I had purchased Country vacations membership of 5 years on 19/11/2017 for Rs. 65000. The executive given us the false promises of extra overseas trips, 50% discount on flight bookings and may freebies which they didn't give after membership purchase. They did not provide us the agreement as well, somehow I could manage to get agreement copy from him and cancelled membership within the cool off period of 10 days. I cancelled it on 27/11/2017.

Then I contacted them for refund, but the customer care executive name Shruti Kola said that for refund it will take 120 days. Then I did wait for 120 days to complete, still the refund is not given. I kept on calling her and she was saying we have accounts issue and your refund will be done in 10-20 days, 3 moths passed but no refund yet. Now their phones are coming always busy, I got mail from Shruti, to not call or mail us and we will update the status whenever it is given to us.

I have cancelled my membership within the cool off period of 10 days but they are not refunding my Rs. 65000 since past 8 months.

I request Country Vacations to refund my amount ASAP.

I request everyone to not go for Country Vacations membership.

I wish to complain about M/s Country Vacations India | Country Vacations Nagpur for not providing service for complementary 6N/7D tour to Malaysia country including free food/accommodation /sightseeing/Airbus Tickets both ways. I had paid Rs 160000’- through credit card transaction on dated 13/09/2017 at empress mill mal as per annexure’ A’
I am complaining because I am not satisfied on change of statement as promised during presentation at Empress Mall, Nagpur. To resolve this problem I would like you to refund Rs 160000 including accusation of SBI & Axis bank interests.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted to Ms.Varisha Parvesh on dated 14/09/2017 for stopped my Processing because of some doubt raised news published in Hindu Paper about your company, and was told that Provided full Package of Malaysia includingfree food/accommodation /sightseeing/Airbus Tickets both ways and second time I contacted to Mr.choube nothing could be done about my problem. But he was told that provided full Package of Malaysia, third time I contacted to Mr.Musumdar nothing could be done about my problem. But It can be negotiates for airbus both ways tickets by reducing facilities. I believe that this response is unfair because of repeated requested to refund above said amount. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within ten days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I got a call from country vaccation.They told me that I have been seleceted for some prize .When I reached there they were offering me a sale agreement of holidays package.They forced us to pay 40000 rupees which is actually a fradulance.They did not give any time to think much.They have taken 40000 rupees from me.That is actually forfeited by them.

देवेन्द्र दुबे तथा उसके सहयोगी द्वारा कंट्री क्लब वेकेशन के नाम पर शास्त्री नगर स्थित कंट्री वेकेशन ऑफिस में बुलाया और तरह-तरह प्रलोभन दिया जैसे धनबाद में गोल्ड जिम का मेम्बरशिप मिलेगा, यूनियन क्लब के द्वारा टाई-अप है, जब मैं उस समय गोल्ड जिम से बात किया तो उसने भी कहा अगर कंट्री वेकेशन का मेम्बरशिप लेते आप गोल्ड जिम उपयोग कर सकते है, उसकी योजना फायदेमंद लगा, फिर देवेन्द्र दुबे मेरे आवास पर स्वैप मशीन लेकर आये और दो क्रेडिट कार्ड के द्वारा एक लाख एकतिश हज़ार स्वैप कर पेमेंट लिए, ये सुविधा पांच वर्षो के लिए देने का वादा किया था, दो-तिन दिन तक गोल्ड जिम का उपयौग भी किया अचानक एक दिन गोल्ड जिम वाले बोले कंट्री क्लब से टाई -अप ख़त्म हो गया है | बाद में पता चला की एक-दो सप्ताह का टाई अप सिर्फ लोगो को वेबकुफ़ बनाकर रूपये ठगने तथा प्रलोभन के लिए किये थे | धनबाद में और भी कुछ लोगो को इस तरह ठगी किये हैं | कंट्री वेकेशन ऑफिस भी धनबाद से बंद कर दिया गया है | कंट्री वेकेशन कंपनी को रुपये रिफंड के लिए कई मेल भेजने पर भी रिफंड नहीं कर रहे हैं | इन्टरनेट से एड्रेस खोजने पर कोल्कता तथा दुर्र्गापुर में उसकी वर्तमान ऑफिस दिख रही है |

I had purchased one deal from the Country Club Durgapur, its branch is situated in Durgapur ( West Bengal) -713212 . Within free look period I applied for cancellation and I got reply from them that the deal paper had been cancelled, and that within 120 days I shall get the momey refunded . More than 120 days have passed, but till now I have not received the refund; In this regard I sent reminders to them through email, but got no response from them till now .
Hence, I seek your help in this regard . In this I want compensation against mental harassment from the Country Club, if possible.

I brought the country vacation membership and along with that got a complimentary trip for Dubai. I availed Dubai trip and for that I had to pay a money and after that not a single holiday provided till date. Whenever I tried to book, showed non-availability. The customer care is more focussed on geting the maintenance and not providing the services to the customer. Every week I keep getting call around maintenance and no one talks about the service and vacations. Very pathetic or say no service at all. Repent the day I became member of Country vacation, would had used the same amount to book my vacations personaly on my will.

I was called in few weeks back by your telemarketing team informing me that i had won 2 movie tickets, inr 25, 000 worth vactions and a kitchen set. I asked repeatedly from where are they calling but it was never answered to the point. I was also sent a reminder message (I have still kept the copy) saying to collect the gift (No intimation from which company, just the address to come and collect).

I decided to check what free bees were. To my shock it was your company who had called to scam people for your membership. If it was told upfront on the phone i would have not come. Please be clear on the phone to the customers because their time is also valuable.

Anyways, i sit for 45 mins through your presentation scam where in your manager was least interested to interact with us as he had sensed that we were not interested. Post the presentation scam we were handed a xerox saying that the coupon will fetch us free movie tickets. All we had to do was whatsapp the details to the given number.

Its been 2 weeks now, my message has not been seen on the whatsapp. I also went back your office to complain and i was told by one of your manager mr. Manju (Jp nagar office) to contact one more number for the tickets.

To my shock that number is switched off from past 3 days and no movie ticket has been booked.

In short, the scheme what you told was total fake and fraud becuse
- movie tickets : still not booked
- vacation : its not free as we still have to pay some nominal amount plus food
- kitchen set: didnt get it as there was no stock.

So kindly let me know how the hell will you solve this because i plan to go public on social media if this is not resolved. I usually dont care about free stuffs but you people justed wasted my time and the money i spent on the taxi to come all the way over to your office.

As per call from country vacations office we were inform that we selected i a lucky draw and invited to collect four prizes so yesterday we to collect that prizes i visited country vacations office at impress mall nagpur i attend a presentation where companies sales persons told about country vacation and said that today is cmpanies 25 th anniversary they are offering membership and told about the facilities of the membership we found that its a nice offer we ready for paid amount as they first said 235000/- then ready to reduced amount at 207000/- they said for pay immidiate 55000/- at the time of signing the agreement but we dont have that much cash and we forgt our debit card so we paid 5000/ cash and promise to paid remaining amount next day. Then we were given our gift vouchers we find that there is a set of six cup rs 50 /- and a tour package voucher where we have to paid 5500/- as we use it at vacations and a shopping voucher for take 10 percent discount on toys shopping as seeing this we start feeling that we must be cheated it may be a fake company. I searched about this company on net we found that many people are cheated. We dicide to cancelled the agreement i inform thier sales manager miss krishna to cancell she told for paid remaining 5000 rs and get a trial for this year because they would not refund amount of 5000/- i feel that lets try she told to call me next day for my dicision but she never call me. I want my mony back

A staff named mousumi from from your kasba kolkata office with mobile [protected] was frequently communicating with us.in the month of april 18 i was asked to visit your office with husband. A time was fixed for 45 minutes. On reaching there we found it was not a gift giving meeting but a trap to coax you to a deal for hotel and tour business, fine almost two hours they by all means tried us the finish the deal of rs. 1, 35, 000/- without giving any chance to work on it and decide. There were 2-3 lady/gents employees, one after another briefing us, but they managed to take 10000/- from us through net banking with an assurance that next day we will make the complete deal. After returning home we went through the brochure and various reviews and found the folowing :-

Dates/days are to be choosen by them
Sight seeing charges are to be paid in advance an hefty amount
Embargo on kids 9 yrs and above
Their right to change the condition of deal
Found economically not cost effective
No of negetive reviews on poor response

Being not satisfied with terms and condition, next day morning we informed your office that we want to opt out and want refund. Accordingly your rep asked us to meet your corporate executive and express our position. So we did. To our utter surprise your executive on face said no comeback and no possibility of returning money and hence, with a shattered mind we came back. While coming back we got a call from mousumi and inform us that money will be refunded. Since then we kept quite, we tried to contact your office, nobody picking up our call. And hence, finally decided to lodge a complaint on such calous response from your company official.

My request is to refund our money.
Give sometime to think and decide the decession to your every customer, instead of putting them in a undue pressure tactics.

Your conditions may suit many people but not suiting us. Looking forward. Thnks and regards.

I have already paid 1.75lakhs but till date iam unable to even avail my free voucher. You people are only concerned about your amc and further payment but couldn't even provide a mere 2 days free vacation to chanakyapuri. My voucher will expire soon and if you don't provide me with a two days free vacation in chanakyapuri for 2 days then i need to seek legal advice against you as its very annoying now. This is nothing but one kind of fraud business and why do u speak vague things.
Lastly on note i repeat again do provide me the free service to chanakyapuri on 16th to 18th june or 22nd to 24th june or else this might extend devastatingly.

At the time of counselling. Mr muzumdar and ms priya promised to get a complementary tour of mauritius for 4 person. Number of times i have contacted them but they are not fulfilling the promises it is a usual practice. I have appl8 for cancellation and to refund the amount as earliest

We are cheated by country vacation membership jp nagar branch, had presentation of one hour with syed (manager) said to pay starting amount how much ever is affordable and we will provide membership card immediately, once we paid that 12k he said like tommorw card will be sent to given address, but as weeks passed there was no call or any message, later we called his number once he received and sent some number saying its membership number as a text message, which is never considered anywhere. And till now not they called to pay extra amount or they receiving call, it's been call forwarded
Please take action on this on priority

I have bought country vacations membership on 23rd may, 2018. On the next day only i have sent mail to center customer care of country vacations to cancel my membership and refund my money as per the agreement but i haven't got reply from their end. When i called them they told that within 2 days they will reply but as expected no reply from them.

We have requested for cancellation the membership of country vacations, which belongs to xxxx person
Which is created on 30-may-2018 and within 24 hours of creation raised the cancellation of membership.
We have paid 80, 000-/- rupees through hdfc credit card - requested them to cancel the transaction and refund the money back at the earliest.

Reason for cancellation : after seeing the actual agreement, it contains hidden charges and annual maintenance charges.

According to terms and conditions in the agreement we are cancelling the membership within the cool off period, we have raised the cancellation request within the time limits suggested in the code of ethics in airda (All india resort devlopment association). I have opted to revoke, rescind and make void ab-initio.

We are not getting any response from country vacations team

I, k. Madhavi w/o g. Suresh was offered country vacations membership (Cvvw1sclub5lb244329) when i along with my husband and his friends came to thier branch located adjacent to kalyan jewellers, bandar road, vijayawada to collect some gifts which were said to be won by me in unknown lucky draw.
To sell their membership, their representatives started flowering wide range of offers starting from free accommodation, pickup, food in any tourist destination in india as well as abroad to 250 cents of residential land either at hyderabad or vizag or vijayawada for payment of rs.1, 65, 000. I was convinced to pay rs.40, 000/- duly given time to pay the remaining amount by signing an agreement. After reaching my home, i read the agreement where the details, terms are completely different from what was told on the day.
When contacted their representative immediately on 6.11.2017, she assured that everything assured on the day will be fulfilled.
After that, i went through online and found negative reviews for country vacations and number of people like me were duped in the same manner.
Now, i decided to discontinue the membership and as per the agreement and as per airda guidelines, the cool off period in my case is not lapsed and immediately submitted by request for cancellation. But, till now i did not receive refund of the money. They said it is pending with accounts department.

As conviced by your mr. Gautam paul, sr. Executive of city centre 2 kol unit/ mr. Arindam banervisited for enhancement of the membership (With club facilities) to 30 years with lot of committed facilities, i paid rs.36, 200/- against rect. No.[protected] dt. 22.03.18. I regret more than 2 months have elapsed but i have not received new membership cards.

On 21st april 2018, i was offered a membership of country vacations. I paid rs 15000 for it and got 3 tours but now booking is not available and then i came to know that i hv been cheated by these frauds. Later i check about the company on net, than i was shocked that company doing it for a decade. Executive who made me member, now not in company. My no. [protected]

Scheme batate waqt they said ki bas hame 80000 paid krna hoga vacations ke liye 1 week ka 10500 iske alava of kuch pay krna nhi padega baki sab ghumna khana free rhega of 25000 ka samsung phone on 5gram ka gold coin gift milega. Kaise cutte kamine h ye country vacations wale. Hamare 80000 kha gye haramjade. Narak me bhi jagah nhi milegi tum cutto ok. Chullu bhr pani me dubh maro kisi ki hay le rhe ho. Tum logo ki family bhi aise hi tadpe mare sade. Styanash ho jaye tum logo ka kide pad jaye tum logo. Ye sala cutta ankan majumdar manager kahta khud ko dhrti ka bojh or kamina shailesh choudhary ye dono sadh jaye dono nagpur ke express mall me country vacations nam ki logo ko lutne wali dukan khol ke baithe h.

) As per sale agreement, I can request for cancellation in cooling off period (i.e with in 10 days after signed agreement). I sent email within 10 days and got response from merchant like within 120 days they will refund.
2) But, Jagadish (representative from country vacations) haven't discuss this one and said cancellation is not possible and non - refundable.
3) After one week of availing country club membership, I got call from Country Club Head Office to get feedback from my side and to know what all services promised for this membership. I have explained everything how it went and list of services they have told us before payment. Immediately Head office person stopped me and said promises are incorrect, whatever in sale agreement will be provided.

List of Promises (important ones are listed):
Special offer, 1 week international trip (few list of countries) excluding food & service charges everything free (accommodation, to and fro flight tickets, transportation, travel guide to show all places, ...)
1 domestic trip for 5 days (applies everything as mentioned above)
we can avail country clubs and associated resorts for any party type occasion at free of cost (excluding food and service tax) and we can request few rooms for accommodation as well during that time.

4) One of dearest friend gave some feedback on country club services, which is shocking to me and experienced on the same.
5) after taking club membership, with in 4 days we planned for shirdi trip and requested, country vacations people to book a hotel in shirdi (as we can pay only service taxes). They have booked room for us in shirdi and requested to service tax now to confirm the booking. I said after check out time I pay for it. But they told, I have to pay first. Because of some problem I cancelled my trip and got refund from (railways, cab services etc.) services which i availed in shridi.

But, I haven't got refund from country vacations as it's only service charge (2000). I paid a service charge which I haven't taken. This is one which doesn't like in the service. Once you paid it's non-refundable. This is not at all fair as if any person cancelled any services and pay for it. Attached documents for proof.

6) As services are not good and Country Club Head office person mentioned things are not correct. I have called customer care to check on these problems and no one responded.

7) Then I have requested for cancellation of my membership and sent email & called so many times to country club. No Response.

8) I got email response from country vacations as they will take some nominal charges and refund my full amount (1, 59, 000 - 3800/- = 1, 55200). But, till date no refund initiated.

Adarsh sunkara (Cvbg2club245196), i requested for cancellation of my membership within a week of purchase of the membership.

I requested for refund, which they said it will take 120 days, now the time has passed 150 days, they are yet to refund the amount.

I saw so many have become victims of this fraud country club.

How is this company still surviving with so many negative reviews against them, my phone was not working when i paid the money to them, else i would be cautious i had read the reviews.
