hrs i received a call from a boy informing that i won the lucky draw for free vacation along with bookmyshow voucher. I was not willing to go as i don’t trust in these offers, so i denied. But he kept on convincing me that i just have to visit the tdi mall, rajouri garden, rohini. With my wife for collecting the freebies and have to spare a time of 45 minutes so that they could explain the freebies.
                        I did not go for collecting the same as i was not so interested in these types of offers. But, they kept calling me again and again to collect the gift. I counter questioned them whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer which they denied. I then said okay, i will come.

                        I finally decided to go there on 19th aug, 2018. I reached there and enquired about mohd. Junaid. Then a person shared a form with me asking the entry code to collect the vouchers. I was then asked to attend a presentation about company’s promotion to get the free vouchers. There were few more couples sitting there, thus, out of curiosity, i also agreed for the presentation. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as “prem kishore”. He then asked that please introduce yourself so that we are comfortable with each other for next half an hour. He then asked you must be having some questions in your mind why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right at that moment. He then said it’s for your time for promotion of company’s new app “chis”. He then started that you must have heard about country inn and i was also under the impression that it is related to country inn hotels as the name is similar to that only and the text message also mentioned the same. He then asked me about my last vacations and said that he will offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. He then said that offer would be valid for today only. He then said this is unlike other membership plans where they sell life time plans for 5-10 lakhs rupees. I started losing my interest and said that i am not interested in buying any plan. He then convinced that he is not at all selling any plan to me and started showing some five-star properties (Hotels). He then said what if this hotel will be available to you at 2 star hotel price etc. I said yes it would be a great deal. He then said we have a 10 year membership plan for inr 1, 80, 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since i cannot afford to pay it. They asked me that they will provide some cashback if few digits are appearing on my credit card. (I think they wanted to check whether i am carrying a credit card or not) they brought it down to 1, 35, 000 for 10 years and talked about various emis with many further freebies including 2 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay. I completely denied their offer.. They then very politely said that please collect your free voucher before leaving the office. I will take only 5 minutes. Moreover he then said offer can be utilized by you and your family simultaneously means you can go with your family and friends and book two rooms. You need not to pay any charge for extra room booking as the same get deducted from your limit of nights allotted.

                        Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me and i may opt for it if you will provide me one day’s time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed in the beginning that any offer would be valid for today only and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 5 years stating that though it is for old age person only, but he will somehow manage for it. He additionally offered me one-night stay at roseat hotel, gurgaon along with free breakfast. He additionally offered me 2 nights with breakfast at either jim corbet or shimla and 2 bonus weeks making a total night of 47 nights at inr 95, 000. I then also denied that i can’t pay such amount at once. I told that i can confirm it over the phone at the later part of day but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer for few selected families which would expire the minute we step out from the room. He then said he will arrange emi plan exclusively for me. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought membership plan 4-5 years ago came and thank them for making an asset. He then said i only have to pay rs 7, 500 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on calculator that per night stay is costing less than rs 2, 000. I and my wife also seems convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again where they told us that at any point of time we can cancel our membership. I finally fall into their trap and said them okay. He immediately swiped my card for inr rs 78000 from credit card and rs 2000 from my debit card stating that we have offered you discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with tax invoice for the amount. He then came with an agreement and while signing when i wanted to go through the agreement but they did not allow us to do so saying that “sir, need not worry. It has all the information that we have discussed now and you can read it later showing the membership plan details and freebies only. You need not worry, country inn is not a small brand, you know”. We were happy to get this deal and was waiting for membership details.

                        I got a confirmation call about the membership followed by an e-mail with login credentials after few days. I then tried login on app to see how it works, but it was not successful. I then tried customer care number for several times but it was not serviceable. Then, i checked google about the company and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in december 2016 only. I then related that country inn and country holiday inn & suites are two different companies. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that a fraud has happened with me and that i have lost my hard-earned money.

                        Finding so much negative comments about this company, i talked to prem kishore and mohd. Junaid several times on number of issues which will be detailed below. He started changing his commitments made at the time of selling and tried to manipulate me again. Somehow i did not loose hope on chis and asked for my first holiday booking in jaipur against the voucher for lemon tree hotel. At first instance they denied saying that i cannot make the reservation request for lemon tree because we can provide only achrol niwas in jaipur. Thereafter, i tried to book room for darjeeling and gangtok but they denied by saying that we can not provide two room which was previously assured at the time of selling membership. I also shocked to know that i also need to pay amc for the first year to book hotel which was assured to be paid after one year at the time of selling of membership. On which i asked for refund as i totally lost faith in the company. I asked for refund on mail, the reply was “we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, as the booking has not been denied.”
                        I then immediately replied with “i was informed that i can cancel my membership if i am not satisfied. Also, website clearly mentions the same as below:
                        In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, the member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday after deducting administration charges, asf and gst.

                        I, then, read the so-called agreement which mentioned things which were totally opposite to what they said. This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                        Thus, this is completely a fraud where you will not get booking of your choice. They don’t have their own hotel as mentioned at the time of booking. They have floated a company whose name is like country inn just to make people fall into their trap easily.

                        I am enlisting all the false commitments and hidden things below:

                        1) at the time of sale of membership i was told that you can book hotel as per your choice with in eight location (Delhi, manali, jaipur, jin corbett, shimla, agra, jodhpur, udaipur) through redeem of voucher but at the time of booking hotel in jaipur it was said that you can book only acroll niwas in jaipur. Thereafter, i tried to book hotel in udaipur through redeem of voucher then it was said that you can book hotel at other location like bhopal, delhi etc but not in udaipur.

                        2) thereafter, i tried to book hotel in darjeeling and gangtok with my family for two room but it was denied by saying that you can book only one room as per agreement but at the time of selling of membership it was said that you can book two room. This happened again at the time of booking in udaipur also.

                        3) at the time of sale of membership it was said that the amc would be paid after utilizing one year allotted nights but at the time of actual booking of hotel they replied you need to pay amc first before booking of hotel. This is agin example of false commitment and wrong intention
                        4) at the time of sale of membership it was said that you can book hotel even 7 days prior the date of journey but the reality is miles away. Room is not available even 50 days prior intimation.
                        Company is cheating with innocent people by showing a very rosy and lucrative picture of the facilities and services offered, but in reality, by misrepresenting and concealing, they are willfully laying a trap by making people at large believe in your false promises and representations and fooling them and extorting their hard earned money.

                        Please help me to get my money back since this a purely a fraud that has happened to me. I have not availed any service from country holiday till date.

                          I got a call saying that i have won three prizes that is 1) 2 pvr movie tickets free 2) vibes - 15000/- worth treatments free 3) 4 days 3 nights holiday with my choice of destination absolutely free +no terms and conditions applied. I was bit hesitant about the same and i asked how much should i pay for the same? They said mam its absolutely free and you need not pay even a single rupee for these prizes. Then i had a doubt and i asked should i take any membership to claim these prizes? They told no i need not take any membership. They told me you will have to sit and listen to our 45 mins presentation. I said i will come but i shouldn't be compelled for any type of membership or trips any anything which includes money, they promised. Once we reached there they made us comfortable by asking for refreshments. They asked about our family and they tried to attach with us emotionally. Once they take you into confidence then they start complelling you to take membership for 10 years which comes for 1.45 lac. I somehow had made up my mind i shouldn't get convinced... They kept on asking me why i was disinterested to listen to their presentation? I had told them if this was the case i don't need any prizes they claim. Then the one who was explaining started being rude to us... He told at least take 5 year membership which will cost you 65000/- i told them we dint want anything. Then the person who was explaining told me that his mouth started aching explaining and such a waste of time.in fact he had wasted our precious (3hrs) time. He had literally opened our brains and ate everything inside i felt. I somehow kept myself calm and i was about to come and they told to collect the prizes or else you will write a bad review on our company... They gave me the coupons and for my surprise they didn't give any pvr tickets which they claimed, but sure they gave other two as i couldn't claim those without paying. Definitively yes there were * terms and conditions applied.

                            Sales team during his company profile intro commits that they have many hotel around the world but the truth is a different they don't have even single owned property anywhere in the world and this is a fraud company. You will never invest your money in this company these people are liers. This is the way to be fool people and offer membership it's a way of sales team strategy. During the same strategy, they took me ₹ 100000. Company. Now their sales team is not giving my ₹ 100000 refunds. Poor company

                              This is a cheat company. Exists only to fool people. They just want to take your money. Do not go for them. They will talk sweetly when they sell membership to you but when you actually plan to visit somewhere, they will show you your true color. Will talk about terms and conditions.
                              Unfortunately i took their membership in 2018. At the time of membership, the sales person told me about so much benefits and hotels. They told me yiu can visit anywhere in nationally and internationally. We will be with you but now when i am trying to book hotel. They tell me, sorry we this location is not available with us at the moment. You can visit somewhere else. Why would i go somewhere else. It happens everytime.
                              Staff is arrogant.
                              You can't be cancel once you have made booking. Like "patthar ki lakir". I made a booking and opted for cancellation 10 days before the booking date but they said this can't be done. Even hotel provides same day cancellation policy.
                              Chis just have been opened to cheat people.
                              Please help me in getting my money back.

                                I am not satisfied with their points. I have nothing to do with their plan of vacation. They just brain washed my mind at the time of explaining their vouchers. I have spent 75000 to them. I want my full refund. I have already filed a complaint in police station. And i am preparing to send the notice from dm through my office. If they are not giving my miney back i will put them behind the bars.

                                  We have planned to avail the service. So we booked our vacations. Chis provide achrol niwas resort.
                                  Near jaipur. That resort is not as we thought of 4/5 star resort. They could have booked lemon tree or jaibagh resort or better option. We expected better resort as we requested booking and have done so many follow ups.

                                  They charged breakfast from us also.
                                  You said you will provide international flights like dubai or singapore but in the documents which you provide us didnot mention. We are not happy with your services so please refund our money and cancel our membership. This is the request.in your website also refund policy is there.

                                  This is the copy which your employee said to us and i have also attached the copy which your employee provide to us.

                                    I have filled one coupon at SELECT CITY MALL, SAKET, NEW DELHII where the person told me that ‘Country Inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including Shimla, Jaipur, Goa etc. and they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw. Moreover ill be provided with free salon vouchers worth Rs 15000 and Free PVR movie ticket.
                                    Immediately after 2 hrs I received a call from a girl informing that I won the lucky draw for free vacation along with bookmyshow voucher. I was not willing to go as I don’t trust in these offers, so I denied. But she kept on convincing me that I just have to visit the MGF Metropolitian Mall, Saket. with my wife for collecting the freebies and have to spare a time of 45 minutes so that they could explain the freebies.
                                    I did not go for collecting the same as I was not so interested in these types of offers. But, they kept calling me again and again to collect the gift. I counter questioned them whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer which they denied. I then said okay, I will come. They sent me same message with a invitation no. KR0073 mobile number – [protected] (Rahul Sharma).

                                    I finally decided to go there on 30th Nov, 2018 at around 6:30 PM. I reached there and enquired about Rahul. Then a person shared a form with me asking the entry code to collect the vouchers. I was then asked to attend a presentation about company’s promotion to get the free vouchers. There were few more couples sitting there, thus, out of curiosity, I also agreed for the presentation. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as “Rehan” . He then asked that please introduce yourself so that we are comfortable with each other for next half an hour. He then asked you must be having some questions in your mind why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right at that moment. He then said it’s for your time for promotion of company’s new app “CHIS”. He then started that you must have heard about Country Inn and I was also under the impression that it is related to Country Inn hotels as the name is similar to that only and the text message also mentioned the same. He then asked me about my last vacations and said that he will offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. He then said that offer would be valid for today only. He then said this is unlike other membership plans where they sell life time plans for 5-10 lakhs rupees. I started losing my interest and said that I am not interested in buying any plan. He then convinced that he is not at all selling any plan to me and started showing some five-star properties (hotels). He then said what if this hotel will be available to you at 2 star hotel price etc. I said yes it would be a great deal. He then said we have a 10 year membership plan for INR 1, 80, 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since I cannot afford to pay it. They asked me that they will provide some cashback if few digits are appearing on my credit card. (I think they wanted to check whether I am carrying a credit card or not) They brought it down to 1, 35, 000 for 10 years and talked about various EMIs with many further freebies including 2 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than Rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay. I completely denied their offer.. They then very politely said that please collect your free voucher before leaving the office. I will take only 5 minutes.

                                    Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me and I may opt for it if you will provide me one day’s time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed in the beginning that any offer would be valid for today only and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 5 years stating that though it is for womens only, but he will somehow manage for it. He additionally offered me one-night stay at Fortune Hotel, Manesar along with free breakfast and dinner. He additionally offered me 2 nights with breakfast at either Jim corbet or Shimla and 2 bonus weeks making a total night of 47 nights at INR 95, 000. I then also denied that I can’t pay such amount at once. I told that I can confirm it over the phone at the later part of day but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer for few selected families which would expire the minute we step out from the room. He then said he will arrange EMI plan exclusively for me. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought membership plan 4-5 years ago came and thank them for making an asset. He then said I only have to pay Rs 7, 500 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on calculator that per night stay is costing less than Rs 2, 000. I and my wife also seems convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again where they told us that at any point of time we can cancel our membership. I finally fall into their trap and said them okay. He immediately swiped my card for INR Rs 73000 from two credit cards and Rs 7000 from my debit card stating that we have offered you discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with tax invoice for the amount. He then came with an agreement and while signing when I wanted to go through the agreement but they did not allow us to do so saying that “Sir, need not worry. It has all the information that we have discussed now and you can read it later showing the membership plan details and freebies only. You need not worry, Country Inn is not a small brand, you know”. I also relied on them as it was too late (9:30 PM) and we were feeling hungry as well. We were happy to get this deal and was waiting for membership details.

                                    On 4th Dec, 2018, I got a confirmation call about the membership followed by an e-mail with login credentials. I then tried login on app to see how it works, but it was not successful. I then tried customer care number for several times but it was not serviceable. Then, I checked google about the company and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in December 2016 only. I then related that Country Inn and Country Holiday Inn & Suites are two different companies. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that a fraud has happened with me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.

                                    Finding so much negative comments about this company, i talked to Rehan several times on number of issues which will be detailed below. He started changing his commitments made at the time of selling and tried to manipulate me again. Somehow i did not loose hope on CHIS and asked for my first holiday booking in goa. At first instance they denied saying that i cannot make the reservation request before 21 days of enrollment of membership. Moreover to my utter surprise i also got to know that i cannot make reservation more than 2 months prior the date of check in. To the contrary i was told that i can make reservations as soon as i get a welcome call. Still I waited for 21 days and deadline of 2 m onths and asked for reservation. To my utter shock they offered me substandard hotel having a tariff Rs 2000 only. On which I asked for refund as i totally lost faith in the company. On 29th Dec 2018 i asked for refund and on 31st dec 2018, the reply was “We regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, as the booking has not been denied.”
                                    I then immediately replied with “I was informed that I can cancel my membership if I am not satisfied. Also, website clearly mentions the same as below:
                                    In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, The member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday after deducting administration charges, ASF and GST.

                                    I, then, read the so-called agreement which mentioned things which were totally opposite to what they said. I am doctor by profession and I have families of Judges and lawyers.This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

                                    Thus, this is completely a fraud where you will not get booking of your choice. They don’t have their own hotel as mentioned at the time of booking. They have floated a company whose name is like Country Inn just to make people fall into their trap easily.

                                    I am enlisting all the false commitments and hidden things below:

                                    1) At the time of sale of membership i was told that minimum tariff of empanelled properties is Rs[protected]/-, which is absolutely false as the property offered for my first holiday in goa has a tariff of Rs 2000. Its an insult for your members to offer such cheap properties.

                                    2) It was told by Mr Rehan that room category offered for their members is either Suits/studio room. But contrary to this i was offered the lowest category room available in that hotel.

                                    3) It was told that Country inn, Candolim and JW Marriott, goa, both the properties have a tie up with CHIS. But later on requesting for reservation in either of them, i was denied for the same because these properties are not in their list.
                                    4) I was told that ill get a flat 20% discount on my flight bookings. But later Mr Rehan denied this and told that refund amount is not fixed and it ranges from 10-20%. Moreover, he assured me that money will be refunded within 7 days after the booking, but it has been more 3 weeks since my booking still there is no intimation from Mr Rehan about the refund inspite of frequent reminders.

                                    5) No information was given at the time of enrollment that booking can't be done more than 2 months prior from the date of check in. This was a surprise for me as holiday planning is done well in advance.

                                    6) Mr Rehan assured us that after getting a welcome call ( 3 days post enrollment of membership), we can plan and book our holidays. But later from reservation team i was informed that there is a lock in period of 21 days.

                                    Please help me to get my money back since this a purely a fraud that has happened to me.

                                    Got a call from Mr Rahul yesterday and he forced my wife to take back the compalint. She denied for the same. Later I talked to him and he assured me he'll get back to me after half an hour once he have a word with Mr Rehan. But till now no reponse from the company.
                                    I need the refund. No solution has been made to my complaint till now.

                                      trap on the name of free voucher

                                      I have called many times for collection of free Boucher but I denied because of lack of time.
                                      Yesterday I visited at there office after 3-4 calls of Ms. Simran
                                      She promised me to provide some entry code and on phone but I didn't receive any till I reached there

                                      They started there presentation without any code.
                                      They don't give time to think they take my card for checking...
