[Resolved]  Deccan Chronicle — snapdeal return my SD Cash with you, which you are telling got expired

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Please return my money which was with you as SD Cash. Snapdeal credited it to my account when I returned a faulty product sent by Snapdeal. I was told that I can use that cash at anytime whenever I require. But now you stole it from me stating that it got expired. I didnt get any intimation that my SD cash is going to expire. You cant steal my hard earned money. Please give it back. my email id/userid: [protected]@gmail.com.

Hi,
they sent me duplicate product specify without name on it and after return they deposited my money in SD cash by saying that you can use it anytime and there is no expiry date for it. nobody informed me about it and simply they theft it from my a/c.

since 13th of dec no one is replying my email. kindly look on it and deposit my money to SD cash ASAP.

i check the policy on above link there is clearly written that there is not expiry date for SD cash

Why you are cheating people everytime with new way. last time when i called your team they confirmed that the expiry date will be increased for one year within 48 hours, after 4 days i called back again they apologized and asking to wait for unknow time limit. why you guys are doing like this ? this is my money. And how money can get expired ? please explain to the world.

Snapdeal plz return my money . When I return the damage product which I had received. I told then to deposit money in account but instead they deposited in SD CASH amount (1989 rs)n told me u can use it whenever you want. When I asked them why is SD cash showing expiration date . They said it will get extend . N now when I checked my account it show Zero SD n when I called Snapdeal team they said SD cash has collapsed. WTF .
