Sir, I purchased flat No. 780 Sector-28 Rohini at Pocket GH-1 and got it registered in my name on 06 Mar 20. Water connection No. is 67006 and consumer ID is DDARZ0018702. I got a bill of RS 23799 vide 787297 dated 23 Jul 20. Out of which RS. 21748 is reflected as previous due. As per the dealer payment of RS 21750 has been made in the first week of Mar 2020 but has not given me any receipt. I shifted to this flat on 05 Jun 20 and got this bill as surprise. Plz look into the matter. Payment if made, may plz be adjusted and fresh bill may be issued excluding previous dues. In case no payment has been made, the same may be intimated in your letterhead so that I can sue the dealer in court of law...

Lig flats number 189 and 185 is illegally coverings passing through passage for public use and tellong everybody to go from another ways .
They are threatening and right to do anything about it .

My home opposite park we did gardening -plant lots of plants for better environment and all the gardening expenses bare from us (10 years)
Today morning Malli ( mahaveer ) cut our plant without any information, after in small argument he use slangs and saying we are govt body and we have all writes to do this things ( and finally he took his KULHARRI to show threatened us ( all capture in cctv )
So before lodging any criminal offence I did DDA compliant .
Kindly look after this matter ..

I Bhagat Singh chawla gave Rs 5, 20, 206 as a demand amount in two installments in the year 2018 after receiving allotment -cum-demand letter from DDA.After submission of installment, no communication is received till now from DDA. Please can you conisder it as a matter o[censored]rgency and communicate the further actions required.

The building has been constructed against the dda plans.. The roof and second floor has been constructed by the owner but first floor is not in good condition to take the load of the building constucted... The building constructed is very dangerous and can fall any time...

This is a request for constructing a toilet in dda park,
(Lumoni near archna red light) brt corridor).
I have been going in the same park for almost 30 year but three is no provision for toilet. Yes there were bio toilet had been arranged but that is not in use or not in condition for use.
It is our request to you to kindly construct a good quality toilets.

There is not sufficient light available in the park... There is wine shop just outside it .. people thrower their bottles inside the park.. have seen few of them having their drink inside the park too..
It is difficult for a women to take walk alone after dark... And due to lockdown and I usually get free after 6 pm.. and these days already dark by 6:15... It should be taken in consideration to light up early and introduce more light poles...

Today i will be my registry payment 2 times with reference no.PM-UDAY/PAY/[protected]/4711. so first time i do my payment through my debit card from the gateway of state bank of india and then i do my payment through other bank debit card and its transaction no. is PCA:[protected]:80700406:DELHIDDAOTHDCARD Mumbai IND.. and its date and timing is 29/09/2020 and time is 12:52:58 PM and amount deducted from my account is RS 23000/-

and then i do second payment through net banking and its amount will be deducted from my account and the amount is RS 23015/- it is twenty three thousand fifeen rupees only and its transaction no. is NET TXN: BILLDESk SYBK[protected] DDAND. and the the time and date is 29/09/2020 and time is 2:49 PM

and so my total payment will be stuck in your portel is RS 46015/-
Please refund my payment as soon as possible.

There is a badminton court in l.I.C colony jeewan niketan paschim vihar new delhi the condition of park and court is very poor nobody will come to check or to maintain anything we play in morning but due to this condition we will not able to play and also people come with there dogs for ## in the ground please maintain this park and we will continue our sports

रोहिणी सेक्टर 16 में एक अपार्टमेंट है श्री कृष्णा अपार्टमेंट वो अपार्टमेंट आपके DDA के अंदर आता है पर वहां का हाल आप शायद ही देखने आते हो एक बार आप उसे देखने आओ तो की अपनी छतो पर लगी टंकीओ का क्या हाल कर दिया की छतो पर पानी भरा रहता है और नीचे रहने वालो के घरो में सीलन आ गई है

This is to state that dda park in plot no.18, rani bagh dda complex, road no.44, pitam pura delhi, 110034, is in a very poor condition.

No worker/attendant is seen in the park for past 06 months to maintain it.
As it is a very small park and surrounded by residential houses any misuse of this park directly affets the resident of these surrounded houses.

Misuse in the sense of people drinkining liqour, stray cows spreading cow dung, plus dumping of garbase in corners.

Pure apathy of the relevant dept is likely to turn this park into a garbage dump pretty soon.

We have tried to contact the dda office in deeepali chowk, pitam pura dept as well as local staff in complex many a times, but in vain.

Hope this concern can reach the right officer & necessary action is taken.

No cleaning of park since years not suitable for walk even spreading disease in the locality. No dda officer visit this place

Its been years that the park has not been cleaned or maintained by dda.
The condition of park is so horrific that no one can sit there neither play/wall.
I request dda to get this park cleaned and renovated for the public

This is to bring to your kind notice that illegal and unauthorized construction is taking place property bearing plot no.- 18/35-36 gali no.-5 railway line side anand parvat industrial area delhi-5.
The said unauthorized construction is taking place without any permission the said construction is being carried out in a very dangerous manner and is putting the life of people living in and around in great danger. The said construction is taking place on the d. D. A land and the d. D. A is also very much responsible to stop this illegal and unauthorized construction.
I request you to please ensure that this illegal construction is stopped at the earliest.

We are the lifetime members of poorvi delhi khel parisar, tahirpur, delhi from last more than 20 years. Our first complaint is that when after lockdown sports complex had been opened, timings were decided from morning 7am to 8pm due to curfew imposed by minister of external affairs from 9 to 6, but now there is no curfew but still our sports complex timings are morning 6 am to evening 8 pm instead of normal timings of 6am to 9 pm. Didn't get the reason behind the same, will corona infect people between 8pm to 9pm only???. Tried to ask staff of sports complex and secretary mr. Lacchman singh, but they only give one answer (Upar se orders hai) never shown any order copy to us regarding the same. Almost all the badminton courts are wooden in delhi dda sports complex except our sports complex. We already complained and requested for the wooden court even to lg complaint portal also. But nothing worked out and again our badminton court tender given for synthetic on hard court. When we enquired about the same to our secretary mr. Lachhman singh he said funds are not available and after that so many works are going on the the complex which are simply not required in comparison of badminton wooden court. Even we pay rs.120/- per 40 minutes beside the lifetime membership charges and yearly maintenance. We contribute maximum of the collection of total complex but most ignored we are in terms of maintenance and facilities. Most of the work done in the complex in the last 1-2 years is very low quality and got broken within 1-2 months after it has been made.
