I would like to bring to your kind notice that the snack bar at RSKP, Pitampura, New Delhi is being run without any tender for the last 2 years resulting in loss to DDA. The person offering the services is an ex employee of last caterer and has procured the snackbar through back end. The services offered are very poor and the person running the snack bar is often found intoxicated. We are a group of people who have been members of this complex for the last 17 years and as such request you to investigate the same. We have never experienced such bad services in yester years. Such things bring bad name to DDA.

I would also like to suggest you to float tender for the same so that someone professional and experienced caterer can take over from this ill mannered person.

A land on the opposite side of pandav kaleen shiv mandir madipur village-110063 which was alloted to dda by supreme court is under threat

a person named - lalit yadav has acquired that land and has started building boundary walls around that land
he has also rented down some of that land to kabbadi and he in near future will going to build house or shops on that land and will earn money from a property which is not his own and is of delhi development authority (dda)
lalit yadav is acquiring this property whithout any authorisation
by doing this he has overruled the decision of supreme court as well as challenged the power of dda
he also makes false claims that dda is going to do nothing

i hope dda will take strict action against this person and will hand him over to police and will take him to supreme court as he has done some damage to property of dda
please act on this as soon as possible or he will sell that property in crores without having any authorisation

This is to bring to your notice that Flat No.72 C, Shivam Enclave just above us are tampering with the flat. They have removed many walls even beam to extend the size of room. I fear about the safety of the building. I expect eariy and prompt action from your side.

My neighbour has removed water tank without our discretion and acceptance. Our Flats located A6 Block paschim vihar.

Keeping in mind the current pandemic situation and the pollution level, Delhi govt has banned bursting fire crackers. But some children ( along with their parents) are burning crackers ( AC Block Phulwari Park and AD block shalimar bagh).
I stopped them but they didnt listen. They were also not wearing masks and there was smoke everywhere.
It is a health hazard and I as a resident have right to fresh air.

I request you to kindly look into the matter. In these times we need to be more proactive than ever and residents should realise how they are contributing to the pollution

We live in dwarka sector-8 D-block 3rd lane. There are only 3 street lights in our lane and all three of them dont work or sometimes blink simultaneously, it too dark at night please take action as soon as possible

My name is D Niangthianngai. I have a beneficiary of DDA 2019 scheme. I have submitted all the documents regarding possession of flat including caste certificate on 07.07.2020.Till date, I have no information regarding my file status/caste certificate verification. No one is picking the number provided on the website([protected]). I have also sent an email to concerned department but no response came till date. I have visited the office on 03.1102020 and requested to issue pass for concerned department, but the refuse to issue the pass and said that public dealing is restricted due to COVID 19. I understand the situation but they don’t understand my situation. I am very sorry to say but this is lame and lacklustre approach of government organisation.

महोदय,
निवेदन इस प्रकार है कि हमारी कॉलोनी *सूर्या इन्क्लेव* रोहिणी सेक्टर 4 एक्सटेंसन विजय विहार फेज-1 दिल्ली-85 में है जो एक डीडीए आवंटित कॉलोनी है इसमे 384 फ्लैट्स हैं।
हमारी पानी की आपूर्ति डीडीए दिल्ली जल बोर्ड से लेकर कर रहा है

कृपया निम्न बिन्दुओ पर हमें संतुष्ट किया जाय व इनका उत्तर हमें दिया जाय
1. जैसा की आप जानते हैं कि ये फ्लैटस 2010 में बन गए थे, लगभग 10 साल के बाद भी हमें पानी डायरेक्ट दिल्ली जल बोर्ड से नहीं दिया जा रहा है ऐसा क्यों । जबकि बिजली हमें डायरेक्ट TPDDL से मिल रही है, तो ये पानी के लिये क्यों नहीं किया गया ।
दिल्ली जल बोर्ड का पानी दिल्ली सरकार के अनुसार 20 किलो लीटर तक प्रति माह फ़्री दिया जा रहा है तो हमें इस लाभ से क्यों बंचित किया जा रहा है

2. हम से बूस्टिंग चार्ज क्यों लिया जाता है ।
3. पानी की मीटर रीडिंग सही क्यों नहीं ली जाती । तथा कई अलॉटियों का मीटर होने के बावजूद भी अनमीटर बिल क्यों भेजा जाता है।
4. पानी के बिलों को समय पर क्यों नहीं भेजा जाता है। दिसंबर 2019 से मार्च 2020 तक के बिल्स कहाँ है अभी तक डिलीवर क्यों नहीं किये गए ।
5. क्या डेड या दो साल का बिल एकसाथ भेजना उचित है।
6. यदि आप बिल गलत भेजने के बावजूद भी लेट फीस चार्ज कर सकते हैं तो एक्सस पेमेंट होने पर हमें ब्याज के साथ रिफंड क्यों नहीं किया जाता ।
7. जो अलॉटी अभी अपने फ्लैट पर भी नहीं रह रहे व पानी का उपयोग बल्कुल कर ही नहीं रह रहे हैं उनको भी पानी का बिल क्यों भेजा जा रहा है, क्या ये उचित है ।
8. बिना मोटर के पानी छतों की टंकियों तक क्यों नहीं पहुंचता ।

9. यदि यह पानी हम सभी (384 फ्लैट्स)अलॉटियों के लिए है तो आप ने इसके कनेक्शन हमारे अलावा हमारी कॉलोनी के अन्दर अन्य लोग (15 से 20 परिवार) भी हैं जो गैर अलॉटी हैं (जिनको डीडीए ने इन्क्रोचर बताया है) उनको क्यों दिया गया ।

आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया उपरोक्त बिंदुओ पर हमें संतुष्ट किया जाय व उत्तर दिया जाय ।

I live in B8c dda slum flats, raghubir nagar, my problem that i want to change my water tank which damage and on roof of dda flat, where B8-D, has done unauthorized construction and made another 4th floor, and prohibited to go other person to use dish connection or water tank, etc on roof, and due to unauthorized floor water likege and, building load, walls are cracked, and nobody knows that when it fall down, who is...

1. Fully payment done on 17.03.2018 of Rs. 5, 20, 207/- through RTGS
2. All Documents submitted and verified on 20.03.2018.
3. Bio metric done on 01.06.2018
4. Genuineness had also been done.
5. Visiting Public hearing many times in the years of 2018, 2019 & 2020

Being a senior citizen, aged 74 years old, I cannot visit again and again at DDA offices. Every times in the Public hearing assuring me that - “You have no need to come again, we will send your possession letter within 15 days”

Therefore I request to you kindly look into the matter personally and arrange to issue my possession letter as early as possible.

I am Hemant applied in DDA housing scheme 2019 1st time i got refund.
but I was in waiting list for that i again submitted Rs. 2 Lac by challan / online payment in Dec-2019 for waitlist draw. Again i was unsuccessful but my refund of Rs. 2 Lac is still not received.

I have call so many time on DDA CC no. and emailed but no response.

Please guide me how can i get my refund.

Lot of people are coming in and going out and working there on daily basis. It is clearly a security threat to everyone. I recently moved to my flat.
There is Temple and people gather for pooja in odd hours on loud speaker which creates disturbance.

Can you please check if this temple is even authorised and by whom permission these people are gathering and chanting loudly.
When asked there is a lady who claims she got approval from Engineer, I need to know if engineer
Can pass such rules.

This is to inform that there is garbage/dump lying in Neighbourhood Park in C Block of Naraina Vihar at one end. Though some cleaning has taken place, still lot of garbage is lying there which may become health hazard. There is open gate on that side, from where people come to dump garbage. Either that gate should be closed or some monitoring may be done to prevent dumping. The whole area is littered with plastic and trash.

Hello,

I got water bill from DDA (Delhi Development Authority) for my flat No 787, D, Lok Nayak Puram, Bakkarwala, Delhi.

Consumer id : DDADWK0041453

The amount ₹43720 is confusing because I have not installed any water meter. Also, no meter number is mentioned in the bill. And, my home has been closed from the time of possession. So, I should not get any bill since no meter is there plus the home has been closed from 1 Aug 2019 which the meter reading date.

Please waive off the bill amount.
