I wish to avail Personal Loan from Bank of India. I approached bank but I was informed that my CIBIL score is very poor. At present I have 2 housing loans from ICICI & Janata sahakari Bank and 1 vehicle loan from Sunderam Finance. I have one credit card from Bank of India. Besides I do not have any liability. I approached banker for availing Personal Loan but I was denied the same and was advised to get my CIBIL Score improved. When I checked for score, I was surprised to note that there were many unsettled credit car ds in my name, some were active with heavy outstandings. I would like to know all details for improving my CIBIL score. Pl. help me out.

    hello, i had taken a two wheeler loan from HDFC bank and issued them PDC via axis bank . due to some reasons i had to close the account and asked hdfc to swap the cheques. But the Agent at Hdfc told us to pay the payment as cash to them and i also did that getting all the receipts. anyways i paid all the amount and cleared up the loan with interest after which i got the loan closure letter. now in 2015 i have a cibil score of 786 and i applied for a pre approved loan for HDFC. the loan was 90% approved but got rejected due to the DPD showing as STD for 29 instances. at this stage i feel that having such a good score is not worthy and of no use as it doesnt means people once a defaulter always a defaulter. The accounts and loan which are fully paid should be removed from the CIBIL. please let me know if there is a way out. thanks and regards

      Dear Team, High DPD shows in my CIBIL, as per sanctioned amount I had availed one PL from Kotak Mahindra Bank, Agreement no. of the same is SPL 94039, which is already matured & closed and NOC & SPDC of the same has been already received by me as well, Mode of Payment was SI from Kotak Bank & have always maintained sufficient balance, could not able to understand the reason why the same is still reflects, Request you to please ratify the same.                 I am Uttam Sarkar and my Pan No. BSQPS7358E, When i check the CIBIL report, The CIBIL data gives full wrong information about my name, my D.O.B. I have not taken any credit card from any bank till today 27th april'2015. The data provided that i had 3 credit card from different Bank like SBI, City Bank and ICICI bank and 1 loans from GE countrywide which are totally wrong and more importantly the Name Showing Goutam Sarkar and Date of Birth 16/03/1983 which is not mine. Kindly correct the information and revert back soon as i am going to apply for a loan. Kindly do the needful...

                I face a different issue compared to you, I am praveen PAN BAHPP3812M my cibil also reflect with data as loan and credit cards which are not related to me when i went in further enquired i found that another person is there with my same name, D.O.B, and mothers name so both of them have same PAN this is some thing that should not happen and am still confused of this.

                    i am disputing about a credit card account which is closed but i have written off 1 Card account in my CIBIL still current due / over due of 42, 833 is reflecting, i have paid off & closed all the card but because of this my CIBIL score is getting effected. Account details as below. OPENED:[protected], LAST PAYMENT:[protected], REPORTED AND CERTIFIED: [protected], CURRENT BALANCE: 42, 833, OVERDUE: 42, 833. Can you please look into this & make the current balance as ZERO as its bank fault after making payment also it is still showing over due.

                      I have queried and disputed a few records on my CIBIL report on 20th March 2015, to which I had followed up on 15th April for a response. The customer service agent ( Mr Nikhil) then confirm me that the resolution takes around 30 days and I shall get a response by 20th April. Upon not hearing anything from CIBIL I again contacted back on 24th April to the CSR desk. When I escalated it again they confirmed that they have not received any response from the Banks and it would still take a few more days. This was done around 12 noon on 24th April 2015 and to my surprise I receive a response around 2:30pm the same day. The response says all the records published by CIBIL is correct and they would need further information to investigate. I would like to highlight here that I am not a defaulter but the CIBIL reports shows a few incorrect enquiries which I have never made which is hampering my score and I have full right to challenge that which I have done appropriately. Upton checking again with My Nikhil from CIBIL that how come we get the response from all banks from 12 to 2:30 which is not more than 2.5 hours who have not been responding from 35 days. He then confirmed that this was been replied based on the past records and which was already at CIBIL's disposal. I am challenging the records based on what is been published, how can CIBIL reply me after 35 days based on the same records. Bottom line there is no enquiry done with the Banks or cross checking of the records and have just responded for the sake of responding. CIBIL customer desk first confirms that they are awaiting confirmation from the Banks on the records and then confirms the reply is based on past records. This clearly that the whole process in CIBIL is faulty and is targeted to harass decent Citizens which has created a lot of mental stress for myself and my family.CIBIL representative again contacted me by 5:30 in the evening on 24th April to ask for more time and admitting their mess around the whole Issue. They are still not willing to provide a written apologies to the same. I would request you to ensure that CIBIL should work as a neutral organisation and has equal responsibilities towards the Citizens of India as the records published by them is not been consulted before with the Individuals and directly been uploaded on the site with the assumption that the Banks is always right. I am really against the whole process followed by CIBIL and its time that they intervene and revamp/ redesign the whole process. Regards, Nilesh

                            I am using icici credit card from last 30 yrs, received statment regularly. But from August 2014, did not received statment time to time, sometimes they send me after due date also. I request them to reverse my late payment charges. They accept my request but just 50% late payment charges reverse. Till today i complain them on customer care department about statment received late by there courier companies. From last 2 month they send me we can send your negative report to CIBIL. I requested them to send me received sign report from courier. But they did not respond till today. They just send me monthly report with added more late payment charges. What should i do now ? my mobile number is [protected]

                                  Hi I got new Credit Card Titanium last year March 2014 after my old card expired, then after one week I have got one more credit card REGALIA last year March 2014, without I initiated, some personal banker called me and said it is new REGALIA card for and more rewards points on this, I asked any annual fee, he said no annual fee and life time free.Now 29-March-2015 Rs 5618 is showing for Renewal Charges.I have called customer care regarding this, every time getting one answer, this like fraud without customer aware and not informed.                                   Sir, please visit the nearest branch of HDFC Bank and submit the card (cut into 4 pieces) along with the letter detailing the entire case and names of the people involved. Please also take the acknowledgement from the bank. This is serious because if the bank shows the non-payment in its CIBIL reporting, you will find it difficult to borrow in future - most prospective lenders will not even bother to check the reasons behind the delay or non-payment. CIBIL score is very important and we should all work towards maintaining good score - atleast it should not be impacted due others' mistakes.                                       Dear sir, I borrowed a loan of rs 100000 on date 28/02/2008. and now i cleared my all dues with interest. now nothing is due against me. my loan ac no. is [protected]. so please remove my name from CIBIL. I have also attach my noc scanned copy provided from Rohtak Central Co-Operative Bank Ltd. Thanks
