Spend 2year warrenty period without any permanent solution of fan sound. Paid service 11/5/21, same problem.

Motar is not working

I wish to bring ur kind attention towards the fact that I have bought a new 0.5 hp water motor o[censored]r company but it iz not working right from the beginning so I registered a completely at ur customer care bearing request no:CGPISL[protected] and the customer care informed me that an engineer will visit ur house within 24 hours but unfortunately no one neither visited not contacted me ...so I request ur good self plz look after my complaint...

Have registered a complaint on[protected] but no body called me back but I have received a message of vendor details when I called him the number is switched off till today again when I spoke to the Call centre guys everytime they are telling that will escalate to higher officals even that was also not happened, kindly resolve on priority.

Sir please send your service man to chek the new purchased pump instalation. since 2 month i am requesting to you, i have register complaint but still no reply received from your side. i am fade up by all this things, please due the needful.

I am buying crompton SWJ MOTOR PUMP last 1 year .I know this product is very good and service also helpful.But yesterday i call service centre and complain PUMP working but very noise and water not going for tank.customer service executive taken my complain and service request number [protected]/01.Today 6pm baruipur service centre executive call me firstly misbehaviour voice no polite no manner whatabout talking to customer.he said you have warranty or not warranty.second give me bill for his whats app. And MOTOR serial number or blugg ...I said if you come to my house and check whats a problem MOTOR PUMP. Thirdly he said give you money for my service charge in my account then i decide.This is way for your service center executive bad behaviour also said you complain anywhere go he'll it.If you problem solved obviously customer will pay.Brand company first better service.i also working brand company.pls look this matter urgently...

This ### pump can't fill my 500 ml tank... don't hve flow in supply

I purchased water motor from Taneja paints and hardware store at 198/1, ramesh market, near sapna cinema crossing, east of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 on 16th April, 2021 7:12 pm. While installing the motor it did not start due to some technical fault and electrician said that it is defected. Product serial number is CGDMB10DX, UCAR 100767. I am very upset because I purchased this motor for Rs. 9384 and it is a waste product now. So I want to get it exchanged as soon as possible.

No operating and power over load

Official complaint no.[protected]/01, engineer came and confirmed that product is defective, after that he waited for 20 mins at home just for the sake of his seniors confirmation. When i objected, he want and made a concall, to my surprise, senior did not bother to oppoligies about the product or the delay caused by him. Now they have cancelled my complaint even without addressing it completely.
Not satisfy with product nor with pathetic services. I need immediate replacement of FAN.

There is issue in my Crompton submersible water pump (in warranty) it not working I have complaint on your costumer service number but there is no answer from they only say we will there for you in 24 to 48 hours and that's it we are suffering it from 5 days but no answer from your costumer service please help me in the resemblance in it

I purchased three exhaust fans in the month of April 2018 and now one fan has stopped working.

We installed a new water motor on 22 March but the machine has broken down.

New CG pump purchased on 01/04/21.
No water suction and delivery working.
Brought on emergency basis.
Please replace pump or make it working as early as possible.
As usual before also not good service.
