We are trying to get conveyance deed reissued .The original was summited few months back but we have not received it on our address yet .No officer reply's to email or on phone.

I wish to bring your attention to the fact that I have not yet been refunded the registration money of Rs 1 lac by DDA which was deposited by me in housing scheme 2017-18. after allotment of the flat, I had already intimated my non-acceptance of the flat to DDA. however, even after 3 years of running from pillar to post & multiple requests to DDA, my registration money of Rs 1 lac has still not been refunded.

I shall be grateful if you could kindly look into this matter

I krishan kumar jindal, submitted my freehold request id-5099527 on 17/09/2019 but i havent recieved any info about the same for your side.when i went to office they indirectly asked for bribe.i am very disturbed as it has been more and a year what should i do ??

In the evening and morning, a huge amount of water is waste due to overflow of tanks provided by DDA on the roof of flats in LIG Flats of Creative height apartment Sec-29, Rohini, Delhi-110042, reason is this people has not fixed water stoppage ball or alarm .this water can be saved if DDA/Delhi Jal board put a fine on these people who have not fixed Ball in their tank.Because some people of this society are very care less regarding the natural resources (water) they invest lacs of ruppes in inner decoration of their flats but do not fix a ball of Rs 80/- in water tank.So DDA or Delhi Jal Board take it seriously to save water for humanity. this wastage of water is so huge that can be used for many villages of india.

i hereby inform you that in sec-34 rohini, DDA, flats Pocket-2 the parks are dug by some people for their personal use for growing vegetables . There is no place to sit most of the places are dug. They are damaging the water passed to irrigate their vegetables . So you are request to manage our parks And take some appropriate action against these miscreants . I am also requesting to put my identity private.

The Issue We All Are Facing Is The Regular And Continuous Barking And Biting By Stray Dogs In The Colony. The Dogs Keep On Barking At Peak Even When Its Late Night And Many A Times, Whole Night..
There Are A Few Residents In The Colony Who Feeds Them Which Ofcourse Is A Good Thing But, They Are Doing It Haslefree And Without Any Tension Because The Dogs Are Not Barking Infront Of Their Houses And Balconies.. This Has Become A Severe Headache For All O[censored]s.. Every Other Day, These Dogs Causes Accidents Of The People Who Pass Through The Streets By Their Bikes Or Scooters..These Dogs Run After Them And Chase Them For No Reasons And Then, The People Try To Stop Their Vehicle Immediately In Unconscious State And It Results In Either A Serious Accident Or Slipping Of Bike Causing Long Term Injuries..Even, I've Been A Victim Of The Same..
I Would Request You All To Look Into This Matter And Take Some Strict Action Against These Dogs And Also Against The People Who Confront To Conserve Them.. Take These Dogs Into Your Consideration By "The Stray Dog Take Away Team" Or Whichsoever Authority Works Under This Regard!

Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect, we would like to draw your kind attention towards movement of traffic on footpath in Aditya Building, Plot no.1, Commercial complex, KP Block, Pitampura, Delhi-110034. We are the owners of the Shops located in Aditya Complex, KP Block, Pitampura, Delhi-110034.
1) There is a footpath adjacent to our shops. People drive there two wheelers and rikshaws on this footpath and because of which we have to face a lot of inconvenience.
2) Also people park their two wheelers on the footpath. Sometimes people park their vehicles in front of the shutter which cause inconvenience in opening the shop.
3) Because of the movement of traffic on the footpath we sometimes get hurt by it.
4) Due to heavy loads carried on by rikshaw pullers and two wheeler drivers on footpath the footpath has also been broken.
5) DDA had installed these foothpath polls before but they has been broken and now that passage is used for driving vehicles.
6) There is no street light in this complex because of which alot of illegal work takes place in this complex.
7) A lot of garbage hills are there in this complex from which a very foul smell comes and it is detoriating the health of people

So we request you to kindly do the above things for maintenance of this complex made by DDA.

Shanti Kunj appartments DDA flats 13 pocket 2 sector 9 Dwarka, they are making illegal washroom. Kindly come and check and disturbing to all. They are govt employees but still they are doing illegal activity. Action should be taken against them

Street lights opposite to city center mall Sec-10 Rohini is always off its very dark after 8.30 pm to move there .pls do something about it

Dear Sir/Madam,

There is illegal construction going on in DDA Flats area. Address regarding this construction site is "Block no. 20, Flat no. 56, DDA Flats, Dakshinpuri, New Delhi-110062".

The construction occupied unnecessary extra space and they extended the balcony area space illegally which touches the electricity wires that can be dangerous for other residents.

Construction should be done as per the DDA and present norms but it causes safety related issues for other people.

Requesting you to please consider this complaint and take necessary action against this illegal construction.

Please notify about the dda land on (google map location "28.580286, 77.078674") in Raj nagar part 2nd palam colony 110045 occupied for unauthorised parking. This land is authorised for dda park.

Please take some action against it.

Myself Anil kumar has filed a complaint about the elegal construction is going on in kishan colony on date 08/12/2020 and again reminded it on 14/12/2020. But there is not taken any action about that and still construction is going on and no DDA persons take any action on the site.

These people are making construction in dda park land and no one is taking any action with them. On 23/12/2020 complained was done on 100 n. On pcr in that action police came and stoped that construction but in that matter no. DDA authorized person came on the site
Please tell me that what the matter is happening in your department abot that. I am inclosing some pictures of that site please check that one.

I am base at West Enclave Pitampura Delhi-110034. The name of my Society is Navsena Apptts.
Residents on top floor of our society have illegal encroached their respective terraces, carried out illegal construction, not authorised as per the law.
Residents on top floor of our society have also put locks on the terraces & declining free access to the residents living in lower floors. This is totally against the law.
Strict action is requested..

I have written a complaint on 8th dec. about some elegal person are doing construction on dda land in kishan colony parladpur bangar near kali mata mandir.
But I did not find that there is any response of my complain. Those people are still doing construction on that site. If you are unable to stop this construction then please tell me the right authority to whom I should go for another complain.
