They cheated by calling to their temporary office in Hyderabad and in hurry they asked to make payment, I made to pay 14 k, on the spot, and I was suppose to make 14 k later to complete membership, I did not paid rest amount after understanding their background. Now I understood, whatever I do, I can't get back that amount. I just let it go, because can't do any thing,
Still now they keep sending pending annul maintenance amount, cheaters, i hate these emails, cheaters are allowed to run their business and cheat innocent public..

I had been called for a meet by informing that i won a free holiday trip for which i have to accompany with my spouse (they have taken my no. through some data )
When i went for the meet they have sold this membership and informed that if i pay a lump sum amount (May be RS 35K) and informed that no need pay anything here after and this is life time free member ship. I can avail 3 days stay in set of listed hotels annually.
where as i can have unlimited access to it's own properties. It was in the year 2010. They have collected the payment with utmost urgency.
After wards there are no reminders, alerts, no service.
In the year 2012 i relocated myself with mu family to UAE.
They started to send emails continuously, even today for about 11 consecutive years to pay my annual maintenance fee, which has accumulated till now to Rs 58, 000/-
I am yet avail their so called benefits till now (not even a single one)
And now when i mailed them regarding the same and asked them to provide some access or facilities to their UAE properties or hotels.
Now again they are telling me to pay the AMC so that they will waive off the earlier dues. And again i can start availing their benefits. Where as they are telling their hotel is closed for renovation for an unlimited time here in Dubai, when it opens again i can have the access. But how far it is true i do not know.
I visit India once in a year with my family and just returned back after a month long vacation in India.
Now i requested them when ever their property re opens here again i will pay the AMC so that i can access some facilities.
Now they are telling that if you can't pay today then you will have to pay your all old dues (Rs 58, 000/) to regularize my account.
They are asking the amount in such a way that as if i am their debtor.
When ever they open their mouth only with aggressiveness and for collecting the money nothing for their customer service or satisfaction.

Simple paper educated us ...small piece of paper change human life line and life time earnings ...attaching to see you people so dont get trap in this bloddy country vaccation net /web...see this 1 rs make lakhs...for business group people

Informed before reply for that how many day ...you say complent noted ...where is reply, soon reply sir /madam who ever ...there is not exit door for country clube /country vacation ah money to come out as refund ...only collecting no way for giving ask ask die one day.or if you want us to die I tweet in social networking sites call media and come front of your office with petrol bottel and burn my self ...one day ..just waiting any day i go my self in full depression just I am trying other ways where there is possible but no use all wrong details wrong information ...give give soon I will die for 58000 because its my tears earn money to drop in your mouth with false fake black magic words ...to mingle customers ...I will take one board and write on that and come you see ...coming soon

They don't pick calls... I have tried from 5 years. I didn't get any answer.. I bought membership in Jaipur... But that office has been closed... I didn't use my membership once... And it expired... Before 5 years when ever I wanted to use this membership... I got response room is not available. Sorry... I am really very disappointed... I purchased that membership in 62000 in June 2011 but I couldn't use once... They are cheaters... There were someone who wanted to buy membership from me but then also no one helped me out in this situation. I am really disappointed 😞

I have been enrolled as member in country club since 2008 and membership includes plot allotment in Kodai Foot hills project.

After the payment made in full for Rs. 3, 25, 000 till date no services or allotment of land has been made. Have approached to the local office in Chennai and made several email communications but in vain.

Till date they keep on sending me the AMC charges monthly without providing a single services and not responding to any of my emails asking for the refund.

I really need support to get this issue solved and i have been in stress all these years because of this non resolved issue

Dear sir, I paid for the membership in 23 February 2020. Due to unexpected financial crisis, I requested cancellation of membership on 29 February 2020. Till now no response from Company's side. Phone and e-mails are not responding. My membership number is CVTR1BCLUB5LB269701. Kindly do the needful. I paid but received nothing other than a receipt. Now it's 10 months. What am I missing? How to get my refund? Please help me in this regard.

I am vijay from Begumpet, Hyderabad.On 09/12/2020 I went to country vacations, there I made a payment of for VIP Card membership and 150 sar yard Land in Lb nagar near buy due to land I agreed as I am not vip to hold that card because we are middle class and asked to pay 10000 every month it was 2, 68, 000/- pakage. Later I get to realise that it is a fraud company. Buy some reviews in websites .Now I want my money back, I am a middle class boy from Begumpet as its my 6 months salary as I work as a swiggy delivery boy part time and tells caller in reputed company.it was my savings...please refund me sir ..I have wife and daughter if you wount refund I have to kill my self.

I'm the only person in my family who is working..plz help me through this situation any one sir ..plz I request you all to refund my money back.

It has been 1 year, I have not received the ID cards for country vacations, request you to refresh my account and consider 2021 as the starting year and send me the cards. in case you are not able to do this, please refund my amount of Rs 59000. I have purchased my country club membership from lucky draw winner skim in Vapi and it's being handled from country club surat office. I have 5year/rs membership.

When we have bought the membership we were given a list of properties which is reduced to very less and cheap hotels when we actually want to use the vacations. When we asked, they were told unreasonable reasons and excuses for reduced property list.

When we haven't paid our 1st year maintenance Surat team was constantly calling us to plan and book our vacation but when we have paid and asked them to book my vacations they took about 1 month time to book and inbetween they were not properly giving us confirmation. After taking long period they send us voucher which was having wrong details. again they took 1 month to correct it.

After all this when we have left for our holiday they send us the message before 2 hours of arrival that our Booking is changed from the listed hotel to other hotel. Which is much cheaper and having very basic facilities then booked hotel. When we asked for reasons that why they have changed hotel and also booked another hotel without even asking us or any prior notice, they didn't give us proper clear reasons and was giving rounded answers. When we called to the booked hotel, we came to know that their is no booking done by country vacation for me for that particular dates.

This is totally unacceptable behaviour and the way we are treated we feel it's big fraud. This thing has ruined my vacations and spoiled our moods. If I am getting this kind of facilities than I also know booking hotels through other applications. Also it willl cost me less than this. I didn't paid for this kind of mentally tourcher every time.

They ask you to come with your partner, do not let you use mobile or internet and expect you to make decision on the spot that was totally insane. They were not allowing us to leave.

I can not believe I got into this mess. Unfortunately I made payment and took Membership.

But after leaving from their office I just checked online about country club and got very upset with the reviews and experiences everybody faced. I immediately told them within half an hour to cancel my membership but they said membership number has been generated and can not be cancelled now.

I tried to connect with head office by mail. I even mailed them twice for cancellation but they did not even reply.

I badly want my hardly earned money back as I have not used their single penny benefit and dont even want to use in future.

With reference to above I want to inform you that I have taken the above membership on 11.07.2009 from your Kolkata Topsia office on the assurance, misinformation and misselling that Full fazed Country Vacation Club will start within One year at Kasba area of Kolkata with Swimming Pool, GYM and many other club facility but no club comes till now in Kolkata with Swimming Pool.

Further I am enclosing copy of Country Vacation Holiday Club Membership Purchase Agreement in which it is very clearly written in page Number 3 and 5 as -
1st year maintenance charge is complimentary. You have to pay the Management / Maintenance charge only for four years @Rs.4000/- only (Four Thousand only).

I have already paid four years Rs, 4000/- but with regret I have to write you that firstly company cheating the customers in the name of club with Swimming Pool than continue to send mail and demanding maintenance charges instead of I have paid full maintenance charge as per agreement.

I, therefore request to correct your records properly and immediately stop and do not send regular mail like this and try to fulfil your promise to open club in Kolkata with Swimming Pool otherwise urgently return my full Application money with
Interest and oblige.

This membership was over 5 years before. I had paid 50000
rupees and availed it for 4 years out of 5. Recently I requested for cancellation without refund of membership amount. As per country vacation official written communication, I submitted cancellation form.
But this still didn't cancel my membership and I am still getting email for AMC DUE of 65000. In formal written communication country vacations clearly mentioned that I do'nt have to pay AMC if I am cancelling it. But they keep on sending AMC DUE email and dont cancel membership.
I need this membership cancelled (Ideally it should have cancelled 5 years before) .
I dont want membership fees. I want to cancel membership and written official confirmation of 0 due amount.

I'd membership for country vacation which was good for nothing and they're total cheaters, so i don't want to continue with that, but i'm getting calls from them again and again even after requesting on phone and email thousands of time, don't know how can i get rid of that. Please help!!!

Sir, i have taken membership of country vacation on 30th july 2017 and i gave mail and visited outlet on cancellation of membership 4th aug 2017. As per the agreement given by them, they are supposed to refund the whole amount i have paid (65000/-) after 120 days of sale agreement. But today 23rd june 2020, till date i haven't received complete amount. I have been paid 25000/- on 15th april 2018 and later on there was no response from the country vacation team. Request you to please help me in getting my amount back.

Hi there is company called tour vacation they have taken 700rs as registration they have given me work at home job i have submitted work on time but now when i asked for salary they denied it.
