I have recently taken holidays in bhandipur facility and had a bitter experience as the facilities are poor. I want cancellation of my membership and refund of my money. I have a very detailed report along with proof pictures to show the deficiencies.

Having faith in your club and membership, though i have not utilized any holidays for the last 3 years, i kept on paying amc charges promptly.

Last month i took one holiday in your facility at bhandipur from 28jul17 to 30th jul17.

Indeed i regret having taking this decision of becoming member and paying amc charges today after taking a 2 days holidays with my family members in one of your facilities as above.

I would like to narrate the sequence of activities and my bitter unforgettable experience in the sequence of the events for your perusal along with photographic evidences where possible.

# 1 having taking decision to go for vacation for 2 days, i approached your facility (Bhandipur) on telephone (Country vacation bhandipur, karnataka). To my surprise i got a blunt and horrible reply that the facility is full and no rooms are available. Before doing this i had called your hyderabad toll free customer care no#[protected] with no reply from that end despite my several calls. Then i decided to call up local country vacations office and the representative there helped me to find 2 rooms one for my self and my wife and other for my 2 adult kids. He wanted me to pay for another room!! I had to fight with him to avoid paying as i was taking vacation for the first time and paid all 3 amc' s and many holidays are accumulated against my membership no.

See the struggle i had to go through your representatives just to book my vacation. I am ashamed to be member of such clubs.

#2 after booking my facility, just the previous day of my vacation i got a call from your facility regarding re confirmation of our arrival. I did that on telephone and asked for the direction which he guided and informed me that there is a signage showing country vacations after bhandipur forest post. Next day i drove from mysore reached bhandipur and started looking for signage to take left turn to reach your facility. To my bad luck there was no mobile telephone signal in the forest to call them to take direction again! I drove passed the signage and drove almost 10-15 km further to realise that i had to get back... At last i found the signage and reached your facility at least 1 hr late! See the picture #1 of your lovely signage! Tell me how one can see this while driving?

Company like yours who are in hospitality industry should be ashamed of giving directions to your guests like this! Can't you place a better signage than this???

#3 we were already drained and sick by the time we entered your reception. We were welcomed by heard of monkeys in the parking (See picture #2), threatening us to pull our bags!! Well some one came to our rescue and they allotted us room nos 165 & 166 which we went to occupy. It was a shocker waiting for us in the room. The room was stinking with cigarettes smoke and with many other flaws in the room (As shown in pictures 3 & 4). Unfortunately we couldn't capture your stinking rooms on camera!! We went back to reception seeking for change of rooms. They were courteous enough to show 2 other rooms below in the gf next to each other. Those rooms were tiny, with peeled wet painting spots on the wall, toilets not clean, tv fixed in a corner... Omg... Is this what we want on a vacation?? Again we had to go back to reception and request them for a better room... Then after a much of deliberation they showed us a suite (1 br) which was better compared to the rooms... Though there was only one bath/ toilet for 4 adults. We had no option but to compromise on this and accept.
With this saga of events, my wife and kids are already tired of the vacation which they expressed. Some how i had to cheer them up. We lost nearly 1 hr in room hunting!
You may check your records and with your staff on this issue.

Is this how country vacations want to deal with guests? I have traveled extensively in india and abroad and have never had such horrible experience.

# 4 after the disastrous start, i cheered up my kids and took them to your reception to play some sports/games. Once again we had a very bitter experience viz., the tt bats were torn, shuttle racket had no grips, shuttle cocks were dead/broken, shuttle court was full of stones and no marking, shuttle net height is 1 ft more than normal, cricket bat handle was shaky??? The list goes on and end less... You may go and check all these items to verify!!

If you want to keep the facility keep them properly and not for the heck of it. It was again a bitter experience.

# 5 later we went to restaurant to have a cup of coffee. Do you want to hear the story of your beautiful restaurant?? I have some pictures as well to prove my point..
The coffee served was full of sugar!! See the coffee cup!! (See picture #6) we are in karnataka, coffee land and getting such a horrible coffee?
Another unforgettable incident while we were having coffee was that one monkey entered from no where and snatched some snacks from our adjacent table where some guests with small children were eating! It could be very dangerous when kids are around. I looked around to find out how did this happen? I found a holes in the wire net covering an opening through which monkey has entered. See the attached picture#7.
While i looked around in the restaurant very unusual and unhygienic things were found like janitor items like dustbins, cleaning liquid, brooms etc., are stored in the middle of dining tables! You may see some pictures 8 to 10 to prove this. Don't you have a janitor room to store all these?? Why keeping in the middle of the eating area? How can we eat sitting next to these??
The exhaust of kitchen seems to have not been cleaned at all! This is the sorry state of affairs. See how gas cylinders are stored! Highly unsafe! See the attached pictures11 &12
I also understand there is only one kitchen for both veg and non veg cooking. Being vegetarians we had to take this news with a pinch of salt.

The restaurant hygine with the above facts is not up to any basic standards and not acceptable at all. I do not know how you are running such a sub standard restaurant. The rates are no cheap! I would never like to enter such restaurant again!

#6 after a disappointing visit to your restaurant, we walked around in your facility in the evening to notice some deadly, dangerous, unsafe installations. We could capture some pictures which i am attaching. See pictures 13 to 19
- the electrical junction boxes were precarious... See some boxes are open, closed with a stick as stopper, broken glass. Which safety standards in a public place permits such boxes?
- most of the side walk way lights are missing, broken, wires are exposed without any insulation. Deadly electrical lapses could be seen.
- some wires or cables are on the ground exposed!

To what safety standard are you running the facility?

I am indeed surprised how you can run a facility in such a condition which are unsafe and deadly when kids, old and many guests visit. Do you want to kill them? I am sorry.. These are gross lapses

Other lapses:- see pictures 20 to 27 which shows the general maintanance standard of your club which are self explanatory. Very poor standard.


After noting all the points above from 1 to 7, i will never ever visit any of your facility even offered at free of cost. I am not interested in jeopardising lives of my family.

I am no longer interested in the membership of your club.

I urge you to cancel my membership with immediate effect and reimburse my membership fee and the amc charges paid so far with 12% finance cost over and above.

Under the above ridiculous and horrible situation of your facility, agreed conditions of our signed agreement is null and void and are no more valid.

If this is not sorted out within 2 weeks of this mail and reimbursement is made, i have left with no option but to exercise legal options to claim all the losses including the compensation for the agony we have gone through.

I would like to cancel my country vacation membership nd required refund of my amount of 1 lakh Indian rupee...There is no proper response and not taking phone calls.. I read in the internet these companies are fraud and more over i read some referral blogspot from the internet somebody has received their money by cancelling there membership from country club vacation. I got membership from Bahrain by paying 6000 saudi riyal via saudi Hollandi bank credit card..Please get back my amount returned.. I just got trapped by the speech nd canvas by the sales team.. I have taken country vacations membership on 4th july 2015 (Kukatpally office, in brand factory building). When i have taken the membership, these guys mentioned that there will be 7 days and 6 nights vacations per year for 30 years and these can be carry forwarded to next year if we don't use. When i was trying to use them on december 2016, i logged in to the country vacations account with the given details, i can see there were nothing like that and i called to the customer care department and they have mentioned that you have taken country club membership and for this membership you need to pay 5000+tax as annual maintenance charges. And i am trying for the past two years with them to get my country vacations membership and i am unable to get hold of this manager anil and executive ravidra from which i have taken the membership. Now i am unable to do anything with this account. I am not sure how country club came into picture, when i have taken account in country vacations

Please cancel my membership as per clause no.26 of member ship agreement with deduction of admin fee chargeable rs.3800 and refund of remaining fees.

Member ship was signed on 23/08/2017.

I'm also one among you who got cheated by country club
I feel cheated though i never trust people so easily i failed to recognize the truth

Reason for the same is false commitments deceiving and wrong information and non-disclosure of material facts for use of services of country club vacations which is a division of country club hospitality and holidays ltd by mean of concealment of non-disclosure of actual terms and conditions by authorized persons of country club vacations of yashodara complex 3rd floor, basaweshwar nagar, bangalore

Not only that, they showed us brochures on which they claim that they have tie up with various banks and to my surprise they have tie up with axis bank also. They even said they will provide 48 months emi to pay the amount of rs.77, 500 without spending a single rupee extra with this said we will have to pay rs.1615 p. M. And afterwards you can use facilities of country club life time.
I agreed for the same on 48 free emi option as it was affordable for me.

Now after so many assessments and experience and with further communication i had with them everything proved to be false and misleading.

Now who is responsible for our sleepless night

Country club/country vacations is doing malpractices and unethical merchandises, so its our social responsibility to stop such type of activities done by country club and act strictly against them.

I'm fighting /struggling to get my hard-earned money back

Hyderabad: central crime station (Ccs) police on saturday arrested two executives of country vacations for cheating people in the name of special offers.
Police said country vacation takeover manager bidla akash kumar and venue manager syed miskin were arrested as they have been attracting people by offering 300 square yard plot at wanaparthy, domestic and international holiday for 30 years, 50 per cent discount on air tickets and similar other offers. But, police said they after taking rs 40, 000 from the consumer did not mention the promised services in the agreement deed. Based on a complaint lodged by one asgar hussain, a case was booked against both the duo.
Deputy commissioner of police (Detective) r s praveen kumar said people should be cautious while sharing personal information in gift coupons, lucky dips, vouchers at exhibitions, cinema halls and other similar places as marketing people were getting access to information.
In another case, ccs police on friday arrested arslan farooqui from tolichowki for cheating many people with the promise of sending them abroad.
According to ccs police, farooqui used to target people aspiring to go to the united states by making them believe that he would provide original documents needed at the us consulate besides a job in america. Praveen kumar said arslan farooqui used to create letter of invitation of different multinational companies in the name of the candidate. "besides, he used to prepare and give fake letter heads of different companies. He used to even help candidate prepare for questions likely to be asked at the consulate. But, he would never reveal that the documents arranged by him were fake," said praveen kumar.
Ccs officials said till date he had sent 15 people to the us by giving them fake documents. Police advised public to be cautious and not to become victims of such fraudsters.

Have been following up since the second day of my wrongly registration with cv which they said will do the needful.

Now its more than 3 years with no help from their end irrespective of all the facts known to them, which is only spoken over phone.

Its also surprising that we had been followed up for the amc.

Hope our request is heard by someone 'a god's child' sitting in your office.

Have been mailing country vacations from last few days regarding my membership cancellation. But they are least bothered to reply or respond to the mails.
I have notified the cv well before a hand, while i am still in cool off period.

As per airda code of ethics, if the agreement is revoked by the buyer within cool off period, the seller is committed to refund all payments made and return share certificates, title deeds or other documents handed over during signing up of sales agreement.

Please may i know why is cv not following the rules & regulations.

My name is nirav khunt. I am from rajkot. I had a voucher ([protected]) of country vacation. So as per commitment i paid rs 5500, at 6/6/17 for hotel summer plaza resort, panchgani for 15-18/8 (3 nights), but after a month (Of booking there was changed hotel to hotel gaurish at mahabaleshwar. And then before 2 days from check in date (12/8/17) i got information after finding about confirmation. Again changed the hotel girija. It was in bhilar. The hotel was very interior from panchgani, and it was not comfortable, so i had to change the hotel on same day of check in (15/8/17).

In the #15 (page-2) and #26 (page-4) of the Agreement, clearly mentioned the below details.
"There shall be a cool off period of 10 days from the signing the membership Agreement wherein member can discontinue the membership by paying a nominal administration charges of Rs. 3800/- to the company. After deduction of the aforesaid amount (Rs. 3800/-) remaining amount would be refunded to the member.For invoking the cooling of period the member shall send a written communication to the Country Club, Central Customer Care."

Despite of repeated mailers and call 'Country Vacations' is not taking any valid action and no money refunded till date.

Last week i got a call from country club that i won a lucky coupon which i dropped in mantri mall, they started explaining about their holiday package for hours and i refused to take and later they took to another room and started giving many offers and they claimed that i am one of the selected families and they are giving some privileged offers to us which we will not get if we are not taking that day itself etc. I have listed the offers below as a note and it is very attractive but unbelievable, they were pressurizing us to take the decision that point in time by brain washing left and right and it was almost 8pm in the evening and unfortunately i believed on what they said and paid 100000rs for the holiday package using our hdfc credit card.

Later they have provided the agreement form to sign which i couldn’t read completely as my wife was carrying and she wanted to come out of the room. Later after reaching home i go through the agreement which doesn’t have anything they offered and some contents are completely opposite. They have told us that this membership can be cancelled but it is given exactly opposite in the agreement.

I started thinking about this poor marketing strategy that they played me to take this membership and browsed on internet and really got shocked. There are countless victims who offered the same from country club but they never could satisfy its customers. Considering the way the country club treats its customers, i could realize that the same is going to happen with me as well and i am now 100% sure that that the country club was bluffing about the lucky coupon, gifts (Ridiculous), selected families, privileged membership which is for two generation and many more. I am sure they will not exist for long with this strategy to save me for my life-time and my next generation.

On realizing the fact i mailed to the concerned person on 2nd august 2017 saying that i don’t want this membership (Mailed to
[protected]@countryvacationsmail.com) but that mail id does not exist only. Mail which i sent was bounced back after 2 days.

I contacted their customer care some one asked me to mail to :

And i sent 2nd mail on 4th august 2017.
But i don't have any hopes on these peoples so please help us in cancelling the membership with country vacations (Country club) and request you to refund our amount back.

I have paid the rs 100000 on 29/07/2017, after that no response from those peoples. They made false promises with me and cheated.

3. Domestic air tickets for 2 peoples
4. Using the country club membership lifetime for free

6. Free accommodation with free breakfast services
7. I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if i book before 2 weeks.
8. If i am not satisfied at any time, i can write a compliant letter to the office where i take the membership and i can cancel the membership at any time.
9. Collect the country club card for the kid in future for free.
10. Free rci membership by which we can use other resorts/hotel for 3000 (Domestic) and 12000 (International) – fixed charge.
11. There is pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service
12. No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used
13. While renting the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge.
14. If i per book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, i can get the free 7 days trip for that year and i can use that for rent or i can extend that to next coming year.
15. I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if i book before 2 weeks
16. I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional id proof.
17. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (Including the electricity, decorations) for 5 times per year.
18. Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs
19. If i don't want to cancel, i can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees
20. I can get food coupons worth 3000 (Appx) every year.

This is kiran and i took country vacation membership in 2016 march 4 by believing all their fake promises. After reaching home i realized it was fraud and went again for cancellation. They agreed for cancellation and return money 6 months. Its almost 1yr 6 months till now i didn't received my money back. Daily i am calling to them but not picking my calls and every time i went to office.. All staff members are new and they are saying so many stories. Staff member (Venu) used to tell me many stories like your check is processed and it will come in next month, manager is not there, demonetization, no funds etc...
Last month he promised me to collect cheque from office.. I went to office to collect cheque... I was shocked after reaching office that venu is resigned and left company... These people cheated me from 1yr.

- free tasha beauty and health services for 1 year. No additional charges at all to be paid to tasha (No service charges, no additional cost)
- one free candle night dinner every month for complete family for 2 years.
- free 2 days stay for family at any country vacation in a month, even in pune itself. No additional cost, no service tax. No hidden cost.
- movie ticket every month for family every month for 2 years
- one free 6 days 7 night stays for family of 10 members anywhere in india. Breakfast and dinner free for all these days. Booking need to be done 10 days before. No service charges, no additional charges. No hidden cost.
- one free 2 days 3 night stays for family of 10 members anywhere in india. Breakfast and dinner free for all these days. Booking need to be done 10 days before. No service charges, no additional charges. No hidden cost. - free summer camp, celebrities show coupon every month free of cost for 2 years.
- if satisfied with service, i can pay remaining amount and the same service will continue. If i am not interested, the service will stop after 2 years.
- i will get country vacation smart card in 15 days for all family members including children. But haven't received this yet.
- free swimming pool, pool, tennis table, other services in this clubs for 2 years.
- free gym facilities in gold, talwarkar and other gymnasium
- all services available in country vacation clubs free of cost without any service tax, additional tax.
- parents will be allowed entry in country vacation club anywhere on my cards/name.
- all this services will be shown online in my app installed.

However, after some time i realized neither the card reached me nor the club at kalyaninagar pune was working, which was near to my home. When approached this 2 agents, they denied saying they have not said such things. Also, i started receiving call from customer care to pay 1.4 lacs (There complete package was 1.6, out of which i had paid 20, 000 inr saying that if i am satisfied for 2 year with service, i will pay the remaining.

After many follow-up, raju narale, samual patil and snaha oval said that i shall get the refund, but was not ginving me in writing. After following up more, i got an email from raju narale, customer care executive that i shall get the refund in 60 days. But now, almost 60 days are complete. All this guys are avoiding calls and not responding me. I have those email as an proof about the commitment and refund.

Request you to take this on priority.

My name is mohan, i got a call on 10th july 2017 from a random number stating that i have won rs. 30000 of gift hamper from them and asked me to come with my wife and collect. When i went there, it was country vacation/club, koramangala office, bangalore. They gave me a one hour presentation stating benefits of country vacation membership. During the presentation the sales members who handled me was harish, they promised me by saying the below false commitments and sold country vacation + club membership for rs. 30200 which i have swiped my hdfc credit card, after swiping card they given me pre signed ready agrement and forcing me to sign on that.

While signing the membership i have asked to give all the promised offers in the agreement and they said all the special offers will come in a mail within 24 to my email id and with the welcome kit and membership card with in 24hrs., but i didn't get any. After all these, i was going through the agreement, i have shocked to see the points which was mentioned in the agreement, it was totally different from what mr. Harish (Country vacation sales person) promised me at the time of signing agreement, i am no longer interested to continue with the country vacation/club membership, i have sent a mail to harish and [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com and [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com mentioning reason and to cancel my membership with country vacations and refund my money at the earliest. But till today i have not received any response for that mail, i have called customer care they said we are not able to track your membership details, please send the agreement, i have send the agreement still no reply, i have received 4-5 calls from country vacations but nobody gave the solutions, i have got mr. Imran bashas’s number from customer care and they told he is the branch manaer, i called 2-3 times, he was saying he is not in town and told me to send a mail, i have send a mail on the same day but it was more that 4 days he didn’t reply, after that i have sent a top up mail, then i have received below mentioned mail from imran basha saying

I was really got irritated by his reply, i was complaining about membership and asked to refund money but he was replying something else which was not related to the topic and mail. I don’t understand how he has become manager who doesn’t even know to write a mail, i think entire country vacation team doesn’t like to reply to mail.
After that i called mr. Harish he was the person who sold me membership by giving false commitment, he was very rude on the call saying you can do whatever you want we cannot give you refund. (I have recorded his call which i can share it across.

Below are the false promises made:-

• will provide me easy 24 months emi option with zero percent processing fees and zero percent interest fee.– but when i received intimation from bank, i came to know that the charges are applicable and to be paid to bank by me. Later on when i spoke to harish, he told me that the interested will be reversed to my account after 45 days - which is now here mentioned via country vacations.

• country vacation and club memberships are valid till life time and your next generation and transferable without any extra amount – but agreement says, country vacation is valid till 5 years only and needs a renewal.

. Amc charges waivers for the 1st year.

. 3 nights 4 days trip to country club wildlife resort bandipur or the resort in wayanad including accommodation and food for 2 adults and 2 children.

Stay for a period of 8 days every year for upto 8 people who accompany with us in cchhl properties and associated properties in all season.

Interest free emi for the payment which we made (Rs.30200).

Balance payment of rs.100000 we can make only if we are satisfied and interested to continue after 5 years.

Pick up and drop facility to resorts and hotels.

Free admission to cchhl fitness centers (Gold gym)

50% discount on flight and bus ticket booking.

• i came to know that they cheated me and they given wrong membership. • country vacation offers the stay for 2-8 members for a period of 6n and 7days each year at cv with in india and overseas at any given time and all the clubs owned or associated with country club are 5 star and above.in case if the availability is not there or cv resort is not located in particular location, cv will provide an alternative equivalent stay without extra charges. – but the agreement doesn’t say the same.

• i can use the membership for 365 days a year (It was just mentioned as blue and normal priority)

• free accommodation with free breakfast and snack services.

• free car pickup from airport/train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station, a travel guide and a personal cab all along your tour (Fuel charges to be paid only) - customer care says there is no such facility.

• free couple passes to the events such as new year eve, valentine’s day, deepavali, dasara etc. – but these are nowhere mentioned in the agreement.

• using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost whenever it is required (Including the electricity, decorations).

• hdfc insurance that covers 6 lakhs (I am not sure about the amount and also the plan - something they cover for me and my wife) with zero premium.

• can avail flat 50% off on bus/air fares by using county membership card, and every month 2 free movie tickets in pvr regardless of the availability.

• rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents and i will get around rs. 25000 for that year booking as rented amount.

• if i am not satisfied at any time, i can write a compliant letter to the office where i take the membership and i can cancel the membership at any time. The agents in country club will do the same for me. They will collect only the processing fees. On top of all these things,

I have all the proof (Phone calls recording, mails etc..) to prove that country vacation cheated me by giving false commitment. If required i can share all proofs.

This is naveen, i took country vacations membership in 2014 in kukatpalli branch. Actual my fee was 45000, but they deducted 67000 and after lot of follow up they given back 12000, which they have to give. But actyally they have to give 25000. After that one guy (Srikanth reddy) called me and asked me like if i pay amc then he will clear all those. So i paid 10k for amc clearance. Then after he is not picking up the calls. This fraud done by ravi, anil& others from kukatpally branch.

Now i am demanding, my 20k to be get back, then i need replacement for expired vacations. And i need my interest paid to the bank bcoz of these #.

I have paid the complete membership fee of 98, 500 and amc amount for 5 years of 24, 000 on nov 2014
Even after paying the complete amount, membership card is not released and due amount is mentioned in the portal as i have not paid 33, 000.
Initial policy was taken on 2011 but the full amount is paid on nov 2014, as per the agreement it should be nov 2014 - nov 2024 but in the portal its[protected] which is not fair...

After that i got to know the feedback from others, its completely fraud and also some family problems. So within 2 days (20th june 2017) i raised the membership cancellation through email and form submitted manually. Directly we approached country vacation office in begumpet hyderabad, they are saying that will take 3 months time to refund. Now they are not responding to calls/emails to get the status on refund.

Could you please help on this, how to get hard earned money

I have received a call on 7th july 2017 to collect gift vouchers at country vacations brand factory kphb 6th phase.

When i went to the company, the executive told they will give presentations about the company for 30 minutes and then they will give me the gift vouchers.

In the presentations he told me i was one among the 116 members who won the gift vouchers and will avail discount in the country club membership and the discount is only for me and only for that day.

He told me if i take membership, i will get the below things.

1) membership will be for 30 years.

2) complimentory 3nights/4 days foreign trip for 4 adults and for 5th member either 50% or completely free and the trip includes free food, bed, guide and cab facilities through out the trip and also 40% discount on flight ticktets.

3) 6 nights and 7 days holidays for 8 adults (Children are not counted) may be national or international every year for 30 years with annual maintenance charges of 6000 per year.

4) if i dont want to use the above holiday, the company will sell the package to some one else and provide me rs 15000 and also i dont have to pay any maintenance charge for that year.

5) in the above 6nights 7 day holiday package, the company will provide free food, bed, guide and cab facilities for 8 adults through out the trip.

6) every year they will provide some 30 spa vouchers.

7) they will provide ac hall for free for family functions. I will just have to pay tax.

8) 2 movie tickets every month.

9) free gym for 2 people for 1 year.

10) free tickets for 8 people in case of any events happening in the city.

11) 5 lakhs medical insurance.

12) 4500 rupees kfc vouchers.

13) 1500 rs brand factory voucher.

14) i can cancel my membership any time and the full money would refunded even though if i would have used any of the above services.

15) the membership money would be deducted after 60 days from the day of membership taken in 36 emis with 0 interest rate.

16) there might be few other promises which i have forgotten and cannot write here.

So thinking i will get all the above services i agreed to take membership and paid 98000 using my hdfc credit card and they told the money will be deducted in 36 months with zero interest rate but i was shocked when the bill was generated, the bill was generated with 12 months emi and with 14 percent interest rate.

After i paid the bill, they took my photo id proof and made me sign on bond without allowing me to read.

Once i reached home, i read the bond papers and realized all the promises made by sales executive are fake and they cheated me.

I have taken the membership on 7th july 2017 and the membership number is cvhyd7club239198.

I have applied for cancellation on 9th july 2017 and asked for refund but still i didn't get any response from them.

I have also registered a complaint in consumer forum portal on 13th july and the reference number is 346092 but till now i have not got any response and the status is just updated to inprocess.

Please help me in getting my total money 98000 along with 14 % interest on emi which i was charged.

The sad part is they have cheated many and still cheating hundreds every day. Please help me in getting my money back and also others from becoming the victims of country vacations.

My name is durgamahesh kummuru, i got a promotional call on jun 10th 2017 from a random number stating that i have won rs. 30000 of gift hamper from them and asked me to come with my wife and collect. When i went there, it was country vacation/club, sarjapur, marathalli outer ring road, bangalore. They gave me a one hour presentation stating benefits of country vacation membership. During the presentation the sales members who handled me were sathish and raj manoj, they promised me by saying the below false commitments and sold country vacation + club membership for rs. 190, 000 which i have swiped in 4 transactions (Rs. 1, 00, 000 with hdfc bank, rs. 30, 000 with citi bank, rs.30, 000 with sbi bank & rs.30, 000 with amex) credit card, after swiping card they given me pre signed ready agrement and forcing me to sign on that.
While signing the membership i have asked to give all the promised offers in the agreement and they said all the special offers will come with an official letter along with the welcome kit and membership card with in 24hrs., but i didn't get any. After all these, i am no longer interested to continue with the country vacation/club membership, kindly treat this as my personal request and cancel my membership with ccil/ country vacations and refund my money at the earliest. Below are the false promises made:-
• country vacation/club has close tie up with all the leading banks including citibank and hdfc bank, sbi (Which i have swiped) and will provide me easy 24 months emi option with zero percent processing fees and zero percent interest fee. (I. E., 1, 90, 000/24=8, 000/pm.) – but when i called up credit card bank customer care, i came to know that the charges are applicable and to be paid to bank by me. Later on when i talked to raj manoj, he told me that the emi will be reimbursed by 20 grams gold coin to you within 10 days of providing the credit card statement - which is now here mentioned via country vacations.
When emi didn't happen and full amount got deducted i contacted country vacations through mail and phone and mail many a times. But, no reply from them. I was damn pissed off!!

Later emi got approved by requesting by me, after i follow up with the bank.

My next fight is to get the emi interest amount and gold coin/microwave oven, getting membership cards and other things. No response so far, inspite of many mails. They will not lift the phone when i call. Visited koramangala, bangalore branch and they couldn't help asked me to approach the sales manager (Koramangala). But that manager is not at all approachable.. Only during joining, they tell so many things. Afterwards, they don't value customer.
• country vacation and club memberships are valid till life time and your next generation and transferable without any extra amount – but agreement says, country vacation is valid till 5 years only and needs a renewal.
• when i called to customer care they told me it is silver + blue member ship card and valid up to 5 years, i got shocked its not worth of 60, 000. Event my friends are having same they paid only rs.55, 000/-
• i came to know that they cheated me and they given wrong membership. (See price list as attached)
• country vacation offers the stay for 2-8 members for a period of 6n and 7days each year at cv with in india and overseas at any given time and all the clubs owned or associated with country club are 5 star and above.in case if the availability is not there or cv resort is not located in particular location, cv will provide an alternative equivalent stay without extra charges. – but the agreement doesn’t say the same. Also when i checked on country club app, each booking was asking to pay the utility charges which are around rs. 5000 for each booking - no such thing was mentioned in the document and during selling the membership.
• i can use the membership for 365 days a year (It was just mentioned as blue and normal priority)
• they said, an extra 7d & 6n complimentary will be provided each year via dae without any extra cost (Not even taxes since i would be paying amc each year) and can stay in tie up properties like taj, itc grand, leela palace etc..– but it not mentioned anywhere in the agreement. They also said (While selling the membership) that using this you can stay at any place around the world which dae includes. But when i called country vacations' customer care, they told that you will have to pay rs. 7000 to 14000 extra to use that facility. Also when i called dae customer care, they told you will have to pay $229 + taxes to book such hotels.
• free accommodation with free breakfast and snack services.
• i can use my allowed bookings for that year for rent or i can extend that to next coming year. – agreements doesn’t support this.
• free car pickup from airport/train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station, a travel guide and a personal cab all along your tour (Fuel charges to be paid only) - customer care says there is no such facility.
• free couple passes to the events such as new year eve, valentine’s day, deepavali, dasara etc. – but these are nowhere mentioned in the agreement or in cv website.
• using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost whenever it is required (Including the electricity, decorations).
• hdfc insurance that covers 6 lakhs (I am not sure about the amount and also the plan - something they cover for me and my wife) with zero premium.
• can avail flat 50% off on bus/air fares by using county membership card, and every month 2 free movie tickets in pvr regardless of the availability.
• rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents and i will get around rs. 25000 for that year booking as rented amount.
• if i didn't use the vacation for particular year, then i can move those days to next year without any charge. Also i can borrow my holidays from the next year.
• if i am not satisfied at any time, i can write a compliant letter to the office where i take the membership and i can cancel the membership at any time. The agents in country club will do the same for me. They will collect only the processing fees. Apart from all the above, they promised that as a special offer they are giving 4 complementary coupons. I. E., three international paid trips (Singapore, bankok and dubai) and one india paid trip (Bandipur) which includes free accommodation, food, site seeing with guide, pick up/drop and visa processing fees. For dubai, they promised to give flight tickets also for the couple.
Visa fees will never be charged for the couple whenever an international trip will be made.
This is how your sales people are cheating the customers. Please cancel my membership and refund me my full amount (Rs. 1, 90, 000) at the earliest along with the interest and compensation amount for all this mental torture during the period.

On top of all these things, i met few people who are suffering with same issues with cv.

By seeing all these things, i'm damn sure that future will not be good and i don't want to continue any more with them. I've sent cancellation mail too. But there is no response.
