I have a cooler from Crompton's CG-DAC452 model. Right now I have to replace her fan and suction pump. It would have been nice if a mechanic had come home and changed....

We brought this motor on 13th August 2020
The motor is not pumping the water properly as well as the motor get heats up very high with in a short span period of time the switch also get heated up by the motor...

Damage product...

Complaint no [protected] is still pending please close it. Your executive visited our home to check the new geaser. He said element is not working. Kindly replace the geaser at the earliest so that we start using it....

Motor is not able to make a water supply as motor is not working properly......

I have bought a crompton instant water heat from bhagyashree electricals on 07 aug 2020 after 7 days it suddenly stopped working.
I have registered a complaint customer care but no response from them since last 4 days. Your customer care number [protected] if also not functioning.
On 08 aug i received a call from technician he said he will visit after 3 days because there are no complaints in my area...

Machine does not working. Machine runinng then atomatically smoke is coming...

We are facing problems in one the machine model cg 3hp-1140rpm.
Machine is generating excess heat and after that it gets down or stop.
Kindly do the needfull for the same...

Problem : Armature and shaft issue....

Ceiling fan not working, please send a technical person to attend the complaint at the earliest possible please...

Bought number of Crompton fans but few among them starting making noise .
When called their customer care they talked rudely and even the fans were in warranty period but they refused to replace them.
Very poor service from Cromton Greaves

I wont suggest anyone to buy from this brand.
Disappointed by the service of Crompton Greaves...
