Overall, the services are good. But when it comes to customer's issues. We don't have any customer relationship manager for the assistance. kindly provide us Custom Relationship Manager. Because at the time of resolution and issues we have to face problems.

    I would like to share my experience in booking process. It's easy but a little lengthy as well. Instead of e-mail, you should use WhatsApp for your client's better engagement. Add a whatsApp number to your social media platform so that to make it convenient.

      African countries are one of the most visited places in the world. I have visited to Kerala, Goa, Munnar, Uttrakhand, Katra with Country Holidays Inn & Suites Pvt. Ltd. I have also visited myanmar and bali last year.
      I want to visit few African countries. Kindly collaborate with African countries so that I can visit. I have a membership of 10 years.

          Further to our last compliant, we have tried to reach their CEO (vishal Rai) multiple times but he is also not responding and we are left with no choice.

          Like every other time, we need to book hotel from our pocket despite paying 80K INT 4 years back to this company with fake promises

          Request to take immediate action on the company who is looting its customers and spoiling life of many families.

            As mentioned in our earlier complaints, company has taken full amount in advance (4 years back) and we are yet to use any nights from our 30N package as they have one or the other reasons to deny for the request we make...we eventually end up paying from pocket and this is huge burden for us...

            We have requested to return our money back several times but they never took any action on this and we continue suffering on this. We would like to lodge this complaint to take right action and save customers like us

              Hi I purchased packages of 55000 in 2020. When I purchased this product, your sales manager (Mr. Rohit) made the wrong commitment. which is not fulfilled. I also connected with your customer helpline on 2-3 occasions, but no resolution was given by your team. Also forwarded many emails, but no resolution was given. fake commitment done by the sales manager,

              1. 5000 Big Bazar Coupons
              2 Air Voucher
              3. Refund of 55000 EMI intereste.
              4. Aurjustment of AMC Rs. 7000.

              I never recommended this company services.

                Hi Team,

                It's been 4 years since i buy 30N package from the company with the promise to provide 5 star properties in all major cities and locations.

                Whenever we made request for booking the Hotels, they never provide the option that you have requested and will say "we do not have hotel availabilities for the duration you have asked" or else "We do not have hotels for the dates you requested". These responses come even when i made request 2 months in advance.

                They have made all wrong promises and never booked a night from my package with only 1 year left.

                I have requested my money return in the past which i deposited (80K INR) but every time they promised to fulfil request in future and ignored my request.

                Kiran mam has assured me last time that she will own any further request and ensure that there is no failure but i am facing same issue again recently. I have even tried to reach her as per her request earlier, but no response

                Please return my full money with interest as i have not utilized any night so far due to issues from your end.

                Deepali Mam from Country Inn called me to discuss this but again disappeared as usual way of this company. They are still treating customers as beggars since they received full amount in advance.

                This is putting a huge pressure on our budget and affecting our living. We would request a quick action from government on this as we have been cheated by the company.

                  Am a member of Country Holidays Inn and Suites having membership No. CHIS778947 since 19 December 2020. On 2nd September 2022, I requested for hotel reservation at Hotel Golden Tulip, Deira-Dubai-UAE from November 7 to 13, 2022. Mr. Amit Verma of Booking Team, CHIS confirmed the hotel booking by attaching a voucher showing the reservation from November 7 to 13, 2022 in Hotel Golden Tulip, Deira, Dubai UAE.

                  I along with my spouse reached Hotel Golden Tulip, Dubai at 0045 hrs on 8th November 2022 and requested for providing a room againstthe voucher. The Hotel staff informed me that the booking was cancelled on 2nd November 2022. It was a big shock and embarrassment situation for me at an international destination which I never expected. Being it was mid of night, I compelled to stay in the same hotel by paying from my own pocket. Since I had booking for all 5 days for different entertainment activities I continued the stay in the same hotel in my own expenses.

                  CHIS has failed to provide the service as per terms and conditions of the agreement to my very first request for a hotel reservation at an international destination. This has caused me unnecessary mental tension, embarrassment, financial hardship and doomed the spirit of vacation. Therefore, I have no trust on CHIS and will not avail your service in future. You guys not even checked after my return to country in response to my email. My question is why my booking was cancelled on 2nd November 2022 without my knowledge and CHIS not even bothered to inform me about the cancellation of hotel booking before my departure to Dubai.

                  I have paid ₹160000 for membership fee and 3 years AMC ₹22656, total amount paid ₹182656/-. This amount should be returned to me within 3 days or by 22 December 2022. Failing to comply my request within the stipulated time, I shall take this matter to social media followed by legal action against CHIS.

                  Don't cheat people their hard earned money.

                    They have taken 3 lakh rupees and signed an agreement. They are not providing us any services. They fooled us and took 1.5 lakh rupees for Maldives trip and did provide us the bookings. They are continuously lying. I have all the emails of their lies. They are doing mental harassment and giving us high stress. My wife is very much depressed because of this fraud.

                      I bought a 5 year plan from this CHIS company, they have quoted price of rs 95, 000 and after sale rs 1, 10, 000 charged from me. They had given assurance for refund of rs 15, 000 in 15 working days (everything is recorded over the mail from CHIS) but it is disheartening even after 5 months of follow-up and around 100 of mails exchange between me and CHIS, issue is still unresolved.
                      I had conversation with various employees from CHIS - Uma bharti, Vinita, Deepali, Shubhankar and many more, they all are making fool of mine. No one of the senior person from CHIS came upfront to address the grievance of a middle class customer.
                      I am amazed to see the attitude of the company who fails to fulfill his written commitment in 5-6 months and no one are the decision maker available.
                      I have totally lost faith in this CHIS company and want to surrender their soo called holiday package, which is very much disheartening for me as well.
                      Now I want only refund of my money and dont want to avail the services of CHIs company as they failed to fulfill the promise at the time of sale.

                      I'm also waiting for the refund from last 6 months. No reply from their side and when we call them everytime a new lies comes. here are some usual response that their customer support team do.
                      1. Either don't pick phone calls or are in meeting everytime
                      2. Our account team is working on it.
                      3. our system is hacked and we didn't received salaries so be assure your money will also be refunded.
                      4. our leadership (vishal rai) is out of india he will sign your check.
                      etc...

                          *** Fraudestry and Mis Representation of facts, Breach of trust Alert in Travel industry ***
                          We came across a situation with one of our close friends, where they purchased a membership from CHIS (Country Holidays Inn & Suites) this year.
                          CHIS sales person contacted them to come and listen to their presentation on the company and anyhow wanted them to purchase any membership. So they explained a 5years plan to them, and when they were still reluctant, executives started throwing lucrative offers on the top of the membership. Finally they ended up buying a 5years domestic trip plan on EMI basis.
                          1. Even after almost 3 months they did not receive any hard copy of the contract and user credentials which was supposed to be received within a week of purchase only.
                          2. They were promised to be provided with the 4/5 star hotel rooms only whenever they want for any location. Now when they are trying to redeem the holidays voucher (given on the top of membership), CHIS team is not providing the bookings, they are only giving one location as per their cost effectiveness in which they are not interested. On the top of it they are asking for the utility charges, which their sales executives denied at the time of purchase. They said no additional charges would be levied while redeeming the vouchers as they are members and already have paid for the membership. CHIS team communicated that after taking the membership, holidays vouchers will be treated as membership vouchers only, but the reservation team is not considering this even after explaining the scenario multiple times.
                          3. Sales Executives Santosh Mishra and Vijay Chauhan mis represented the fact by saying that if they dont like the services then at anytime they can discontinue or withdraw the membership and promised to help in membership cancellation, but when they tried for refund/withdraw/cancel the membership, it was denied by CHIS customer support team as well as both the sales executives.
                          4. CHIS is taking money from people but not providing them booking on long weekends, peak seasons and on normal days as well by giving the sake o[censored]navailability.The company never seems willing to provide any booking. Our friend had to reschedule their plan multiple times as CHIS team everytime refused to provide the booking on any date for the whole month of August and September saying it is peak. It is limit of negligence as our friend bought the membership for seamless and hassle free hotels booking but CHIS and its reservation team is now giving them a hard time, lot of stress and eating up our work time which is impacting their mental health now.They also raised the grievance within 10 days of purchase because of neglecting and ill behaviour, yet trusted CHIS and gave the team a chance to book their future travels. They had to stay on-call with their team for several hours for a month just to make a reservation and even after that nothing turned out positively.
                          5.They had a telephonic conversation with the Assistant Manager of the reservation team, he himself told them that the bookings are not available. They did not pay any attention to their mails, calls and were just lingering on their booking until a complaint was raised. Manager continuously forced them to mark the complaint as resolved and told them to provide further bookings only after marking it resolved. The CHIS team made the case priority only after getting a red alert, otherwise nobody was paying heed. All this headache is giving them mental stress now.

                          False Promises:
                          a) Sales executives falsely promised about the reversal of the membership and the utility charges.
                          b) Did not provide a hard copy of membership contract and user credentials till now.
                          c) Did not provide bookings on weekends and peak seasons even after being a paid member.
                          d) They are providing only basic rooms not the promised 4/5 star hotels.
                          e) Not providing bookings as per the customers plan, instead forcing members to avail vacations as per their availability everytime.
                          f) Customer care and reservation team never replies on time.
                          g) Refused to redeem the holiday vouchers, instead asked members to redeem the membership only.
                          h) EMI deduction summing up to more than the said amount.

                          People paid them with their hard earned money and wanted timely, seamless services in return which CHIS never delivered. Many families have fallen prey to their false promises and misrepresentation of facts. This company should be reported to the consumer court now as they have started the business for looting the public. Special query should be arranged for their Sales Representatives as they are the ones who befool the innocent people. They should be charged for the fraudestry, Breach of Public Trust, MisRepresentation of Facts and should return the money ASAP.

                            My membership no. CHISDLSA777570. I bought the membership I'm 2018-19. I have paid all amount as they require. Till now I have availed only 1 offer. Due to pandemic I couldn't book till 2022. After that no booking i have done due to this company not answering my phone call even they are not replying on my mail. I am trying to login on thier application but wrong I'd and password showing there. When i am trying to reset my password than wrong user id showing there.

                            Very bad services and I will never recommend Country holiday Inn and suites to anyone.

                            I feel they cheat me which is illegal offence.

                              My membership no. 779508. I bought the membership I'm 2019. Till now I have availed only 7 days 6 nights offer. Due to pandemic I couldn't book till 2021. I availed 6 nights 7 days in 2021. This year in 2022, I somehow got one night complimentary booked. But this year 6 nights 7 days are still pending. I have written multiple emails since 7th Nov to book a hotel..First they mailed me back Manesar, gurgaon location is not active. Then I asked for Jim corbett or agra. They gave reply for hotel atulya in agra. I asked for multiple dates . They said location is active . You need to book for after 15 days. I tried asking for 3rd 4th Dec. That's booked. 16 to 18th Dec that'd booked. 9th to 11 th Dec thats booked. So now I have mailed them to reply on available dates for hotel atulya taj and I m still awaiting the reply since 28th Nov. Very difficult to book hotel through email. They give reply after 5 days. Then again we email for booking.
                              Very bad services and I will never recommend Country holiday Inn and suites to anyone.

                                They asked me to make the payment for booking hotel and flights. And after I made the payment, this person named Amit stopped responding my calls/emails/chats. I have to go to Maldives on 7th December and they ignoring all my calls/messages/emails.

                                I am not getting any response from consumer court.

                                They will provide Rishikesh bookings today and Maldives booking by 10th Dec 2022. I have to resolve this.
                                This is not resolved. They were freely blackmailing me to resolve the query while there was no action from your side. I had to resolve the query and they again are doing the same thing. Ignoring our calls and not making our booking they have taken 3 lakh rupees from us 6 months ago and still making a fool o[censored]s.
                                Sorry to hear that you have to mark your ticket resolved. They will not do anything always say that your id is blocked because of ticket you raised so resolved it and then they will book your tickets. Once you closed your concern again the same loop goes on. I'm suffering from 3 years and from last 6 months chasing for my refund. This Amit is really a C*****a type person not a single response. I just got to know from Mohit who was under Amit that they are doing this fraud intentionally because of leadership. This Amit comes to office and don't respond to anyone. I even tried to comment on there twitter handle and there customer support team call immediately first time to delete that tweet so that they can book tickets but no resolution. You can also try on twitter but most probably same thing will happen that you have to delete tweet to make some progress.

                                  Chis management has promised to refund my money in Feb 2022.Still they haven't processed it.All things are recorded over email.They have mentally tortured us a lot from so many past months.

                                    Address: Noida and Gurugram.

                                    I was promised from CHIS to refund 15, 000 of interest part against the 5 yr plan purchased from them but now after 5 months they are not returning it and everything is recorded over the mail from CHIS.
                                    No one from the senior members of the team look into to resolve the customer grievances.
                                    I will not recommend anyone to avail the services of this company as I feels like cheated.

                                    I am also facing the same issue. They have taken 3 lakh rupees total and not doing my bookings.

                                      Took a 5yr domestic/international plan from CHIS in 2019 with Member ship ID CHSIDLSA776987. Since starting faced issues with booking and I was taken 4 days Reservation during 2nd Wave of covid in Dec 21 . So he provide me the booking because nobody wants to travel these days But once i requested reservation in dec2022 from week1 to till week 3 any dates for 5 days reservation then he offered me 2 year extension plan and there represtative mr Mukesh and Kiran told me, that required reservation also he will provide . But once i denied the extension then he refused me to provide the reservation on majority of the location, in there website he is mentioned 41 location out of this 3 active location he shared me and out of these 3 location, one was already i visted through CHSI last year and 1 was Agra which is near to 2 hours journey from delhi. So there intention was very clear he is knowingly refusing for reservation
                                      After that also several times faced issue with reservation as reservation team provide pathetic customer service.Since Taken membership 2019, they are continuously refusing reservation on the listed properties on their app and website and provide vague/ stupid reasons.
                                      Sales team makes false promises. Reservation team really bad and management don’t bother to listen to customer grievances
                                      I want them to cancel my membership and provide refund.
                                      I have almost given them Rs. 8, 00, 00 /- +GST (including 1 AMC’s) for 5 yr domestic membership. Already 3 and Half years are completed and I have not even received service worth Rs. 10, 000. Every time I ask for booking, they just refuse by giving vague reasons. Last time when I opened complaint, GM Customer relationship Mr Rahul Arora assured that these issues will not happen in future, but again it started and now even he is not picking up call or reverting on WhatsApp.

                                      I would like to take legal action against CHIS for harassment/cheating and demand full refund.

                                      Please let me know if any other CHIS customer is facing similar harassment from them. I would like to take legal action against them.

                                      Hi My complaint has been resolved after so many follow up Committed by the company representatives and ensure that I will not face any service-related issues in the future and he will be taken care as well So after commitment, I am taking back my complaint as a resolved this time.

                                        My membership id is CHISAKP780520 and my issue is this that I am getting regular fake promises from the customer care of country holiday inn.They are not providing any booking any reservation to given place and destination. I am just asking from last August 2022 but still they are just denying each and every request. At last I decided to withdraw my membership with country inn and need all my money back with compensation.
