I am base at West Enclave Pitampura Delhi-110034. The name of my Society is Navsena Apptts.
Residents on top floor of our society have illegal encroached their respective terraces, carried out illegal construction, not authorised as per the law.
Residents on top floor of our society have also put locks on the terraces & declining free access to the residents living in lower floors. This is totally against the law.
Strict action is requested..

Respected sir,
I have written a complaint on 8th dec. about some elegal person are doing construction on dda land in kishan colony parladpur bangar near kali mata mandir.
But I did not find that there is any response of my complain. Those people are still doing construction on that site. If you are unable to stop this construction then please tell me the right authority to whom I should go for another complain.

Against water bill number 796843, Amount 8716 has already been paid on 23.11.2020. But still DDA Portal is showing bill amount INT 9623 under bill number 810365 and due date is today's date i.e. 14.12.2020.

Consumer numer is DDARZ0029697. Kindly correct the bill amount so that we can do the right amount payment. Currently, the bill amount which is actually payable is not showing on portal "https://online.dda.org.in/waterbillonline/Users/UserBillBriefDetails.aspx".

Payment of water bill amount 8716 has been done under EBS Payment ID[protected].

Authorised person with respect I want to inform you that some elegal person are making construction on the dda land in kishan colony parladpur bangar in North West district of delhi. These people are constructing on dda land near kali mata mandir just on the main road side of colony. Location is on main choda road nearby shiv chok. This construction is happening with the help of some dda persons and police is also involved in the construction. Please do your best as soon you can do.

Myself Yogesh kumar Panwar & I have my water connection no. DDARZ0023396 at My ROHINI FLAT PROPERTY NUMBER -4th Floor, Flat No 737 POCKET GH3, SECTOR 28 ROHINI DELHI.

My Flat is vacant till 2010 to till now & Water bill comes with late fine is Rs 21864 /-.

Kindly correct & adjust my water bill so that i can pay it & clear it.

I will ensure - Dec'20 Month onwards - i will start paying my bill with fixed/minimum charges.

मै सेवारत् सैनिक हु वर्तमान मॆ जम्मूकश्मीर के सबसे कठिन जगह kupwara मॆ तैनात हुं मेरी अर्ज इस प्रकार से है श्रीमान मेरा एक छोटा सा dda फ्लैट B9 pocket 1 sector 34 flat no 30 है मेरा परिवार दूसरी जगह किराये पर रहता है फ्लैट किसी भी हाल में रहने लायक नहीं हैं इसलिए खाली पड़ा हैं फिर भी मेरे फ्लैट का पानी का बिल 10000से भी ज्यादा आया है जो की पूरी तरह से गलत है फ्लैट नम्बर 30 की पानी की टंकी तक नहीं है जबकि बिल 10000 आया है ।
महोदय आपसे निवेदन है मे्रे फ्लैट 30 ब्लोक ब्9 पॉकेट 1 सेक्टर 34 रोहिणी के पानी बिल को माफ़ करने की कृपा करें ।

Nangal Dewat Road leading to Vasant Kunj Marg (Abdul Gaffar Khan Marg) needs repairs as there are many potholes along the road.

The road is not under the purview of CPWD and is required to be repaired by DDA.

There is a resident in our society Rohini Heights Dda Hig Flats, sector-29 Rohini, who resides in B-807, he has illegally constructed and covered an enormous area around the common area of lift space. He has received multiple notices from mcd and police officials also came but still he hasn't removed anything. He dumps garbage, debris and construction materials which has now become a breeding ground for dengue and malaria mosquitoes, 2 families on the same floor have suffered from dengue cases in the past. Please help me, I am a girl, from this society and complaining anonymously as this resident gives death threats to whoever complains about him and brings goons along with him if someone tells him to clean the common area. I am sending pics for proof. Please sir, I am a girl and scared of this man, please help.

महोदय आपसे हाथ जोड़कर विनती है मेरे नाम पर भेजा गया बिल को समाप्त किया जाय क्योकि सैनिक की कमाई बहुत मेहनत की होती है dda हमको पहले ही लूट चुकाहै ।
मेरे फ्लैट के ऊपर पानी की टंकी तक नहीं है फिर भी पानी का बिल भेजा जा रहा है जो की पूरी तरह से गलत है।
अतः महोदय आपसे निवेदन है मेरे नाम से भेजा गया बिल को खत्म किया जाय ।

Hi,

I am a resident of C-2/C Pocket-2 Janak puri, New delhi-110058.
We have park location above Metro station- Dabri morh- Janak puri south.
This park was earlier been maintained by Metro authorities(Well maintained) and from the last 5-6 months its been handed over to the DDA and since then it as been in a BIG MESS. there is no maintenance only one person is looking after and he too is not been seen on a daily basis.
There have been number of complaints raised to the authority and been informed to the local MLA as well and there has been no action till now.

Need serious intervention.

Address: Dwarka sector 8, D block, near Dada Dev oxygen gas New delhi

This is regarding commercial use of DDA park in Dwarka sector 8 D block. Where the said park is used for parking and repairing of commercial vehicles as well as storage of building materials.

Gate has been removed for entry of these vehicles to this park and none of the residents can go into the park due to the commercial vehicles parking there.

We hope for a solution on this from your end at the earliest and strict action against the violators.

Is there a possibility that somebody from DDA will visit the location and take a note of the situation and get this particular vacated.

Normally in how much time do they respond back as already 9 days are gone.
But No Action on ground level

I have deposited INR 2 lacs for DDA scheme 2019 for the LIG flat. However, I have submitted the cancellation form at least 1 year back with the acknowledgment number Application No.71341however I am not getting any response from the authority on my money. Everyday I do followup and but not getting any payment yet. This is just mental torture to get your own money. please help me to arrange the same asap.

Residents of E-1 DDA scheme...Vasant kunj... Are being supplied with dirty stinky water since long...many complaints have already been made but no solution yet... Plz get the dirty water problem resolved at the earliest...
