I was constantly in touch with the executive and he provided the details also like available properties for the dates for which I wanted booking. But after dropping a mail to reservation team as usual I got the reply that the property is not available for the current dates.

This is the issue with the company. They never give you booking according to your dates. You need to mail them before 15 days and then they don't provide...

This company has annoyed me since the day I have opted for their membership.
I am an active Country Holidays Travel member and they have just annoyed me to the threshold.
Since 71 days I am just trying to book hotels for my International trip (which hardly starts within 10 days).
I hope this clearly explains the quality of their service, they have just delayed the bookings since day one and now we are in a situation...

CHT contry holiday is big scammer am paying EMI from last 5 month, every day they said will give u refund but just lapse time am following with there team from last 5 month, they call u for free voucher then they offer u holiday packages i[censored] denied they give more offers and finally after 2hrs they said just give urcard to check eligibility or only pan card...

They gave me a cheque of rupees 40k as first installment of my refund of 1.5 lakh rupees which is dated 22 July and they call me today and told me not to claim the cheque as they have facing some technical issues.they are doing the same from last year one whole year they tortured me mentally, emotionally, i cried my eyes out in front of them several times but they are making fool of me wasting my time and energy.i request you to take my complaint...

During the purchase of the agreement wherein a 30 min meeting was scheduled to explain the concept, there was a statement mentioned by both of them " I have to purchase the package now and today, koi time nahi hai kal soch ka bataunga ya bAtaungi is not valid here hence u have to get it now" we have an offer till today. A big scam running under this company don't take any membership of this company country holidays in & suites at the time of payment there employees tell many benifits and offers after payment all offers are fake don't pay a single pie to this fake company

Their complaints resolution is high because they blackmail you of not providing any service ever if you dont mark the complaint as resolved here.

They are cheats and frauds. No service is provided when you request for a reservation. None of the hotels are ever active for CHIS. They send out blanket replies like "area is not active" whenever you request for any reservations....

I have already cancelled my membership within 10 days of cooling period and same the confirmation sent by them that they have received the cancellation letter through speed post and will get refund within 120 days, still it has been 150 days no response from them, i kept following up mail since 90 days happened but they have not refunded my money . these are fraqud company, who fool people . please help me to get the money back....

There sales team generated loan in my account ask me debit card to check eligibility and directly generate loan for membership . i refused and given application same day for cancelled but no act and started emi deduction am following up with them since last 5 month for refund after posting on social media they strted responding and ask me to take back all complaints and gave me 15 k refund out of 61k but agin for rest strted giving same excuses...
