mene craftsvilla.com se 24.12.2014 ko ek red salwar-suit order kiya
tha jo ki mujhe 30.12.2014 ko deliver hua. muje us suit ka material
pasand nhi aaya, m use refund karna chahti thi kyunki craftsvilla ki
site pe diye gaye rules and regulations ke accourding product recive
hone ke 3 din ke andar aapko request karna hota h otherwise wo product
refund nhi karte h. so i called on cuistomer care number of
craftsvilla [protected]. mene is number par around 10-15 baar call kiya
but har baar mera call is msg ke baad disconnect ho gaya ki hum aapki
call hamare customer care executive ke paas forward kar rahe hai.
m kafi pareshan ho gayi, phir mene us trader se contact kiya jaha se
muje order deliver hua tha, unhone kaha ki aap apka product humein
return kar de pir hum apka amount refund kar denge.
mene wo suit 2.01.2015 ko DTDC courier se send kar diya tracking
details hai C.N No. Z43632983.
mene iske regarding trader ko aur craftsvill.com par bhi msg kar diya
tha ki mene mera order return kar diya hai aap please mera amount
refund kar dijiye.
but till today mera paisa wapas aana to dur unka koi reply tak nhi
aaya h na hi mere phone pe na hi mere email pe jabki order kiye hue
muje 1.5 months ho chuke hai.
aap meri kuch help kar sakte hai kya ki muje ab kya karna chahiye.
