I got the delivery of my order last night. The anarkali suit was torn in the front and the quality of the material was not even worth Rs 100. However I had to pay Rs 1400 for this. This is pathetic service. It was my first order with craftsvilla, and I am damn sure with this level of service, this will be my last.

Hi Team, THIS IS URGENT!!! I have ordered a product from your website, my first experience is worst experience, Please look at the below link to see the pics. Display of the picture in ur website and the one which i have received. Such a poor quality and entirely different color than what is displayed. Can some bother to look into my concern?? On top of it it says order cannot be cancelled, WHAT THE HELL?? Can anyone mind to call up to [protected]? Im a social worker, i know how to take it up to the next level if this doesnt gets picked-up by you and money is reversed to my account? i had ordered yami gautam pink colour saree from your web site craftsvilla.com on 22 april 2015 for rupees 1999 that was delivered on 25 april 2015. i was very disappointed when i received the product. it was not the same which was displayed on the website. Quality of the saree is very poor and colour of the saree is also not as per the standard displayed by you. i expected quality product to be delivered by you . i request you to return my money and take your product (saree) back as earlier as possible.It would be better if you refund my money at the earliest. customer Rajani Bundiwale

I have ordered one suit piece No[protected] on 02 Mar 2015 and paid Rs-950+100(delivery charge).But I have not received ordered product. I have complaint many times on costumer service center on[protected] and but not replied/entertained my call from your side. I had purchase 5 pieces of kameez from craft villa. First of all thy send all as one consignment wen i had paid separate delivery charges. Due to thia i had to pay duty n vat on this kameez. Secondly the quality of clothing is very cheap. It is no near what is shown in the pictures. 2 pieces came as stitiched when i had ordered un stitiched. 1 piece is extra large which will fit no one. Further to this the clothes r stained and dirty. Shame on crafts villa for sending such pathetice stuffs. There is no communication from the seller. I will never wear such quality clothes and its a waste of time n money. I wasted 17000 rupees gtting things which i will nver wear.

placed an order of 10 sarees vide order no.[protected] and track no [protected] of dated 01 Mar 2015. goods were promised as shipped bycourier partnerswww, amarex.com on tracking order and acall to customercare order was told to be cancelled. the sarees were required for a particular event needless to say the event had to be cancelled and i was highy embarrassed because of the delay in informimg about cancellation. the company had entered into contract by accepting order and then deemimg it as shipped. I had already placed a complaint. But i did not get any response from your side.

I ordered a dress that time they promised delivery would take 7-8 business days and i did't get any confirmation mail or message and amount deducted from my A/C.
