Illegal construction is startd in central dda park of dda society as a dda sfs flats pocket 1 sector 5 dwarka new delhi 110075 delhi on[protected] which is ment for the playing of children with the illegal motive of the some rwa members. There is plan of construction of temple which is started. This is made against the wishes of nearby residents because it will be illegally made and violaded right of children's only playing area and located in centre o[censored]nhabited area and become a source of noise.

Till now I have not Received the deposit amount.

Dear sir/madam,

I am one of the resident of pocket-11 which comes under the sector-24, rohini. Our pocket is suffering from highly dirty and smelly water from past more than one week which is not even suitable for washing and cleaning purpose, no one can even think of drinking it.

It smells like it comes from some dead bodies. Please help us in this matter since it becoming a serious issue and already made some persons hospitalised.

We hope that our government will take some strict action in this matter so that we can proudly say that we are delhities

Street light near about my house is not working since 4 weeks i tryed to complaint on tata power and mcd. Both department said this road light comes under dda so complaint to dda i am requesting you to go through with this fault i live in house number b-1/12, sharma colony, budh vihar phase-2 delhi 110086. Every night the road become soo dark it become difficult to see anything outside it is dangerous for girls to go out

I have applied in dda aawasiya yojana 2017 and deposit rs.2.00 lacs via online. My application number is 2003847. I have not found my name in allotment/waiting list and hence was expecting the application amount of inr 200000/- to be refunded to my account within 30 days from the draw that happened on 30th november, 2017 as per the instruction stated on the dda website. However, it is 20th january, 2018 today, but the money has still not been refund.

There has been no communication from dda authorities on this as well. Please look into the matter urgently.

My self jagmohan singh rawat (Form no.1711028) is a successful awadee of dda 2017 housing scheme. A lig in sector-34 rohini was allotted in draw held at dda headquarter on 30/11/17. Till date we did not receipt neither allotment letter nor any information on progress of allotment letter dispatch. Kindly intimate what is the reason of delay for dispatchment of allotment letter and present status on subject matter.

Also i am not getting any response on this from dda customer care and from axis bank branch where i submitted the application.

Dda is saying to contact bank and bank saying they are nothing to do with this.

In Dusghara village illegal construction on DDA Land have increased so much that it has become difficult for legal owners to move on roads.
Here in Dusghara so many illegal factories are running on DDA Land. But nobody is taking any action. WHY SO?

I had applied for dda housing 2017 unsuccessfully as per draw conducted by dda on 30th nov'2017. Dda mentioned that unsuccessful candidates would be refunded registration amount within 30 days.

But its been more than 30 days and still i haven't received rs2, 00, 000 deposited as part of registration fees.

There is no communication from dda as well on this.

I am allotted of flat under scheme of DDA 2017 vide registration No - 1503985, , I had surrendered flat on date 28.12.2017 due to lack of Size and more money, but still we have not received Registration amount and did not get any information regarding this while 3 month has been gone.

Regarding My Refund against DDA-LIG flat

Dear Sir,

I been a part of your DDA scheme last year & I was a successful member to get a flat by DDA in that draw declared on 30th Nov, 2017.

But due to some reason; I surrendered that flat on 4th Dec, 2017 Against the receipt no REC/H/17/14649

I was constantly following up for the payment; they told us the date till 31st March; 2018. Now its been around 5 months; I didn't get my refund for the same I paid 1 Lakh as a Registration Fee.

Whenever I tried to connect in DDA; there is no satisfactory response from any one of the official. Let me know the concerned person contact details as well.

Please take some action to refund our payments.

Sir,

I applied for dda housing scheme 2017. My form no is 2000124. I have deposit for 200200 rs. For registration fee.

Dda held draw on 30 nov 2017. I became an unsuccessful applicant as i did not receive any flat.

Dda authority told me that my money will be refunded automatically after 15 days, however i still have not received the refund.

Request your help in this case.

We live in B Block Vasant Kunj Enclave, which is an unauthorised colony. There is no rules applicable from any authority, it seems. In spite of recent Government notification to stop construction work to minimize air pollution, people are not interested to obey the same. Therefore, its high time to take action.
Please visit our colony any time of a day from 8.30 to evening 9 pm you can hear sound of drilling, rod cutting, and other related sounds of construction work. Particularly follow road number 16 and look for lane 6 plot number 317 and opposite that Plot B 285
