Sir, in the hasanpur village, patparganj, east delhi the entire road is always blocked by cars and vehicles of residents. There is a reliance fresh in this village which has occupied half of the road area by keeping their chain stands and big containers trucks on road. Even during day time you barely have a space to move a car on that road. The reason for this numerous number of cars and the taxis and unauthorised multistoreyed constructions which has been rented to small offices where numerous staff works and they bring their vehicles and park on the road. Also there is a banquet hall in this area whose owner has occupied the area in front of his premises and does not allow other people to park their car. It is like they own the road as well as their house. Kindly look at the condition of hasanpur village, near patparganj bus depot. The area abounds from sai mandir to relaince fresh in that area.

I have applied for dda flat (Hig) with form number: 2002690 with no positive result.

I have still not received any refunds for 2 lakhs. Please check and update on the same.

Can you please check a to why i have still not received any payment as it has now been more than 2 months. I did not receive any notification either.

Also please direct me to some person i can communicate with if required.

I have applied for dda flat (Mig and hig) with ref. No. [protected] and
Form number: 1503776 with no positive result.

On 29 dec i received 2lacs in my account and at the same time 2lacs
Was credited back to dda account.
I talked to my phone banker and he advise that it happed due to name mismatch.

The application was submitted with the name of jyotibala sharma but
Amount for the application was paid from the account of nipun mahajan.
Please help in this issue.

I my neeta shahi w/o deepak singh we husband and wife applied for a flat via draw application no. 099313 and deposited in bank dt 04.09.2017 (Dd no. 04.09.2017) but failed in allotment dt 30.11.2017 and now on today dt 04.01.2018 passed more than 40 days butb till the date we have not yet received our application money of rs 200000. Returned from dda. Kindly please help us in the above matter.

I had applied under dda housing scheme 2017 vide application form no 316420 and no 44310 both husband/wife through bank and deposited rs 1, 00, 000/- each i. E. Two lakhs for two forms through bank draft. We both husband wife were unsuccessful in the draw came on 30th november 2017 & as per dda policy/terms, registration money is supposed to be refunded within 30 days at stretch but only one registration money has been refunded till date and i haven’t received another registration money of rs 1, 00, 000/- for second application yet. Its therefore, requested that the second registration money be refunded at the earliest.

This has reference to my earlier complaints. My form no.319614 through which i, had been allotted no.42 ground floor, sector - 34, pocket-2, block-2, b-5, l. I. G. The draw was announced on 30.11.17 but till date i, have not received my allotment letter. The amount of rs.1.00 was submitted along with the form. It was horrible experience i, have faced. I, had been to vikas sadan to get the allotment letter personally. There were to buildings i, was asked to go to next building when i, enquired about the allotment letter the other building asked me to go to next building. Like wise i, had been 20 times from one building to other building all my efforts were went in vein. At last they told me we cannot give you the allotment letter personally it will be sent by speed post.

The d. D. A. Office is not well organized. Staff members are illiterate. They don't even know their responsibilities resulting in public grievances. I, warned d. D. A. If i, do not get my allotment letter with in weeks time then i, will d. D. A. Pay me the interest for rs.1.00 lacs for their lack of services.

I have surrendered my flat on[protected] and got the receipt but till now i have not received my refund. Form no - 1505687. Even at the time of surrender they did not provide any tat. Very bad experiemnce first, they gave the tiny flat and when we are surrendering it they are not giving our money. They are only making money from our money it is their business tendency. They are eating common people money.

I repurchased a hig flat in sector 29, rohini from the original allottee, sh. Mohit jain, in 2015. Since the area is still lacking basic facilities for habitation, the flat is still unoccupied and vacant ever since its allotment. However, a water bill (Domestic/hig/unmeter) amounting to rs.38594/- has since been received from dda whereas some of the similarly placed unoccupied flat owners have received the bill amounting to rs.5920/- as service charge only. It is requested dda may please reconsider and revise my bill also accordingly. The details of the bill are as under :

I am a senior citizen residing in flat 2501 sanchar vihar cghs sector 4 dwarka.
Six months ago flat 2504 was sold by original member mr ptradeep kumar to one mr rawat. He has carried out extensive alterations/additions in the flat. He broke the outer wall of the flat and constructed a window in an un authorized room which is just opposite to kitchen window of my flat. This not only affect my privacy but any installation of ac/exhaust fan will pump foul air in to my house.
Our society management has requested mr. Rawat to close the window but he refused.

Save the freehold owner of flat no 154 from the clutches o[censored]nethical management committee of new ashiana cghs ltd sector 6 plot 10 dwarka.

I am being forced to enter into an extra civil work of my flat flat no 154 by the management committee that i donot want to go far.

I had taken the flat having sufficient space for my needs and i donot have any extra need to expand the present space provided to me and i do not have the money to pay for such civil work that i am not in need of.

I informed the management committee members in the gbm that neither i have the need nor i have the money to pay for extensions of the balconies of my flat.

I am a pensioner and cannot pay lacs of money for such civil works that i am not in need of.

The m c is forcibly throwing their decision on the members who are not inclined for such civil works.

Recently they have resorted to extortion for payment of rupees one lac and 65 thousand on account of repairs of grit work that could have been done for 20 thousand only.

The mc is bent upon for taking up more and more civil works without unanimous decisions for the reasons known to everybody on the pretext of majority wants to do it.

In financial implications the rule o[censored]nanimity holds good but the m c resorts to the majority quorum.

Any such work needs to be taken up on unanimous decisions and when there is no unanimity such financial implications cause serious problems to the owners of the flat.

The unanimous decisions are being replaced by majority quorum that is unethical and illegal and ultimately the m c resorts to harassment, blackmail and extortion.

Therefore, it is requested to stop urgently such illegal actions of the m c of new ashiana cghs ltd sector 6 plot 10 dwarka new delhi.

I have applied for a dda flat under dda aawasiya yojana 2017, and my name was selected in the draw, but there was an error while allotment of the flat.

The preferences that i selected were hig but i have been allocated a lig flat in rohini sector 34.
