Dear Sir, I had applied for Education Loan for my son it is noticed in the cibil report No.[protected] and customer id No. 408479 and also BS000190 it is stated that i am a guarantor for Business loan priority sector others and loan amount is rupees 4 lakhs and disbursement date[protected] and current outstanding is rupees 3, 76, 013/- where as no account number or the loan availed from the which bank is not available in the cibil report and also the name of the borrower is not found. It is therefore requested to kindly look-in to this matter and kindly replay/mail the details to enable me to avail Education Loan for my son.     I have loan settles in 2016. I have no dues from bank. i corrected that by filing a dispute from official websit of cibil but now it is still showing active in my credit report. which is so unfair that i can not move forward with any of the loan

      Fraud done by the cholamandalam investment & finance company

      Respected Sir/ Madam I Mr Mangilal Mehta have been applied for a loan in the Cholamandalam Investment and Finance company. I still got my loan. I had a word with the agent from whom I have done the loan procedure. Sir/ Madam without my notice 2 ECS Has already been send in my Bank account. This is a big fraud done by the bank and the Cholamandalam Investment and Finance company. I request u to take strict and quick action on my compalint....

      On 22 Nov when I attempted to pay for a family lunch, I was shocked to be told that my card was declined. Luckily I had cash on me. I called the credit card call center and was advised that on 17 Nov 2014 Citi bank closed my credit card account for not submitting my Address proof. On subsequent contacts over the period of a week, they confirmed that they do not have any evidence on the system that a letter was sent to me. They however refused to reactivate the account until I submitted the KYC doc. While I am aware of the importance of KYC and respect the Bank's regulatory requirements, however they should have reactivated the card when they knew no letter was sent to me and then given me sufficient time to submit the docs. Due to this experience, I have asked Citi for discontinuation of relationship and requested for a representative to contact me to discuss settlement. I do not know how Citi proposes to deal with this request of mine but am concerned that they may try to destroy my impeccable CIBIL scores and I have never defaulted on any of my credit cards / personal loans till date. PLEASE advise / guide me to ensure my CIBIL rating remains unaffected. Regards Mir Zulfiqar Ali

        Dear CIBIL, I had lone from ICICI bank, due to my job loss in Dec 2008 i can't able to pay, then i go for the settlement with ICICI bank, the i paid 106000 with 5 instalment, but now they come and say that, what i have paid received as a EMI, not a loan settlement amount, the manager personal loan Mr Rajagopalan Vijayaragavan, [protected], he gave me the settlement latter that i have attached here. i not received NOC from the ICICI bank. now am keep on getting call from ICICI bank with number [protected], kindly help me in that.           Got a wrong call from[protected]dec-2014). When replied that you are contacting a wrong person, replied harshly asking me to change my number. This is very bad, calling in office hours(Multiple times) and replying honestly to them, that I am not the person you are calling, replied harshly. When return called multiple time saying not to disturb. They behaved very bad. For confirmation they can check with their calling recording system, the lady replied is very bad... Please take action...

            Sept 22 2014 someone has taken a home loan in bangalore through ICICI bank and that got reflected in my CIBIL score, I am from Hyderabad holding ICICI account. My car loan got rejected because of this...I am really annoyed with this whole process. My Control Number[protected]. I already complained to ICICI bank and I have no clue when all this going to get resolved. I really people to know about all this and be aware so that people should not suffer like me

              HI Sir, I found that some unwanted Loans have been added to my account 1.SBI gold loan 300000/- 2.Karur Vysya 400000/- 3. Sundaram Fin 500000/- When I tried to apply loan for an emergency I was informed from bank that eligible amount is exceeded. Then Later I paid 470 to get report from CIBIL and found fake Loans were added to my account I want CIBIL to take action and Please remove these fake Loans I am in an emergency and In need of money but banks are not providing me loan because of your report. Your report is affecting my personal life, Please fix this by this week Also I could see several hundreds of complaint like this in websites. I want CIBIL to have some standard so that everyone rely on this report. If it is a fake and error then the need for CIBIL is not necessary. Note:-

                  My Name is Naresh Kumar Sharma and i have to inform you that I availed the personal lone from HDFC Bank at the time of process I have signature the ECS form for auto debit the EMI's from my yes bank. But from starting to till August-14 ECS is not processed every time EMI was debited and credit back to my account due to ECS issue, same I have informed to HDFC and Yes bank, Yes bank informed me that the HDFC is not provided the ECS form to us due to this amount is not debiting and same i have informed to HDFC bank. But suddenly from September-14 ECS is started automatically, So please tell me is that my fault that the HDFC Bank is not submit the ECS form to yes bank.. And why should i face the problem and negative impression in my Cibil history. Request you to please look into the issue and provide the solution for the same. i have already put the complaint in hdfc bank and my complaint no is BELR[protected]. i request you to pls remove all bounceing from my cibil account .

Road, Bhopal, 462023, Pan No. AEGPD4904A, was closed on 24/07/2008. Sir, as on dt. 04/11/2014 this balance CC Loan Rs.4.00 lacs is shown open in your CIBIL Report as informed by the bank. BOI Sachivalaya Branch, .P. Nagar, Bhopal has sent you a mail for the updation of the CIBIL Report mentioning Nil balance.                       First of all I am really upset because of CBIL I do not have any other loan except my personal Loan of 3.3 Lakh which I took 4 months ago(properly paid emi) But when I tried to apply another personal loan it says I have Auto Loan for 5.0 Lakh (I dont know where it came from) really annoying. When I contacted the bank they asked me to check cibil score Then I paid 470/- Rs to get detailed report But the worst part is what is the Authentication? (I really dont know what questions you are asking-- you are saying lenders, Agriculture, bla bla ) I am forced to pay 470 Rs to this Stupid process and stupid questions I am really angry After paying amount they asked some unwanted questions which I dont knopw then it says Authenticatin failed and asking me to upload verification documents Really really annoying - Please save other people from this ROBBERS -->CBIL

                      I found that error is in CIBIL report
                      Fake loan has been added to my name (adding the attachment for reference)
                      I could see that email address and date of birth is also wrong

                      Then what is the need for CIBIL -- please explain what is your role here and I don't understand the reason these uneducated bank managers wants to confirm with CIBIL record

                      What if the CIBIL is a false record database?

                      Paying 470/- INR is not a big deal for me, During emergency when I try to take loan I was denied, At this crucial time this CIBIL (virus) is playing a big role


                      To CIBIL:


                      Option1:
                      Make each and every information you receive is correct and double check before loading to database


                      Option2:
                      Just close CIBIL and go home (don't provide false information and play with other people emergency time)

I have requested CIBIL team to provide my CIBIL report, as per request CIBIL report has been sent to my email Id - [protected]@gmail.com on 10/24/2014. I have gone through the report and found that all the below mentioned details are incorrect. 1. Address 1 : A-BLOCK VIVEKANANDA EXT VEMAGAL KARNATAKA-560050 - the mentioned area pin code is incorrect. 2.                               I purchased my credit history report from cibil on 9 Sep which was totally wrong. Even my personal details were also not correct. I contacted cibil and told what is wrong and what needs correction, but they replied that they need all details from me otherwise they will not correct it. After multiple follow-ups with them I got response that reports are being correct and it will be sent to me within 1 or 2 days. Every time when I call them, they give the same answer. It had been around 1.5 months now but I have still not get the correct report. I needed the funds urgently and I am too much frustrated because of these silly error made by cibil. They will not take any responsibility of my losses. I am getting stressed because of the, so writing to you. I hope you will help me to resolve the issue. They said that banks have provided the wrong information, but when I contacted some of the banks listed on my cibil report the refused to have any relationship with me. Those Banks does not have any of my information. So how they can provide wrong information to cibil. I am totally frustrated now and it is a mental harassment to me.                                   This is the worst and disgusting customer service I have ever seen.

                                  I have made an on-line payment on 03 Oct 2014 to get my CIBIL report and still I haven't received the same.

                                  I have called up your customer service number 4 times and no satisfactory updates and only false commitments are given.
                                  Your team claims that they already sent the CIBIL report to my email id on [03 Oct 2014 and 08 Oct 2014] but I have not got it. I have checked in INBOX + SPAM + JUNK folders of my email account.

                                  I am very much computer and internet literal person to not to miss your email if that comes to my mailbox.

                                  Every time I call up the customer support number they say that they process the request within 3 days which is not all fair. When I asked the customer support executive to transfer the call to his senior then he (Vijay) abruptly disconnected the call.

                                  If I don't get CIBIL report on my email id today then I am going to file a legal case against CIBIL for FALSE COMMITMENT and FRAUD.

                                  I can provide the recordings of the calls that I had with CIBIL report customer care to prove how un-professional are they in terms understanding customer needs. If they have no answers they prefer to abruptly disconnect the calls.

                                  Very disgusting customer service. CIBIL has engaged itself into false commitments to customer along with fraud intentions.

                                  I give an ultimatum till this evening (end of day 10 Oct 2014) to send me my CIBIL report at [protected]@gmail.com otherwise I will raise a legal complaint against the same.

                                    I had cleared my dues with Barclays Bank cr. card via Kotak Bank as they have apparently taken over the same back in April 2013 although it was totally not my fault & I had literally been cheated by the bank in question who later closed down without any information to its customers. I took a credit card in 2007-08>got lesser than the cr. limit promised> Made a Rs.220 purchase>did not get a statement for two months> later gt one with interest amount & LPC amounting to more than Rs.1500> I refused to pay extra> Asked them how to make a payment as Barclays branch was not there in Chandigarh> No Reply>I Contact them in 2009 for the same> Customer Care rep says that escalation team will back > NO Reply> matter remained unresolved>one year later i get a statement with Rs.7500(approx). Last year april 2013 i cleared my a/c dues with a full & final settlement amount of Rs.1500. Have a clearance letter and receipt for the same. My name still appears in CIBIL and I have been refused a loan by several banks. Request you to please remove the same as soon as possible as I have already faced a lot of harassment by Barclays.
