This is my second compaint in a period of two months. Fraud company with fake promises who is just forging people's money. Whenever you go for booking they have all the excuses for not giving you a booking. Firstly they don't consider booking a month or 2 months prior and when you raise a request close to the planned dates they don't have availability leading to messing up all the plans. At the time of taking membership they claim a lots...

My membership ID is 779508. I have paid Rs 1, 00, 000 for membership in 2019. Due to covid we couldn't avail membership till 2021. Then we used 6 nights 7 days in year 2021. The booking is very hassle. There are many email exchanges to do one booking.
In July 2022 I have paid 3 year A.M.C and trying to book Ambrosio portico or regenta which are CHIS associated in haridwar. But they are saying due to internal issues, they can't book this hotel. They are giving us Lakshaya hotel where we do not want to stay.

Please tell why have you listed hotels on our website if we can't book it.

Pro doing frauds with customer. Eery member of the CHIS team is a fraudster. First they will call you in a radisson hotel in lajpat nagar. This is the location where their fraud game begins. once you enter they will give you the booklet where they will show there 5 & 4 stars hotel located at evry location all over India. I have taken CHISS memberships of Rs 70000 with additional amount for 7500 AMC charges for 5 year plan. They offer me 16k as flight tickets for validity of 1 year but due to covid i was not able to use them. Now everytime I ask for reservation they Rply that " this property is not active due to contractual issue" should we plan our holiday according to CHISS date and their active location? They have taken my money. Have refused to provide services each and every time. I have their mails and whatsapp msg. I have paid AMC amount also. Now i don't want to use such type of fake committed services. I want my refund amount. Other wise i am going to complain on consumer forum and ministry of tourism. I will tag all mails and msg on their official Twitter account

We bought package in 2018.
in 2022 for the first time we used package.. they gave us their own property in shimla, but that was too far from shimla.
only hotel, nothing around to explore, no wifi, no regulator with fan, no elevators.
while giving package they told us they will provide room worth 3k-4k in 3 star or 4 star property.
they will provide property far from city.
we bought this package so we can stay in luxury hotels. but they will provide only average rooms..
even personally we can book that room in 2000 rupees.
Aside from package we have to pay amc every year.
in manali also they provide rooms which is very hard to reach. we ask them to change the property . they deny to change in short notice and even staff was so rude.
and without our confirmation they cancelled the booking and told us they will not refund our nights.
we asked them to cancel if they can refund our nights.. we didnt tell them to cancel room if they cannot refund our nights

Despite the fact that I am a CHIS member and have already paid the AMC for the following three years, they won't give me a reservation for one night in a hotel in Gurgaon. something I find difficult to comprehend. Reason they have provided is that they have internal issues and location is closed.

I've had a lot of problems making reservations in the past as well.

Purchased their package of domestic tours in October 2021 and i already had paid 110000
And now when i am booking my complementary holiday package of goa for 3N/4D they are showing me options which are only 3 star and when I ask them to book Mayfair hotel they saying the same exact story of agreement renewal, i tried to book three times and they hadn't listed Mayfair hotel as their active property instead of which they are giving me...

This is a big fraud company. They promised me in Feb they are going to refund my money within 60 working days. After 60 working days, they promised me a new date, and then again a new date, and so on. I have so many emails from them where they are just giving me a new date every time for a refund. The owners of this company are doing this intentionally.Their Legal advisor, owner of company and Customer care team has stopped responding to my emails and calls now. Gang of conmans

This fraud company is asking their people to post issues on this consumer complaint forum so they can mark them resolved and then increase their resolved count. Feeling pity for the employees of this company who is getting misguided by management and doing all these fraud practices,

I had a query regarding booking. I reached customer care for the resolution but didn't get a proper response. Reservations is good but in case o[censored]rgency there's jo support. Kindly have a look into it.

I have used first trip to manal in June and please find the feedback below.

1 Hotel has refused to give room to us as they didn't get the payment from chis, it was a drastic situation that I have never faced before.
2 Property was not cleaned at all, lots of dust and spiders was there in the room.
3 Service in this property was like hell, asked for one thing and staff forgot the call.

Chis is a fraud.company... dont take their trip packages. I had a very bad experience with them. They tool 47000 as half payment and then covid comes. After covid, one of their customer care person called me and said your package is deactivated and asked me to pay 5000 for reactivation. I paid them 5000 for 6 months reactivation but in again they deactivated my account only after 5 months and asking for more money. When i refused, their customer care person of noida branch talked very rudely with me and now i cannot access my account. They are just looting people and doing fraud.. this company is based on fraudsters... They will never grow like this... all employees of CHIS and the owner will never live a peaceful life after looting and doing fraud with others money. They will pay for their cheat and scam. Please beware of their schemes and fraud plans.

They call you for taking membership and once you have taken they are not going to give you any service, I am not getting any booking even after a lot of email and call..service is very bad

I have taken holiday membership for the company but when I asked them for a trip in Goa they said currently we have no options available...

Ad a members I want a clear view of listed properties but somehow it's not available on website or application. while having booking, we have go for email to the customer care then customer care to reservations. This is a long process we have to follow instead of doing just one click over the application. So kindly update your technical team for the same.

I wanted to take the package deal of Chis. I had raised my query to Customer care but didn't get any response. Is this a right thing to not serving a client?

If not then contact me ASAP.

I have visited places but the property should be updated. New properties should be added. They took the price of 5 star but we are getting not that much good. I want to have great service and accommodation as the amount given to them. Kindly do it or this will be an issue.

CHIS ko aone members k alawa v packages dene chahiye. Members ko fayda milta hai fir other public ko v deni chahiye. I enquired about the same but I didn't get any response. The reservation team denied about the packages so they should arrange some process for the same. As everyone can't go for membership.
