We have booked Membership with CHIS in 2019. We were promised 4 to 5 Star rated properties in many locations ITC, Taj types property types were shown and promised. for 10 years 60 nights (costed to us as 1.8 Lacs). After using stay for which we had to pay 6000 Rs extra in name of maintenance.

After staying for first night we realized we could have saved money as property was available for 6000 online that time.

I purchased membership of CHIS (Country Holiday Inn and suites) on 18 Dec 2021 alongwith
membership they had offered free flight voucher worth Rs 45000/-.
On 20 May 2022, I had booked flight for 3 persons from Delhi to Male for 14 Aug 2022 and return
flight from Male to Delhi for 17 Aug 2022. Total fare quoted Rs 72066/- out of which Rs 45000/- from
free air voucher and final amount paid by me I Rs 27066/- .(Attachment-1)br...

Hi.. I've registered a complaint earlier also that CHIS have taken full fledged amount from us i.e approx 1 lac and 40 thousand rupees and plus AMC and that to we've paid advance AMC also for 4-5 yrs also that come out to Rs 7500+ per year. They deal with providing booking services of Hotels and from the past 1.5 yrs I'm requesting bookings for different locations and they everytime say that this location is inactive but that location is shown on their app. While selling this membership they made many commitments that out of the registered applications on app also we'll provide you booking for other locations but nothing is done as per their commitment and when it come to returning money as they can't provide service they don;t even do that. In the last 5 years we've just availed 2 services and per year and per year we could avail 1 service of 6nights and 7 days. This a big loss please to every person who became customer of this fraud company please help us in getting our money back and also to shut this company so that no other person is fooled.

CHIS employee's are confirming that they are doing these frauds with every customer and they were told by there senior executives to do so.
Only way to teach them is using twitter and linkedin (because CEO Vishal Rai is not present on twitter)
You will get call from customer care team at least to delete the tweets.

    I had taken the membership after investing 85k after their presentation and convincing. We tried to book Mayfair hotel Goa after paying the AMC of 10k and confirming the list of hotels from Mr Rohit. Now they have come back saying they can't book as that property is not listed and instead gave us some cheap 3-4 hotel list in North Goa. This is highly unfair and cheating as all their promises are fake. This might be their strategy to tap people and take their hard earned money and then not provide good hotels so that they end up not booking it. Please our money back.

    I was told internally by CHIS employee that they are doing these frauds with every customer and they were told by there senior executives to do so. They are also stuck in their jobs and want to leave. Only way to resolve this is by putting bad image of CHIS in twitter and Linkedin(tag vishal rai CEO) and visiting there Noida office (Sector 63, A37, Trimala venture) most probably they will not allow to meet but if everyone come together then they can't do anything.

    Most disgusting Customer service team I have come across. CHIS NEVER want to provide services that they committed while selling membership, they will always have reasons to say NO to the customer.
    After looking at customer feedbacks here almost everyone is facing similar issues, where CHIS sales team making fake promises and CHIS delivery team is simply denying or ignoring the customers.

This is for kind notice in september 2021 your compamy representative MR SANJAY RAY and JAVED KHAN sold membership of 1.55 lac by giving false information so we deposite 1 lac to them after detecting the false information about polich we have stopped rest amount of rs 55k. After that they are not picking our call not responding messages another MRD MR. SALIM JAFAR giving false information after acceptance call your money will refund...

      Been member since 2018, but could get only once the booking, each time I try to get a booking the only response is that the properties are fully booked or not active .
      Presently I tried again and got call from their representative Ms Neha and she assured the booking and asked me to pay the AMC but after the payment is done I am not getting any booking

          We took chis membership
          They promised for hotel in India and abroad
          Initially they showed us hotel in all part of India and promised for 4 and 5 star hotels...

          Now since last 6 month they are proving us 3 star hotel and they reduced location to only 2 place ...

          We are cheated ...
          Even after multiple times calling
          They are not responding and misbehaving with us ...
          Kindly help with we invested more than 1.5 lakh in this ...

            This company has a worst customer care support in this whole world where they will tell you to inform them 15 days prior for the booking but they will take minimum 7 days to finalize a booking. moreover they will never say yes for your desired Location, desired date & desired property instead they will ask you to go for the vacation (worst days) as per their wants means whatever pathetic hotel they have a tie up with. Like I'm asking for a stay in Delhi and they are offering me Simla since last 2 weeks. Guys please take this seriously as there are many people showing their frustration for this fraud company. And I am saying this company as fraud because of their all executives behavior and their least bothered attitude towards the tsunami of mails sent to them! They take huge money and never provides 4 or 5 star properties as all the times their properties are occupied.

              Hi,

              I have informed CHIS Reservations about my GOA trip for which I need hotel booking with them from 11th to 17th September 2022 ( 6N/7D).

              I informed them on 18th August 2022 itself and have been chasing since then. First of all the properties they suggested are completely different to those which are listed on CHIS website or app and even after being flexible and adjusting to that they are providing me with the reservations for 4 days only when the contract clearly says I can avail 6N/7D in one go. Your website also clearly mentions guaranteed booking to members.

              Hence please resolve this at the earliest as I have already planned my holiday for 6N/7D and make all flight reservations as well accordingly. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO CHANGE MY HOLIDAY PLAN AS PER CHIS.

                My membership ID is CHIS0M6598. I have informed CHIS Reservations about my GOA trip for which I need hotel booking with them from 11th to 17th September 2022 ( 6N/7D).

                    On 16/07/2022, we made payment of 105000/- to the Country Holidays Inn & Suites, for advance payment towards the booking of Holiday package service.

                    Till 28/07/2022, we have not received any satisfaction call towards our concern related to membership plans. The issue happens because, after receiving the payment, the lady over phone explains the different benefits apart from what we were explained...

                    This is in reference to my grievances I am putting forward for your consideration of my case, wherein this happened on last sunday 24th April 2022.                     Country Holidays Inn & Suites customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    They are big fraudsters they dont have etiquettes they are very rude they behaved very rude moreover every time they changed person till date I didn’t get any solution and when i agree to reserve my bookings then they showed useless properties which was not show by them at the time of contract.
                    Wastage of money chis company is fraud and defaulters.
                    Most disgusting Customer service team I have come across. CHIS NEVER want to provide services that they committed while selling membership, they will always have reasons to say NO to the customer.
                    After looking at customer feedbacks here almost everyone is facing similar issues, where CHIS sales team making fake promises and CHIS delivery team is simply denying or ignoring the customers.
                    Lets all go to twitter and Linkedin by tagging Vishal Rai and infelicitous CHIS image only then they will be able to understand customer problems.

                      I have made the full payment on 13th July and still the flight ticket is not shared with me...till now they were giving all kind of excuses for the delay..and but now their representative Mr Mohit Sehgal and his team has stopped responding all together...I want my tickets without any delay now

                      I was told by CHIS employee only that they are doing frauds and was told by there senior executives to do so. They are also stuck in their jobs and want to leave. Only way to resolve this is by putting bad image of CHIS in twitter and Linked in(tag vishal rai CEO)

                        I purchased membership in October 2021, i am still regretting why i went to that place on that day and get trapped in their vicious cycle of luring customers with their fake promises, fake resolutions .
                        When asking to book the hotels which is displayed under their properties list they said following hotel is not in our contacts now or we hadn't renewed the contract so just tell me why the hell you putting that in your brochures front...

                        Refund against membership

                        Hello team,

                        On 16/07/2022, we made payment of 105000/- to the Country Holidays Inn & Suites, for advance payment towards booking of Holiday package service.

                        Till 28/07/2022, we have not received any satisfaction call towards our concern related to membership plans. The issue happens because, after receiving the payment, the lady over phone explains different benefits apart from what we were explained over table...

                        This is a fraud company and looting hard earned money of people. Lot of promises are made at the time of offering membership but not fulfilled. Fake properties are shown on the website but when we request in one of them, the company will say this property is not available due to some internal issues. Then you will be offered a property at distance location from the city, you are requesting. There is no clause in agreement for advance payment...

                        Refund of my membership amount because CHIS is unable to give its services

                        My complaint is against Country holidays inn and suites private limited. I have made the request for refund to them in march, 2021 also but again i was manipulated and promised that i will get all the bookings from future and so the refund could not be made. But since my first booking request till now i have really suffered a lot mentally. CHIS really harass people mentally deeply.

                        I paid Rs. 80, 000 on 12th September, 2020...
