Country holiday is not refunding my money nor providing me the bookings.
I have several email list, what they say never provide the booking everytime they say :
There phone numbers are also switched off or not pickable.
### management started a loot in market. Please take some urgent actions against them. Though I lost my money but let others not suffer them. Please and please look into this matter urgently!!!

    I have used Country Holidays Vacations for 7 times. I have used their provided benefits and all my family members enjoyed it as well. I just wanted to confirm whether some new benefits are going to be added for the members or not.
    As I have called the team last month and didn't get any update on this.

      I have take the membership of CHIS in 2020. Initially everything was good but sometimes I face some issues in booking through the application. The web version is good but over the application sometimes it lags behind.

      I request CHIS Team to work on it and FIX it ASAP.

        Please refer to my last complaint with complaint Subject - CHIS Fraud: Scam and Humiliation Charges

        Here I want to share some screenshots of emails and proofs and their response after the complaint

        - Soon after the complaint was raised, I got back-to-back calls from one of their trained fraudsters (Shubhankar) who know how to humiliate clients to such an extent by being soft-spoken that they themselves will refuse to make a booking with CHIS.

        Just a context, before the complaint he was not even picking up my call and replying to my emails and texts on WhatsApp

        Shubhankar- Why did you raise a complaint against us?

        Me- You were not even picking up my call and I'm humiliated and frustrated as hell that I didn't have any other choices

        Shubhankar- Mark the complaint as resolved, otherwise I have to stop your booking and also block your ID for further bookings.

        Me- Please try to understand, I am getting scammed and don't know what to do. I requested and explained the below scenario and told him to think like a human and not a CHIS employee who have now become butchers:

        Scenario-

        When I am making the same booking that they are providing me for 3-star hotels, it costs me[protected] for a 5-night booking with breakfast.

        And they are asking to pay me 9000 just for breakfast over and above the AMC of 10000 and membership of 170000.

        If I'll pay them 9000(Breakfast) + 10000 (AMC) + 1900 (Membersip paid for 1 night ; 170000/91) * 5 = Rs 28500

        See their fraud, they are asking for Rs 28500 for the rooms worth Rs 12000. This calculation is something we are not able to figure out while purchasing their fancy membership where Sales person ( Praveen, Rahul and Raj) promised by vouching about their mothers that they'll only provide 5-star property and only on the location where 5-star is not available 4-star property will be recommended.

        I requested him to give me either of 2 options(which is a fair ask) -

        - book hotels without breakfast (being a pure vegetarian, I won't be able to eat breakfast provided in the hotel) OR
        - Take the actual price of the hotel's breakfast, which comes to around Rs[protected] and they are asking 9000 for that- Attaching a screenshot for the same

        Well-trained Shubhankar knows all these facts and just keeps on insisting to mark the complaint as resolved and doesn't give any resolution instead he gave me 2 options-

        - either to mark the complaint as resolved (without resolution) OR
        - Your membership ID will be blocked for all the future bookings

        I'll have some proofs where one of the salespeople says by themselves that CHIS is a fraud and claims that he can help to get the money out from them (at that time he was on notice period but got retained). In my next post, I'll be sharing those screenshots as well.

        In the next complaints, I'll -

        1) Share the screenshot of the conversation with one of the butchers (Praveen- Sales person) who exposed the CHIS fraud to me.
        2) Rude Reply of customer care executive - Deepali after my complaint

        Join me to bring down CHIS to stop this fraudsters to create butchers/liers and stop the scam they are doing in daylight by taking our hard earned money and humiliating us after the payment is done.

        Recently, I have met around 30-40 people who are the sufferers of CHIS scam. Call me at eight two eight five five five four three five three

          I would like to complain as per mentioned subject line that no proper prior communication has been received with the change of AMC applicable from April 01, 2023. I have opted for a 10 years Membership plan and due to serious medical issues and COVID situations could not avail the same during 2021 & 2023. Now at the time of enquiry, I'm being informed that I need to pay all the three years AMC (i.e., for 2021, 2022 & 2023) at one go with the new revised AMC price. Only then I can opt for any booking further. My simple query is that the change of price not being informed prior, so why shall I pay the extra amount. Only mobile application update won't suffice, proper telephonic or mailing communication should have been initiated from your company's end, which I haven't received earlier. I need a proper resolution on the same or else I will be bound to take strict legal actions against the same. Also your tour representative Mr. Mukesh (ID: CHIS1099) misbehaved and do no know how to speak and handle customers. Kindly take strict actions against him.

                  I purchased their membership last year in April (the biggest mistake of my life), Since then I'm facing a lot of humiliation from the CHIS team. They charged me more than Rs 300000 (including AMC charges) for 91 nights of my stay by promising that they will provide me stay in the 5-star property only. But till date, I didn't get any 5-star properties. Keeping aside that for all the bookings I need to send at least 50-60 emails and infinite calls and even after so many efforts I'm not getting a booking.

                  I had a lot of bad experiences with them in the last 1 year, but in this complaint, I want to share my recent experience with these fraudsters

                  I requested the booking in 4 locations for my Thailand trip, for which as usual after sending them around 50 emails and infinite unresponsive calls, they suggested me cheapest hotel and that too for only 2 locations. I agreed to that as well(which I shouldn't, as if we do simple maths, I have already given them Rs3300/night (300000/91= Rs3296) and they should provide me booking for at least 5000/night room only if it will be beneficial for me) but the rooms they suggested were of Rs[protected]which is dead cheap) and whenever I asked them to provide me with a better room, they became unresponsive for a week at least, that's why just to close it, I agreed with what they provided.

                  Even after that, in a day or so, I got a reply that this hotel is now booked and now they are giving me an option for the 3-star property, to which frustrated me said, please proceed with the booking with whatever you have.

                  Now, after all this humiliation, they agreed to book me 2 hotels for 2 locations for 5 nights which if I had booked from my end the total cost would be Rs[protected] with breakfast.

                  And after agreeing even for those properties, these fraudsters came up with a new game of making the payment of breakfast and they asked me Rs 9000 for breakfast for Rs.11000 booking. These BASTARDS are real fraudsters, they want to pay Rs[protected] from their pocket for booking 3-star resorts for which I paid them Rs 300000 a year ago.

                  I mailed and requested them with the screenshots of hotel booking for the respective dates from the hotel's website that if I'm booking those hotels with or without breakfast, the difference is just Rs2500, then why the hell are you charging me 9000 for that? To which they didn't reply over mail and over call, they said that "Breakfast is mandatory and this is the only charge"

                  Now, I have a flight on the 15th and by booking is not yet confirmed because of CHIS.

                  And Trust me you can't say anything over calls or emails, they will stop replying to your emails or answering your calls. It's a kind of dictatorship where a bunch of ### are sitting who just reply "What has been given to you is the only thing that can be done" for all YOUR QUERies.

                  Please anyone guide me on how to come out of this scam and how to raise charges over this company to shut it down, if not so, CHIS will keep on humiliating other people as well.

                  Also, I'm initiating a group of serious people who are planning to raise complaints against CHIS for which the motive is not just to get money back but also to bring them down. Reply over the comment if you wish to join me in this.

                    Further to our last complaints, there is yet no action taken by the company to resolve the issue. Rather, they have now deactivated our account in written.

                    Requesting govt. to take urgent action and save our hard earned money from these fraud companies.

                        We were sold membership 80+ amc.
                        With fake promises.
                        They showed most of the locations of country with prime properties.Now neither they have any active location not any property.Booking can be done 72 hrs prior now it's 15 days prior information required .
                        Moreover they won't give anything, no bookings on weekends.
                        Past three years they have been almost inactive with most of their location.
                        Now they are asking me that my five years membership will expire.
                        Isn' it great We pay hard earn money so we can not get any service just fake Promises.

                          I took chis membership in 14/09/2019, then i went for goa trip paying for one more couple which was with me from 23-25 feb but when i reached my hotel there the hotel manager said your booking is from 22-25 march and he showed me his desktop with booking information and chis gave me 23-25 feb booking details, then i had to immediately book hotels on my own and after such hopeless response from chis i asked for refund but they didnt gave proper reply n ofcourse covid break out, but i reached them again n again for refund, till that time i had paid[protected] on 14/9/2019 and 8050 amc+30000+(25000 aproxx for couple accompaning me) before goa trip) and after constant denial i was offered that i will get free foreign trip and air tickets worth 30000 which was. Mentioned in contract if i pay 90000 more and hence i paid it that if i give one more try to chis and not go via legal procedure to go to court for my refund, as legal procedure is also harrasment for a person. But again chis denied me for my asked places which were showing in their app n website, i asked for my complimentart singapore/maldives trip and air tickets which was denied, then i asked for domestic trip of chandigarh amritsar shimla which was denied
                          So kindly give me any of the trip if possible because i know chis is a scam in which my money is stuck and will never get refund but atleast be decent to give me one trip so that i would think that i spent 2.7 lacs approx on a 3-4 days holiday trip

                          On 14/9/2019 i joined chis in indore city, then in 2020 i went for goa trip which was from 22-25 feb but when i went to ivy anjuna hotel goa they denied it saying you have booking in march from 22-26 march and there was a couple accompaning me for which i paid approx 25000 extra and then i had to book hotel at same time on my own and when i asked for refund via customer care i was denied.Till that time i paid 150000(120000 at booking date 14/09/2019 and 30000 before goa trip and yes 25000 approx which was in vain as goa trip was ruined then i explained them so they asked to adjust in further amc amount of membership and then i asked for my free foreign trip of singapore/ maldives and free air tickets worth 30000 but were denied and then i asked for domestic holiday in chandigarh amritsar but that too denied saying that one out of 2 places is inactive, so the bottomline is i never got any services from chis against 2.7 lacs approx paid by me

                            Sir my self Pushpendra, My Membership I'd is CHIS0M6604, I am serving in defence. I got a call from CHIS in Jul 21 and called me in a hotel and told that they are distributing some vouchers for some lucky costumer. I went to the hotel and they started to convince us to take their membership by making many false promises. I have taken the membership and paid them 60, 000 for 30 nights stay in hotels in India. I was ok with that but when I asked for booking their promises was gone somewhere and they started misleading me. And told many clauses. They even not providing the hotels at thier listed locations now, and always shows some problems while I ask for booking. They forcefully includs the breakfast on very heavy charges. Some more points are there which are very hrassing and unsetisfied. 1. Not responce the calls many times. 2. They don't give the desired property even I told them one month ago. 3. They takes so many days for booking and hrass the members by including extra things forcefully. 4. I told them to book rooms at kochi they simply told that not available sir. 5. There booking manager mrs Anjali never attended my call. I am trying to book my rooms from last 20 days but they always shows some issues and extra charges. And still my problems not been solved. Sir I am very unsetisfied with there service and still I could not use there any benefit. In view of the above I want my money back/refunded. I asked them to refund my money. But they always forbade for that. And told me that no refund will be given. They hrass the costumer mentally. Plz help us I don't want to be hrassed more and I want my money back sir.                               FRAUD COMPANY!!
                              Pathetic experience with CHIS. I was trying to book hotels and flights to Maldives via CHIS. They took Rs 63000 in advance and committed to provide hotel vouchers and flight tickets with in 2 days but they never provided any vouchers. These guys don't even have courtesy to pick phone calls. Don't waste your money by taking their membership.
                              Now I have been following up daily for booking amount refund but no use.

                                I have taken the membership of this company and they promised to give 3 Nights/4 days for Maldives. When we approached to book the vacation, We gave them 63000 for flights and breakfast charges on 4th January 2023 and for our booking date for 15 Feb .After the payment they ensured to give hotel vouchers and flight tickets in 2 days but did not responded for many weeks.
                                Then they said the hotel is sold out for the dates and we need to change the travel plan, So we shifted the vacation to 22 Feb because of them only.Then we contacted them daily for the tickets and vouchers and they kept telling us to allow them some time, always stated that we will give you tickets next week and then again next week. And Now when only 4 days left to travel they said we are not able to give the tickets we will give you refund.And now till today (15 March 2023) they have not refunded the money and are saying give us time.They have my money from more that 2 months still not refunding my money.These are big Scammers talking hard earned money of innocent people.Employees are too much pathetic and all of them are fraud, Few of them are Anjali/Amit/Mukesh/Shubhankar/deepali and many more, All of them will make you fool .

                                  So month back we got a call from a woman executive who told us to collect free coupons from wyndham hotel mohali. We were reluctant to visit but she called us for like 100 times that the vouchers are free and we just need to collect them. As we reached there an executive who’s name was Raj Singh (not sure if this is his real name) pitched a membership to us and since Country Inn seemed to us as a legit brand we bought the membership after sheer conviction that this plan might be suitable for us in future. The quotation was for 197000 which got finally negotiated at the 100000. Now after a month we are going ahead to book our very first trip under that membership ( membership allows us to have 35 days trip in an year anywhere internationally) and to our dismay when we started mailing them about booking there was no revert at all. The sales executive who proposed this membership to us has his number switched off since then. The customer care executive never reply to anything even after dropping so many mails to them. Mails are not reverted on time so basically we are totally convinced that this is a sheer case of fraud where we were looted by country inn . They made us sign all the legal documents too which we have with us. Can anyone suggest how to file a fraud case and aware each and every consumer about country inn’s fraudulent activities

                                    Just to take AMC charged they offered 5 star hotel in Goa.
                                    They confirmed on the email that they will provide the booking confirmation on the clearance of amc dues. And one they received the amount the sales girl (neha Yadav ) who was projecting herself as a relationship manager completely raised her hands.
                                    And she told me to contact the booking team directly. And as usual the booking team are hired in this company to say hi to the customers. The employees of chis are hired to cheat people. Better stay away from them, whatever money you have lost is worth taking a lesson for life. Don’t expect any ethical thing from them. You will end up in loosing more..

                                      I also purchased a 30yr domestic/international plan from CHIS in Feb'2022, Membership Id: CHISDL780794. Since starting faced issues with booking and wanted to cancel my membership but they refuse to cancel and do not respond to emails for any booking requests. I want them to cancel my membership and provide a refund.

                                      Can we take legal action against CHIS for harassment/cheating and demand a full refund?

                                      Company executives requested to mark the complaint as resolved and promised to resolve all further queries on a priority basis. So I closed the complaint however since then they are again not responding at all, so i am opening the case again.                                         After i lodged the complaint last week, one of their department reached out to me and asked the issue. When i explained him again, he mentioned that he will revert but he never did so and again sent the fake mail saying he will not refund the money despite of all issues.

                                        They are calling, wasting time but not helping. Their CEO is also involved and he has never helped or responded.

                                        Request team to take legal action ASAP

                                        Still No action by Hotel staff. They have cheated us and own 80k INR given to them in 2018. Fake Hotel, Fake CEO and staff looting people's money. Need strict action to prevent and control such hotel chains
