Hi, i have paid 5000 rs to credit mantri to resolve my credit report. They said they willl help me to get the best amount for repay my existing loans. They will speak to lenders and help me to repay the outstanding in monthly EMI. Its been more than 45 days still no reply. I want my money back.

    During the "Covid-19" Lock Down they Very much Eager to collect the find to close account which Credit card dues.

    After paying in DEC 2021 no response from the company support desk or we don't have proper account relations manager who can resolve customer queries.

    The website doesn't have proper communication details with support desk. to talk and resolve the customer complaints.

    my CC SBI Account payment transection done on 13 Dec 2021 and but till date Credit Mantri shows unpaid.

      I have not paid my credit card bill due to financial issues. As bill was increasing every month, i thought i will connect with credit mantri to get best repayment option. i paid 1199 to credit mantri via app to resolve my problem, its been almost 2 months and yesterday i received an email from credit mantri stating i would have to pay entire amount which is not possible. I Have been emailing and trying to reach via need help option. They are copy pasting things again and again. Its frustrating because they just play via email, they dont have any customer service number to reach, They took my money and not been of any help.

        Negative Accounts For RBL Bank To Resolve

        Dear Sir,

        I took two subscription to resolve negative accounts for SBI and RBL Bank.

        Where SBI it got resolved and updated only in equifax and not updated in other bureus like Transunion, Experian as its been more than 6 months and company members promised they will update on all bureus.

        Where RBL negative account, i did not got resolved as it is been more than 90 days.

          Fraud and misuse of data

          On 18th July I took the plan of 999/- to reduce my stress towards the home credit and then got a call from the CREDIT MANTRI team that they would coordinate with the HOME CREDIT but its almost 1 month nobody is taking care of and even no update from them still I am getting harassment from HOME CREDIT then please let me know why Credit Mantri take this charge if they are not capable of taking any action on my service...

          Please stop calling

          Hello Team, I do not need any service from CreditMantri, I have settled my credit card already.

          Stop calling and harassing me, I am requesting.

          I have already requested so many telly callers to help me to stop calling or remove my number, but I get repeated automated voice calls.

          Please please stop and stop threatening me harassing me....

          Hello,

          This is Sirajuddin SN from chennai who got the request from creditmantri executive (Parvathi R) stating your CIBIL is getting impact due to 1 HDFC Credit Card settlement in past and you to clear the balance amount which will be discounted 10% on the total outstanding of the settlement card and balance amount will be converted into your convenient EMI's and to resolve this you need to subscribe creditmantri. Based on her words I subscribed and waited for the best offer from your end.

          Today Morning i am getting one shocking email asking for payment EMI option mentioning the total outstanding of the HDFC Credit Card amount, i am completely shocked the reply given the call by executor when i was saying the above information that credit card, we never provide the 10% discount and you need to pay all the amount into EMI which is completely not acceptable.

          I already know the outstanding balance of HDFC Credit Card and they are also ready to convert this to EMI to resolve it from the bank side itself. Why do I have to come to creditmantri? based on the information that is given by Parvathi I subscribe and wait for the best resolution. This is completely a trap instead of getting the customer to subscribe to you people telling the fake information and asking customers to pay the subscription and giving surprises after paying the money.

          Before I take this to grievance or consumer court, I need this to be resolved as said by Parvathi R, I need my HDFC credit card to be discounted 10% on the total outstanding and convert the rest of the amount into EMI. I do not have much time also to resolve this issue, hence request you to immediately take the action and do in favor of me.

          CUSTOMER SERVICE IS COMPLETELY NONSENSE THE WAY THEY RESPONSE IT CLEARLY SHOWS THEY ARE NOT HAVING ANY TRAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS TO HANDLY CUSTOMERS VERY UN PROFESSIONAL.

              Hi Guys, let me tell you about creditmantri.com they are called me for negative impact resolution i've paid for 3 account resolution .after paid again repetally call me demand me again 499 +18% subscription for approval.
              They didn;t talk before this subscription is required for procedure.Once i regrate to pay 499 RS extra charge call ended from their end.
              No even call back .creditmantri.com is doing scaming

                Hi,

                I have subscribed to creditmantri in 20th July 2022 to solve the negative impact of SBI Credit Card and to improve my cibil score too.

                Before they said it is just 999+gst and it is 1199 rupees only no need to pay extra once you pay that amount you will get all the details and we will start contacting your lender to solve the issue, after the payment I received call from creditmantri and she said you to pay 999more to get your solved, then I asked why didn't you said this before? then she said this company policy sir you need to pay 999 more otherwise you case will be in pending stage then after some discussion she offered me an offer with discount which is 589 rupees.

                So I paid that amount and they said you issue will get solved and you will get l the details with the customer care number mentioned in it.

                But I received only invoice of that except that nothing I have received and now I have nothing in my hands to approach them except waiting.

                So please beware of this before paying to such people.

                This is my second complain and for 1st the didn't responded so I am writing this again.

                excepting reply from my creditmantri and the status of my case as well.

                Please Don't say that still lender didn't responded waiting for them to respond.

                its almost 15days since I subscribed to you.

                  Hi,

                  I have an issue with my cibil score then they approached me and asked me to subscribe to credit mantri by paying some money and they will solve my issues and help me to improve cibil score. Before paying the money I asked them you don't even have your customer care number to contact how could I trust you. He said once you take the subscription they will send all the docs which contain their customer care number as well but after the payment somebody called me asked me to pay more then only your issue will get solved otherwise it will be in pending state.

                  Then I asked her why didn't you tell me this before after paying 1199 you are asking me again to pay more 999. so after a big discussion I paid that amount coz I have already paid 1199 to solve my issue then they sent 2 invoices and later I have received one mail stating that they started contacting my lender.

                  Still no response from their end and there is no way to approach them till they wanted to.

                  But after losing my money waited for around 10days then I am posting this.

                  Please don't trust these sites. Don't loose your hard earned money like me.

                    I have never taken a loan from Hdfc on a two wheeler, and yet Credit Mantri keeps sending messages to me about the loan.

                    STOP SENDING MESSAGES!! Calls etc

                    I am a student who has never taken out a loan?? Please stop scamming people. This has gone for a long while....

                        Creditmantri report shows that i have account with negative impact which no. is 28036251 with IDFC first bank. I already talked with bank and deposit the outstanding amount but still it not had been updated yet. creditmantri executive told me that it will only update from our side you cannot do it on your own and ask me to buy plan for this after that they will update it.
                        this negative account created by creditmantri, 28036251 is flipkart pay later account how can be someone having outstanding in paylater account.
                        They just have to grab money from the customer, no matter how. For this, they will put a negative account on their own. no matter how old account is?

                            They have taken from me around 1000/- to clear my 'so called' negative account. And then gave me wrong information about my pending ballance at fullorton india which is totally wrong as i had already paid fullorton full loan 10 years back. Also I have checked my cibil in which also it is showing zero balance.
                            Many fianancial institutions and national banks also gave me loans during this period and none of them told me about this ' so called ' negative account.
                            So these credit mantri gyes are cheating people like us.

                              This is the second time i am complaining about Credit Mantri.
                              I would like to bring your kind attention that i have made payment of 14, 030/- towards the Credit Card no. [protected] on dated 06 April 2022, via net banking to Credit Mantri from my Bank of India account, transaction detail Ref. no. StuBP[protected]/SBI Card.
                              My humble request to send me receipt for my 14, 030/- payment. I have to show income tax dept.
                              Despite making the payment, my account with CIBIL, PAISA BAZAR & CREDIT MANTRI my credit score is still showing one negative account is pending for above mentioned credit card. They have not changed in their system and improved my credit score .

                              Kindly inform the Credit Rating Agencies to do the necessary correction, remove the pending action towards the card payment due in their system. As the matter is already resolved and Closed. So that my credit score will get improve.

                                I had taken a subscription from creditmantri to resolve my Negative account in cibil. They updated status as closed of that particular account on their portal but still not updated with cibil. I am trying to connect them for this query but there is no option to connect with creditmantri. There is no customer care number available, there is no email id mention anywhere on portal, there is option of need help but it is just for name sake, it is not working properly. So I am very much frustrated as I am not able to connect with creditmantri for my query resolution.
