In the draw held in november 2017 of dda awas yojna 2017, i was allotted a flat which i surrendered on d 22 january 2018 because of size and quality issue. My application no. Is 011093, and the surrender letter receipt no. Is rec/h/18/1, 891. The letter was addressed to h jt. Director (Lig). Even after more than three months, the refund is not made to me. Requesting the authorities concerned to please look into this issue asap. It is my hard earned money and i have to wait for my money. Please do it fast.

I am the resident of mig flat 19 in pocket 2, sector a 10 narela. I am facing great inconvenience because of the seepage in my flat. It has started since surinder kumar constable delhi police started living in flat no 20 right above us. I have contacted unnumbered plumbers and masons and contacted dda as well. All said this is due to the joint and pipes leaking in the sunken portion of the kitchen, laterin and bathrooms. But surinder is adamant and doesn't allow me to get the repairs done to fix the seepage issue
He fights with the plumbers that i bring to do repairs and makes them run away. I even offered to pay for the repairs. Butsurinder says it will cause discomfort the entire building can get damagedand building may collapse as well. An early action is requested.

Got the receipt but till now i have not received my refund. Form no - 100444. Even at the time of surrender they did not provide any tat. Very bad experience first, they gave the tiny flat and when we are surrendering it they are not giving our money. Sir pls resolve as soon as becoz we r arrange this money from other but till now they r harresh me an i have no any options when i will call c care then they are told u got end of february after february they told end of march pls help to us

Our village mubarikpur s pond full of dirty water and and that's property under dda property and dda nothing do for use this property. It's a full of cause of illness many animals and womens fall down in this pond. If you have no plans for this property please transfer from your department to another department like corporation and mcd who can you use this property in a proper way for villagers, that pond's dirty water overflow to come on...

It had been 3 month of the draw result. I have not been received my deposited money which was 1 lakh rs. For my own money i have to wait a lot. What is going on i dnt know. Slow government process.
At the time when i deposited the form of surrender, that time they where saying that money would be refunded with in 1 month but it is 4th month going on & and there is no sign of positiveness.

Slow dda! Poor dda!

Sir in my area no sweeper came. And the area is so dirty and no dustbin in done. So please do some thing. Area address - sec a9 pkt 1 dda narela near agarwal chaten plaza. And road is also break for making 12 manjil building water problem. And after finish the work road in not make. So please check. And do somithing.

Have applied in dda aawasiya yojana 2017 and deposit rs.2.00 lacs via online. My application number is 2004595. I have not found my name in allotment/waiting list and hence was expecting the application amount of inr 200000/- to be refunded to my account within 30 days from the draw that happened on 30th november, 2017 as per the instruction stated on the dda website. However, it is 22 march, 2018 today, but the money has still not been refund.

There has been no communication from dda authorities on this as well. Please look into the matter urgently.

No meter install but why this amount...??

My application no. Is 1705365, and the surrender letter receipt no. Is rec/h/17/16, 104. The letter was addressed to h jt. Director (Ay-2017). Even after more than three months, the refund is not made to me. today was my stenographer 2016 phase 2 skill test ...bt that was not up to norms of recuitment...the audio clip was not clear and the speed which was mention in the recruitment notification was not up to the norms ...kindly take necessary steps into this matter..

Excessive water bill:-

The first water bill no. 164929 for flat (Flat no. 09, block - a-3, pocket -4, sector 34, rohini delhi-110085) amounting to rs. 3690/- has been received for the period 22 feb 2018 to 09 march 2018). The flat is vacant and unoccupied since its allotment. There no electricity & water meter connection into flat as no body is residing in it.

The bill i got demanding rs-3690/- as service charges. Please explain what are that charges?

As per government nomes 20000 liter is totally free...

Sir, i was alotted lig flat in dda awasiya yojna 2017 at narela g8, pocket 3, block f19, flat no 27. I surrendered the above flat on 11 dec 2017 at dda vikas sadan, new delhi vide receipt no rec/11/17/16, 521 dated 11 dec 2017. After lapse of three months i didn't received registration money of rs 100000/-. Being a defence employee and posted at far area of jammu & kashmir, i can't come to delhi to resolve the issue again. Please look in to the matter and resove the issue at the earliest. Thanks

I have not received the refund for Application No-2003186. It has been more than 2 months since the draw was announced. DDA website states that refund will be released within 15 days of the announcement date.

I beg to say that i am sending compaint regularly from four weeks but there is no response from you. No action has been taken from your deparment we are phasing the problem from three weeks. The dismentling work has daily started in the early morning at 6:00 am and late evening.
The whole nehibours are felling very unsafe and the area are coming in danger zone. Nearby people are felling very uncomfortable. The huge air and noise pollution is spreading in all over environment. Kindly take the ligal action and stop this illigale activities as early.
