I had though i got a good deal when me and my wife got a 5 year vacation membership for only rs. 60, 000/- however i had underestimated how shrewd and cunning these people would turn out to be.

I was planning and saving money for an international trip for a long time and decided that my 1st international vacation would through country club. I got a call from amc team and they informed me that i had to pay amc of r. 9775/- 1st before booking. I went to their office in kolkata and was offered a deal that if i paid rs. 25, 000/- upfront then i would not have to pay amc anymore else the amc per year would be rs. 9, 775/- per year. However on trying to book for the hotels i was informed that i would have to pay rs. 1, 400/- per night as tax for associated international property. Their was a lot of argument and the kolkata team promised to add 2 complimentary stays against my yearly 6n/7d quota.

Later when i stayed at those hotels i came to know that the rate for the room was rs. 2, 200/- if booked online. So what is the use of the membership in the 1st place. I had extended my stay for 1 night in 1 of these hotels paying from my pocket and had paid exactly this amount.

The 1st day when i reached my hotel in pattaya i came to know that no booking had been made under my name. It took me several international calls and half a day to sort out this problem. 2 months of advance notice was not enough for these people to book a hotel.

The real horror came when i checked the country club app after reaching india. I seemed that my holidays of 6n/7d for current year 2018 as well as next year 2019 had been used up. I contacted their customer care in hyderabad and they confirmed the same. It seems they have a min stay period of 3nights. So even if you stay for 1 night they tend to deduct 3 nights. I could have planned my trip accordingly if they had made things transparent. However transparency is not how these people operate. Moreover i can’t understand as to why they used the next years holidays without using the complimentary holidays for the current year 1st. Also why was this done without my explicit permission.

Please note that kindly stop all process regarding my membership in country vacations and based on my cooling period kindly start process of refund the amount which i have already paid.

I took my membership in 2013 and i was told that i can book my holiday anytime. I was not able to book a holiday when i wanted in oct

Then i asked for refund and they did not give me any refund. One of the manager told i will help you sell this. Its been and 4 years now, they keep on saying that we are trying and now they have stopped picking my calls and and they even do not tell me how can i avail my benefits or membership

My wife enrolled membership years back in country vacation, every year the said company representative used to call during the payment of yearly maintainace fee. But we still did not get any benefit as the club never gave any booking after repeated requests.

On 14th april, 2018, i had taken a membership in country club hospitality and holidays ltd, kolkata for a payment of rs. 75, 000/-. Though the membership price is too expensive for us, we have paid the entire membership amount of rs 75, 000/- (Rs. Seventy five thousand only) with much difficulties.
But after giving a thought we have decided that this fund be better utilised for our child's education and opted for the cancellation of membership within 10 days cool-off period (As per contry club sale agreement terms and conditions clause no. 26.). I have been following up regularly for the last nine months but i have not received any refund from country club hospitality and holidays ltd. They are even unable to give any proper response or justification regarding the refund of rs. 71, 200/-.
In this situation i am completely in dark and really worried on the due refund. It seems that another scam in the making.

I am ramesh perumal, i had signed up for country vacation membership at s. V towers, krishnanagar industrial layout, hosur road, koramangala, bangaluru in october of 2017, paid 2.3 lakhs for life time membership. Country vacations executives made lot of false promises, forced me to take membership and asked to pay the amount on the spot. Once the payment is done then they will not respond for any queries, received the membership cards after 3 months. I was shocked going through the membership agreement and lot of false promises were made to trap us. When i tried to call them to cancel the membership, no response from anyone. Sent multiple emails to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com for cancellations starting from 23rd jan 2018, but no response from them for the last one year.

As i was given lot of false promises to sign me up with this membership and not at all satisfied with their services and never used anything with country vacation so far, i request you to cancel my membership (Memembership#cvbg1pclub30lb243691) and return my hard earned money at the earliest.

In june2008, cv pune offered us plot bearing 2000 sq feet at kolad, and so we become a member by paying 2.25 lacs. Later after one year cv informed us that kolad project is cancelled and they offer plot at kodaikanal and demanded registration fee additionally. We confirmed that we did not want plot outside from maharashtra and asked to refund my entire amount as we are not interested in plot andalso in membership. We did not paid amc since inception as not to avail any facility. However even after 10 years follow up they did not returned our hard earned money.

I got a free movi voucher from country vacations and i was told to send details to[protected]. I texted details on 7th jan but till date i have got no response.

When i went to the theatre, they said its invalid code. The number above is always switched off and no response on whatsapp too.

It is rely frustating as the concerned persons give no response at all

So we are not availed facilities of club. It is your fault. Club thought is not positive with me. I have not believe to your company. So please reback my member ship amount with interest.

I am santhosh. R and i want to cancel payment made on 28 october 3: pm on country vacation j. P nagara branch bangalore. Country vacations executives made false promises. Country vacations executives forced to take membership and asked to pay the amount on spot and they don't allow to speak also. They torture like anything till the payment is done. Once the payment is done then they will not respond for any queries. When i reached them for cancellation they are not responding.

I paid 25, 200 on the same day from my hdfc bank credit card and member told me we are giving emi facility without interest but after bank statement came interest amount rs. 4124.62 is deducted. I told about this but they are not giving any response.

I want to refund my member ship because i am not able to continue it so please refund me total amount rs. 29, 324.62.

Country vacations executives made false promises. Country vacations executives forced to take membership and asked to pay the amount on spot.. They dont allow to speak also. Referring to the above mentioned subject, i have taken country vacation membership on 25th january 2018 and cancelled on 27th january 2018. I have got acknowledgement email from central hyderabad office on 23rd feb 2018 mentioning that, rs. 3, 800 will be deducted and remaining amount (I have paid rs. 50, 000) will be refunded to me within 120 days.
Now it's crossed 300+ days, still i didn't get any notification or information regarding my refund. Upon continuous follow ups with their central hyderabad customer care office and sarjapur branch office i've been getting fake promises of refund date but till date nothing work out.

I have taken 4 days leave (In total) from my office to catch their manager in sarjapur office who deals with the refund cases. I have met him finally on 31st july, i've forwarded him the confirmation email and he told me he'll respond me in 2 days with a status. It's already 6 month passed and upon continuous follow up there is no response.

I have cancelled the membership due to some family issues. Upon stating my condition also there is no response from their office persons.

Frankly speaking, there is no customer support from any of their office persons, no response, fake promises and nothing else. I am totally mentally harassed running behind their people.

I joined country club around january end 2018 and asked for a refund later on.
They said they'll give the refund after 120 days.
So, i mailed them asking for the refund after 120 days and then they said they didnt get the cheque yet, so i need to wait a month again.
Reluctantly, i waited. And then sent them another mail after a month.
But once again i was asked to wait for one more month.

To cut the story short, it's december 2018 now and i still havent received my refund from them.
Dont know when are they going to give me the refund.
They just keep delaying.

I'd also like to get interest for this for a year and for the torture and tension i have gone through all these months.

On 18/12/2018 i had visited country vacation office at valkeshwari nr sat rasta. Nr takwani hospital jamnagar here they have called me for the prize that was in form of voucher of accomodation for vacation i was called and bring my wife with me and they have done talking about being a member and what are the benefits and also said that the offer is for right now. If you accept it or else the offer prize wil not be the same and i have joined and paid the money that was rs 40000 by debit card but when i reached home i have realised that they have brain washed us and fooled by showing dreams and not giving us enough time to think and fooled us the sign the agreement
Now just a day after it when i called them a person named mr ravi and what if i wish to quit this membership and get my money refunded then he says it is not refundable.
So is this the way to make member by brain washing them to join your division ie country vacation i am a middle lower class man who want my money refubded.
And i request you to do whatever needful give me my money refunded as soon as possible.

Around july 2015 i was called for a meeting at country club, begumpet to come and collect some free gift own in a lottery. I and my wife attended that meeting based on curiosity. Same day during this meeting, we were offered country vacation plan, where a manager from that team, mrs. Gayathri & mr. Eswar[protected], explained about this offer.

2) offered price is 72, 000 after all the negotiations

2) i paid 60, 000 on the same day from my citi bank credit card.

3) after few days i got a call to pay remaining amount on discounted offer of 7, 000 (Instead of 12, 000)

4) made the offered 7000 payment and received manual bill

5) as i paid discounted amount they updated me to change the documents with updated prices.

6) during these changes they have given wrong/misleading documents with untold charges and no offers mentioned in those documents

6) using gym for lifetime free which are already tied up with country club.
I can use the membership for 365 days a year 24/7. Using the country club membership lifetime for free.

7) my package includes 6 nights/7 days vacation all over india + 5 asian countries.

8) free accommodation with free breakfast services.

9) 20% discount on all the food in the country club restaurant or free cook services.

10) no need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used.

11) no other charge or fee in the country club membership for life time.

12) collect the country club card for the kid in future for free.

13) i can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations.

14) using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (Including the electricity, decorations).

15) free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs.

16) i can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me.

17) i can get total 30 spa coupons (12 for husband + 12 for wife + 6 for others) and etc.

When i go through agreement it is totally opposite what they had explained.

And i received the normal membership cards which are valid for 5 years where as the promise was for gold membership valid for life time.in view of above discrepancies, plz cancel the membership and arrange for a refund at the earliest.

My complain is that when we are taking this member ship that time faran khan (Faruk) and sanjay, jaipur cristal plam mall branch manager and member told me we are providing all facility free of cost like gym club marriage garden and other facility like arobic class jumba class, and booking marriage garden all are free and gold gym also free but when i go to gym they told me only gym free other facility are chargeable and for marriage garden lone and banquet hall for booking they told me booking free but food is compulsory to take from here only.

But in membership time faruk and sanjay told me no other charge is applicable now they both dint response me, and no passes nothing they are not providing,

That time they told me all passes and all thing free only booking amc is required, no they cheated me, so now i file a complain in consumer court against faruk and sanjay and against country vacation because all are cheated me so now its high time.

This time i take an serious action against faruk and sanjay because they cheated me, so now taking action against him only so if any thing is fanciable in your hand then refund for my membership and return my money i dont want this kind of member ship because i have some personal problem also so can continue so please refund it.

due to financial issue and lack o[censored]nderstanding and multiple offers misguide for annual maintenance charge. it was total confusing. and did not read full document due to mental stress. when i talk with my family and i come to know that i have been been manipulated and cheated. also my family problems regarding my mother health and home loan i cannot afford such scheme. so i want to cancel my application

For this they also offered complimentary 180 square yards plot.. We as midlle class people attacted and paid membership no (Cvhyd5club3sb197747) i have paid 334000 membership fee... After all documentation over. We recived some club + 3 yrs 2n3d blue u12 membership for 3 years which is waste not related to any commitment. Even i didnot used also..

After so much fight plot registration again they collected amount of 100000/- registered the plot..

Lady manager mrs. Preeti who cheated us in country club begumpet..
After this much fraud also every year they are calling and asking for amc of amount which we are not going to club and already cheated us still calling and expecting amount..

I have taken 5years vacation + life time membership for 1, 10, 000/-.
When approached for holiday booking they asked about the clearance of annual fees @ rs.20060.

Here is my introspection
First they took rs 1, 10, 000 as non refundable membership fees for the family membership plan. Then for 6 days stay they squirtcharges-
Rs 20060 as maintenance fee

Now calculated the amount i spent for 6 days vacation
Rs 1, 10, 000 in bank yields an interest of rs 1000 minimum as p. M., thus rs12, 000 in a year
+ rs 20, 600, = rs 32, 600 /-

+ meals plan (Compulsory @rs 350 per head for break fast and rs 550 for lunch / dinner)

Note :- in my contract this amount 1, 10, 000 is 5 yrs holiday + lifetime club membership. Including 5yrs amc. After clmpleting full payment. My full payment is done in 2015 now is 2018 they started follow up for amc. Continuously they people are calling for amc. Not able to book holidays.

They claimed their properties are at the level of 5 star, but i experienced it's even worst than a lodge
The linen quality was poor, bed was too old, no facility of laundry or iron, tasteless and low cost food
Above all, the behaviour of over crowded staffb was rough and least bothered attitude to any concern.
The identity of every occupant are in circulation among stafr. So they treat or illtreat accordingly.

When i enquired for transfer of membership, they flately refused the provision and advised to gift the vacations (So that new people they get to trap). When i told about approaching consumer court, he politely replied 'it will be one more number in the existing over 15, 000 court cases against the company."

Never ever opt for country vacations...
Highly deceitful and disappointing.

My self Bharat Agrawal have been taken membership from such a reputed organization on 07.04.2018 of Rs. 65000 for tens years from Aurangabad sales office, as we have heard a huge about yourself in market from lot of peoples about your esteemed organization, team, reputation, facilities & response. Thanks for offering me such a great opportunity & for joining with family. Country Vacations has been perfect family holiday provider since long & premier holiday ownership company in India also having worldwide good reputation.

Unfortunately i have got reversed experience & want to say that yet we have not received membership documents, vouchers & cards, etc. after taking lot of follow ups also with your team. No one responding to our phone calls & text/what's up messages.

Mr. Kush Kumar & Mr. Sachin have given us lot of wrong & fake commitments while taking membership as we are not convinced with the plan suggested so they have offered lot of things to us as per our requirement & wish, whatever we want they simply agreed to give as listed below.

Commitment/facilities offered:

1. Voucher of 10 years for 3 nights 4 days (Beach/hill cottages & resorts, 4/5 star hotels/properties) with flight tickets for all members means family (myself, wife & 2 children). We can use these voucher anytime/any day/any month in year for any place in India as per our convenience & time with complete flexibility. Booking can be done on phone or mail within 2-3 days after confirmation from our side. No hidden charges to be paid anywhere (flight, hotel, etc).

2. We can club 2-3 vouchers in single long trip.

3. We can book trip with multiple location in one voucher, arrangement will be done accordingly from you side.

4. We can use voucher for family trips also by clubbing as per our choice means with our parents, friends, brother, sister, etc.

5. We can carry forward multiple vouchers if not used in any of the year.

6. With 10 vouchers for 10 years extra 2-3 complimentary free vouchers will also be provided for 3 nights & 4 days for family with flight tickets in India, can be book any time any where as per our convenience. Booking time 2-3 days.

7. Two free foreign trips for family (myself, wife & 2 children) with flight tickets for 3 nights & 4 days, can be book any time as per our convenience. Places are Bangkok, Dubai, Switzerland.

8. Associated/Collaborated Banquet hall & lawn at restaurant/hotel can be used anytime/any day/any month of a year for function/parties/events without any charges at any location in India wherever we live.

9. Lifetime associated/collaborated club can be used free with all available facilities with trainer if required ( swimming pool, zumba, yoga, kick boxing, aerobic, tambola, steam bath, indoor & outdoor games, etc) at any location in India wherever we live but afterwards we found that only swimming pool can be used without trainer when we inquired in Aurangabad Health & Harmony club representative.

10. Lifetime free entry pass/card for associated/collaborated Gym at any location in India wherever we live will be provided for whole family means myself, wife, children's, parents & brothers.

11. Free VIP passes for events like Gulzar nights, etc

12. We can sale/transfer/rent membership if not required at any moment.

13. All facilities can be used free of charge in booked hotel/property like swimming pool, spa, gym, etc

Also we came to know that this was not only happened to us, lot of other members also facing similar or other type of issue from your team, that's why sales office is permanently closed from Aurangabad location. This is very big loss to the company in terms of revenue as well as for market reputation also.

Due to all above mentioned commitments we have taken membership & given complete payment through credit card, details attached herewith for your ready reference. Same is showing in your account also confirmed from Aurangabad office.

Now we are so much frustrated due to arisen of this issue so we have decided to quit from your family.

Request you to provide us refund for amount paid by us with interest urgently. Kindly mail to Aurangabad office for further processing on top priority.

Or

Fulfill all above commitment, we will be very happily to continue with the membership & to remain in family.
