Hi

I purchased new low voltage motor model no gf6567 on dt[protected]. I am facing a issue since first day when i start to use it. Its become heat up after some time. We loges complaint regarding this with saler and customer care. Customer care gives us technician number mr. Jasvinder [protected] for service. But he not visit the site and said us to bring the motor to his mohali service center. I take the motor to mohali service center and they test the motor and send mme back. Once again i install the motor at home issue is same again and we loges again complaint again with customer care on[protected] for engineer visit but till date no one visit the site customer care again give us mr jasvinder number and he assured me to the engineer will visit the site today. But when call mr jasvinder today he gives me another number[protected] for engineer and on this landline number when we call they said engineer not available.

I am facing the issue from last two month but no engineer visiting the site for fix the issue. This is very poor service of your company.
Kindly assign an engineer to fix the issue today positively.

    Dear sir/madam,

    We bought 90 nos false ceiling lights for our house and around 20 of them are not working. After we filed a complaint, a person visited the site and after a week he asked us to whatsapp the receipt and we did. But then, he disappeared and not answering our calls. We tried calling from a different number and he attended the call - he says, that area does not fall under him, so he cannot do anything.

    If the area he visited the site does not fall under him, why did he asked for the receipt - that too after a week of the visit?

    We tried reaching the customer care multiple times, but we are not getting this issue resolved. It's been weeks, we keep calling the customer care for this issue to be resolved, but no proper response.

      We have purchased cg drives and 7 rms from girija power solutions (Dealer of cg) for pumpsets. But they have not uploaded rms details since 4 months. And responding our mails and calls. Sandeep patidar and gopal shankar saying that they will do it but not yet done and not reachable. Our bills on hold. Please help us to return our money if they couldn't.

      I purchased a Borewell Pumpset from GITA ENTERPRISE, BANKURA w.B. on17/06/2019. This pump running problem from15/09/2019 .I was complain various times in shop.Still now this problem is not solved.Kindely meet up the problem as early as possible.Because drinking water of other source is not available in the home.

        I complaint repeated to customer care at 09/09/19, then executive come after 1 week & found some fault was there in stabilizer, executive replied that they will replaced the stabilizer soon but today 11 days completed then I called to customer care again they replied that complaint is in process as per her replied she didn't take it serious about complaint, so is there any process to replacement or I will to consumer form or court.

          Hi,
          I bought a fan from crompton some 4 months back and it has stopped working from past few weeks. I complaint about it to the customer care and they came and said that motor needs to be replaced and they will get back.
          It has been 20 days and i have tried calling them may times but no response to the complaint. Once they said that the company will send the new motor but no response after that. The guy is cutting the call and now i do not know what next to do.

            Hi i purchased a monoblock pump set minimaster plus on 18/10/2017 from jain agencies ghaziabad up 201001 which start giving less water so i approached jain agencies they advised me to call customer care 5th sep as customer care is available from 9 to 7 so i lodged my complaint next day and it was assigned to yogesh enterprises as the pump set was in warranty the person came he said
            Its vault is not working tomorrow i will replace it you just provide the copy of bill i said ok i gave him next day he dint come when i asked customer care they said your complaint is closed but i dint even given happy code they again lodged my complaint again yogesh enterprise was assigned i called him they said it's part is not available they ordered it it has been seven days nothing happened i have to buy new monoblock pathetic service by cromptom and its service center

              I have already complained consumer complaints portal site. But complaint has not been resolved yet. Regarding crompton geyser after complain technicians receive duplicate part by dealer. It is not good quality. And customer support saying dealer will provide replacement but dealer is denying and saying company will provide solution. I am feeling disappointed with crompton. Now they are providing low quality product and selling them they are getting customer only for bases of old privilege.

                Subject - failure of tower cooler time to time

                Sir/madam,

                I purchased tower cooler bearing number tac341-lacm1ql-001695 on 05/06/2018 from m/s anjana enterprises, purnia. Three/four times motor was repaired/replaced by your mechanic. But really sorry to say that it is again not working well. Cooling is not being done.

                I wish to inform that crompton cooler was purchased keeping in mind 'crompton greaves' reputation.

                I further request you to look into this matter and replace the cooler or refund the money.

                      I'm from nagpur & i lodged a complain on 12th aug, complaint no being : [protected] and spoke to mr ranjendra pande. He said a technician named sanjay would attend to me. Next day, sanjay arrived checked my crompton co-axial ventilating/exhaust fan and said spares would arrive in 4-5 days but i asked me to share the happy code. I told him that my problem isnt solved but he replied that he catered to the call so i need to share so i shared. I called several times but both sanjay and rajendra didn't cater to my calls even after 10 days.

                      Finally on 27th aug (After 15 days) mr rajendra said he would let me know in 15 mins, he didnt. I called him after an hour and he made an excuse & said would get back by afternoon. Again he didn't. Since then i stopped receiving calls.

                      Feeling cheated i called customer care and reopened my complain on 27th aug, complaint no : [protected]. I mentioned to the customer care that the service center (Carezone) isn't providing me service so they gave me number of raghu yamlavar, area service manager. His no was switched off on 27th. I spoke to him on 28th and while i was on call with him, he hung on me.. I immediately call back but his no was busy, then he didn't receive and he never returned the call. I even have the calls recorded.

                      This is ridiculous service from an esteemed company like crompton. I never expected this. I am planning to flash this across social media. Even after the customer is ready to pay the price he isnt getting service despite he paying the premium on your products!

                      I want replacement of the fan & expect a compensation as well for the inconvenience caused, time wasted and effort to run after your worthless employees else you would need to face the brunt!

                              U have purchased three crompton grieves ceiling fans in the month & year of december 2017 and last year there was one ceiling fan which was not working at all and with lot many calls & mails a person came from crompton and replaced one condenser and now there is another ceiling fan which is making lot of noise since many days and don't know exactly what is the problem.
                              Hence kindly ask them to come and resolve the issue asap.

                                After having installed the geyser on 1st of june 2019, since july 15, 2019, the geyser started leaking from the bottom and water was not getting heated. I lodged a complaint in crompton greaves website the next day and got a message with complaint no.in my email ([protected]) promptly. The next day, a service rep from crompton, one mr. Thyagaraj presumably from ramamurthy nagar visited my house and declared the geyser unserviceable. He took a photo of my warranty card and told my family that he would get a replacement within a week. That was 27 days back. Since then, my family has been taking bath in cold water and i must have made atleast a dozen calls to mr. Thyagaraj and mr. Lokesh kaichetty, the bangalore rep of crompton greaves. Each time i would be given an answer that he would call me back and would install the new geyser the same or next day and i have got tired of his lies and promises.
                                Please redress this issue through your forum.

                                  I have brought a geyser 1 -2 years back. The geyser is not functioningnow. Both the power and heating lights are on, both the inlets and outlets are open but still hot water doesn't come out from the geyser tap. The white pipes of the geyser is getting heated still not a single drop of water is coming out of the geyser tap. Kindly resolve my complaint at earliest.

                                      Sir,

                                      I, sri madhab sen, residing at block - lb, flat no.-13, kustia housing estate, kolkata - 700 039, picnic garden (Contact no. [protected], have a ceiling fan mentioned above. But few days after installation, the fan started to produce several problems. Now, the condition is too bad. The rpm is getting slow day by day, sometimes it produces some noise.
                                      I had complaint the customer care several times even though i have lodged a complaint through mail (Dated 1st july, 2019 at 11:29 a. M.) but there was no response from there end.
                                      It can be mentioned here that the fan is under the coverage of warranty period.
                                      So, please take necessary actions as early as possible and please send a representative to solve the problem.

                                        Address: Ganguly Electronics, 142 E, S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata -26 (The Fan has been purchased from this shop), Kolkata, West Bengal

                                        The fan was purchased on 17.04.2018. And at present the fan is covered under the warranty period. But the fan is producing noise and the speed of the fan is decreasing day by day. It seems that the rpm of the fan is getting obstructed and producing severe heat sometimes. At night the fan produced spark and we are getting panic by this type o[censored]nusual activities of that fan. Though i had tried to contact the customer care executive several times to lodge the complaint but line was too busy to receive my call.
                                        So, please send a representative to solve the problem as early as possible.

                                        New fan not working
                                        The fan can not be fitted without shackles fitting kit. Careless packaging by the company. Need to travel long distance to get the part and arrange an electrician to sort out the problem. Also will loose time in getting it done.

                                        Very unsatisfied.
