Country holidays inn & suites, noida (Chis) invited me and my wife to saket select city mall shop# 32 on 3rdaug 2019 to collect free - gift vouchers. Please see the pdf for gift vouchers (Which they sent from the personal email o[censored]nknown person). Accordingly, i and my wife visited there at around 1.00 pm to collect the same. When we went there, they convinced us to take 45 minutes presentation for taking membership package which has lots of facilities as verbally promised/committed by their representative mr. Jatin (Mobile: [protected]) & rehan (Mobile: [protected]). I said i don’t have enough funds in my account but they were desperate to consume the entire credit limit from the credit cards.
They said that if we pay all amount at once we don’t have to pay the premium amount of rs 7000 for every 7days every time that means plus 70000+ taxes more with the package (It was amc which was hidden) and if we take emi we have to pay these charges. They didn’t make me clear that they will pull the entire credit limit from my credit card. But suddenly and desperately they took my credit cards inappropriately from me and took all the money at once from my citi bank credit card + stan c credit card and sbi card. Based on their verbal commitments & promises, we took the 10 years membership paying rs. 144000 on the same day, 3rd august 2019. Firstly they told package charges of rs 179000 for 10 years which i paid from my citi bank credit card + stan c credit card and sbi card. During the conversation on 3rd august 2019, their sales representative told that this is the best package (2 adults + 2 children). They only gave us the payment receipt that day and told us that all other documents shall be sent to us through post by 30 days against the membership number chisdls778412.
Then we left from there and came back to our home. Later when we contacted their customer care, the ignored to provide the facilities as committed/promised by their sales representatives. Further, they told that services shall be as per agreement mutually signed which they sent me through email on 3rd august 2019. We surprised & shocked to see the so called agreement. They took our signature on paper by their special tactic hiding the documents and we signed some paper believing their wording. They neither given us any chances to read out these documents by the special tactic, nor explain us the terms and conditions as mentioned in so called agreement during our one and half our conversion on 3rd august 2019. They misused our honesty for taking the signature on documents. Few of the facilities as they explained to convince us during our conversation on 3rd august 2019 which have been denied now by their customer care, are given below.
1. They told that they have more than 5000 plus hotels in worldwide where we can book the room except from 3 countries pakistan, syria, and afghanistan. We came to know that they don’t have any hotel, they have an only tie-up with the very limited hotel which also far away from tourist sport.
2. They took all the money at once and we have to bear emi on a full charge that was not clear before. The service is for 10 years that means we have to pay more 70000 extra as amc. This was not clear at the time they were selling their package. This came to us with a shock. They sold their service unethically by lying to us. This is a huge financial/emotional fraud. Miss use of our honesty.
3. Their sales representative stands on any shop in the mall taking contact numbers and collecting information and saying there is a lucky draw and you will get free movie tickets for couple valid for 3 months and you can use it any time you want. Suddenly on evening salesperson calls and said you have won the free vouchers. We did not believe at first but we thought let give it a try. But we didn’t know that this is a corrupt sales tactic.
4 when we received vouchers in pdf format from random email (Non-official) they were useless. You cannot use them on saturdays, sundays and on holidays. This is a pure lie and unethical way to sell the services.
5 they said that we can avail all the days at once if we want but this is denied by the customer care said we can only consume 21 days in a year.

In view of above, it is very clear that i have been cheated by country holidays inn & suites representatives providing all the fake promises and taking our signature on so-called agreement by special tactic hiding the document with others paper.
We requested them much time to cancel my membership and return our hard-earned money. However, they simply denied the same saying membership is non-refundable.
The attitude of chis is totally unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, evil, corrupt & fraudulent.
I would like to request again to rerun my hard-earned money canceling the membership immediately.

I followed up on CHIS consumer service
Hello team,

I just received call from Rehan ([protected]). Who was with Jatin and came to get the money for the services in the shop at 3rd August 2019.
He didn't talk much that time. But now he saying that I will not going to get any refund and response from the company, as I signed the company aggrement and in any condition I will not going get my hard earned money back after the fraud your company persons have done.

When I was explaining him he was even not ready to listen and keep saying that he did everything correct and followed all rules as per the company policy.

That means company is allowing him to tell lies to sell the services and do the fraudulent activities and
sell services by using unfair trade practices.

The attitude of your employees is totally unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, evil, currupt and fraudulent.

I would like to request again to return my hard earned money cancelling the membership activation process immediately.

I received below response in which they keep denying the fact of "unfair trade practice, hiding information actual cost of the service from the customer, in order to sell service lying from the customer and unethical behavior and not even responding on email is showing complete ignorance from fraud CHIS.
They have sent below useless email which shows how they are promoting corrupt trade practices. Quote, email-

    I amanpreet singh sehgal membership number chispt773029, purchased a package worth rs. 70, 000 from ‘country holidays inn & suits’ also referred as ‘chis’ on 29 dec 2017.in which the company offered 42 nights and complimentary 5 nights package. During the presentation me and my wife were shown 4-5 star hotels and properties but during booking only 2-3 star hotels are being shown. Immediately after this, i asked for a refund on 17 jan 2018 but they denied and on verbal communication they lured me to not cancel the subscription and to try their premium service for once.
    So i tried to do my first complementary booking on 17 jan 2019. To which i was given a negative response that the complementary offer was only valid for 1 year. I stated that there is no such condition mentioned on the voucher, to which they agreed and replied that they can do the booking but for given hotels only. With multiple harassment and arguments, i agreed to stay in one of their choices. But later they again denied that they cannot offer 2 nights in one hotel. During my agreement signing, i have asked specifically about this to chis sales team that i will book 2 or 3 rooms for my holidays as i always prefer to go on vacations with my family and the sales team agreed and told me that i could book more rooms on a single day but later they were approving as a special case (Nothing mentioned in the written agreement)

    
 the company never agrees and keep on harassing by imposing several terms and conditions which are not mentioned in their agreement nor have been verbally stated to me during the agreement signing. I tried to make a single booking for more than 20 days and have been harassed multiple times with series of arguments. Also every time i connect with customer care, i was told to get a callback with a resolution either from the callee or from a senior representative. No call has been received till date. 


    The above points clearly signifies that chis is a big scam and will harass you in many ways since the beginning of the booking and will speak on their own terms regardless of anything mentioned in the agreement. I hadn’t done a single booking from the chis till date and was trying to cooperate and compromise in many ways but looks like they are trying to harass me in all way possible.

    
i had been harassed and mentally disturbed to such a level that i finally sent chis a formal notice of refund on 9 feb 2019. To which they replied that they are discussing the matter with their team and will get back. But they never came back till date.

    Attached all the email proof of their scam, i dont want a service with such a poor and unethical treatment and harassment.

      We visited holiday inn mayur vihar on 20th july 2019 and were framed to buy their package for 85000 for which we get nothing except 35 night stay that too is not sure.

      Let's all unite against this fraud activity and drag them to courts as i will file pil against it and will take help of media friends also.

      When asked to the staff while buying whether they are country inn carlson group and selling package staff nodded his head to make us believe the same also as we were sitting in the same property staff made sure to make you believe that they are holiday inn country inn group only.

      Fake promises made, were not even given time to think, deducted payment from our cards quickly before showing us agreement and after everything they made us signed agreement in happiness.

      Sales person also took the papers back on which agent gave us brief about the promises and package

      M too frustrated as i see a completely different agreement then what i was promised for, totally one way agreement which wholly focus on rights company has and all they will and can charge you for.

      Dear all i request you to get in touch with me at [protected] as we all can unite and fill pil against this co. As well as country inn and holiday inn to let them use their property for this fraud activity.

        I have recently taken a membership 3 days back from saket branch office in delhi but after paying the whole amount to them everyone has vanished off. The branch manager rajesh as well as the sales person abdul both their numbers are switched off and they are not replying on messages and mails. They are not confirming my booking of 1 complimentary night which was committed by them. Also i have not got the welcome call till now. This is really pathetic how a reputed company is behaving.

          Chis is fraud company they have not provide service after receiving payment. I have taken membership for 10 year (Chis775102), but they are not confirming any booking since
          Last one month they told me that no availability in the hotal. I have received a voucher from chis for 2 nights/3 days for any where in india (Same as printed on voucher) but
          They told you can use it only shimla, jimcorbet, jaipur only.
          Company is fail to provide hotel booking in roaseate house, lemon tree. Chis person replied me on email that said hotel not available for regular member they provides these hotel as complementary holiday.
          During taking membership chis person said that they can book said hotel any time sending prior 15 days email or telephonic talk.
          Hotel roseate house, lemon tree is mentioned in booklet also, but company is not provided the booking for the same as per booklet mentioned hotel.

          It's a 10-year membership and I am in urgent need of money and want to sell my membership.

            During presentations executives of chis promised so many offers whereas the same has not been reflected in the login on their website. Also they explained and shown the refund policy on website but taken signature on non refundable from my wife. They promised 10 + 5 weeks holidays for my family and given additional 5 weeks to cover up kids into adult as my one child crossed 12 years and second one will cross 12 years in few years but only 10 + 5 weeks reflected login on the website of chis with 2 kids up to the age of 6 years. Validity also mentioned is only 10 years against promised 15 years

              Country holidays inn & suites, noida (Chis) invited me and my wife to garden galleria mall, noida, up, on 7th july 2019 to collect gift vouchers. Please see the screenshot of sms for gift vouchers. Accordingly i and my wife visited there at around 8.00 pm to collect the same. When we went there, they convinced us for taking membership package which having lots of facilities as verbally promised / committed by their representative mr. Aadil javed (Mobile - [protected]), mr prakash mishra (Mobile - [protected]) & shekhar chaudhary (Mobile - [protected]). Based on their verbal commitments & promises, we took the 30 years membership paying rs. 250200.00 on same day, 7th july 2019. (Firstly they told package charges of rs 198200.00 for 10 years which i paid from my sbi credit card. After making payment of rs 198200, they convinced us that if i pay another rs 52000.00 then the membership will be valid for 30 years. Then again i paid rs 52000.00 from my hdfc credit card). During the conversation on 7th july 2019, they asked our child age and we informed the age of our one child is 5 years and other child is 7 years. Their sales representative told that this is the best package (2 adults + 2 children) for a family like us. I filled up form there, also we specified the date of birth of my child in form as they requested. They only given us the payment receipt that day and told us that all other documents shall be send to us though post by 21 days. Then we leaved from their and cane back to our home. Later on when we contacted with their customer care, the ignored to provide the facilities as committed / promised by their sales representatives. Further they told that services shall be as per agreement mutually signed which they sent me through email on 31st july 2018. We surprised & shocked to see the so called agreement. They took our signature on paper by their special tactic hiding the documents and we signed some paper believing their wording. They neither given us any chances to read out these documents by the special tactic, nor explain us the terms and conditions as mentioned in so called agreement during our one and half our conversion on 7th july 2019. They misused our honesty for taking the signature on documents. Few of the facilities as they explained to convince us during our conversation on 7th july 19 which have been denied now by their customer care, are given below.
              1. After knowing my children age (5 y & 7y), they told that this is the best membership package considering of our family size. Now customer care is saying that addition charge is required for our child whereas child to be considered upto 6 years of age. Please note we did not select the package, they proposed the package to us based on our family size, and accordingly we made payment.
              2. I can utilize maximum 21 day in a year as i like, very categorically told to us by their representatives. Now chis customer care is denying the same asking for grapping period of minimum one month of every 6 nights which was never informed to us during of over conversation on 7th july 2019.
              3. I can book two rooms at a time also for my relatives without any extra charges considering total 21 day. Means i can book easily 2 rooms for 10 days continuously. Only amc shall be applicable. Now this condition also denied by customer care.
              4. Deluxe room will have one bed room, hall with kitchen. One double bed in bed room, single bed in hall shall be provided without any extra cost. Room must have balcony. Now this condition also denied by customer care.
              5. Cook will be provided free of charge. Once we repeat this, they re-confirmed to say “if you bring fish from outside, the cook will prepare the dishes for you as you like without any charges.” now this condition also denied by customer care.
              7. Min. 20 % to 40% discount shall be provided on hotel menu card rate for food. They reconfirmed that minimum 20 % food discount shall be provided irrespective of any session. Now this condition also denied by customer care.
              8. They given few bonuses with membership. No time limit was mentioned for validity of the bonuses on 7th july 19. Even they clearly told that these bonuses can be enjoyed within the tenure of membership (Which is 30 years). Now customer care is saying that bonus are valid upto 3 months from membership enrollment.
              9. They told that they have more than 5000 hotels in worldwide where we can book the room. We came to know that they don’t have any hotel, they have only tie-up with very limited hotel which also far away from tourist sport.

              In view of above, it is very clear that i have been cheated by country holidays inn & suites representatives providing all the fake promises and taking our signature on so called agreement by special tactic hiding the document with others paper.

              We requested them many time to cancel my membership and return our hard earned money. However they simply denied the same saying membership is non-refundable.
              They attitude of chis is totally unethical, unprofessional, dishonest, evil, corrupt & fraudulent.

              I would like to request again to rerun my hard earned money cancelling the membership immediately.

              Today I got a email from CHIS as specified below.

              Quote ----

              "As per our discussion..as the chargeback has been raised with your respective banks, we assure you that we would provide the go ahead on the mail which would be received by us through your bank for releasing the amount paid by you and we expect the same cooperation from your end in helping us to resolve any query regarding your membership with us in future."

                My current membership says 2 adults and 2 kids below 6 years.
                Please note that this membership was sold to me last year (When my both kids were already above 6 years of age).
                That means wrong membership was sold to me.
                Now question is why i bought seeing written that below 6 years.
                Because sales officer promised that kids can be adjusted but now while booking via customer care, every time i am facing issues and i m not getting proper service.

                I am a heart patient with stent in. I cannot bear any further stress in explaining and reiterating same thing again and again.

                Kindly action accordingly and urgently.

                and it happened quite similar with me.
                this is the only time you can buy and we were in hurry too.
                also it was never an easy time to book with chis care, i never got any vacancy where i wanted .:-(
                along with wrong plan is just rip off.
                too much hustle and tusle for booking even free nights, which are promotional and free from providers to new members .
                that too a lot trouble because of this wrong plan.
                I want holidays but not stressful bookings with such a useless plan.
                Either upgrade my plan without any cost to 2 adults and 2 kids (upto 16 yrs of age) or cancel my plan and refund my complete money.
                Yes, i have used some of free joining offers as CHIS care insisted to go to Fortune Manesar. and other free places. Interest money on my deposited membership money can be adjusted for those free welcome offers.
                So, I am claiming back my original amount without any interests, inconvenience charges and stress affects.

                I never ever mentioned that my agreement doesn't say this .
                What I am saying is that I have been mislead by salesperson by saying that this plan will work for me .
                and hence i bought it.
                My first booking of Fortune Manesar was also done with very ease with no issues of kids age and later all even free bookings were painful arounds kids age.
                So, it is like we should only trust agreement and not on a representative from CHIS organisation.
                Are you guys not integrated with agreements?
                Mr Rahul Arora, some senior manager called me and stated same statement 10 times, you have signed agreement. He is not ready to listen what i am trying to tell.
                My question is that why there is no integrity between what is in agreement written to what is explained to me in meeting.How long company will survive if these practices continue...
                agreement says under 6 years and sales person on the signing day said- sir i will be there to support, and it is manageable.later no one was reachable. even our salon vouchers were never given.
                Now, I have been left with no option than going to consumer forum court and provide all evidences which I carry with me.
                I have been also threatened by him stating, that for our future healthy relationship as CHIS vs customer, I need to withdraw my complaint from this site.
                This is unacceptable behavior from a representative of such an organisation.
                I am not interested at all in carrying any relationship with such organisations where customers are threatened and tried to kept mum rather than listening to everyone properly.
                They could have resolved my issue patiently rather than reacting badly.

                Initially, I was looking for multiple resolutions to my complaint but now with my above mentioned customer care call experience and delays in response, I am confident of only resolution is getting my refund back and not willing to keep any relationship with CHIS further.
                I am a heart patient and cannot take any more stress in long waits and I will wait for couple of more days for a correct action in regards of this complaint, else I will be left with no option other than raising a complaint at https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ with all my detailed records, emails as well as voice recordings with customer care.
                and share it on all media to aware and safeguard other customers.

                I got following reply:
                Company has responded to your grievance as per their terms and conditions, if you are not satisfied with the company's response you may file case with Consumer forum, following the procedure prescribed by them.

                This was my last option but now I have tried all requests but no use.
                I have only one option left, Now I will have to reach my advocate and file a case with Consumer forum. :-(

                  Yes this is a fake company and as mentioned before in the other complaint they promise so many thing in verbal but in written you get totally different and yes Mr Ajit is the best in manipulating at rajauri garden branch. please do not take the membership or visit there office if you receive message for coupons and holiday gift they will sale you the membership and if you are not satisfied they will keep denying to refund the money and will keep you posting to take the service and will talk totally different over the phone as its a verbal communication bt the written you will get is totally different. they will response only when you will ask for the refund untill then keep trying no response from then . Even i am the victim of there fraud promise and have put the dispute with my bank. Thought its mentioned in there refund policy page they will keep saying that its not a valid reason to refund you the money and we never denied the services they are into this cleaver business for so long and they know how to fool people. I am also going to consumer court with all the proof to fail a legal complaint against this company and never misunderstood Country Inn and Country Holidays Inn & Suites the same they are playing this game by keeping similar name

                  I don't understand if you guys agreed to refund the amount after deduction of the admin fee of Rs15000 still I am not getting any written confirmation from your end that yes you will refund the remaining amount. What is the big deal in giving in writing about the confirmation rather than verbal communication.

                    My misfortune that i visited hotel picaddily janakpuri new delhi on june 9, 2019, where these frauds shown us the membership plans with all 5 star properties on their website - they still have them on their site. Their senior manager nadeem promised that we can buy this membership and can go on vacation with a week in advance notification and that too only 4 or 5 star properties.
                    But the reality came in front o[censored]s when i requested for 5 nights ahmedabad stay and first they denied and when i called nadeem, they offered me a 3 star property and he promised please take this time and going forward we will ensure 4 or 5 star property only.
                    This was really embarrassing and frustrated situation to me but the problems were just started. I sent a request for november to which they denied simply saying we need 90 days advance notice and when i tried reaching out to customer care they are behaving very rudely.

                    I want my membership cancelled right away, please help me out because they are not listening at all and all the promises are just fake.

                    I checked after getting login id and password that not even a single property from the list they have on their site is available for customers.

                    Please be aware and don't get into the trap of these frauds.

                      It was relay disappointing me all sales representative of chis don't have a moral value to sales their product and giving wrong commitments...

                      I was shocked, when my issue was escalated to next level mr. Rahul arrora and he compensate complementary breakfast with rs. 10000/ - food voucher but i didn't accepted the offers and looking for more.

                      Today when i call him and ready compromises with existing offers and continue with membership he totally denied and asking for recording...

                      In result my welcome call is still pending from last 4 months... And my money rs. 75000/- is blocked with chis and not able to utilize the same.

                      Please intervene so they agreed on said points or refund my money.

                      Can you please escalate it next responsible person to resolve my issue asap and arrange the welcome call.

You mean to say in demo holidays you are providing complementary holiday and breakfast ... but when same customers becomes you members and paid full amount you are denying to provide the benefits... and they aren't eligible ... r u joking ?

                      You don't have moral value, I paid money for my holidays not for harassing me ... Either you strict to your words an close it today and arrange welcome call which was pending since January or refund my money back.

                        Country holiday inn and suites @ chis this is a fraud company. Firstly they will call you and give you free lucrative offers and after that they will tell you about their sales and membership. I have been robbed by this company as they promised many things but they are not ready to give even my holidays for which i am paid for. I am not able to use any of my vouchers. Its been 1 year and i have asked 3 times to avail my holidays for which i have paid 1.40 lakh and whenever i try to avail that they give lame excuses that they don't have availability so ultimately you will have to plan you vacation according to them. This is really disgusting and pathetic service. They have clearly mentioned in their website that you can get refund if you didn't like the service but when i tried approaching them they literally denied for it and customer support is rude and not ready to listen anything. Its a complete scam and fraud company so please beware everyone!!!

                            This all had started on 20th june, 2019, i got a call from chis, that your name is selected for lucky couple who win free vouchers. They request me to come and collect them. When i asked them what they are selling then they replied that they are not selling any product/package. They called me on continuous basis to come and collect my coupon.

                            When we reached there (Star mall office of chis) we met mr. Amit thakur (Contact no.-[protected]) and mr. Rohit (Contact no - [protected]). They start telling us about their product and as we get up to leave that place they requested us to take coffee (Which was medicated as i felt dizziness just after drinking of coffee), after that we don’t know what is going on. We have no control on our senses. They take my sign on many papers (I don’t even remember what kind of papers are they, may be they take my signature on property papers as i am not in my senses). The same day our accounts got debited by rs 1, 19, 000. Height of fraud can be sensed easily by us if we are in our senses as your staff has not even gave us paper/mail regarding the package/services they are proving us for which amount was deducted from our account.

                            After all that incident as we came home we both start vomiting and later in morning got another trauma of miscarriage (Due to that coffee which was medicated). On next day i. E 21st june, 2019 when we came in our senses then we came to know that our accounts are debited. We approach mr. Rohit through phone call and also visited your star mall office in gurgaon where incident happen. Your staff misbehaved and ignored us and refused to refund the amount (As they say amount is non refundable).

                            Now as you staff/ company is not responding favorably, we have left with no option other then police complaint and legal action for the mental, physical and economical trauma given by your staff/company.

                            Irrespective of how good/bad your package/services are, we are no more interested in associating with your company after that physical mental and emotional loss caused due to your company/staff. Your company has snatched our 1st baby and also our hard earn money. The biggest fear to me is about my health, will i be able to conceive again after that medication give through coffee.

                            Kindly refund our amount of rs 1, 19, 000 as we are no more interested in associating with such a fraud company/staff.

                            They are big time cheaters. They committed something else and now giving else. They are all denied what they said at the time of mambership. They are refusing all the places which I want to book.. They are not giving the same hotel etc which is mentioned on the website of CHIS and even not picking up my any calls. Amd also not returning my amount.

                              This is my worst experience with a country holiday inn & suites/chis the sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership with below conditions.
                              • 5 years membership for (5 weeks / 35 nights)
                              • accommodation with breakfast during your membership holiday
                              • 50 % discount in all my extra food bills while my holiday membership
                              • complementary holiday in itc fortune for 1 night 2 days including breakfast & dinner
                              Hence, i fall into their trap and once our card is swipe, they has given an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid.
                              I send emails several time to customer care of chis and sales person but regret say that they are still not provided any solutions and reiterate the same, hence my welcome calls is still pending and not availed any holidays yet.
                              Now i am mental harassed with chis customer care responses, and it seem to be fraud company hence looking for my hard money back of rs. 80000/-, which was paid to chis (Country holiday inn and suites) company on dated 08/02/2018, membership no - chisdls773503 in the name of neelam
                              Kindly intervene and help me to get my money back as chis stating that membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed.

                                If you want to save your hard earned money and mental peace of yourself and your family please don't fall in the trap laid by these crooks. After becoming member i m trying to book holiday in darjeeing and gangtok and in the name of four star and five star properties what they r offering me is a sub standard hotel (Udaan woodberry rate per night only rs.1500/- on goibibo) located far away from main area of city in gangtok and in darjeeling they r saying they don't have any propertywhich a month ago was there on their website now they have deleted it when i'm asking for booking.
                                Mr. Akshit and mr. Vansh who sold membership to me are the most shameless creatures on this planet actually what they tell you at time of selling membership is completely different from what u get i was offered 4flight tickets valid for 10 years but actually when i received the copouns for same its validity was shown as six months only and when i asked them to extend its validity by requesting them again and again they just say they r helpless.
                                They only keep on regretting for the inconvineance caused but actually this is their daily business.
                                The list of false promises made is endless like up to 30% discount on air tickets, 30 to 40 % discount on food, discount on cab for travelling but actually when u reach the hotel u come to know they don't have any such thing to offer in fact i was am forced to pay for breakfast per head which is otherwise complementary.
                                Being an advocate i'm preparing for legal case against this fraud company and request all the other members to contact and join me to get justice.

                                  And don’t mark it as resolved, Because I haven’t got my money so better do it first then I will mark it as resolved, I have give you 3 chances before that, but you all are not have dignity and self consciousness what you are doing is against humanity.
                                  How we are earning money we know it, but how this whole company people are earning money is unethical, I will make sure u all will very lose your jobs. You have no idea whom you are dealing with.

                                  I am not happy with the services of chis, as i don’t like the complimentary services they offer to me, also i asked for refund before even using the complimentary as the sales person to whom i was in contact doesn’t respond to my call, was not helpful to convert my credit card payment into 24 months emi, american express gives 12 month emi provision and chis sale person said we will convert it into 24 months you don’t worry we will do that, on regular follow up asking again and agin to convert this into 24 month emi as my due date was near ultimately i have to convert it into 12 months emi. If all this i have to by my own then what’s the need of chis.

                                  Then asked for refund she herself said mam we can refund only once you go to the holiday, immediately after the she said she will process our refund, after coming back she said she can’t do that, started giving me unnecessary reasons.
                                  Every time they assign different senior person, i have tell them all the stories from the beginning, every time senior person admit their mistakes and always says i am really sorry, for this thing and when in the end of whole i asked for refund, then they denied by saying what’s the problem.
                                  I am very disappointed and had bad experience with chis.

                                  There is no communication among the whole marketing team and the customer service site, everyone tells the different story, many fake commitments were made at the time of payment.
                                  On the table they said ma’am be a member of chis for once and in case you don’t like it “we will refund your amount “ but then afterwards when i was asking for refund they said your membership is not refundable.
                                  Many more fake comments were made with us on table.

                                    We went to attend a seminar with my parents which is organised my CHIS.There they offered 2 days complimentary stay at Jim corbett.
                                    But when we went there they started explaining about there membership and we are not agreeing to take any membership it is almost 3 hrs that we are denying to take any membership because we heard many fraud cases earlier also.
                                    But the sale representative which were present that day makes so much false promises that we got into there words and finally decided to purchase.
                                    Its almost closing time so they said just to sign the agreement and everything is same mentioned what they are talking and so much fake promises.
                                    I believe that is the worst day of life for the first time we signed on a document without reading any terms and condition.
                                    When now i tried to book a room from there site they are not agreeing a single point what they said at the time of sales.
                                    Its almost a week i am just spending time on this and i am really felt cheated.

                                    I completely want my money to be refund completely.
                                    I had given so much amount to get best services and they are providing very cheap rooms and when i am asking for best rooms they are directly mailing that they don't have any such room.

                                    After mailing you clearly that i don't want to talk on phone calls because you people make fake promises verbally still i am getting continuous calls on both of my number.I also want to complaint about this.
                                    This is also example of poor services from your side.
                                    The services which you people are proving is very cheap and you don't have services according to which you are charging.
                                    Also it is a mental trauma to book a room from your side.I am really getting mentally sick .
                                    I am not at all happy with your services and want my money back.
                                    I am not bound to take poor services from you after paying such a high amount.
                                    I request government authorities to please check the business strategy of this company because many people are going through same mental and financial problems because of this company.

                                      Chis did fraud to me on 27 june 2019.
                                      They called us u can claim your offers as u have filled a coupon at big bazaar.
                                      They gave their 45 minutes presentation and asked us which place you want to visit next. We told them we want to visit singapore and goa. They started showing hotels, they told us they have ramada in goa, but it's not there, when i mailed to them they said they are adding properties in a recurring way... May i know anyone who has booked this hotel in goa through chis, and for singapore no property is there.

                                      Also i have made a payment of 1, 40, 000 i did one time payment, their executive told he will convert it in emi with 0% interest, but he has converted it in emi with interest without my knowledge.
                                      They are fake, they do not keep their promises, even they say do what can you do. I want my refund.. Plz help me...

                                        Last time i have raised the complaint regarding chis fake commitment as the time of selling membership. Then that time i received call from mr rahul arora (Sr customer relationship manager) and promised me to give better service in future as promise and discussed marketing team member are committed me the for service.

                                        But but these all are the same when i have booked the complimentary offer the service are very bad & the guy involve in the whole process just making false commitment. As per commitment the property should be 5 star but could believe is it 5 star.

                                        I will disclose the all fact of chis that i have faced in 1 night stay in itc fortune park orange (Shidrawali) (13 july to 14 july 2019) 3 adult & 1 child. Itc fortune park orange arrange the only two single bed that i have want to share with you that the hotel room is not clean could you believe this.

                                        At night 11:30 p. M i have make call the itc fortune park orange staff regarding the bed (Only two single bed). Then the staff reply me on phone sir i have received you booking information only two adult & two child. So could you believe at night the hotel staff still have not complete information of my booking.

                                        After lost of discussion (11:30 p. M) with staff & i have mailed to the staff for booking then they provide the another single bed that is hard mattess.

                                        The hotels staff has not enough information regarding my booking which i received. How is possible that hotel staff have not complete information regarding the customer.

                                        Before check-out i request hotel staff to please i need to talk to manager. Then the arrange meeting with debabrata mukherjee (Front office manager). After lots of discussion with service & lack of complete information. Manager accept the whole issue which i have faced i the 1 night stay in hotel.

                                        In the same time when i have purchased the membership they chis staff not told me the condition of kids age. After purchased the membership chis guy told me that age should be below 6. But same time they (Chis) committed that please leave it for me i will do the

                                        My membership (Membership card no: chisnd776056) fee rs 80000/, so based on his mr rahul arora (Sr customer relationship manager) promise that if you have any problem faced in future the money is refunded.

                                        So according to commitment i need refund amount. I want to cancel my membership because of fake promises at the time of selling the membership.

                                        As per our discussion with Mr Rahul Arora (Sr Customer Relationship Manager) and promised me to give better service in future as assurance (_by Mail) me for future service (regarding kids age related issue). After committing the issue of last 1 Night Stay at ITC Fortune. They are regrettably really apologise for inconvenience to me while stay (_by email). ...And as per mail CHIS not count my 1 Night Stay at ITC Fortune and they provide me the same accordingly. All Depend on the Future service as discussed with Mr Rahul Arora (Sr Customer Relationship Manager). My membership (membership card no: chisnd776056), So based on his promise I am marking this complaint as resolved.
                                        Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
