My moter are not working

I purchased crompton regenerative pump on 19-july-2019. I started facing issue with the pump and i logged a complaint (Complaint reference [protected]) for the same on 23-may-2020.
Service engineer visited my home to examine the pump and said that there are certain parts which are damaged and i do not have these parts with me right now, so will bring those parts in 2-3 days and will replace these parts.

It's been 1 month now he hasn't come to replace the parts and whenever i call him he says company don't have theses parts so it cannot be replaced right now.

It tried calling customer care and regional office they attend the phone and they cut it immediately.

My product is in warranty till 18th-july-2020. I believe compton is waiting for the warranty period to complete so that they can charge the amount.

Pathetic experience with compton.

It's very bad experience of my regarding your crompton water heater. I have raised this complain in month of january 2020 till now no engineer have visited my place. And when i call the area manager he say he will arrange but no response from his side.
I am really tired, as i had resent purchase the water heater product their is no proper response from your customers care side the product is in warrant.
If you can't provide services to place jigni bangalore then why you guys sell products in jigni. I need this to attend on prority.

I purchase a new motor last month but motor is heating & smelling & not proper working

I have purchased last 5 days back water heater crompton gemma model
I have loged a complaint in call center and they provided me number dear customer, your unique happy code for service req# [protected] is xxxxx. Share happy code to technician only after satisfactory completion.- crompton
Today morning tevhnivian called me and asked me to share the location and did not turned up and when i am calling him at 2.15
He is saying he came and gone back because my mobile was switched off
When their is a house number y the hell he can knock the door. He is jst bluffing and not in the position to reply and saying today is holiday. Who asked him to come on holiday and on holiday y he said he is comming its all making bluffing. I dont think its good service from crompton greaves and u people gives rhe service to third party people and dont care on customer after sales. This is simply forgeting customer after sales.

We have bought a new pump on 8.6.2020. Yesterday afer fitting we saw water leakaging from pump. We sent a email from chandrani chakraborty. So please lodge our complain and do the needful. Pump set is crompton mini extra. Treat this urgent call for reparing new pump.

We are using crompton pressure and due to some leakage in it, the pressure pump is not working.

I had tried my best to all area as shopkeeper toll free number and lucknow authorized person, but no one resolve my problem, i had no supply of water in this lockdown period, my submersible was not working from 25 march 2020, it is on warranty period.
