I ordered a saree from these. Shpr Ref :[protected]. Cost : Rs.1949. Received it on 17th feb 2015. I returened it due its poor cloth quality on 25th feb 2015. Courier Name : Omni Express Tracking no. : 99903569 Delivered to the designer on 27th feb 2015 They said they will refund the Amount of Rs.1949 +100 courier charges in 15 working days. But till date no refunds r made. Hope a quick reply Thank u

Shipment Number::[protected] I ordered a product from Craft villa and they sent me a wrong product. When i tried to contact them. The contact details given are not valid. Even the login details sent are invalid. This is totally a fraud company and now they are neither responding nor ready to replace the wrong products sent. And they ask us to courier the wrongly dispatched product but as per my friend's experiences and the reviews, this is a fraud company. Once you courier the wrongly dispatched products, they do not respond back to you or your emails. If my complaint is not resolved, it might force me to take legal actions against this company. Hello, i have ordered the Suit on 2nd April . I received the same with Torn Sleeves . So i had asked for the Refund . It is more than a month now but i ha vent received the refund . They always say the same thing that the Refund has been initiated . it is 7th May today and refund is still not credited . I have received bad / wrong product against Order#[protected], I have also returned the produced to craftsvill as his customer instruction, now they asked for my account dedetais and I have also given the same. Now I am not getting any response from them. Also there is ticket system I had also raised the ticket but my ticket#216095 have been closed without any information and without any solution.I have request to reopen my above ticket. I have purchased 2 sarees from craftsvilla on 8 april 2015 whose shipment no. Is[protected] and[protected]. I have returned these sarees on 11 april 2015 because the product is deffective and the same has been received by the seller on 15 april 2015 but uptill now they didn't refund my money .apart from it in compensation to the courrier charges they send me an expired ticket.. i have talked to several times to the seller @vjfashion24 and @shail3sh v sheta regarding the status of my refund they told me that craftsvilla had already send them a mail that they had refunded my money 3400 but uptill now i didn' t receive my money.almost a month is going to be over and neither i receive my money nor i receive any mail from customer support of craftsvilla apart from it they are providing a false information to there seller that they that had already refunded my money..i have send several mails to them but there is no response from there side... please refuned my money as soon as possible otherwise i had to drop this case to consumer forum.
