But no action will taken on your site. more then one month have gone. no reply to my repeated request. there is no reply from customercare. I think this company cheating me.so I will go to consumer court against you on-05.04.2015.

          I order bollywood sarees from craftvilla on March 16th their website shows payment did not go through i try three time it was showing payment did not go through, but all the payment went through with city bank.My visa statment is showing all three charges went through.I olso get emails from them that your payment did not go through please try again.dont understan what is this i got charge so mutch and no product delivered to me.feel like i got ripoff.

            I have placed orders for supply of one saree on-11.03.2015.the order no[protected].I paid Rs.999.00 by SBI net banking.more then 20 days have gone.After my purchase the seller message to me that item is not available.But the product or my cash are not supplied. no message no reply to my repeated requests. There is no reply from customercare.The phone is always busy.So how the customers belive online shops. My consumer complain number is-16352.                   On 24th I recd the order which i place but it is different from the one which i ordered i have raised the issue and wrote mail to Crafts villa customer care but no response is received on the same. the seller from whom i bought the product is not receiving the call. How do I proceed further its really very stressful thing for me. The Lehenga which I order was umbrella With Full Ger But The one which I recd is L-type lehenga which spoils the look of the lehenga. The One which Aailya has worn was ordered By Me And the other One is Recd By me which Does Not have any Ger(Hindi Word).

                    Yesterday i ordered a Zara style pant and today I received the delivery. But the product i got today is completely different from the product i saw online. So plz kindly replace my product or else refund my money. And plz be gentle and do not fool this time this is not the way of earning. Its badly going to hit your goodwill. No offence its just the customer disappointment.

                            dear sir/ madam - we order a saree last before 2 days Bollywood Designer Black Party wear Heavy Blouse saree that is branded vishal saree but yesterday we got some other saree without a brand name and they have sent the parcel in the name of snapdeal which we havent ordered from that website we made a call to the courier service regarding about the parcel what ever they sent that's what we sent to u its not our fault they said again we tried to the website through call wise and though email wise they are not considering and responding us at all and they are refunding the money they are cheating every customers by showing just the photo and sending the other product which is not shown in the photo please kindly take an keen action upon them .Instead of the black saree they sent me this pink saree which i havent ordered it

Same evening i rcvd a call from their side that stock was not available. on 18th i call to customer care of crafts villa they told me to cal back..after few hours i called again they told me that stock is available who told u that stock is not here. i said kindly refund my payment..she told me that we will mail u within 24 hours.. i rcvd a mail that ur order will be dispatch within two days & u will rev an e mail regarding tracking details...there is no reply till date, i continuously called them there no is always bzy or not reachable...i mailed them again & again kindly reply/response..but i did ot get any reply from there side...al least they should drop an email abt the status...i need my amount refund...kindly do the needful..
