I had purchased a Crompton motor 3.0 h.p. single phase since 4/9/2000.
it is not working from one month and I had registered complain many times in toll free no.[protected]. customer care has provided service center no. which is from Lucknow. I talked many times but no one provides the engineers.
if you cannot provide the service then why give a warranty in the product.

          I bought a aircooler product on 16/04/2021 and it stopped working after 15 days. I raised complaints [protected]/01 & [protected]/01 but no one visited. After multiple attempt someone called me and visited my place after escalating. He said that he will order a motor and will replace it. Took a photo copy of the warranty card, bill and left.

          Post that within a day i get a message stating that my service request has been cancelled. If I call back customer service it is registering for a new complaint. I called South Head Saravanan and he asked to go back to whatsapp again to register complain which is of no use.

          What is happening? my product is still not working. very simple. fix the product and extend the warranty for the time you took to replace it or refund full money back i will place a new order from some other genuine company.

                Pump running on same speed but pressure is very low, sa that water didn't pump in the tank on 2nd floor,
                I think it is impeller issue.

                    I purchased this Crompton Greaves Water pump 0.5 HP Water Pump original Crompton Greaves brand from Crompton Greaves dealer Rekha Agency in RP Road Secunderabad year I think 2013
                    Now I had some problems with my family so I could not visit my house in another location it is my own ENT Clinic cum residence I find that Water pump is not pulling the water up into loft tank also I spent Rs 1300/- for Copper Wiring rewiring Copper wire of Water pump in March 2021 still also water pump not at all working please send trained Mechanic to my house by prior appointment as I do not live here I live in another location in Neredmet so please send your trained Mechanic to check my Water pump because I can't buy New Water Pump daily I have to get service from Crompton Greaves technician
