I had taken a subscription from creditmantri to resolve my Negative account in cibil. They updated status as closed of that particular account on their portal but still not updated with cibil. I am trying to connect them for this query but there is no option to connect with creditmantri. There is no customer care number available, there is no email id mention anywhere on portal, there is option of need help but it is just for name sake, it is not working properly. So I am very much frustrated as I am not able to connect with creditmantri for my query resolution.

    Took money from peoples for subscription

    Hi, some one lady call me to speak increase your credit score and get for you loan..I ask them to get details..She told me to pay 589 rs for 1 year subscription..So many times call me to pay..I pay for them..Her name is maheswari..I don't know her name was true or not..Her number is [protected]..Also i get so many calls for her side so many numbers..She told me to apply loan for get me to 2 days..Once I pay 589 rs after never pick my call...

    Its been more than 2 weeks I have paid for resolution for my negative account but still there is no any response till date, its not good at all that though you get the payment, not taking any action about my negative account, only getting reply thru SMS that your outstanding amount on SBI Credit Card will be revised in 3 days, pay now to avoid additional interest.

    Please do the needfull.

      I am having a negative account.. By knowing that credit mantri executive called me and said to resolve that they help after spoke them i said now i no need your services later if i need i will call myself.. But they keep calling me still every time i block the number they calling again and again from new number.. At one stage even the bank is better who gave me loan when compared to this # credit mantri.. What the hell with wrong this company all they need ti beg 999 plus GST from me as a subscription charge.. Any person from credit mantri i[censored] see this message please tell ur executives dont call again and again its so frustrated with ur #ty people.. For your reference my number you are calling and irritating me is [protected]... Hell with this garbage services companies..

        Credit Mantri took money 1700 month ago but not giving any services, their executive said they are providing solution to the car loan product, they are not refunding money, their phone is not connecting and email is bouncing back. I am going to court against them please join me all the victim so case will become strong. mail me [protected]@hotmail.com...

          My cibil report is ok. But they have taken 999 from me to increase my cibil score further and they have told me that there is a negative account of loan from fullerton india which ha about 13000 rs. Balance to be paid.
          This was misleading information as this loan was already repaid by me before 2010.
          Also actual cibil report was also not showing any balance.
          Now they (creditmantri) are sending me messages and mails.
          This is very annoying.

                      I have taken subscription to clear issue of my axis bank credit card issue... i paid amount before 6 months.. but till they have not provide any services.
                      i paid total amount of above credit card but axis bank not given NOC and showing in my CIBIL report as Negative account.

                      Hence i requesting you please remove negative account from my CIBIL report and issue NOC for above said credit card

                        This is to bring your notice that on daily basis, I'm getting calls from CreditMantri and they are saying that I'm a defaulter for HDF Credit Card Payment from 2008, Which is completely wrong.

                        They are mentioning that in 2008 I was using one HDFC credit card and the payment was due. Which is not true. In 2008 I don't have a credit card & I was not using the present Mobile number. I was asking them to provide my full details. They are not able to provide my full name and they are not able to provide the transaction details as well. Without having the proper information on a daily basis they are harassing me with their calls and they are quoting me as a Defaulter.

                        I would like to take this complaint and take necessary action against them.

                                I have done the payment of 1170/- rs for resolving the negative account. Now again and again I’m getting call from Credit mantri team to do the payment of 570/- rs for credit report. 1.This is ridiculous.
                                2.You guys should have update me before then I would have not taken the plan. This is really waste of time.
                                3.There is no contact number on google to connect with you and your team.No response on email as well.
                                4. Worst service.
                                5. Had bad experience.
                                6. If I will not get any response or update from your team. I will update everything on twitter.
                                7. This is cheap tactic of getting more money from customers. Yes, you read it right.
                                No solution on the service wht I have taken, you guys are pushing me for new plan.

                                  Company made fraud promises wirh me. If ill take them subscription for my 3 cards resolution then they will gave me few benefits like; 4 card resolution, credit health report, and I will get 50% discount on my cards to make the deu payment of my card. But now they are denied all things.

                                  Ill request you to please help me to resolve my if i will make full payment then why should i waste my money to take them subscription.br...
