I am neelpankaj biradar i have been cheated with false promises and. This is regarding my request concerning membership cancellation and refund the charge i deposited of rs.56000.00 in three installments (Through my credit card).

I was promised 21 days of holidays of 3 years which i can use as per my wish for next coming 20 years, it was promised that first year amc charges will not be charged, and its been two years almost and still i get calls for 9000.00 inr of pending amount which was supposed to be waived off, now i get a call to pay amc charges. For one after the purchase i tried to call arpita mandana, sayed, and manasa on there numbers who sold me this package and when i dial there numbers it says number does not exist, i feel cheated now.
Help me out, i cant book my holidays either

This mail is in regard with the false commitment provided by country vacation & brain washing the common man forcing to become a member, (The whole story is attached in the mail, the key points are below). Now they are denying to refund the money. Request to help me in getting back the money.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased the country club membership card

Bangalore, karnataka state for a consideration of rs : 56, 000/- (Fifty one thousand) paid via hdfc credit card.
For country vacation 2days 3night package. During nov end 2018

1. Verbally you told lot of things that we will be preferred customer & for booking we have to just inform you 2 days prior. And we can since we are one of the luckiest customer the additional vouchers to take additional members can be used.

2. Free spa services.

3. Lifetime free club membership without annual charges or taxes.

4. Stay at their club facilities is free.

5. Members can use any of their 95+ owned facilities with no additional charges for stay.

6. We have facilities available worldwide.

7. Every weekend, we organize programs like disco night, gazal night etc free of cost, but when checked its charagable even for using the place.

8. Free cab pickup from airport/train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and

Railway station.

On the other end, the facts about their above products and services are totally different. Please find the below mentioned contradictory facts written in the agreement or not mentioned anywhere.

1. Whenever i tried contacting the consultant, i never got any availability till date, & hence unable to use the service.

2. When inquired about spa services at their customer care center, they mentioned charges will applied.

3. Annual maintenance charges inr 5000 excluding taxes applies and must be paid to avail club benefits.

4. As per the agreement, they have over 59 leased and/or own properties however, as per the latest list shared by their executive says only 44 (Including international locations) facilities. Moreover, it is not for free and charges to be paid per night basis.

5. Charge for the cab service is to be paid separately.

Moreover you contract looks one side, when i have not availed any vacation instead of your team/organization refunding me money, your asking for annual maintenance charges amc.

I am looking for the refund of the whole sum and interest on the amount for the duration you holded my money with you.

I drafted the emails there was no response for the same.

I am cheated by country vacations, jp nagar, bangalore branch dated 10th of february 2018, initially they called saying that, you won the prize and a complimentary holiday gift voucher, come and collect with your spouse. When we went there they gave presentation for 1 hour.
Mr. Rakesh and his sales team offered me holiday package with nonsense false promises as listed below.
1. Every year free stay for 6 nights 7 days nationally/international in 5 star hotel for 7 years. I can take up to 12 members without any extra charges.
2. Where as while asking to book my first holiday their representative ms rebecca tasked to pay extra money even after paying 99000
3. Free candle night dinner every month without any extra charges.
4. Every friday dinner party at country club resorts.
5. Free snap fitness gym membership for 2 years.
6. Facility of resale holiday package at any time with same price.
7. Lifetime membership to two other chain of clubs.

They asked to sign agreement, agreement was not containing any of such benefits, on asking about it they said you will get all benefits details with welcome kit and membership card, 30 spa vouchers. All these benefits on the package of 99000rs, i asked them to give me one day to think, but they pressurized and said this offer is valid for today only. They did not give time. I blindly trusted them as they are mnc hotel. I paid total amount converted to no cost emi as told by mr rakesh using hdfc card.

While booking the holiday the lady was asking extra money in the name of taxes even after full payment and did not book the resort.

As told before when we asked for any available international resort booking again they kept on delaying and then stopped responding without making any reservations.

Its been 1 year now we are going to jp nagar office and the head office in bangalore because nobody responds to the calls, we have sent so many cancellation mails to the customer care stating out problem but of no use.
Everyone in country vacations office including the head office near m. G road is fooling us telling false things.

None of their numbers are reachable. Even their so called head office numbers just rings, nobody attends.

I would like to report the fraudulent sales by country club of india ltd. And country vacations kolkata, the head office in hyderabad.
I went to see my sick father in kolkata, india in the middle of january 2018 till end of february 2018 in my annual vacation. While living there, i filled up a random form by some sales person in a mall in kolkata. On 26th january 2018, i got a call on my phone, saying that i won a gift from country vacation club and to collect that gift i had to go through a half hour presentation. I went with my sister and her 2 years old kid in that presentation.in that presentation, they convinced me to buy the membership by saying that they are giving special discount on the spot of the membership worth rs.3, 75, 000 to the price of rs.2, 26, 000. When i said that i am not interested, they enticed me to give lots of other benefits like 5 extra holidays, half of the maintenance cost, cheap international holiday vacation, free air ticket and many more. When i said that i do not have that much money in my bank account, they said that if i manage to pay at least 1, 00, 000 (1 lakh rupees) on that night, they can provide all the benefits that they promised. It was late night when they were forcing me to sign the agreement and we were carrying 2 years old baby who was crying to go home. So, i signed without looking into the agreement with complete trust on them.
Later on, i found out from internet and my relatives in kolkata that they are a fraudulent company and has cheated many people across the country. On 29th january 2018, i lodged an email complaint against the country vacation to their hyderabad and kolkata office. I also requested an immediate refund. I went to the kolkata office and talk to the customer care lady named nazia who said that according to the agreement, i will be deducted rs. 3800 from the total amount of rs. 1 lakh. I disagreed and said that it is not fair that company will deduct rs.3800 as i have been deceived by the company staff. Same thing i have said to mr. Sandeep of hyderabad office over phone on 31st january 2018.
On february 10, 2018, i received an email from kolkata country vacation office saying that, “your refund request is under process, as per your agreement nominal charges of rs.3800/- will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 120 working days from the date of invoking cool off period”.
After returning back to new zealand after my holidays, i followed up by emails dated 27 march 2018, 29 may 2018, 22 june 2018, 26 september 2018, 6 december 2018, 25 january 2019 and 25 february 2019. Most of the time, i got the email reply saying they are following my refund and requested me to wait. On december 8, 2018, i received email saying “we know its taking too much time but we are trying to release the refund as soon as possible. We would like to inform you that refund will be released after dec. So its our humble request to cooperate with us”. On february 2, 2019, i received email saying, “we regret for the inconvenience caused to you but we are following up with the ho for your chq, you will definitely get the refund as assured to you, we are waiting for the chq once we get the chq we will inform you”. I also made several calls to them but no one picked up the phone. Only once i managed to talk someone in hyderabad office on september 26, 2018 who assured me that i will get a confirmation mail within 2 weeks’ time about the refund. Later on i called several times and email but still no luck.
Now, this has been more than 2 years that i have not received the refund. I also sought help from the indian high commission of new zealand, wellington office to take necessary steps about this fraud company in india. They emailed them few times but still i did not get my money refund. I also want my money back with the banking interest.

We can also use govt gymkhana with low rates of facility for food, catering and all.
1 week stay+food - bf & dinner total free / lunch 50% - only travelling expenses will be bared by us, at any location (A+i)
Any services in club like steam bath, massage, jacuzzi, spa etc free for 5 yrs
Gold's + talwalkar's gym with personal trainer + dietitian etc + any club amenities 5 yrs
Birthday / anniversary by cc for foc - with cake/ champagne - or candle light dinner, will be informed in advance
Event tickets every year with family invitation - diwali, dandiya, dj party etc
Snooker will be chargeable. Etc explanations.
If you like services you can extend the package upto 1.66 l
And many more services explained.

I received a phone call on 23rd September 2018 telling me that we have won the lucky draw gift and informed that it can be claimed only if the couples visit their center in Basaveswara Nagar, Yashodhara complex, near Modi hospital, Bangalore. caller name is Swetha ph. no. [protected].SMS has also been sent to me.
I and my wife both visited the location and we were asked to take 45 minutes presentation only then the gifts will be given. people who were present there never informed us before and the country club membership.
During the presentation, we were introduced about membership and the presenter impressed us to take up Country vacations membership, without mentioning about the Annual Maintenance charges (never spoke about the AMC throughout the presentation).
Person name is Srinath who gave the presentation along with his colleague.
ph no. [protected]. He asked us to register for country vacations membership for 65, 000/ Rs. plan by paying the full amount.
but i told him that ill pay 5, 000/ as initial amount later i can pay the remaining.
but he forced me to pay at least 25, 000/ Rs. only then the membership registration is possible. (again never spoke about the AMC ). i paid 25, 000/ to srinath account from google pay and he took signature in the registration /agreement form. (in the form it is mentioned that the plan selected can be canceled if not happy and the amount will be refunded if the request is sent within 10 days of registration through email which i did it before 10 days )
He also told us that we will get a call from the head office from Hyderabad and say yes once they ask about whether have u done full payment of 65, 000/.

I received a call within 2 days, and they asked whether everything is clearly informed to you before payment and also asked that have you paid full amount o 65K. Als they informed me that i need to pay Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) to keep my membership active. NOW I REALISED THAT I NEED TO PAY AMC WHICH WAS NEVER INTRODUCED IN THE ENTIRE DISCUSSION WITH SRINATH.
The next day i called Srinath and informed that i will cancel the membership also cancellation email has been sent.
he asked to meet me in the same place. i meet him and he told me that membership is in progress and forced me to not cancel but accept the membership.
i didnt agree.
he introuduced new person called RAHIL and told me to talk to him FOR cancellation.

RAHIL again started convencing me to accept the membership and use the faclilites. i didnt agree.

rahil introduced one more new person named REBECCA who is the incharge of cancellation process and asked me to talk to her.

i visited REBECCA office in vasanth nagar bangalore. she again tried to convence me to not cancel insted continue and also told cancellation is not at all ossible. i demended for cancellation and not to accept any offer given.
she started talking rudly with me and shouting. she behaved unethically during the entire conversation.
i was sent back without justice and without clarification about cancellation of membership.

later i came back to RAHIL and asked told entire story of what happenend when discussion done with rebecca.

he told me to wait for some months so that he can process the cancellation and refund the amount of 25, 000/.

I kept waiting for months together . whenever i call Rahil he tried to convence me and asked to wait. even the same with srinath.

i started getting calls and also emails from contry club office saying that i am due to pay AMC charges even today i get call for the same.
entire process i discuss when i attend the call and people who call me will tell that they are helpless as they are not involved in membership cancellation...

i kindly request the concerned to give justice to me by sanctioning the refund amount of 25, 000/ rupees. at the earliest.

Country club called me and told that i won some gift and told me to come to their office in shivaji nagar in bangalore. After i went there thier sales representatives told all false claims like one time payment of 63000 we will get free membership and free access to some the gyms in the city and football, cricket and spa care at thier clubs in bangalore and convinced me to pay the amount. They even told i can cancel my membership and i can get my money back when i am not interested. After taking my membership i went to their club near yelhanka bangalore. I was surprised to see that club is very small and got swimming pool and no other amenities provided. Worst people give all false promises and influence people to get free membership and after we realize that we are cheated and asks for cancellation of membership and refund of our money they are not agreeing. Please some one help me to get my money refunded and take some action against this kind of clubs which are cheating people their hard earned money.

They are giving false promises of the membership. I have paid total amount of 40000 and they are asking me to pay charges for yearly charges. This is ridiculous and there clubs are not up to the mark to pay such amout. This issue is not only in bangalore and also in all over india. Please help me how to cancel the membership and vacation card. Thank you in advance.

Hi, i had take country club membership on 16th jun2019 by paying 65k through credit card. On 17th june 2019 i changed my mind and requested for cancellation by seeing an 10 days cool of period. Where i can i cancel by agreement with in 10days of agreement. Today after 150 days (10th nov 2109) they started saying that i supposed to use their facility in initial 10days and if not happy then only i can raise for cancellation. This is not wriiten in signed agreement nor it was not clearly explained initially when i raised request for cancellation. Now they saying i have only one option, that is transfer membership with in my personal contacts (Actually this transfer also they promised me that they will only do it by taking some charge and now, leaving to us). It's completely not fare. Sales guys are really cheatig customers and making us pay the money through false promises.

I have taken the membership on sept 8th from bangalore office and my membership number is cvbg2bclub10lb266935.

When i have taken the member ship they said you will get membership card within 10 days and you can also plan your holiday for 7 days.

It's been 3 months, i haven't received any membership card and whenever ask them they says tomorrow or day after tomorrow you will receive it. Just simply give reasons.

When i plan my holiday the @vinay (Manager bangalore office) said they don't have property in manali, himachal. Next day l spoke to customer care she said we have property in manali you just have to pay 10500. I already paid 1, 35, 000 for membership now again asking for money. Even manager don't have proper info about their property.

Before taking the membership they said sir if you don't your membership we will get it transfer or get you refund also. But now i am facing problem nobody is replying over mails. I went to office to know the process of refund, they sent their main office where actually main person was not even available.

Next week again i went i spoke to rebbaca and she said within a week she will reply but it's been more than 10 days, she haven't reply. Even i sent mail to their central mail id but nobody reply.

Now i completely frustrated so i need my money back.

I got an email from country vacations that i have to pay amc charges. We havent used any of their services from the day we joined. It was long back in 2009, paid membership fee and left it. Not used and not asked for any refund. I asked to cancel my membership in the consecutive months after joining when some salesperson from countryclub called me.

Now, am not going to pay any amount.

I had taken membership from country club india on[protected] and in the agreement it has clearly written that if we cancel the membership within 10days we will get the refund within 120days from cancellation. On[protected] i had cancelled my membership due to some personal issues and also given wrong information for membership before taking it. So from that time i had mailed to their h. O and kolkata customer care very much time and now 120days has been completed it is almost 13-14 days late from the last date.

I have submitted full complain regarding the case. But no invetegation made by the company. Staff who was involved with us had not informed regarding contract agreement is to be sign and they first collected amount through net banking after they got our signatures in hurry when we read the each coloums we felt that we were cheated so i stopped further payment and put my complaint to cc but no response for refund of rs 50000/-has been received.

Dear sir, this is to let you know that i was mis-sold about the country vacations membership.. What was explained was not there on the membership agreement or on the letter received by country club..

I was promised that it will be 5 nights & 7 days stay each year for 5 years, however my agreement says 2 nights & 3 days... I was also promised that there is no requirement to pay the amc but i can pay the tax which can be converted to amc... I was promised that i would be getting a email confirmation about the same as there was nothing mentioned on the letter or on the agreement..

I have paid 48, 500 and have not availed a single benifit from country vaccations..

This has reference to the agreement for sale of membership made and
Executed at vizag on 15/07/2018 between country vacations (Cchhl),
Duly represented by sri s. Harinath, line manager and mausumi das
(My-wife), residing at qr. No. 158/a, sector-12, ukkunagaram, vizag,

As per clause no. 31 of the agreement, there shall be a cool off period of 10 days from the date of signing the agreement, wherein the member can discontinue the agreement after paying nominal administrative charge of rs. 3800/- to the company. After deduction of the amount, remaining amount would be refunded to the member within 120 days from the date of invoking of cool off period. For invoking the cool off period, the member shall send a written communication to the country club, central customer care, 4th floor, asian building, begumpet, hyderabad-500016 through registered post or an e-mail to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com.

Vide emails dated 20.07.2018 at 10.04am, the decision to discontinue the agreement was communicated to the above email address from the registered email id. Thereafter several reminder mails as referred above were sent from the registered email id. Every time the following computer generated message was received:

"dear concern, greeting of the day, thank you for reaching customer care country club holidays and hospitality ltd, we will be addressing your concern at the earliest based on the priority of the complaint. Further you can reach us on[protected] between 10:30 am-6:30pm monday to saturday"

Many times customer care person was contacted vide above phone number. Most of the time nobody lifted the call. Whenever they lifted the call, the same reply, your case is under process and when it will be finalized, we will call you to give the refund amount. Now a days, if we call to hyderabad customer care office, they are asking us to contact vizag office and vizag office advising us to contact head office at hyderabad.

They are supposed to refund within 120 days, but after one year also they are playing and not in the intention to refund. The reason for our withdrawal of agreement is what verbally they promised at vizag, when we receive the agreement, the conditions were different. It is a big fraud company.

As per the clause no. 31 of agreement an amount of 76, 200/- (Rupees seventy six thousand two hundred only) is required to be refunded to us
After deducting rs. 3800/- from the paid amount of rs. 80, 000/-
However, instead of returning my amount, the company has sent membership cards forcefully to accept the same with their terms and
Conditions, which are not acceptable. Every month i am being forced to pay emi for the above purpose.

Therefore, i request you to do needful so as to enable me to get back my legitimate amount fro the company, m/s country vacations.

We were called in the country club office Pune, Phoenix mall saying that we have won a lotter and you will have to listen a 1 hr presentation. We went there and was explained entire thing about the club which we liked but we were not interested in paying at that time. So, we told them about the plan for our goa visit in Aug for 4 people for 3 nights. They said I will check the availability and let you know you can pay 5000 rs as of not via google pay and rest 5500 you will have to pay while reaching there. Once we paid the 5k amount we were said sorry that we don’t have bookings available for 4 nights in goa in month of august and no receipt was given to us just a signed paper. Also just after the money was transferred they said its not refundable for which we were fine as they said i[censored] book 15-20 days before you will surely get a room. They were giving vouchers to everyone for 7 nights which we were to given but the when I checked the voucher was already used. Also, I wasn’t given any reference no. for the same. I also informed them that as I am moving abroad for a year I want to visit Goa in Aug only.

So we paid for a service which was free for everyone. I’ve been trying to call the customer service but getting no response from them. Just 2 hours after paying the money I asked for a refund as I found the entire thing fishy but they ignored and started talking disrespectfully.

After this I am trying to call them from past 4 days but the are giving the same response that booking is not available and your money too cant be refunded.

Today I got a call from one of the person booking and she said that booking for 2 nights is available, I said fine but then she asked me to transfer 7.5 k instead of 5.5 k which we were asked to pay when we reached there. The amount was again asked on Google Pay.

Instead of planning the trip our trip was spoilt. Money was taken by supplying fake information and a Scam was done.

Attached is the copy of signed paper and a voucher given to us. The name of the representative was Salman Khan.

ITS A FRAUD COMPANY. They are not even ready to give refund which we asked just after 2 hrs of paying.

I had deposited an amount of rs 98000.00 on 17.05.2019 and a receipt to this effect was given to me on[protected] by mail. As per the agreement paper given to me much later i had a window of 10 days for cancellation of the membership with a deduction of rs 3800/-. I collected the agreement paper on the same day. On scanning the agreement paper and on receipt of feedback from various sources i decided to cancel the agreement. A mail to this effect was given by me on 26.05.2019 well within the window of 10 days requesting for cancellation less their charges. But till date no refund is provided to us. This is an outright cheating by this fraud company. Please take some legal action against them.

When I had taken this membership, it was told that all the holidays can extend up to next 3 years.
I am expecting the same that extend my 8th holiday up to 31-Dec-2021, as I will use that in next years, and now you all are not responding my emails.

I had talked on phone to MR.ABHILASH on [protected] on 13-June-2019 and he promised me that query would be resolved as soon as possible, but still there is no response.
This is very ridiculous and not at all acceptable. I have put faith on you, but you have not even responded my email or not even resolved my query.

I got a call from a girl named "Jyothi". She told that there has been a lucky draw which has happened and I am one of the lucky people who will be receiving free gifts, a week accommodation. So, I and My Husband went to visit their office for receiving the gift to Country Vacations, #88 1/A 3rd floor, yeshodhara complex, Shankar mutt, Modi hospital road, Bangalore. When we visited that place they told me that they will give a presentation so we agreed to it. At the presentation they (Vikrant and Irshad) told us about lots of offers for holiday resorts. But I was literally forced to listen there presentation.Gold membership and 3(Husband, Spouse & one Kid) Gold cards I and my family can use facilities like gym, swimming pool, skating & summer camp for kid, cultural events etc.,

And very next day we had visited your office since we have not received offer mail and membership mail which is assured to send within 24 hours by Mr. Vikrant & Mr. Vinay kumar(line manager)

Below are the special offers which is offered to us since we are lucky customers but still we haven’t received any mail

1) CCHHL has 3 options 5 years, 10 years & 30 years plan. Wherein we can opt below 4 benefits for so many years which we opted for 10 years. That means we can use below offers for 10 years and membership for lifetime (99 Years) and same can be transferred to our next generation.

a) Use it option – we can stay in any of CCHHCL for 1 week in a year free of cost.

b) Save it option – we can save 1 week and we can use 1 week in next year if we don’t use current year.

c) Split it option – we can split 1 week as 4 days & 3 days in different days in 365 days.

d) Gift it option – we can gift that 1 week to any other friends or relatives.

2) CCHHL has 3 options T0, T1 & T2.

a) T0 has option which we can opt 1BHK/Studio – this is for 2Adults+2Kids

b) T1 has option which we can opt 2BHK/Studio – this is for 4Adults+4Kids

c) T2 has option which we can opt 3BHK/Studio – this is for 6Adults+6Kids

3) As part of special package member can stay for a period of 2nights & 3 days at any CCHHL properties for additional 5 years without any additional charges..

4) 2 way Air tickets for 1 couple to Singapore/Malaysia/Dubai(member option) for 3 nights, 4 days with free accommodation sightseeing, food and trip package free of cost without any additional cost from the pickup from member house till dropping to member house. If member informs before 2 weeks same will be arranged.

Club membership & fitness benefits:

1. Club membership is valid for lifetime in any of the clubs we can avail full facilities except annual maintenance charge of Rs. 9999/- is applicable yearly and no other charges applicable.

2. We can use all facilities of club like swimming, skating, yoga classes, summer camp(90 days a year) without any extra charges.

3. 10 years having option to book 7 nights 7 days in a year. Total 70 day & night holidays voucher for 10 years which will allow us to stay in any of the CCHHL in any of the location all over world without any charges.

4. If member book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, member can get the free 7 days trip for that year and member can use that for rent or member can extend that to next coming year and member can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if member book before 2 weeks

5. Pickup/drop/sightseeing/food/amount to driver/vehicle rent will be arranged by CCHHL without any charges except fuel charges.

Using the party hall in any of the country club / country vacation upto 20 – 2000 guests with free of cost (including the electricity, decorations, chair arrangements, payment to servants) for 5 times per year with food having minimum 25 varieties within Rs. 250/- which will be 20 % off in food with no other charges.

7. 20% to 40% discounts on booking flights on travelling.

8. CCHHL is fully responsible for renting & selling of member’s unused vacations or benefits. If rent member holidays, CCHHL is responsible for paying member minimum 3000 rs to 5000 rs & same is applicable for 10 years from package starts. And if member need to sell his membership CCHHL has to refund 1, 35, 250/-(membership amount). This option can be used by member at any time. Immediately CCHHL will response and do the needful.

11. 6 lakhs of insurance to member spouse and kid. 5 lakh travelling & death insurance. 1 lakh of medical insurance.

12. Events entry passes will be free for all the 11 events which will be conducted each year and event passes will be sent to members eventually.

13. Before 14 days if member give the dates means, same day within 24 hours booking will be done as per member need.

14. Lifetime - Everyday member can visit any CCHHL resorts in free of cost with food and activities held at that CCHHL.

15. Membership card & Gold coin of 1gm will be provided within 7 days of enrollment. If failed by CCHHL Rs. 1, 35, 250/- will be refunded immediately.

16. Annual maintenance charges of Rs. 9999/- will be paid after 7 months of registration. No need of advance payment.

17. The application no118 6110 which Mr. Prasadh K has signed is not at all related & correct which is explained about offer on 3-mar-2019 before payment.. So these points applicable as Mr. Prasadh K owns special membership.

18. If customer don’t like any of the services above mentioned, customer(Mr. Prasadh K) have full authorization to get full refund of Rs. 1, 35, 000/- immediately.

19. We called many times to Mr. Vikrant & Mr. Irshad no response from them to the calls, the very next day of membership. CCHHL Mr. Vikrant & Mr. Irshad & Mr. Vinay Kumar are not followed their assurances and commitments which is made before payment. However being dissatisfied with transactions, manner of handling of customer grievances as well as suspicious environment, . This shows every above points are made to make us in trap and no such services from CCHHL is available.

20. They have agreed to refund attaching few mails, however till now no refund happened.. they have broken their promises many times.
