Hi all
I wish to upadte u all that country holiday inn & suites
Sales team during his company profile intro commits that they have many hotel around the world but the truth is a different they don't have even single owned property anywhere in the world and this is a fraud company. You will never invest your money in this company these people are liers. This is the way to be fool people and offer membership it's a way of sales team strategy. During the same strategy, they took me ₹ 100000. Company. Now their sales team is not giving my ₹ 100000 refunds. Poor company

    This is a cheat company. Exists only to fool people. They just want to take your money. Do not go for them. They will talk sweetly when they sell membership to you but when you actually plan to visit somewhere, they will show you your true color. Will talk about terms and conditions.
    Unfortunately i took their membership in 2018. At the time of membership, the sales person told me about so much benefits and hotels. They told me yiu can visit anywhere in nationally and internationally. We will be with you but now when i am trying to book hotel. They tell me, sorry we this location is not available with us at the moment. You can visit somewhere else. Why would i go somewhere else. It happens everytime.
    Staff is arrogant.
    You can't be cancel once you have made booking. Like "patthar ki lakir". I made a booking and opted for cancellation 10 days before the booking date but they said this can't be done. Even hotel provides same day cancellation policy.
    Chis just have been opened to cheat people.
    Please help me in getting my money back.

      I am not satisfied with their points. I have nothing to do with their plan of vacation. They just brain washed my mind at the time of explaining their vouchers. I have spent 75000 to them. I want my full refund. I have already filed a complaint in police station. And i am preparing to send the notice from dm through my office. If they are not giving my miney back i will put them behind the bars.

      Hi Nandan, please add me also..I am also victim of this fraud company.I also going to file FIR against Country Holidays Inn & Suites soon.. Inspite of so many emails they are continuing denying the refund and no one is taking responsibility to talk on phone.

        We have planned to avail the service. So we booked our vacations. Chis provide achrol niwas resort.
        Near jaipur. That resort is not as we thought of 4/5 star resort. They could have booked lemon tree or jaibagh resort or better option. We expected better resort as we requested booking and have done so many follow ups.

        They charged breakfast from us also.
        You said you will provide international flights like dubai or singapore but in the documents which you provide us didnot mention. We are not happy with your services so please refund our money and cancel our membership. This is the request.in your website also refund policy is there.

        This is the copy which your employee said to us and i have also attached the copy which your employee provide to us.

          This is my worst and horrible experience with a Country Holiday Inn & Suites/CHIS (don’t confuse it with Country Inn). The sweetness and the kind gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
          Following is the description of the incident that I have gone through with “Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd, MGF Metropolitian Mall, Saket.

          I have filled one coupon at SELECT CITY MALL, SAKET, NEW DELHII where the person told me that ‘Country Inn’ has opened new hotels at few locations including Shimla, Jaipur, Goa etc. and they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names comes in lucky draw. Moreover ill be provided with free salon vouchers worth Rs 15000 and Free PVR movie ticket.
          Immediately after 2 hrs I received a call from a girl informing that I won the lucky draw for free vacation along with bookmyshow voucher. I was not willing to go as I don’t trust in these offers, so I denied. But she kept on convincing me that I just have to visit the MGF Metropolitian Mall, Saket. with my wife for collecting the freebies and have to spare a time of 45 minutes so that they could explain the freebies.
          I did not go for collecting the same as I was not so interested in these types of offers. But, they kept calling me again and again to collect the gift. I counter questioned them whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer which they denied. I then said okay, I will come. They sent me same message with a invitation no. KR0073 mobile number – [protected] (Rahul Sharma).

          I finally decided to go there on 30th Nov, 2018 at around 6:30 PM. I reached there and enquired about Rahul. Then a person shared a form with me asking the entry code to collect the vouchers. I was then asked to attend a presentation about company’s promotion to get the free vouchers. There were few more couples sitting there, thus, out of curiosity, I also agreed for the presentation. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as “Rehan” . He then asked that please introduce yourself so that we are comfortable with each other for next half an hour. He then asked you must be having some questions in your mind why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right at that moment. He then said it’s for your time for promotion of company’s new app “CHIS”. He then started that you must have heard about Country Inn and I was also under the impression that it is related to Country Inn hotels as the name is similar to that only and the text message also mentioned the same. He then asked me about my last vacations and said that he will offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. He then said that offer would be valid for today only. He then said this is unlike other membership plans where they sell life time plans for 5-10 lakhs rupees. I started losing my interest and said that I am not interested in buying any plan. He then convinced that he is not at all selling any plan to me and started showing some five-star properties (hotels). He then said what if this hotel will be available to you at 2 star hotel price etc. I said yes it would be a great deal. He then said we have a 10 year membership plan for INR 1, 80, 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since I cannot afford to pay it. They asked me that they will provide some cashback if few digits are appearing on my credit card. (I think they wanted to check whether I am carrying a credit card or not) They brought it down to 1, 35, 000 for 10 years and talked about various EMIs with many further freebies including 2 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than Rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay. I completely denied their offer.. They then very politely said that please collect your free voucher before leaving the office. I will take only 5 minutes.

          Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me and I may opt for it if you will provide me one day’s time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed in the beginning that any offer would be valid for today only and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 5 years stating that though it is for womens only, but he will somehow manage for it. He additionally offered me one-night stay at Fortune Hotel, Manesar along with free breakfast and dinner. He additionally offered me 2 nights with breakfast at either Jim corbet or Shimla and 2 bonus weeks making a total night of 47 nights at INR 95, 000. I then also denied that I can’t pay such amount at once. I told that I can confirm it over the phone at the later part of day but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer for few selected families which would expire the minute we step out from the room. He then said he will arrange EMI plan exclusively for me. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought membership plan 4-5 years ago came and thank them for making an asset. He then said I only have to pay Rs 7, 500 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on calculator that per night stay is costing less than Rs 2, 000. I and my wife also seems convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again where they told us that at any point of time we can cancel our membership. I finally fall into their trap and said them okay. He immediately swiped my card for INR Rs 73000 from two credit cards and Rs 7000 from my debit card stating that we have offered you discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with tax invoice for the amount. He then came with an agreement and while signing when I wanted to go through the agreement but they did not allow us to do so saying that “Sir, need not worry. It has all the information that we have discussed now and you can read it later showing the membership plan details and freebies only. You need not worry, Country Inn is not a small brand, you know”. I also relied on them as it was too late (9:30 PM) and we were feeling hungry as well. We were happy to get this deal and was waiting for membership details.

          On 4th Dec, 2018, I got a confirmation call about the membership followed by an e-mail with login credentials. I then tried login on app to see how it works, but it was not successful. I then tried customer care number for several times but it was not serviceable. Then, I checked google about the company and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in December 2016 only. I then related that Country Inn and Country Holiday Inn & Suites are two different companies. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that a fraud has happened with me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.

          Finding so much negative comments about this company, i talked to Rehan several times on number of issues which will be detailed below. He started changing his commitments made at the time of selling and tried to manipulate me again. Somehow i did not loose hope on CHIS and asked for my first holiday booking in goa. At first instance they denied saying that i cannot make the reservation request before 21 days of enrollment of membership. Moreover to my utter surprise i also got to know that i cannot make reservation more than 2 months prior the date of check in. To the contrary i was told that i can make reservations as soon as i get a welcome call. Still I waited for 21 days and deadline of 2 m onths and asked for reservation. To my utter shock they offered me substandard hotel having a tariff Rs 2000 only. On which I asked for refund as i totally lost faith in the company. On 29th Dec 2018 i asked for refund and on 31st dec 2018, the reply was “We regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason, as the booking has not been denied.”
          I then immediately replied with “I was informed that I can cancel my membership if I am not satisfied. Also, website clearly mentions the same as below:
          In case of any valid point of dissatisfaction, The member can cancel their membership within 7 days of availing their first holiday after deducting administration charges, ASF and GST.

          I, then, read the so-called agreement which mentioned things which were totally opposite to what they said. I am doctor by profession and I have families of Judges and lawyers.This is a void agreement which can’t be enforceable as it is one sided agreement which doesn’t gives me any right to cancel.

          Thus, this is completely a fraud where you will not get booking of your choice. They don’t have their own hotel as mentioned at the time of booking. They have floated a company whose name is like Country Inn just to make people fall into their trap easily.

          I am enlisting all the false commitments and hidden things below:

          1) At the time of sale of membership i was told that minimum tariff of empanelled properties is Rs[protected]/-, which is absolutely false as the property offered for my first holiday in goa has a tariff of Rs 2000. Its an insult for your members to offer such cheap properties.

          2) It was told by Mr Rehan that room category offered for their members is either Suits/studio room. But contrary to this i was offered the lowest category room available in that hotel.

          3) It was told that Country inn, Candolim and JW Marriott, goa, both the properties have a tie up with CHIS. But later on requesting for reservation in either of them, i was denied for the same because these properties are not in their list.
          4) I was told that ill get a flat 20% discount on my flight bookings. But later Mr Rehan denied this and told that refund amount is not fixed and it ranges from 10-20%. Moreover, he assured me that money will be refunded within 7 days after the booking, but it has been more 3 weeks since my booking still there is no intimation from Mr Rehan about the refund inspite of frequent reminders.

          5) No information was given at the time of enrollment that booking can't be done more than 2 months prior from the date of check in. This was a surprise for me as holiday planning is done well in advance.

          6) Mr Rehan assured us that after getting a welcome call ( 3 days post enrollment of membership), we can plan and book our holidays. But later from reservation team i was informed that there is a lock in period of 21 days.

          Please help me to get my money back since this a purely a fraud that has happened to me.

          Got a call from Mr Rahul yesterday and he forced my wife to take back the compalint. She denied for the same. Later I talked to him and he assured me he'll get back to me after half an hour once he have a word with Mr Rehan. But till now no reponse from the company.
          I need the refund. No solution has been made to my complaint till now.

            While purchasing their membership they committed to give me 5 complimentry stays in which one was of kerla with 4 return air tickets. But when i wanted to avail they straight away denied to give the tripp of kerla and air tickets. Reason that complimentry stays are valid for one year which was nowhere told or emailed or anformed. Rest small complimentry stays are being given even after one year. This is a fraud and cheat company. Details attached where no where is mentioned about one year validity of complimentry stays. Beware of these cheats.

            If anywhere i was informed about one year validity of complimentary trips is one year i will leave my membership without any refund. More over if these stays were valid for one year why was i given the trip of Jaipur recently and why did you firstly denied my Kerla trip due to heavy rush and asked me to book after 6th Jan. Kumar Sambh and Sahil who sold the package are not attending my phones, and on helpline i got message that this is orally told to members .Shameful on the part of big companies like tou.

            I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE CUSTOMER HELPLINE OF COUNTRY HOLIDAY INN SUITES FROM Mr.RAHUL ARORA AFTER WRITING A COMPLAINT HERE ON CONSUMER COMPLAINTS, WHO IS CONTINUOUSLY MAKING PRESSURE ON ME TO MARK THE COMPLAINT RESOLVED AND FURTHER I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL GET THE ISSUE SOLVED. BUT WHEN I ASKED HIM TO WRITE ALL THIS IN A MAIL HE DENIED AND SAID WILL THE THINGS GET SOLVED LIKE THIS AND FURTHER SAID DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE TO DO . PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

              We took the membership plan on 30th November 2018. It’s with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration i am writing this. At the first place we were not at all interested in buying the plan but Miss Bhumika and Mr Nadeem which was sales manager at CHIS Noida forced us into buying this by saying first buy this trial package of 80 thousand. A whole lot of T&C are put before us on both voucher and membership nights which at the time of selling were never mentioned. At the timing of selling they assured us that we don't have to pay a single penny and about AMC/ASF said it is included in the membership fee and the amount has already been deducted hence we need not pay any amount for the year but now when I received the welcome call them, then costumer-care executive start explaining about AMC charges 7000/-INR will pay for every trip.
              Is this logical? Why there is such duplicacy in promising and delivering. We were very conveniently fooled into buying this plan. We were given an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. But were not let to read Saying that you can read it later. I wonder how things will take shape once we avail the service. Therefore i want to cancel my membership right away without availing a single trip because of fake promises and lies.
              I am writing a mail to customer care for cancellation the membership and they are saying its not a valid reason to cancel the membership. "You are cheating with people and its not a valid reason to cancel the membership". I am requesting you to cancel the my membership asap.

                I got stuck in this fraud company, initially while they are making you their member, they used to provide lots of positive commitments like, free stay, breakfast, pickup drops, referral bonus, bonus weeks, etc etc.

                They convince you to become member in anyhow and afterwards the actually fraud games starts,

                I paid them half amount and then start my membership with them and they used to said that they will give international holiday also, this is the only reason of mine to join there membership because i was planning the international trip.

                When at the time came i want to redeem my international trip, they denied to give me because they said i have to give them full payment 1st, which is very shocking for me because they did not said this statement while making me there member,
                From there they start showing there real face, i have gone through lots of followup and they are such a brat that they did not even reply me in my many emails, afterward i went to there office and had conversation withe there manager amit pandita and he is completely taken u turn to all the commitments they made while membership, i gone through so many email followups and numbers of call and meeting for my refunds but they are not giving me refund because they have refund policy which (1st have any holiday and then after dissatisfaction, they will refund the amount),

                I lost my all hope there, but then after 4 months,

                As discussed with ujjal roy regarding to membership cancellation and we agreed to have stay first and if i satisfied with stay then i will continue else you will refund the deposited money.

                I stayed at lemon tree jaipur and that stay was not up to mark and i am totally dissatisfied with your service and below concerns from our side :

                1. Pick and drop facility not available.

                2. Pool was not in working condition and they suggested to use different hotel pool so we went there to use pool but hotel staff asked to pay charges for it and i told to ask my hotel staff, such a bad coordination they had, after confirming he agreed to use the pool which was very insulting.

                3. We were getting too much annoying noise due hotel pool construction so we requested hotel to stop and it has stopped for few mins only and started again i have faced this problem for 2 days.

                3. Water leakage problem in bathroom and ac was not properly working and we requested hotel 2 times but it was not resolved.

                4. Room was not upto mark and no welcome drink available, no pickup drop, which is available for other guests but not for us.

                5. 2 star facility i got at 4 star hotel, very bad experience., i faced all these problems there and tell them about this with images also but they said this is not there problem, ask hotel to resolve, now what does it means,

                I have wasted my money in this fraud company and now they not even reply and not picking up any call, all there manager are making false and fake commitments and every time when i went went here office, they last manager already quit the job, so i have summarize every time to diffrent person.

                I want to cancel my membership and refund my money at at dissatisfaction which is you policy.

                  Now that we have the chis id and login details, we are not able to use the membership and book our vacations.

                  We have emailed on customer care also but no reply in 2 days.

                  What is the point of having membership, when we cannot use it.

                  We have asked for so many times to cancel this membership as its very new and we have not avail any of their so called deals.

                  Please help us to get our money (Inr 1.4 lacs) and cancel this chis membership as soon as possible.

                    Me and my wife were tricked into buying this membership. It is a hard earned money, please help in refunding the amount.
                    We were told it has tie ups with hotels like country inn, hilton etc..
                    I checked it online but was not able to find any link between them.
                    Too many fake promises were made.

                      Company sales person make fake verbal promises so i need my membership fees refund.

                        I was called to collect free coupons and movie vouchers on[protected]. When i visited to collect the coupons, they asked to go through their 45 minutes presentation about chis holiday membership. I agreed to it. After the presentation they tried to convince me to buy their membership. At first, i refused. Then they started giving luring benefits and discounts. They offered to provide me membership of 10 years at rs. 1.40 lac. I said i cannot pay this much and need emi facility which they agreed and said we can give you this membership at 24 monthly installments. After they swiped my card for rs. 1.40 lac, i asked them about emi, then they said you can take it from your card merchant. I said they will charge interest to which they said we have tie ups with merchants and you will get emi facility at 0% interest.

                        Next day when i called my card merchant hdfc, they refused any such facility. I again asked chis customer care and sales representative about the same, they are saying you will have to pay interest.

                        I then checked their mobile app and was surprised to see that they had made fake claims about their properties and locations. They said i will get 8-9 options on each location but this is not true. They claimed to have owned and associated with 4-5 star properties which is also a false claim. Barring one or two properties, none is 5 star category. They have mostly 3 start properties. Specific properties which i asked were itc rajputata and cliff top in auli which they claimed to have in their association. This claim is also not true. They don't have these properties. All claims and promises they made were false.

                        I am also looking at so many complaints about their customer services and fake promises. They don’t even provide the copy of agreement which they claim to be mutual but actually is one sided.

                        I decided to cancel my membership and informed them about it very next day on[protected]. Now they are refusing to cancel my membership and not returning my money.

                        They are fraud company and lure the customers on fake promises. I have already cancelled my membership and have intimated them about the same. I want them to refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I had raised the charge back dispute with my bank for the transaction. After meeting with Mr rahul arora ( 9667991632) and Mr Ujjawal roy in their office at sector 63, they assured me that they will resolve my issue. Today got mail from [email protected] that they have acccepted the charge back. Therefore, i am marking this complaint as resolved.

                          The sales team is following and in connection till the time i have taken the membership. After that everything looks fake and very much not reliable.
                          - the most of the details over the first recorded welcome call were different from what i have been discussed with sales team.
                          - when i asked agent on recorded line that the things looks different and i don't want to execute this membership then she said, its there on agreement.
                          - no phone picked by sales team.
                          - large number of customer compaints over consumer forum.
                          I want my money refunded. I don't want any of the relation with this company.

                            We purchased 10 years membership by paying Rs 1, 40, 000/- on 10 September 2018. At the time of giving the membership, we were told that we can gift part of holidays to family members. Accordingly, we tried to book holidays for December end 29 December to 1 January 2019 for us along with parents - 3 nights 4 days (2 rooms), company started giving excuses. The first email we received was that you cannot gift holidays in festive season or year end. We wrote back and told that this was not informed to us at the time of giving the membership. In fact we were told that we can book holidays any time and also gift holidays any time. Again we got a mail from company with another excuse. This time they said that we can gift the holidays but if we are gifting we cannot go along with people to whom we are gifting the holidays. Again, this is a new excuse. It was never told to us. We prefer going for holidays at year end with parents. Company is not clear about what excuse should be given. First they said we cannot gift at the end of the year, now they are saying we can gift but we cannot go along. This is just a way of misleading customers and coming out with new excuses. They are taking so long in resolving the issue. I am sure next excuse will be that the accommodation is not available. I tried connecting with Mr. Shekhar who is manager at NOIDA office. I sent two messages to him but have not got any response. At the time of giving the membership, Shekhar ji explained everything. In fact Shekhar Ji was so convincing that we agreed to take the membership.

                            Unfortunately, we are highly disappointed with the policy of company and the way they try to find excuses. Also, regretting our decision to take the membership. I will request the company to kindly refund the membership fee . We have not availed any free holidays or vouchers given by company. I must say that the company gave all the free holidays and vouchers as promised by Shekhar Ji at time of giving the membership. However, if we cant book holidays along with our family by gifting them part of holidays, what is the purpose of taking such membership. If this point would have been told at the time of sale, we would have never taken the membership. This is first time we tried to book the holidays. I don't what other rules and excuses will come along our way in the future. I sincerely request a refund. I will be happy to provide copy of emails received from company and any other details as required.

No update or call from CHIS or member experience team so far. You can easily make out how serious is company about existing customers and kind of customer care services they have. I think I have wasted 1.4 Lacs which I will not be able to recover unless I go to court - last resort ...

                              Chis is a fraud company they promised me a lot about hotel booking and took 1.4 lac from me. I asked them to book hotel for the first time and intimated them 1 month earlier that i want hotel but they are saying these are peak holiday days that's why hotel is not available. I am not getting hotel after giving 1.4 lac wtf.

                              I am taking legal action againt them if anyone else also victim of chis can contact me let me know i will share the email id.

                                My self and my wife visited has been assured by their saket branch office. That if you are not becoming our members eventhough you can redeem our vouchers of pvr movie, saloon and vacation in selected holiday destinations of 3 nights 2 days package. When is start following up then first they refused saloon voucher. They putted new condition that only person allowed who will purchase tour package from us. That they didn’t reveal when they given me these gift vouchers. Ok after that same new stories for movie ticket voucher. New conditions start arising. For exp on subject of availability, limited days within a week only you can redeem. At last i said to them kindly give me my movie ticket as you like of any time or day but atleast give me but still there is no response...???

Also he given assurance that he will redeem my holiday voucher of 3 days two nights whenever i will plan.

                                  Hi this is complete fraud company, making fools, looted money from me, i have paid 80000rs from my credit card it was my hard earned money, now whatever is promised during that worse session was fake, even those worst sales person are not ready to pick my call or even discuss the issue.
                                  They always offer the property which is even lower than 2000/2500 so n this way their amc charge is very much more than that, so what is the use of buying this worst package, they promised for 5 star property but now they are saying that you can avail only which is available in app also they have imposed a lot of star marks which was not at all point of discussion during marketing session, also no of people they are counting in wrong way as they discussed no any counting will be done for baby less than 6 year of age but now things are different,

                                  I also faced similar issue and this company is not responding . My banker Axis bank, also failed to recover this money despite letting them know immediately. This is dirtly nexus of fraudesters.

                                    I have been facing issues the second time with chis. They made large promises at the time of membership enrollment but as soon as you plan to avail their services there is always a constant disappointment from chis.
                                    They had mentioned that we need to intimate the prior to our trip plans. I wantedto book their property in jaipur for dec 22-23 weekend but to our surprise their customer care without even caring to ask about our dates flatly refused accomodation there citing the reason that they have no availability.

                                    My first question is that how can you know my dates if you havent even asked about them.

                                    Secondly, their chis website (https://www.countryholidaysinnsuites.com/properties/chis-associated) mentions 5 freaking properties in jaipur :
                                    1. [protected]@achrol niwas
                                    2. Park regis jaipur.
                                    3. Jaibagh palace.
                                    4. Lemon tree premier, jaipur.
                                    5. Sarovar portico jaipur
                                    ... And not 1 is available for two days??? What kind of a membership is this? Just to extract money and fraudulently enroll people with the lure of bogus offers that you guys promise to your prospective customers (Read 'cash cows').

                                    I was not even planning to stay on 25th dec (X'mas) which i would understand is a peak date. The most ridiculous anecdote in all this is that despite mentioning jaipur as my desired destination the customer service person suggests me the likes of shirdi (... Really???), katra (... What???), etc. I didnt know chis also has the right to change customer's plans as per their convenience you took the money from us and it is your duty to fulfill what you promised.

                                    If none of the above makes sense to you guys refund my money and i shall forever beware of your organisation.

                                    You make people see dreams of alluring destinations and luxury stays for cherishing moments to pocket their hard-earned money but those dreams remain dreams minus the money you took from us. I really wish to reach out to maximum people through this to come forward and demand the resolution of such pathetic services in the form of our due refund!!!

                                    The promise of the service is not enough as this has happened with me in the past too. And the adamant behaviour of the representative of CHIS to remove this complaint on the assurance of service is not enough. Since, I am filing a grievance for the lack of service here, so I can only mark this complaint as resolved when the actual service has been provided to me and not just false promises as has happened with me before.

                                    Also, for the comment "unfair to put the comment on this forum when the services has not been availed by you here" - I would like to say that a customer only files such complaints when the only point of contact for the company i.e. the customer care fails to cater to the customer(as already mentioned above in my initlal post). I also don't wish to keep doing such grievances time and again but since I have invested in a promise given by CHIS, I rightfully demand its fulfillment which is justifiable.

                                      I had a worst experience with country holiday inn and suites. I have taken a new membership on 18th august 2018. Sales team of chis made huge false commitments about the tie ups with all top hotel chains within india.
                                      I have used only one of their complimentary stay in the roseate house. Apart from that when its time to actually avail the service, they are denying what was promised actually and are putting # terms and conditions so that you yourself get frustated and stop communicating with them.
                                      I mailed chis reservation team to specify the properties associated with chis in gangtok and darjeeling on 13th nov about my trip to sikkim. Got a smart reply for tentative check-in date instead of telling the properties associated, what was asked. Nevertheless i told them my tentative check-in date would be 20th december and check-out date would be 25th dec. (3-4 days gangtok and 1-2 days darjeeling) and requested them to share the contact number of the concerned for detailed discussion and informed them about their useless toll free number and the number mentioned in the mail, which keeps you more frustrated and will not connect. Now to my utter disbelief, they instead of providing the contact number the mail says: we regret to inform you that darjeeling is sold out on the captioned date if you are flexible with dates or location kindly confirm us accordingly we will proceed further and for the property of gangtok, the mail says that the breakfast on chargeable basis for rs. 400+ taxes per person. With no options left, i changed my tentative date to 18th dec-23rd dec and requested them to waive off these breakfast charges, coz ultimately the room which you are getting at[protected] on websites like mmt and goibibo, they are taking rs.[protected] in the name of breakfast and taxes and may be even more, even that was not mentioned in their agreement.in one mail, i mentioned okay if you are charging me in the name of breakfast charges, then book mayfair spa resort and casino as was shown at the time of presentation while taking the membership and i have confirmed with the hotel management that without breakfast room are available on that. No reply from them on that. There were in total 27 mails exchanged with them till date, instead of solving my issue and addressing my concern they give 02 reminders for the booking and somehow due to my schedule, i can’t reply and then by taking suo-moto, they cancelled my request. I changed my applied leave in office, because of them and booked flight according to the date suitable to them, which costs me more. And instead of replying to my concern, they closed my request taking suo-moto and denied actual service which they should provide.
                                      I think company seems to be running on false promises. I feel cheated. Horrible and painful experience, suggest that nobody should take chis membership. Post your contact number in words in the comments box, and after confirming your authenticity, we are about to file a legal suit against them. Already, we are in numbers and want to grow more. United we stand, divided we fall.
                                      I need immediate refund for the money that has been given to chis.

                                        I visited Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaushambi, on 4th November, after getting a number of calls from CHIS representatives for the free vouchers.

                                        Sales representatives (Shoaib Khan whose manager is Dhananjay) made many false claims regarding the membership benefits which I am not going to describe here in detail, as people are already aware of the false claims which are made by CHIS representatives.

                                        I paid INR 21, 000 as booking amount.

                                        I instantly regretted my decision after talking to a friend who is in Country Inn as he told me that there is no such project/company of theirs as CHIS people are claiming.

                                        Moreover, I have checked on Government Portals that these people have NO RELATION with COUNTRY INN as Sales Representatives were claiming in their presentation.

                                        Also, I read a lot of complaints on Consumer Portals about CHIS.

                                        After that, I mailed at [protected]@countryholidaysinnsuites.com for the refund.

                                        As conveyed by their representative Dhananjay Mishra (whose phone is not reachable and who also is not responding on mails) the refund process is of 21 days. But now they are saying that the whole consideration will be refunded after 45 days (Images of which have been attached here).

                                        If these people cannot refund INR 21, 000, that too in a case where No Membership has been started, what can be expected of these shams?
