It is submitted that water connection no. 69808 was issued on 24.02.2012 for the subject flat ( purchased by me on 14.05.2012 from Shri Govind Jha).
Today I am surprised to see the water bill No. 889356 dated 27.04.2022 for Rs.23709.00 (bill attached) issued for the above mentioned flat which is vacant since allotment and also No meter is installed there till date. As the flat is locked and no body is living there, I could not receive...

I'm Zaid a resident in hastsal I complaining about a DDA Park Village Hastsal Near Sarvoday Val Vidalaya In park there is lot of dirt in park. All the gym equipments are broken
1.All the gym equipments are broken.
2.There is no green Area maintained(No grass only sand everywhere).
3.A One Green Area Are there but full of cows dung and dogs poop.
4.There is no one to lookout the park
5.There is no security
6.Everday Robbery and crimes occur in DDA Park
7.The park is Full of dirt
8.No One is there for cleaning and maintenance
9.The Citizens Comes with there bikes inside the park and many accidents occur
10.The Cows, Street Dogs are Roaming here and there in park and poop everywhere and dogs attack the citizens

Respected sir/madam,
Myself Bharti Kumari and renting on J1-44, 2nd floor, Kalkaji DDA flats New Delhi-110019.
I am living here from last 5years. From last six months, some people decided to close the main gate in the night.They are taking the money @200/person then opening the gate.I am living alone if I will be sick then they will be not open the gate. I am always using public vehicle to go outside which is connected to main gate so If I am coming late then main gate would be close. Some people of the street want to rule in the street.
Kindly help to solve this

Hi, We have organized my sister's wedding on DDA ground in Sector-10, Rohini, Delhi. I have applied for refund after submitting my sister's marriage certificate. I have not received anything . Even my status says that marriage certificate is validated but no refund is generated so far.

Kindly look into the matter. It's been 4 years now.

Water is not Supplied Flat No-379 & Others also Pocket-2, Sector A10, Narela, Delhi-40 . We are facing problems due to no water supply in this Area. Several times complained to the near JE office but no proper action is taken yet.

Manish Kumar Gupta Vice Chairman DDA ignores protests and continues crime of trespass on private land of Muslim family in Motia Khan Colony declaring to people of Delhi that he is above JUDICIARY

New Delhi June 11- Vice Chairman DDA Manish Kumar Gupta with
communal and political motive is adding fuel to the fire to flare up discord among Hindus & Muslims in Delhi . He, as Commissioner Land Management in 2019 put up private property of Muslim on sale of which according to his own admission before Prime Minister office, the case was in court at that time. He indulged in criminal act of cheating covered by Sec 420 of IPC. When case was brought to the notice of High Court then he indulged in act of perjury by giving bogus non- existent identity of disputed property before High Court as Kh No 1088/29-326/19/29. He mentioned this identity eight times in written statement to deceive the court and to harm interest of Muslim owner on whose property he is criminally sitting in name of DDA by misuse of authority. He told white lie that DDA constructed boundary wall in 2005. He also stated another conspicuous lie before High Court that it was DDA which was owner of Evacuee property in 1961 and not Custodian of Delhi. By these blatant frauds he caused harm to citizen to whom he saw that justice should not be done. His communal mission was successful.

He has been contacted several times to go through recent decision of the High Court but he is bent upon nurturing political prospect of MLA of AAP by not listening to grievances. Since AAP wants to please vote bank of that area by misusing authority of DDA, Gupta has agreed to dance to the tunes despite that he is exposing himself to contempt of court & criminal action of trespass & secreting of two valuable securities. Earlier in 1990 the Commissioner DDA tendered unconditional apology before High Court when it tried to build boundary wall on this private property. Gupta didn't learn lesson from that.

Few months ago the order of High Court did observe that 1463 sq m ( 1756 sq yds ) land bearing Municipal Number 13652 at Motia Khan Colony New Delhi belonged to a Muslim - Late Immamuddin by virtue of Restoration Order of Govt of India passed in 1962. Since in 1950 this was declared Evacuee Property by mistake so after thorough process of law following Judicial enquiry by the Court of Dy Custodian Judicial it was finalised that this property belonged to Late Immamuddin. The Sec 28 of Administration of Evacuees Property Act 1950 put a stamp of finality on this order. This fact was observed to be true by the High Court in October 2021 eight months ago. Manish Kumar Gupta ignoring the judicial order has been continuing display of signboard of ownership of DDA showing Contempt by declaring that he is above law. This order of double bench of Hon'ble High Court or any order of any court in past did not make DDA owner of this property. DDA does not have any evidence of title in the light of recent observation of Hon'ble High Court despite that Gupta is not budging.

To betray justice which was criminally started by his predecessor and crime abetted by him as Commissioner Land Management DDA, knowing that no order of High Court made DDA owner of this disputed property, he is putting up signboard of ownership on it by misuse of official position in the name of public good. In case No 1426/1984 in High Court of Delhi which was decided in 2002 the litigants were asked to determine title which DDA did later by updating its Jamabandi record. A Fard Badr was issued in 2010 where it has been clearly mentioned that this property does not belong to DDA since it falls on that 10.5 acres on which DDA relinquished it's rights in favour of MOR in 1958. The website of DDA also gives reference to transfer to MOR.

In the present scenario when there is discontent getting aggravated day by day between communities, it is fair for Gupta to adhere to law rather than arm twist poor muslim by posing his might by manipulating revenue record.

His staff has indulged frequently with his knowledge in manipulation of vital revenue record by indulging in several criminal acts with his support. In 2015 a fake identity was planted as 1089/29- 326/9/29 which was shown to have 900 sq m area belonging to DDA by Tehsildar Nazul Kamal Singh. This is fake. In 2017, ten times another fake identity was planted by Dy Director Sada Shiv i.e Kh No 1079/29-326/19/29 to betray offices of Prime Minister & Lt. Governor among others. In 2019, Sh R.K.Sharma planted fraudulently Kh No 1088/29-326/19/29 which does not exist. When asked 9 months ago through RTI about whereabouts, no reply was given to RTI despite reminders & first appeal.

In 2022 just recently in reply to PM Grievances it was stated against order of High Court that land bearing No 13652 is DDA land and a customised reply has been annexed through an old letter of 2019 which states at Page 2, Para 2, " the land under reference No 13652, claimed by petitioner is not at site". This is height of betrayal. The DDA is putting signboard on land, . which according to own contradiction, is not at site.

Whatever Gupta is doing is only through distortion of revenue record and by telling lies. How long he shall continue crime to lay false claim on property of poor muslim family of old Delhi, and how much damages he shall have to pay it is only the time will tell.

This is to bring into your kind notice that I live in DDA flat number 45 jaidev park punjai bagh new delhi -110026, the society we live in is not in good condition, there are so many leakage in pipes every where and area left for ventilation is now become homes for so many birds due to which you can see their waste/poop everywhere and many dead pigeons are found in that area which is very unhygienic plus there is garbage and animals waste in front of flats which are locked on ground floor and there is no regular cleaning in that area.
As per the DDA guideline the society under them are to be kept clean on regular basis .it is requested to kindly take necessary action.

I want to draw your attention about the toilets in deer park and district park they are not properly maintained and are not properly taken care of. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take proper action.
so many senior citizens ladies and children come for morning evening walk and they face lot of difficulties.

This is with regards to water provided by DDA at sector E1 DDA flats Vasant Kunj. The water quality is extremely poor with TDS of 800+. The entire society relies on bisleri for kitchen use and RO water for rest. The expense of that is quite a lot already. every week we have water issue as some ot the other blocks don't have water.

On top of that we are getting monthly bills of 730 + for 59 days. If we are charged for 59 days then why are we being sent bills on monthly basis. I paid in Feb then March, then April then may.

Something needs to be done by DDA for providing clean drinking water at the correctly applicable rates on regular basis.

Hello, I am shubham udar. Two of the residents are creating illegal parking of height 7 inch. They are expanding their parking to our house. They are creating nuisance here. He is saying this parking is in my paper work. He has blocked are way to park our vehicle. They have surely took the parking for 2-3 houses and make the seperate place for their parking. Kindly help me out on this issue. This is totally illegal.

I am daily morning walker in your dda Janamashtmi park, outer ring road, paschim vihar where your own staff / contracted are
1. Taking bath in the middle of the park daily.
2. Washes utensils.
3. Huge amounts of precious under ground water is being wasted on for things for which they should not be used regularly.

These have been brought to the notice of your staff visiting superior but it seems they too support this.
Pls look into it to stop these activities and save precious ground water.

That space is made for children and for parking but people have started using that space for their personal use. This is very wrong and is illegal some inspection check should be done by DDA.

Due to storm on Monday May 23rd, a tree has fallen on service road connecting Belur Heights apartments and Back side of Samrat Ashoka apptts. in Sector 18A Dwarka, (Besides vir Banda Bairagi Park) . This tree has blocked whole commutation road . Please renove it.

The park of Chander Vihar behind bus stand is in worst condition, illegal dumping of construction waste is going on and due to non maintenance of park local residents face huge problems. The walls of park are damaged because of which stray animals create ruckus which cause accident sometime.
Request you to please maintain the park with grass and park gym with high walls of park and high mast light. This park surrounded by approximate 5000 people.

I am living in Narmada Apartment D6 Block Vasant Kunj New Delhi 110070. It's been a matter of danger to life these days special as far as the security of my kids concern because of these dangerous street dogs here. Last week they bit a man and few days after a kid so badly .
Your immediate attention and help is required in this matter.

I want to bring to your notice a very unpleasant experience I had at Sports Complex Paschim Vihar on May 17, 2022 with a couple of your staff members. I have been visiting the complex from last two weeks or so for walks. Today, these two staff members didn’t allow me to walk just because I wasn’t wearing closed shoes. I was wearing Sketchers Go Walk Open Toe Flats (https://www.skechers.in/go-walk-5---tahiti/111101-BLU.html)

The name of the footwear suggests that these are meant for walking. Take a look at the attached image, especially at the back of the footwear. It has solid base and grip just like sports shoes. I just walk in them. Don’t even run!

But two unaware and rigid folks on the counter kept saying that these are slippers, and we don’t allow entry with slippers. I have been walking in my Sketchers within the complex from last two weeks and nobody raised an objection. I even pay for every visit as per the rule. God knows why they objected today. Such a stupid rule. Walking footwear is not limited to sports shoes. It’s high time that people take that into account. I for one have trouble walking in closed footwear. I had specifically bought these open toe footwear for comfort and support during walks. My mother can balance better in these shoes. Such a ridiculous rule. I can understand if someone wearing home slippers or flipflops is denied entry but me and my mother were wearing footwear designed specifically for walking.

Is there someone knowledgeable available in the staff who can look in the matter?
