Dear sir,
credit mantri company is living in some other world.Their credit score and report is totally wrong and my understanding is that credit mantri bussiness s to create less score credit report and score than they insist for to make payment and than they will correct the score.In my score you can see cibil, transunion my credit score is 725, their score is totally different 525 and incorrect.

I am continuously getting calls from Credit Mantri regarding my 1 negative account they are saying pay our nominal fees and we will clear all your cibil and all closed accounts will be removed within 24 hours. I Have that recording. After making payment they even don't listen what we are saying. As their commitment now 3 to 4 passed they did not update and no call regarding any update. They even don have call center numbers. where should we call. I want them to resolve the issues as committed or refund my amount with compensation for making fake commitment and harassment of calls before subscription.

I had made payment for settling 3 accounts that Credit Mantri highlighted. Since I made payment in Aur-Sep 2020, I haven't heard from the Credit Mantri Team. I received a few emails that Credit Mantri is following up with the Citibank team and will notify me shortly. Now its been over 1.5 years and I still haven't gotten my issues resolved.

I dont want any one to send mail on behalf and i dont want them deal the with my account details. Please code and delete CreditMantri account.

Please stop your call. If needed I will contact you I am getting irritating from your side. I am getting so many calls. I don't want your service. It's the last warning. I get a call from you again. I will file RBI a complaint. I don't want any call from you. You have irretate me too much....

Dear sir/madam - henceforth please stop sending sms or any messages on my given mobile number [[protected]]. As I am jobless and don't want any loans in further also, daily I am receiving 2 to 3 messages really your messages irritating me in this situation and you are wasting your valuable time by sending frequent messages if I don't want to mean receiving N number of messages also useless right then why your team sending messages like this...

Before few days, I got a call from your side and they asking for subscribing you for improving my credit score. After thinking about it, I subscribe to Service for removing bad impact from my Cibil score but the agent don’t tell me that I need to subscribe anything else for improving my Cibil score.
I paid 1179 and after that I am continuously getting calls from your company, asking me to subscribe their credit report and saying it’s mandatory. If something is mandatory, then it have to be out to the customer and starting so the customer will think about it and then subscribe all the services that is mandatory. I just need a resolution. Please remove the impact of bad account from my Cibil score and if it is not possible without subscribing that report then please refund my Rs.1179 as soon as possible and cancel the service immediately. If I continuously keep getting these calls, then I will file a case against you in consumer forum. I hope you understand my situation.

I did my 2 wheeler loan on 16th August 2022 amount of 76000 single payment, the credit mantri cheated 30-45 days saying that today the date was not correct even till 14-11-22 and based on voice record i will legal action on 18 November 22 . I regularly massages mails calls all conversations trying but there is no response from anyone.

My l&t account close resolve

Since 2010, I've been getting calls from CreditMantri.com. Like a fool, I got up during their sales pitch and subscribed to resolve a credit-related issue that I had already resolved with all the relevant banks, but CreditMantri gave me the impression that they would do so by removing the negative score. However, I later realised that CreditMantri is just another agency that is acting like goons and recovering even the SETTLLED Accounts by taking a subscription fee. My banks told me they have no involvement with CreditMantri for recovering SETTLED accounts after I contacted them about it. But even when I refuse their services, they continue to phone, send emails, and text me; they have been bothering me for 11 years.

I have my icici credit card issue, which i thought to get in touch with credit mantri seeking settlement emi payment every month as i couldnt pay it at once, so on 6th july i got in touch with credit mantri on their app, i paid 1199, to get my issue resolved its been 3 months they have not provided any kind of help and took my money, after sending them so many emails about the update, they sent me email saying we have resolve the issue and you have to pay it at once, which i am going to do, if could pay it at once why would i ask for help, they took my money and didnt resolve my issue, last month a lady called me after registering complaint saying i will do something and get in touch in 10 days, its been again 1month and no response yet, i dont anything now i want my money back. its so stressing dealing with them as they dont have any number or chat team, They are scammers, taking hard earn money and not doing anything on their part. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
