      As I was raised a dispute to cibil and escalated then also i got the message syaing that the information was correct. In my CIBIL Report for one of the bank CC i was closed the account in 2007 and the same was confirmed by bank and sent me the letter but in the CIBIL report it was showing that the Card was active since 2013 with the DPD as 150, .Which was never been the case because the account got closed in 2007. Secondly Bank also replied to CIBIL saying that since 2007 september 17th onwards the account was invalidated then how come cibil report shows since 2013 with the DPD . Even in the CIBIL portal i am planning to escalate to level 2 tried around 100 times it was not get recorded /confirming message from CIBIl If the bank data is itself was not validated since 2007 then how come the CIBIL reported the data from 2013 with the DPD as 150 which should be cleared from CIBIL . I am planning to consult attorney as i am fedup with followup with these guys since 3 months . Gravience ID: GR[protected] Service Request Number :40974180 There is noway for me to escalate to second level on website even i tried 100 times it is not recording or providing any id

        This is regards to my credit score, as per CIBIL credit score its showing 577 and the due for SBI card around 319/- already settled and Barcalays card due was wrong and the same thing was settled in 2008. I am not sure what back ground checking is CIBIL is doing. The thing I was carrying the settlement letter from 2008 onward with me. SBI card pending also I was not sure the charges were accumulated there was SBI charging Rs 2/- for insurance and i am not aware for the same. Because of these two disputes my Home loan, car loan and some credit cards were rejected. Now i wanted to make it clear my credit score has to be upgraded, what is the procedure for the same.

            Loan rejected because of my car loan repayment some EMIs paid by me late.
            Some over due of my Credit Card.

            At demand of TATA officers some more documents which was also submit by me in a time and given a writing to paid my all outstanding with a TAT.
            But at last they reject my loan application.

              Though CIBIL is doing policing in credit information but it is one sided only. Without giving a fair opportunity to a creditor to explain in his defense CIBIL will take unanimous decision and penalize a creditor by lowering his credit points. It seems this is only formed to see the interest of the merchant house. I feel the organization is running on merchant money as such it is natural to take their side. But my query is under what law and rule CIBIL operates and whether any government order exists towards its formation and function.
              I possessed a SBI credit card which is not a part of SBI is doing illegal activities extracting forceful money from creditors in support of CIBIL. CIBIL depending on the SBI Credit Card only and has lowered my credit score and has defamed me such that I do not receive any other credit card or loan. Even if EMI exhausted SBI credit card will very cheaply show that credit amount still exists.
              SBI credit card customer care contacted me and I have asked for details of pending amount but till date they have not furnished. I want CIBIL to ignore SBI credit card complaint and update my score.

                  I have complaint to the cibil on 23/09/2015 but they have not clear my issue also today i have submitted the complain against phonix arc company which is a vasuli and dadagiri company but i dont understand why rbi not taken any action against this company and also cibil i think i have to go through tv media and news report if are not taken any action

                        I availed car loan from state bank of india, channu. The branch code is 03194.My loan account number is[protected]. I have applied for credit card in central of india. They are not considering my application just because of wrong cibil credit score.. Its showing rs 10000 over due in emis.
                        Note - i have already obtained the certificate of healthy& satisfactory account from the branch.
                        Kindly look into the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
                        My gross salary id arround rs 45000 per month.And i am file my income taxt return every year.

                          I am pramod kumar bandela recently pulled my CIBIL report with CONTROL NUMBER: 883, 274, 393 in that report AMEX express account [protected] no is showing outstanding amount of 1, 30, 147, But the amount has been cleared in january 2014 and cancelled, i received clean report from Bank .But how this same wrong information is displayed in the Cibil, Due to the false reports my loan application has been rejected.

                          I raised a dispute for the same But it was almost 60 days the dispute is in still pending state now one resolved the issue yet.

                          This false report is reducing my credit score completely .
                          Please resolve this situation ASAP .

                            Dear sir/madam this is very painful and disappointing fact. I took motor loan on my car from tata motor finance ltd and loan to be paid back in 5 years in 60 equated monthly installments. I had already paid all the 60 emis. After maturity, the branch is further demanding rs 30000/-. I had filed a case against the branch, but my cibil score is reduced by credit information bureau limited (cibil) 1) first i had paid full amount to tata motor finance ltd. So there is no dues on me. 2) secondly, still tata motor finance demanding more money, for which matter is pending in consumer court of faridabad. 3) still cibil has reduced my credit score and i am refused loan by many banks. So, action of cibil on behalf or itself is killing the process of justice and against the law. It is also defamation of the court of law. Either pay inflated bill to tata motor finance or face consequences. Such agencies i.E. Cibil are using means like jamindars. Pay to bank whatever amount it demands or your cibil score will be decreased. That means bank/financial institutions are always right.
                            Dear Mr Pandey,

                            Would advise you to keep all your payment receipts handy and also check your CIBIL report whether the payments were reported on timely basis. If there have been a delay in payment happened they might have had charged an extra fees. I would rather suggest you to appoint a credit counsellor who will guide you step by step and will also help you to resolve your case in court in a right manner. Would advise you to approach http://www.creditsudhaar.com/ and fill up the online form for the same.

                              How does CIBIL verifies the details given by its member are authentic. There has been hundreds and thousands of complaints against the banks of errors, fraud, miscommunication etc. and why does the ounce falls back on the end consumer. If an end consumer defaults on Loans his rating is lowered and the consumer when approaches a bank for new loans he is being denied a loan or either charged a higher rate of interest. Same way what is present in the system to check the banks. for every n number of mistakes by a bank it has to be penalised by it should provide loans to n number of customer whose credit score is less and also should be barred from funding high value loans for a minimum period of one year then only it will reflect in the bottom line and the banks will act accordingly. Why our country's Judicial system / political system is always trying to punish the common man. Why cannot the supreme court take up this issue on its own and issue proper directives which would actually protect the interest of common man instead of big fat banks. Also when CIBIL is introduced to penalise the defaulting consumers, what steps they have done to provide credit facility to those defaulting customers to fix their credit history. It is very sad that once India was a place for self esteem, respect and all personal disciplines and now no words to explain . . .

                                I am struggling for almost last one year to get my CIR issue resolved but CIBIL never paid any attention to that. They just sent me a false report and communicated that the issue has been resolved but when I compared the report sent by them in email and the latest report downloaded by me, I found a huge difference. This is becoming a practice of CIBIL. They blame members only. I raised dispute 40128342 in Oct 2014 and several after that on same issue but never had concrete resolution. I am suffering a lot and can not see any option other than suing CIBIL and member bank. Despite of paying money in full to member bank, they put the status as WRITTEN OFF and also making my installment as LSS. It has disturbed me mentally.

                                  This is to inform you that my name is Ankit Akhilesh Verma Working in Pune(Maharshtra).I have taken home loan from dhfl under number PUN/034955. I have an agreement with the builder that till possession is not done, he will pay emi. The builder has missed 4-5 installments(which he paid later) but my cibil score is impacted due to this.

                                  Builder has provided me with a letter stating that this was his fault and that my cibil should be normalized.DHFL has also provided me with accoutn statement that proves the same.

                                  I would request you to please normalize my cibil ASAP as this was a fault on builders side. I contacted DHFL but they told me that there is no way to achive that.
