Hi Team,

Further to our recent complaints for the Hotels, they have now illegally blocked our accounts temporarily while they took all our money upfront in 2018 and never helped with booking hotel for us. They have been very hostile and rude.

Even their CEO (Vishal rai) has not responded to any of our e-mails and never helped us in resolving our issue. This is long pending now. Request urgent help on this

They have no integrity. They just want to enroll people. They are not provided me any service after all payment was done. I requested multiple times but they have provided no reservation. None of the hotels shown at the time of sales pitch were ever operational. They are FRAUD. ITS A SCHEME TO CHEAT.

Fraud sales pitch. Intention to cheat consumers and fraudly enroll them into membership with false services promised. They have no intntion to provide any service.

CHIS is a total fraud scheme. They have built this pyramid scheme to attract and befool users. They taken two lakh rupees from us promising that we will be able to get booking across all cities and states in India. It has been three years now, but I have not been able to book even a single trip. None of their helpline number is available nor do they reply properly over email. They come up with a new excuse every time. This is a big financial fraud and I want my money back. This is no small amount, I want to bring them to their knees through this forum, we need to stop them from committing this fraud fooling thousands of innocents.

I want a full refund.

1. We were invited by one of the CHIS field agents we met at MGF mall on 24th July 2022. By ~6:30 PM we received a call from CHIS that we are invited to a session that will be for around 30 mins and is for limited people only & they were supposed to provide some free gift vouchers including 2N-3D holidays for one of the 7-8 destinations in India. + Couple Movie voucher+ Beauty parlor voucher.

I want to share my grief through this mail regarding CHIS service (Only 5% service provided against the agreement till ending of 5th year, Plan will expire in Mar'23).

Myself deepak sharma & anju sharma (Wife) has purchased country holiday inn & suites membership CHISBH773927 in 85000/-. 31-mar-2018.
We have paid all amounts during inception by mutually agreed terms & condition that we can utilize all 6 nights with 6 family /1night each.

While going for booking,
1. Now, a new excuse raised by CHIS that my membership deactivated.
Following are the some excuses raised by CHIS time to time:
2. CHIS representatives Put my call on HOLD for a long period of time when i call CHIS numbers.
Never got booking on time, every made excuse not to provide rooms (Most of cases rooms not available or inactive.). This time i am following for rooms at Gurugram from last 4 months but denying me with excuse that location not active, 2 months wasted out of my remaining 6 months.
Totally fed up with their services, request you to please refund my money. Playing game on phone my transferring calls in different departments to frustrate the customer. Last conversation for 1.5 hrs with Deepali, bILAL & Chandan etc.

3. Chis team pressurizing & blackmailing for accepting their unnecessary conditions / policies which are not declared while signed the agreement.

When we had denied, they said that - they can't proceed for booking. Mail screen shot attached.

4. Pressurizing for remove these complaints before request for bookings on mails and whats app.

5. Since starting with chis, we’re suffering lots while going for bookings, why we'll wait for our bookings when we've paid money to them in advance, chis is taking 5-6 months for booking.

6. No compensation for Covid-19 period as they had not provided any booking.

Last month also, they promised me to make my bookings and begged to close the complaint after which again they ran away.

This is a big financial fraud and I claim money refund.

I am a member of 2019. I joined CHIS. I get callas for feedback after every holiday I spent in past 3 years. But there are some lags in them. The coordination is so cold and there's no technicality.
Kindly make some changes in them for a better UI.

The application is not working properly. My AMC and payments all are manupulated. I am unable to track my holidays. Fix it or refund my membership amount.

I face issue when there's any problem in the holidays. But there's no Client Relationship Manager for it. I need this otherwise this will be a problem for me.

Overall, the services are good. But when it comes to customer's issues. We don't have any customer relationship manager for the assistance. kindly provide us Custom Relationship Manager. Because at the time of resolution and issues we have to face problems.

I would like to share my experience in booking process. It's easy but a little lengthy as well. Instead of e-mail, you should use WhatsApp for your client's better engagement. Add a whatsApp number to your social media platform so that to make it convenient.
Hope so, CHIS will do it without delay.

African countries are one of the most visited places in the world. I have visited to Kerala, Goa, Munnar, Uttrakhand, Katra with Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd. I have also visited myanmar and bali last year.
I want to visit few African countries. Kindly collaborate with African countries so that I can visit. I have a membership of 10 years.

Further to our last compliant, we have tried to reach their CEO (vishal Rai) multiple times but he is also not responding and we are left with no choice.

Like every other time, we need to book hotel from our pocket despite paying 80K INT 4 years back to this company with fake promises

Request to take immediate action on the company who is looting its customers and spoiling life of many...

As mentioned in our earlier complaints, company has taken full amount in advance (4 years back) and we are yet to use any nights from our 30N package as they have one or the other reasons to deny for the request we make...we eventually end up paying from pocket and this is huge burden for us...

We have requested to return our money back several times but they never took any action on this and we continue suffering on this. We would like to lodge this complaint to take right action and save customers like us

Hi I purchased packages of 55000 in 2020. When I purchased this product, your sales manager (Mr. Rohit) made the wrong commitment. which is not fulfilled. I also connected with your customer helpline on 2-3 occasions, but no resolution was given by your team. Also forwarded many emails, but no resolution was given. fake commitment done by the sales manager,

1. 5000 Big Bazar Coupons
2 Air Voucher
3. Refund of 55000 EMI intereste.
4. Aurjustment of AMC Rs. 7000.

It's been 4 years since i buy 30N package from the company with the promise to provide 5 star properties in all major cities and locations.

Whenever we made request for booking the Hotels, they never provide the option that you have requested and will say "we do not have hotel availabilities for the duration you have asked" or else "We do not have hotels for the dates you requested". These responses come even when i made request 2 months in advance.

They have made all wrong promises and never booked a night from my package with only 1 year left.

I have requested my money return in the past which i deposited (80K INR) but every time they promised to fulfil request in future and ignored my request.

Kiran mam has assured me last time that she will own any further request and ensure that there is no failure but i am facing same issue again recently. I have even tried to reach her as per her request earlier, but no response

Please return my full money with interest as i have not utilized any night so far due to issues from your end.

Am a member of Country Holidays Inn and Suites having membership No. CHIS778947 since 19 December 2020. On 2nd September 2022, I requested for hotel reservation at Hotel Golden Tulip, Deira-Dubai-UAE from November 7 to 13, 2022. Mr. Amit Verma of Booking Team, CHIS confirmed the hotel booking by attaching a voucher showing the reservation from November 7 to 13, 2022 in Hotel Golden Tulip, Deira, Dubai UAE.

I along with my spouse reached Hotel Golden Tulip, Dubai at 0045 hrs on 8th November 2022 and requested for providing a room againstthe voucher. The Hotel staff informed me that the booking was cancelled on 2nd November 2022. It was a big shock and embarrassment situation for me at an international destination which I never expected. Being it was mid of night, I compelled to stay in the same hotel by paying from my own pocket. Since I had booking for all 5 days for different entertainment activities I continued the stay in the same hotel in my own expenses.

CHIS has failed to provide the service as per terms and conditions of the agreement to my very first request for a hotel reservation at an international destination. This has caused me unnecessary mental tension, embarrassment, financial hardship and doomed the spirit of vacation. Therefore, I have no trust on CHIS and will not avail your service in future. You guys not even checked after my return to country in response to my email. My question is why my booking was cancelled on 2nd November 2022 without my knowledge and CHIS not even bothered to inform me about the cancellation of hotel booking before my departure to Dubai.

I have paid ₹160000 for membership fee and 3 years AMC ₹22656, total amount paid ₹182656/-. This amount should be returned to me within 3 days or by 22 December 2022. Failing to comply my request within the stipulated time, I shall take this matter to social media followed by legal action against CHIS.

Don't cheat people their hard earned money.
