Dear Team,

I raised the complaint on 28/10/2020 and the complaint number is [protected], The technician still not resolved. kindly look into this issue and let me know how many days or months will it take to resolve it. it is not possible to resolve or attend this call. i will ask the dealer to replace the FAN, as it is a new fan and the fan is not running after installation of the FAN. plz check and let me know the status.

    I have been trying to reach all the possible numbers that i have on the leaflet that have for the service of the Generator that we have in our society, but all in vain. We have not been able to service the generatir for the time it was installed in Feb 2020. Request you to please assist.

          Sir, We have purchased a 2HP Single phase electrical motor with S. NO : TIG 17970, 1500 Watts, 2800 RPM from Mumbai delaer. We are using for VConcrete vibrator. The date of purchase is[protected]. We have used for 2 days and after that the motor is nor working. we have checked our power supply, it has no issues. We tried starting on the next day but didin't work. So we checked with an electrician & he tested and told that capacitor & coil has gone. We haven't opened the motor. He did the test using Multimeter. We request you to do the needful rectification under warranty

                                  My name is Amandeep residence- Shiv Shakti Nagar Colony, Chas, Bokaro, Jharkhand. I bought a Crompton Automatic Stabilizer of 4kv. I registered a complaint regarding the above product as it wasn't functioning. But the service man says that I was not having the proper GST bill and warranty card. Kindly resolve my problem.
