This is regarding construction work being done in a dda flat (101, d2c, golf link residency, sec 18b, dwarka). They have occupied a lot of additional space and the drilling work has been going on for months now causing a lot of trouble to others. They brought down the original set up, rebuilt it and they bring it down n rebuild again n again. Kindly take some action against these people.

Around 1000sq feet of parking area is encroached by house no.9888 and tiles are placed. That lady stop the local passerby to use that passage as she has kept pots there due to which we are not able to go towards our home. She further threatens me and my kids not to use the passage given to us by dda. Please help us as my husband is polio affected and cant take any other route as suggested by her. Moreover when we purchased the house, the path was shown but now she has encroached it and put pots there

Dear sir/madam,

I applied for dda housing scheme 2017. My application was unsuccessful. But i am yet to receive refund of my registration fee of rs 200200. I paid the fee through sbi online banking.

It is shocking that even after 3 months of lottery draw, i have not been refunded. I have taken the receipt from dda for correct account number from manoj kumar shekhar still no refunds. Please expedite the refund.

I javed ali khan have applied for surrender of my dda flat in dec, siraspur dda flat was allocated to me, i am not satisfied with flat condition and then i decided to surrender flat at that moment i had surrender flat to dda vials sadan new delhi but i haven't received any money yet in my account. I didn't received any letter also regarding surrender money. I am attaching acknowledge slip for all details. Does anybody have information, when i will receive money.

Dear sir,
This is my 5th complaint in your consumer web site.
My security amount has not been refunded yet. Sir, you did say that receive a reply from the company representatives within several days. But today it's 3 month has been left even i have not received anyone's phone yet nor have anyone's mail received regarding my security amounts rs 1, 00, 000/- (One lac rupees).
This matter is going to be three months but no action is going on yet. Sir i want to tell you again that i belong to a middle class family and all home expenditure depends on my salary. Request you that please refund my money as soon as so that i can give back the money from which i had received it. Everybody trust in consumer court/ helping web site but even after compilation in your consumer web, there was no solution to my problem.in such a way, let us stop trust on you..? Please look on this..

I am a successful candidate for dda 2017 housing scheme lucky draw held on nov 30, 2017 and have been allotted dwarka sec 18 b hig flat (Application no 2004511).

I have not received dda allotment letter as on 26.02.2018. Talked to dda multiple times on phone and they keep on saying next week. I want to know about the exact cost for the said flat. Also please let me know when the allotment letter will be send by the dda. I am looking forward to resolve this issue at any early date.

Hello i am priyanka sanjay kumar, i got my name in lucky draw held by dda on 30th november 2017 and got a flat in narela g8 lig, but till date 26th feb 2018 i have not recieved the demand letter for same they told within one month i will get my demand letter.
I tired of calling dda personal but they not giving any satisfactory reply.
I dont understand what to do now, kindly help me in this case.

I beg to say that there is dismentling o[censored]nknown property in very crude way. The whole nehibours are felling very unsafe and the area are coming in danger zone. Nearby people are felling very uncomfortable. The huge air and noise pollution is spreading in all over environment. Kindly take the ligal action and stop this illigal activities as early. Sir please don't ignore this. I am sending regulary from one week. Please take ligal activities.

Dear sir/ma'am,
I live in vasant kunj block d6 narmada apartments since 2013. When we moved in we were promised underground parking for each house but its been nearly 5 years and i don't see any effort from dda or rwa to open the underground parking. On the ground there is not enough space to park all the cars. When i spoke to rwa officials they simply say we cannot open the underground parking due to sewage line. So, i checked and found only 10% of the underground area is not usable rest 90% can be used to park cars and bikes. Even if we are able to open 50% of the area we would be able to park atleast 50-80 cars underground. I request you to kindly look into this matter as it requires your urgent attention.

I had applied for lucky draw flat under dda awaisya yojana 2017, vide form no 1801468 and was allotted a lig flat at loknayak puram (B-2, 698 fourth floor). For which i had deposited rs 1, 00, 000/- (One lakh only) to dda from my canara bank account. I had surrendered to the dda head office at vikas sadan on dated 12/12/2017, on the flat which was allotment to me. All the documents i had to submit to surrender were done in your office on 12/12/2017. And it was told that my money wil be refunded in a month. But today is going to be more than 2 months but the money has not been refunded so far. So kindly refund the amount of rs one lakh to my account.

I am a allottee of dda draw held on 2010.
I was allotted flat no 739 4th floor at pkt b1, lok nayak puram.

I have recently visited my flat and have come know that due to water leak in supply pipe in my building the water pressure is very low and water is not reaching in the installed water tanks.

In view of the above, i would request concerned department of dda pkt - b1 lok nayak puram may be instructed to repair the leaking pipe and check for sufficient available pressure of water to the building.

It is the primary responsibility of dda to ensure that flat members receive sufficient amount of water for their daily use and unnecessary water wastage is checked.

Hi concern,
I have got lucky draw in dda flat in rohini sec-34 but till date as per many follow up with dda, i have not received the allotment letter.

Many times i called a ph. No.[protected] but that person doesn't know how to talk with customers and behave very rudely/abusing to me, after that i ask for his name, he put down the phone & now he is not picking up the phone after seeing my phone number so govt. Took a positive action regarding this issue.
