We were called for presentation in thane mumbai on 25 june 2015 and offer 6 night and 7 day holiday in any where in india and paid 5000, we were promised fully arranged holiday with loclal site seing and other concession in food and culb facilities, now no body is responding to complaints Was this information helpful? | |||||

we had attended presentation on 25 june 2015 at thane office and were offered 7 days holiday any where in india and was asked to pay 5000 for the same and promised arranged holiday . NOW we are asking for holiady at jaipur and udaipur stating from 19 march. we have been following the same for more than month . We have not given any thing in writing for confirmation of holidays.

Dear sir,
IT appears that u are not interested in resolving the issue and i had already sent details to centralcustomecare and I have not received any reply .I have called the dept and ur not bothered about .how customer are treated shabbily and sr citizen and unsuspecting customers are harassed for no fault of ours and make them fall pray to unethical ways of marketing by ur company will definitely not good . I have clearly stated that I have given only offer letter for 6 nights 7 days holiday by IMRANKAN of thane branch.Now refuse to provide the requested holiday and refund not forthcoming.
PL ASK them to reply in writing and resolve the issue.
