Hi I, Soumyadeep Maity had bought a product from craftsvilla on May 19 and payment does through credit card. But till date they are not able to deliver the product. After calling at least 100 times yesterday I am able to reach their customer care. Earlier have wrote several mails regarding the same. Yesterday customer care executive was agreed to refund the entire amount as they are not able to deliver product after so many days and also ensured me to do the same within yesterday evening without fail and also intimate me through mail.But not getting any confirmation as of now. I am fed up to call them as already called several time but not getting any response.

This is regarding order number [protected], the designer red hot long anarkali suit dress which I received is of different design and poor quality. I am extremely sorry and aggrieved for being punished for no reason or fault on our part! Please look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest and deliver my product at the earliest! This regarding the above captioned. I have been following up for my refund against return of a product, which was returned due to poor quality. This product was returned beyond the 3 days timeline as mentioned in the return policy, as I was travelling during the time of delivery of the product and the delivery was given in the mail room of my office. I immediately on return after viewing the product raised the dispute and when there was no response for about a week wrote an email on May 5 which after a couple of email exchanges with the craftsvilla team they asked me to return the product at the following address: Product details:Antique Jhumkas; SKU: MBELI[protected]; Anusha Vallabhaneni, Belissi Trendz, D.no. 21-218/4, Behind Shivalayam Temple, Kakani Nagar, NAD Post, VIzag- 530009. I had dispatched the product on 12th May which was confirmed to have been received by the owner basis my discussion with the seller. However, I was informed on 21st May that the seller has refused to accept the product and refund my money due to delay in raising the dispute and I shall have to keep the product. It is beyond my understanding that why was this not informed when I was asked to return the product. The seller initially spoke to me while I discussed the matter regarding return of the product. Nothing was conveyed then. After returning the product neither do I get my balance nor do I have the product. on top of that Iam being forced to pick up something from the seller despite the fact that I did not like the quality of products being offered for sale.How can one ensure that the next product would not be having similar issues. After this unprofessional attitude I refuse to order anything from the seller. I request my refund to be processed at the earliest.

I had placed order with Craftsvilla for a dress material, I received the order but dress quality was very poor so i asked them to return it, As per their return policy, THEY DO NOT ARRANGE RETURN PICKUP and customer needs to return it, later they provide coupon for that money.As i stay in Maharashtra I spend 150 rs in order to courier that dress to Gujrat.They received the product safely but they have send a mail on dated 19th may 2015 that to make the refund amount of Rs 1499/- which i had spent, I also send them my courier payment receipt. But they are ready to provide only vouchers for 100 Rs which i need to use for shopping on their site.But we are trying from last 5 days to reach the customer care but the customer care number is not traceable. So, please help me to refund my money back.

Model No: MNYAL[protected] Color :Red Velvet & Georgette Semi Stitched Anrkali Gown By Nyalkaran The dress I ordered was with such high hopes. It was such a beautiful piece of garment in the pictures. On receiving the dress, I am extremely disappointed with the product. The material is horrible. The dress looks second hand. Old and dilapidated. Your images were just misleading. The final product and image had no similarities at all. This email is to inform you that you need to take back the product immediately and refund the money back. Failure to do so, the social media is enough to create a bad image on your website. This site is a big cheat, they are fooling people, they do not have proper customer care support.No return /refund handled properly, Had to follow up several times for this small amount.Hence I am logging this complaint.

i have purchased a dress yesterday through online payment. money transaction from my sbi online account was done with transaction ref no IG0ADKHSI1, but i have received an sms from you that payment has failed . the amount of dress has been deducted from my account but order has not been placed.so kindly notify the mistake done, and return my money if order is not placed immediately.

Dear team, it's been more Dan 10 dats I had ordered a saree. I haven't got any single communication from ur end. Just once a courier person called and told he will come the other day and again he didn't turn up.. I never knew you ppl are so irresponsible. The suit material I HV received is not the same shown in craftvilla.. Its different nd the dupatta I HD received that tym was totally sticky that tym... Bcoz of glue I guess... So I would lyk i[censored] guys cal m back or contact m regarding thz problem

Hi ordered one salwar suit on 31st may. I received the product just now. It is totally different from the discription given about the cloth material which is faded and its is not at all suits with pic shown in the website. This material is cheap I don't wont to wear it.not satisfied with your product. We request you to take it product back and return my money.

I have ordered an item which after receiving I realized this is so very different from what I have seen in the site. Craftsvilla agreed to take the product back and had promised to return the amount + 100 Rs courier charge. I have returned the product on 6th April 2015. But yet I have not received the refund amount. On enquiring, craftsvilla said they have refunded the amount. But when I asked them to share the transaction detail so that I can check with my bank, they stopped responding. I keep on sending mails, but no response.

The copy of invoice which was fixed on packet is also attached. You are requested to change this as soon as possible as I am filling we are cheated through online purchase.
