I took a loan on 06/09/2001 of amount 88000/00 from Dena bank, tekari road branch, Gaya, the accountwas settled and closed on 15/04/13 and the bank issue me a no dues certificate on the same day andreturn all my documents . account was PMRY loan and settlement amount was 43000=00.if necessary iwill send a scan copy. BUT IN CIBIL THERE IS OUTSTANDING OF 3627=00 SHOWN.

    Dear concern, Very first, let me introduce me, myself Sukhbeer Singh, s/o Late Shree Brijpal Singh r/o House No. 52, Village & Post Kasna, Greater Noida, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. – 201307. According to your report dated 20.03.2015 time 10.56.27 bearing control no. 80.97.21.633, I found that there are lots of mistakes / wrong information linked with my CIBIL account. Above said report is linked with some others account named Sukhbeer Singh s/o Daya Singh, it seems that two persons one myself & second Mr. Sukhbeer Singh S/o Daya Singh has been linked by CIBIL in one single account. Out of total 07 accounts above listed two accounts belongs to Sukhbeer Singh s/o Daya Singh (unknown person/identity). Please find the details of this unknown person provide the full details pertaining to him like id proof submitted to bank and bank details of him and unmerge both accounts with corrections in CIBIL report. This report proves that some balance amount (Rs. 1, 54, , 296/-) is still pending unpaid which is not belongs to me, may be it belongs to another person named Mr. Sukhbeer Singh s/o Daya Singh. If CIBIL doesn’t agree with me than my deeply request you to please give me the full details of this unpaid loan amount of Rs. 154296/-, like Bank Name, Date of disbursal and disbursed account no. with full details of loan taker with ID proofs related to this account. I once again request you to please look into the matter and clear the issue because I’m in big trouble due to this minor/typo-mistake of CIBIL Data.       My Self Vinoth Kumar, Currently I don’t have any loan and credit card. Four months ago, I took the CIBIL report using my old PAN number for Housing loan purpose & the CIBIL report revealed that there were many loans and credit card associated with this PAN card. After I read the report completely, I came to know that PAN has been allocated to two persons( Myself & Other person living in Chennai). We both having the same name and same DOB. Again I tried to generate the CIBIL report using my passport and driving license number but I had received the same report and I believe the system is searching & generating the report based on Name & DOB. I had approached Income Tax Department to resolve this issue, they advised me to apply new PAN Card to avoid this issue. so I requested and they allocated new PAN Number Then, I have applied for fresh CIBIL report using my new PAN NO & they requested to submit KYC document. Even I have submitted KYC document, the CIBIL report blindly taken wrong report using only Name and DOB and sent. I am 100% sure that CIBIL report system takes report only using DOB and NAME and doesn’t consider any the other input identity such as PAN, Passport no, driving license no or voter id. I have approached various banks to get Home Loan & Because of the above issue, they have rejected my application. Below are the dispute id’s and escalations which are I raised on CIBIL in the 4 month. Dispute IDs: D[protected], D[protected], D[protected] Grievance Escalation level 1 (Online Grievance ID: GR[protected] Grievance Escalation level 2 (Online Grievance ID: GR[protected] Grievance Escalation level 3 (Online Grievance ID: GR[protected] Please any one help me to Resolve this.         Dear Sir Despite of my previous three complaints No (1) DIS[protected] dated 06/09/2013 (2) DIS[protected] dated 24/11/2013and (3)DIS[protected] dated 4/7/2014 regarding my CIBIL Credit Information for wrongly showing one a/c twice still unresolved. This not only lost your credibility but also reflect that how carelessly without proper verifying the data was publishing .As CIBIL data is an essential tool for any type of bank loan application process and without taking any responsibility your data can be affect any customer loan application process. complaints details : My Overdraft A/c No.[protected] actually transfer from Allahabad Bank Rourkela Branch (0388) to SRCM Branch (2154) Chennai.But in CIBIL Same A/c No mention twice under Rourkela Branch & SRCM Branch .

I have applied for loan in SBM-Hosapete, then the bank officials have checked (my account no-[protected] and PAN CARD-BNRPP2687R) in CIBIL, and they have told that you taken a loan for the amount 99100/- during[protected]. and you have paid upto 6-3-2004, now the balance is 31000/-. so you have to pay this account, then we will give loan. The fact is that, i din't have any acoount before 2008-09. and during that period i am studying 10th standard. So i want to know exactly where the loan amount came from, If there, to which account i have to pay, and which bank. Kindly please clarify my question.               I had applied for my Credit rating score online on 14th or 15th of February. I also made the payment online. I also received an SMS confirming my request and stating that I will receive the report in 7 business days. It is now more than 15 days via express delivery but have still not received my report. Please help.

                Iam T Senthil Kumar and my Pan No. CBBPS4056G, When i check the CIBIL report, The CIBIL data gives wrong information, I have applied and taken only one credit card from HDFC bank in the month of Feb 2015, Before that i havent applied for any loan and have not got any loan, The data provideds that i have 5 loans in which 4 closed and 1 active and more importantly the PAN no. shown as BYHPS6645F which is not my PAN no. Kindly correct the information and revert back soon as i am going to apply for a loan. Kindly do the needful

                  Dear Sir, I would like to file a complaint against SBI Bank but I don’t know the branch. One of the SBI branch has put me under CIBIL rating. I just want to know which branch had done so. Once i applied for SBI credit card but after submitting my all documents i refused to apply it due to bad feedback of it from my friend. While refusing it one manager(Santosh) of SBI threatened me to put my CIBIL Score down and perhaps he made it. Hence I would like to complain against him. I don’t know him or his bank branch name and I am not in position to connect to his mobile no. [protected] from which he called me. After applying HSBC credit card I knew that my CIBIL SCORE rating is down but according to me I always have paid my all credit card bill on time or before time. I don’t know how to complain against him and even I have no idea which bank has put me under CIBIL Rating. That’s why I am contacting you for getting the details and take action against him and his branch also.                     i am the vicitm of credit score less than 700 points. as i have taken lots of loan and had settled and all the dues, but no apprectition certificate has been received even thou it was of high interest and in the wrong loan name, now for simple credit card non payment i am facing low credit score. what is this all positive and negative is with the bank. we are the fools who are taking money with high interest rate, if you can see, check my all the details and tell whether it is to be done with me or not. and thou credit card people are not good for people they speak very rude language and come to home and talk nonsense, is it very good score of the bank to recover money from the borrower, and if we fail and given the money to the collection agent, then they even dont give the receipt, as tell they fail to bring. if CIBIL is for the Banks then we the borrowers should have one institution for the grievance. which should also be regulated by RBI bank, and the bank score should be depend on the public the borrower.. earlier people use to get default by the bank as the bank recovery agent make them default at that time no CIBIL with recovery agent, as 50: 50 percent basis the account has been settled, and the recover amount use to deposited in bank as borrower is below poverty line. earilier nothing like this was their and bank use to give money as and when they required not the borrower, now we the borrower required the money then CIBIL certificate is necessary.what is going on.

                      i satish kumar is now the victim of CIBIL, as i had purchase a mobile phone on Bajaj Finance EMI Card till the purchase no problem for the card and general formalities has been completed and i had taken the phone and back home. after 2 days i am getting email from Bajaj Finance as : : With reference to your mail, we wish to inform you that your EMI card xxxxxxxxxx2128 has been temporary blocked due to low CIBIL score in line with our credit policy We wish to inform you that your EMI card has been temporary suspended due to “Low CIBIL Score of less than 700 points”. We request you to share your latest CIBIL score/REPORT details which will help us validate our records and unblock your EMI card incase you meet the above CIBIL score required criteria. Kindly provide us your currently updated CIBIL score.We request you kindly visit CIBIL website www.cibil.com and confirm the same. as i have a ICICI bank credit card and it outstanding dues has been deducted from my own account without my knowledge has made lien and told this is for your credit card payment i[censored] make the payment before 7th of this month then this lien will be cleared and the balance will be transferred to my account and also written if not on 9th it will automatically get transferred to credit card outstanding. so if i have to make payment then let it get cleared. to save the some money from bank i contacted them for stop taking money from account, as i am in need for the same, but they told (the customer care) told you have to talk to the concerned dept., as communicated they told no other option other then payment. for this lot of communication was done with the bank no proper responce from the bank. here every plus and minus is with the bank and the person the borrower has to face the consequence. if not paid interest, then the collection person will come home make call and use unlawful languages, as to recover the money. to complete the target of recovery. as a recovery agent they do what they want, but we people who use the money know the condition of the family. they have the freedom to speak unnecessary languages with family members. i[censored] were their how will u react. it is the main think.. now also they had send some amount in my name for the outstanding. what that now has to be clearfy with the bank after the deduction also bill is pending. and now other problem is cibil, which is made by the bank, for the bank and for the use of bank. we the borrower are same as it was. i want with is cibil who is cibil and for what is cibil, is this for borrower or for bank. if it is for bank then why should i pay and take the score card and send the same. it is their resposibility to look after the borrower. i have no concerned with the CIBIL.

                        Team,

                        I was having 1 car-loan with SBI /1 personal loan with Standard Chartered Bank/ 1 credit card with Standard Chartered Bank.
                        All three I have closed and there where late payment done due to medical emergencies to the close ones.

                        SBI loan I closed completely, they didn't try to help me. Standard Chartered gave me a settlement offer and gave me information it will not
                        effect mine CIBIL records and all the details will be updated appropriately. I am in need of money for again a medical reason and when I approached a
                        bank for a loan, post my CIBIL verification they informed me there are few notes mentioned as I am a defaulter and score is above 700, still they are

                                    I have requested for my cibil score and i recieved it within time with score of 638 at the same time my bank manager applied my cibil and its score was 593. Just because of 7 points less my loan has been rejected. I called to cibil call centre and i told my problem your agents are saying consumer cibil version is 1 and for bank its 2 so thats why its showing diffrence in both. If this thing is right then what the logic to pay personelly to you it should be same and if you are not giving pefect solution just refund my money else i will go for consumer court.                                     if you are very angry then don, t read further. if you are cool then listen to me -- a low CIBIL score happens because the repayment record is not great. What is there to take a moral high ground when your repayment has not been prompt. It is like a thief reporting that there are not enough things to steal.

                                    I am not telling them to increase my score i am not aggreed with consumer cibil score and bank cibil score.
                                    They should be same otherwise whats the logic to apply personally cibil Score and it should be same in both side.
                                    And if you are not understand Dont reply and dint give such nonsence reply.
                                    Look a CIBIL score is not static and changes with every repayment. For example if your DPD is 45 days after the last score report taken then automatically it gets updated.

                                    The most important point is that you seem to take things personally. Please dont do that. Your own statement makes it clear that you were upset because the loan was rejected. Now dont make it look like you are a crusader for everyone's rights about CIBIL. The fact is as clear as the sky above your head that you are making noise because you did not get the loan. Stop the grandstanding and dont keep fighting with everyone. Learn to be a good citizen of the country.

                                    Mr Ashwin, do you think CIBIL is basing its score on your approval. Please repay your loan properly and then see your score moving up. Not repaying loans on time and expecting others to praise you is plain audacity. Ar, ent you ashamed of yourself
