Dear Team,

We had purchased Crompton bathroom Exhaust Fan during last year in May/June 2020 considering good reputation of the Company and our previous experience with the Products of the Company.
But this time results were not as expected. This fan fan stopped working in Dec 2020. We were told by electrician that its motor is not working. In my view it should be under warranty as were told that it has 2 years warranty.

I want to complain regarding the model number: CGDMB10DX. I have purchased this modal on 07th of December 2020 from Paras Enterprises C-1/379, Bandh Road, Phase - 4, Ayanagar, New Delhi - 110047. It is not at all working fine starting from the 13th of March 2021. I have spoken to the customer care executive over the customer care number [protected] but they are not providing any kind of solution and they are asking to replace it as they have found the defect of suction low also they have taken the complaint number[protected]. But still, they are asking me to visit the dealer who is Paras Enterprises and the dealer is making excuses sometimes he is asking us to visit somewhere Bhawana in Delhi else give 700 Rs. We will not give a single coin to anyone now as already we have purchased it from our hard-earned money. Also when we are getting in touch over their website it does not have any proper customer service. No confirmation of resolution provided. Their website is under maintenance and meanwhile where I need to complain? I just want its a replacement as earliest as possible.

The motor has been received in physically damaged condition.

We, Shiltron Enterprises, have been exclusive & Authorised dealer (for MOTORS also, of CGL from 1990 to 2007. presently auth.dealer of CG Consumer Electrical.(Pumps)....

I had purchased the 3phase axial flow exhaust assembly on July 2020. The motor get smoked out. And the dealer and customer support is showing inability to get it repaired and also replacement of part under warranty. More than 3 months over. My contact number is [protected]. I had purchased Exhaust Fan on[protected]. The FAN has problem of heavy noise. We had launched 2 complaints [protected]/01 dated[protected] and [protected]/01 on[protected].

The person who has attended call on[protected] has opened the FAN and went away without doing the needful. On contact on his phone number [protected], he had mentioned that the complaint has been updated for want of part replacement. He had not made any report and has not responded there after.

Since the FAN is brand new and is under warranty, we need either replacement of FAN or money back as it is clearly a manufacturing defect.

Hi team,

I have logged a complaint on Monday 8th March 2021 for water leakage problem for my mini sergent -2 pump. Complaint number is CGPISL[protected]. I purchased this pump on 6th March. From the next day I am facing the problem. I called to the shop he deny to take return the product. I called the customer service and logged a complaint. But till today no engineer visit my home but I received message that my complaint has been successfully resolved.
My humble request to you what kind of service are you giving to customer??

Please look on the issue asap.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased one C.Greaves CF sea wind br fan from Metro Cash and Carry India Pvt ltd on 07th March 2021.Installed the same on 08th.After installation one peculiar noise started coming from the fan but the fan is moving.I had informed the same to your customer care free phone on 08th at 11:30 AM, but no person attended.Again on 11th at about 12:15PM again the same was lodged by me and then one docket no. had been provided.no.[protected]/01 and was informed me that the call will be attended by Spark-[protected].On 12th upto 3 PM nobody attended I again call that phone no. provided to me by your customer centre.One gentle man picked up the phone and again provided me one no.[protected], one lady picked up the phone and I asked her-How many times and how many persons I have to call for getting the service, is it my offence that I have purchased the C.Greaves ceiling fan.She uttered that to whom you called I do not know and why I make the call to Spark, he is the boss and do not attend any call, I simply said that the no.was provided by the Customer Care and how could I know whether it is the no. of PM or any one else.She told that do not shout we are different and are not related with Customer Care.And uttered if you wish get the no.of the technician and all on a sudden sounded Dhuuus.and disconnected the line.Please tell me how far I have to go for getting the service.Please also tell me whether purchasing C.Greaves ceiling is a criminal offence.

The Motor is not functioning properly

I purchased a Crompton Dry iron from flipkart. Before this I repaired it twice within 8 months from your service center. Your service center took almost 2 months to resolve the previous issue and after repairing
now it got switch off automatically after using for 5 min only. I think I got faulty product from your side. I'm using Crompton from almost 6 years but till now I didn't have any complaint about any product. Now I'm totally unsatisfied about this product and its service also.

I purchased 2 h.p. single phase motor in nov.2020.but now motor not lifting water. please solve my problem

I took a trans air ventilating fan of crompton on 01/05/2020, today it stopped running on this afternoon, it is not starting again.

I purchased one 5 hp submersible pump from Anand Enterprises, Silchar, Assam.
Before two month.
There is some issue regarding it's installation, and the pump is not working properly, i contact with your local service centre but there is no proper response, after that I collected contact no of area manager and explained everything, he assured me to inform me but still no response for last 15 days.

So purchasing such costly high configuration pump if we customer or consumer do not get proper guidance then this is very embrasing for us.

Hey I am buying a crompton motor to my vibrating machine but it's not working properly I complaint it then a mechanic coming from (ss thrissur ) service center if he say he taught its bearing complaint and told to me first sign the voucher
After signing voucher he changed the talking terms and told to me first fix another motor to my machine to fix problems I can't agree that then he told nothing to do then he went from company now more than 3 week no one take responsibility dealer new power international thrissur also say he can't do anything
Now I think I lose my money and I can't run my company because of my trust in cromptongreaves
Can any one help
