My Customer ID is CHISDLS779981 assigned on 15th Feb 2021.

Initially they have given us a great offer with several benefits, but after registration we are not getting any services. Even they are not providing the bookings on request too. Only received complementary services for hotel stay rest all are expired due to non-availability...

Country holiday is not refunding my money nor providing me the bookings.
I have several email list, what they say never provide the booking everytime they say :
There phone numbers are also switched off or not pickable.

I have used Country Holidays Vacations for 7 times. I have used their provided benefits and all my family members enjoyed it as well. I just wanted to confirm whether some new benefits are going to be added for the members or not.
As I have called the team last month and didn't get any update on this.

I have take the membership of CHIS in 2020. Initially everything was good but sometimes I face some issues in booking through the application. The web version is good but over the application sometimes it lags behind.

I request CHIS Team to work on it and FIX it ASAP.

As per the current scenarios, we are unable to use the application smoothly. It should be more user friendly and process oriented. Kindly upgrade the application version with new updates.

I purchased their membership last year in April (the biggest mistake of my life), Since then I'm facing a lot of humiliation from the CHIS team. They charged me more than Rs 300000 (including AMC charges) for 91 nights of my stay by promising that they will provide me stay in the 5-star property only. But till date, I didn't get any 5-star properties. Keeping aside that for all the bookings I need to send at least 50-60 emails and...

Further to our last complaints, there is yet no action taken by the company to resolve the issue. Rather, they have now deactivated our account in written.

Requesting govt. to take urgent action and save our hard earned money from these fraud companies....
