hello sir, product no.MTREN[protected] i ordered on 28 th march and is delivered here on 04 april in chattisgarh. your servicing is no doubt its good.but one problem is there...Actually i would like to inform u that the size of the product is large and its not appropriate size for me.so i want to return the product . so plzz take the product back.i was already mailed you for this from my mail id.but i didnt got appropriate reply from ur side.so plzz do something as soon as possible. thanku..

I have ordered for a dress material and when I received it was completely different from what is shown in the online catalogue of Craftsvilla.com, Pathetic quality and cheap material. After that I have tried calling them number of times but nobody answers. And no customer care service is available to return and refund the money back and also to resolve customer problems. All the no that are given +91-[protected], +91-[protected] are fake and nobody picks up the call. Its a request to refund my Rs 2570 as soon as possible.

We have ordered Blue Gown vide SKU CODE MWHOL[protected] dt.03.04.2015. We have received on 08.04.2015 . but its colour is different & looking not good as show the image on Crafsvilla site. I want to return it.Please look into the matter immediately.

But my account with craftsvilla shows that I have no confirmed order. My bank Accont shows two payments towards craftsvilla of Rs 330+330. 2. Till date I have got neither any information from your end regarding despatch of my consignment nor my amount has been refunded. 3. In view of the above you are requested to refund my amount at the earliest. Thank You.

The worst online shop. I ordered an anarkali with the order number :[protected]. The dress wasn't the same as it looked in the picture. It was semi stitched and nowhere on the site it was mentioned. So its clearly their fault. Plus the material was so nasty. There was nothing in it worth appreciating. Unlike all other shopping stores Craftsvilla made us to deliver the product to their office. And we had to bear the charges and inconvenience as they hadn't even given us the bill and the courier person had demanded for it. We paid Rs 170 and they are giving us a voucher of rupees 100 and if we login to your site there is no such thing which doesn't has the bloody shipping charges They are hell too much. Give us 170 back or don't charge us the delivery charges as it has been your fault since the beginning. Never order anything from Craftsvilla. They don't reply to your mails nor do they pick your calls.

Fabfirki has received the parcel and confirmed the same on mail dated 6th April.
even after confirming that they have received the parcel why are you not refunding the amount.
looks like you people are a set of cheat as none of your number get connected.
your site say that you will call back, god only knows when will you call back. i am struggling to get in touch with you people from 18th March via mail but no body feels important to call the customer and speak. I have only received mails from one Mr. Ajay with some false promises beyond that nothing.
