I paid full amount for Delhi-Maldives return flight tickets more than 1 month back.

Country Holidays Inn & Suites issued Delhi-Maldives tickets after much delays.

However, the ordeal did NOT end here. I haven't received Maldives to Delhi tickets till date (1-month already has passed since full payment was made). My travel date is fast approaching. Company Employees Mr Amit Verma, Ms Kiran Deep are fooling its customers big-time. They always say 2-3 more days in an endless loop, and make false/empty promises which they never keep.

Company has promised us to give flight tickets by tomorrow i.e. 15th October 2022 12 pm, so closing this issue for now. Also, balance amount which is around Rs 10, 000 will be refunded to us after issuing the tickets.

This company is big time fraud, dont trust them they are making fool. Even after committing they will not adher to it.
Mr Amit will not give you flight tickets and not even your refunded amount. When your day of travel will come closer they will not even pick your phone. Other junior employees will say that Amit has not come to office but he will sitting next to that person.
Personal experience: I was neither informed nor provided with any tickets a day before planned date and now chasing for refund amount from last 3 months.
Ms Kiran is also same just difference is she will pick your call and make false promise.
There are couple of more employees like them for e.g Vineeta, Dipali, Mohit, Chandan and many more. One of ex employee told me that their salaries are on hold due to technical issues so they will not refund any amount or book anything but will take customers money to pay employees salary.

Hope you will get your money or tickets but chances are very less, so i just to make your own plan as a backup option instead of regretting in last day.

    Hotels listed and showed to us at the time of selling us the membership were never available when we tried booking. Even with 15 days advance domestic booking request, none of the hotels are unavailable at locations you need, at dates you need.

    The salesmen made false product pitch.

    Yes they made false promises to customers and they are not stopped yet. One can visit MGF mall in evening and see how they are targeting more peoples.

      It's been almost 5 years, U am associated with them..
      After few months of booking, they never provide room . For almost 3 years they were celebrating covid so no properties were open for them except 2-3 which are their own..though their tied up properties were accepting booking, but these guys never booked them.

      When booked 2 months before, they says they accept request only before a month, and when book same before a month, they don't have property in dates whatso ever reason.
      For them 12 months every weekend every official holiday is red season..you will never get anybooking..

      You need to search 5 days which does not have any holiday then only they can book thattoo after so much of negotiations

      No option for cancelling memeberrship.

      My 2.5 lakh rupees gone in vain..

      Yes there is no option of cancelling membership as per their contract and you are not alone here.
      They have done fraud with lots of people.
      To take revenge with them here are some options:
      1. Take legal help and go to court (but it will take your time and money)
      2. Come to there social media platform like twitter (@countryholiday5 @CHTravelIndia), Facebook, even on linkedin and comments on every post. (My 3 accounts are blocked by them but no issue we can create as many as possible)
      3. Go to their Noida office and create some disturbance (again it will take your time and money and some time guard will not allow to enter or say that the concern person is not come)
      4. Go to the various malls where they trap people by show-off there membership and make some disturbance over there and they will try anyway to calm down you.

      I got inner information from one of CHIS employee that they are doing these frauds with every customer and they were told by there senior executives to do so even they don't like it but they have to do to get salary.

        These fraudsters have given written promise for my refund but now they are not keeping that up.I have escalated this to highest officials o[censored]p and legal proceedings have started against all these people involved.If anyone else wants their complaint also to be forwarded to officials they can reach out to me

        To whom you have escalated? There higher officials are also same for e.g. in customer care Veenita is the manager and she also not reply and same for international team Amit is the manager and he also do the same.

          My money - their dates and location

          Have taken membership from this company in 2019 all my freebies they have cancelled during to covid period due to 1 yr validity .

          This time i had placed booking request in Aug, since 20days iam calling n mailing on daily basis for updates.

          Till date no response from their side .

          No care call on mailers

          . Everytime I want booking from them, never i get dates request nor Locatio requested.
          They make excuses that properties are not avaibale. Right now I want to book hotels in Nainital but they are saying that they don't have any property except Jim Corbet .. always give excuse that Our property is inactive in all other locations.
          Although they have added much number of hotels in their app and website

            We have taken membership by paying Rs 17525 in 2019, after that there was Corona, Now about 15 days back in September 2022, got call from NEHA YADHAV from this company to pay AMC for three years and offering us various offers, she called continually for 4 or 5 days for AMC, when i have deposited Rs37760 four years amc she started ignored my calls and never picked or reverted back, NEHA YADHAV just traped me by giving offers, this company has looted me and done fraud by giving offers once we deposit amount they dont talk and treat with you very rudely. I have told them to refund my amc, CHIS is totally fraud company. REQUEST other not to deal with such fraud company.

            You should have google the reviews before paying AMC your membership cost was less as compared to others who- have paid them 1-2 lacs. That's why there were trying to get AMC from you.

              They offered me complimentary nights in Goa while booking and after payment of my membership plan when I tried to book my complimentary nights they didn't confirmed any kind of hotel booking and they said right now all hotels are booked and instead forced me to extend my complimentary nights vouchers till November 2022, I have written email confirmation from their side. In September when I tried to book again my complimentary goa nights, they refused and said it's already consumed as per their system. And they can't book any complimentary nights because of system error.

              When I asked for data of my booking they said as per system it's showing consumed but we don't have any data to share date of travel.

              Completely fraud company and wanted to know if I can get back my membership fees.

              Really fed up with follow-ups and emails with them, non-responsive team and fraud company. Need help to get this resolved, request to this forum to please help me to get this resolved.

                Although they have added much number of hotels in their app and website. They already had taken a huge amount from me for this membership. And now they are denying to provide services. Their strategy is to tap people and take their hard earned money and then not provide hotels so that they end up not booking it.

                  I purchased this membership to be able to make bookings with my family as per my convenience. When I reached out to enquire about the booking on customer care, the service was not working hence I decided to email on helpline asking about the same. I didn't get a reply for 5 days with multiple reminders. I was then asked to write to a separate email after 6 days of following up. Post that, I have tried contacting customer care through different channels multiple times but CHIS has blatantly ignored all of my booking requests. As a compensation, they told me that they are upgrading my membership to 'PREMIUM' status which means that I will get premium and quick customer support. They are offering me something that I am liable to get as a member who has paid for the services. Even before this booking I had to shamelessly follow up for other requests. The company is just giving the same reply again and again and I have been in talks with them over a month now.

                      I had purchased CHIS membership in 2017. Membership no: CHISLD772850. Even first booking I got after repeated requests and emails and after talking to their senior at that rime named Mr Ujjal Roy. So even before getting a reservation due to bad experience I had requested them to refund my money through emails 0n 16/02/2018. (Records available and attached). At every booking the property provided was an average one and used to available at much lower price on online sites and also included Breakfast which was not in CHIS rooms. Numerous times i have emailed them for booking but refused due to one reason or the other. Finally in May 2022, an online review and complaint to Indian consumer complaints forum regarding this was posted, after which they provided a booking at Macleodganj for 2 nights as desired by me. I had payed the entire amount of 6 nights (which is their rule). Now my 4 nights booking is still pending and they are not providing any booking. I have requested for booking at Jim Corbett but there is no reply. So I contacted customer care and they replied that since there is a negative review on google from my side, so first that has to be deleted then booking will be done. I told them to provide a booking after which review will be seen. when I told them that I can take a legal course, they have sent me a legal notice. Whereas I am the one who has suffered and has been cheated and still my money for 4 nights is pending with them. I had told them on call that I dont want to book any further with them after they settle 4 nights already paid for but seems that these greedy thugs dont want to give my this due also. They are looters.

                      For every booking it has always been a task to get one. Repeated mails and their apologies for non availability is the standard reply. I am fed up of this. I have paid money and they have made me look like a beggar and they are now sending a legal notice. Height of corruption.

                      Strict action should be taken against these thugs so that other people don't loose their hard earned money.

                      Above all, to make me quiet they are threatening me with legal notice.

                      Hoping for an early and apt action from your end.

I was put on hold for 1 hr just to talk with them, looks like we have taken there money and not vice-versa.
                        I have to cancel my plan just 1 day before actual date of travel just because flights was not shared.
                        Only way to teach them is using twitter and linkedin (because CEO Vishal Rai is not present on twitter)
                        You will get call from customer care team to delete the tweets and then they will try to resolve your issue(personal experience)
                        Lets come to twitter and tweet on all posts here are handlers @countryholiday5 @CHTravelIndia

                          We have booked Membership with CHIS in 2019. We were promised 4 to 5 Star rated properties in many locations ITC, Taj types property types were shown and promised. for 10 years 60 nights (costed to us as 1.8 Lacs). After using stay for which we had to pay 6000 Rs extra in name of maintenance.

                          After staying for first night we realized we could have saved money as property was available for 6000 online that time.
                          then Covid -19 affected and we could not utilize our vacations. When ever we tried to book any hotel with them we use to get same reply this property is not active with us any more or sold out. Company person do not pickup phones and do not reply /callback timely. Out of frustration we decided leave the membership and asked them to refund our money as promised but they said sir please read the agreement we do not have refund policy. My hardened money is stuck with such a fraud, unethical, non professionals now. I know i wont be able to get my money refund in this country . but through this portal i want to warn my other citizens to kindly donot get stuck in their false promises. Do not even use the promotional coupons they procure total amount of that free stay as well at hotels via Food or maintenance charges.

                            I purchased membership of CHIS (Country Holiday Inn and suites) on 18 Dec 2021 alongwith
                            membership they had offered free flight voucher worth Rs 45000/-.
                            On 20 May 2022, I had booked flight for 3 persons from Delhi to Male for 14 Aug 2022 and return
                            flight from Male to Delhi for 17 Aug 2022. Total fare quoted Rs 72066/- out of which Rs 45000/- from
                            free air voucher and final amount paid by me I Rs 27066/- .(Attachment-1)
                            After booking it was assured that tickets will be shared between 7 to 10 working days however even
                            after repeated reminders, they were just shifting ticket delivery dates and giving excuses.

                            On 06 Aug I visited CHIS Noida office, again they assured of delivering ticket next day and again
                            giving excuses and postponing ticket delivery date. (Attachment-3)
                            As my travelling dates were approaching closer and not getting any positive response from CHIS
                            therefore had no other option other than to book my ticket. I booked ticket on 08 Aug 2022 as ticket
                            cost were increasing every day and also seats availability was an issue. Finally, I had to pay Rs
                            134484/- for booking flight which I could have got in Rs 27066/- through CHIS.(Attachment-4)
                            On 10 Aug I conveyed this message to CHIS and they agreed to refund amount Rs 27066/- however
                            till date no refund received.(Attachment-5)
                            FYI, sat and Sun is off for CHIS therefore I had only 4 working days left to take a call as I had to
                            complete my arrival formalities with hotel in Maldives and any further delay could have caused a
                            considerable loss of money.

                              Hi.. I've registered a complaint earlier also that CHIS have taken full fledged amount from us i.e approx 1 lac and 40 thousand rupees and plus AMC and that to we've paid advance AMC also for 4-5 yrs also that come out to Rs 7500+ per year. They deal with providing booking services of Hotels and from the past 1.5 yrs I'm requesting bookings for different locations and they everytime say that this location is inactive but that location is shown on their app. While selling this membership they made many commitments that out of the registered applications on app also we'll provide you booking for other locations but nothing is done as per their commitment and when it come to returning money as they can't provide service they don;t even do that. In the last 5 years we've just availed 2 services and per year and per year we could avail 1 service of 6nights and 7 days. This a big loss please to every person who became customer of this fraud company please help us in getting our money back and also to shut this company so that no other person is fooled.

                                I had taken the membership after investing 85k after their presentation and convincing. We tried to book Mayfair hotel Goa after paying the AMC of 10k and confirming the list of hotels from Mr Rohit. Now they have come back saying they can't book as that property is not listed and instead gave us some cheap 3-4 hotel list in North Goa. This is highly unfair and cheating as all their promises are fake. This might be their strategy to tap people and take their hard earned money and then not provide good hotels so that they end up not booking it. Please our money back.

                                I was told internally by CHIS employee that they are doing these frauds with every customer and they were told by there senior executives to do so. They are also stuck in their jobs and want to leave. Only way to resolve this is by putting bad image of CHIS in twitter and Linkedin(tag vishal rai CEO) and visiting there Noida office (Sector 63, A37, Trimala venture) most probably they will not allow to meet but if everyone come together then they can't do anything.

                                Most disgusting Customer service team I have come across. CHIS NEVER want to provide services that they committed while selling membership, they will always have reasons to say NO to the customer.
                                After looking at customer feedbacks here almost everyone is facing similar issues, where CHIS sales team making fake promises and CHIS delivery team is simply denying or ignoring the customers.

                                CHIS employee's are confirming that they are doing these frauds with every customer and they were told by there senior executives to do so.

                                You will get call from customer care team at least to delete the tweets.

This is for kind notice in september 2021 your compamy representative MR SANJAY RAY and JAVED KHAN sold membership of 1.55 lac by giving false information so we deposite 1 lac to them after detecting the false information about polich we have stopped rest amount of rs 55k. After that they are not picking our call not responding messages another MRD MR. SALIM JAFAR giving false information after acceptance call your money will refund after deduction of some percentage if customer is unsatisfied after a long time customer care person says that all the sales persons and MRD left the company it shows that company appoint to a person for such kinds of job

                                  Same happened with me.Their top management have given written to me for a refund but now they are not processing it.They are big fraudsters.Dont fell into any of their false promises

                                    Been member since 2018, but could get only once the booking, each time I try to get a booking the only response is that the properties are fully booked or not active .
                                    Presently I tried again and got call from their representative Ms Neha and she assured the booking and asked me to pay the AMC but after the payment is done I am not getting any booking

                                        My self sunil
                                        We took chis membership
                                        They promised for hotel in India and abroad
                                        Initially they showed us hotel in all part of India and promised for 4 and 5 star hotels...

                                        Now since last 6 month they are proving us 3 star hotel and they reduced location to only 2 place ...

                                        We are cheated ...
                                        Even after multiple times calling
                                        They are not responding and misbehaving with us ...
                                        Kindly help with we invested more than 1.5 lakh in this ...
