Hi all, I paid all dues then I have taken subscription from creditmantri to fallow up the lender for the closure update to the cibil.

How pathetic is that for a privacy breach on my records. They do mentioned details of my accounts and claim we can do anything? Guys you had so much of promises while the subscription period and once its done, i think i started making payments and when i resolved my hdfc account, and the other one is still pending, i tried finding you helpline number from your website and from various sites but neither i got a call from you nor email in last one year, for me i its a lesson that i have learnt trusting you blindley, try to reslove...

Since i have done credit mantri checks. The creditmantri is continuosly asking me to use there service forcibil clear.
Since i have denied to trust there offers. Now they are sharing these details with kotak, sbi credit card agents to make force and harrasing customers to make payment ofaccounts which are 20years old.

They are serving as collection agents of bankers....

I am simply annoyed with daily calls and emails from creditmantri and plus i am demaging my creditscore with the enqueiry done on month on month basis by creditmantri monthly cibil score update which i just realized it yesterday. I tried to delete and deactivate my account with creditmantri but there are no options available to deactivate my account with creditmantri. I dont want to continue using creditmantri. Please do not opt for any of the service from credit mantri. Due to some communication gap my cc was not closed the due amount went to 6000/-. Further as it came to my notice i settled account for inr 4000/-. Later on after 2 year or so the creditmantri representative kept following-up and saying this cc account is impacting my credit score so to be sure i connect with cc bank and asked for amount to mark status as closed so bank asked to...

Dear sir,
I remitted rs. 820/- on 17.04.19 thru online as sbi cards settlement after your repeated numerous calls.
I kept this sum of rs 820/- for some of my urgent needs, but had given to you, only to keep me credit healthy believing your statements.
I already had talks with sbi cards people for an earliest settlement fixed as 140000/- last year on which i already paid 80000/- last year, and the balance was 60000/-....

One day i got a call from credit mantri regarding my negative accounts reflecting in my cibil score where they can help in resolving those kind of issues. I denied first later they started following me up and daily they used to call me 5 to 10 times a day to pay the amount to start the service. After the payment nothing has been moved and its been more than 2 months now still the status of services remains same and even there is no update...

I already settled one amount of inr 16489 to citi bank, but credit mantri unable to get the confirmation and improve the score till date.
