Dear sir,
This is my 5th complaint in your consumer web site.
My security amount has not been refunded yet. Sir, you did say that receive a reply from the company representatives within several days. But today it's 14 days i have not received anyone's phone yet nor have anyone's mail received regarding my security amounts rs 1, 00, 000/- (One lac rupees).
This matter is going to be two months but no action is going on yet. Sir i want to tell you again that i belong to a middle class family and all home expenditure depends on my salary. Request you that please refund my money as soon as so that i can give back the money from which i had received it. Everybody trust in consumer court/ helping web site but even after compilation in your consumer web, there was no solution to my problem.in such a way, let us stop trust on you..? Please look on this..

My Husband, Late Sh Chhel Bihari booked a flat in 1985 and submitted a sum of Rs 3000/-
under the scheme "Residential Flats Registration Scheme for Slum Dwellers and Other - 1985.

For this he deposited 3000 INR on the dated 21/12/1985 to Oriental Bank of Commerce for the credit of
SLUM WING DDA (A/C of DIRECTOR (SLUM) DDA QUADRUPLICATE

It has been almost 26 years since my Husband applied under this scheme.
But till the date we have not received any response from Department.

I have surrendered my lig dda aawasiya yojana 2017 flat on 5th dec-17 with receipt no rec/h/17/14823. My dda file number is 2201055/2017. I was supposed to receive the refund of rs.1 lac within 30 days from the date of surrender of the flat, but so far my account has not been credited with this amount.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter urgently

Shreeman ji mai loknayak puram pkt a, 122 2nd floor (Bakkarwala) par rahta hu... Last 18 month se meri water suply very poor...500 ltr ki tanki hai jo aaj tak kbhi bhi bhri nhi hai jabki water suply morning/evening aprox 1 hour hai. Timing bhi very poor..8.30 a. M. Ke baad hi pani aata hai.. Aur mai service ke karan har hal me 8.15 a. M tak nikal jata hun... Dda dwara appoint plumber mulchand risponse hi nhi deta hai... This is with reference to bookings which are going through lucky draw which is said to be under ppp mode as approved from dda. http://www.delhihousingsociety.com

I paid 25 k as booking. Earlier i was said that if my name is not in the draw i will be provided a full refund. Also i tried to cancel my member ship before the draw itself but the agent is forcing me to fill up a kyc form whose terms and conditions i am not comfortable enough to agree. I have been asking for refund again and again but these people are denying and asking to fill up the kyc first.

I have been calling them several times but not getting any proper response. Please have a proper action on this company and looks like its not genuine.

People be aware of this company as it is having several websites on heir name and fooling people on lucky draw.

Please help me in getting my money refund.

Delhi housing agent name is sudeep [protected] who called me and now denying the refund.

My name is not there in allotment/waiting list and expecting the application amount 2 lacs to be refunded to my account within 15 days from the dda. It is 3rd feb 2018 today but money has still not been refunded.
Not sure whom to contact. Please look into the matter urgently...

I have applied in dda aawasiya yojana 2017 and deposit rs 2 lac via dd. My application number is 335120. I have not found my name in allotment/waiting list. However and hence was expecting the application amount to inr 2 lac to be refunded to my account within 15 days from the dra., it is 1th fab 2018 today but money has still not been refunde.

Hi,

I want to withdraw your kind attention to the mess created by some selfish people in Sector 2 Dwarka DDA park. These people are stopping children to play in park and even spoiled the whole ground by digging randomly. This is happening when our prime minister is endorsing "khelo India bado India" and few bunch of selfish people are not letting kids play in the park. Where they will play then ? Also they have forced DDA to block entrance to the park and now there are only two very narrow entry points and whole park is covered by 5 feet cemented boundary i.e. no visibility inside the park from outside, which is very suitable for bad elements and in the evening these people are seen sitting inside the park which could lead to any crime.

As per the supreme court order kids can play in the park and no one can stop them, please refer the judgement in below link

DDA should remove the sign boards which says children are not allowed to play cricket and football, let them decide what to play and where to play.

I had applied for lucky draw of Flat under DDA awasiya Yojana 2017, vide Form No-104674 and was allotted a LIG flat at Loknayak Puram (Flat No-293, Pocket No-D-1). For which I had deposited a DDA of Rs. 100000 / - (Rupees One Lac) from Union Bank of India. But due to some my personal problems, I had surrendered to the DDA head office at Vikas Sadan on dated[protected], on the flat which was allotment to me. The flat which has been allotment to me, its rate is very high, which can not think far away from the middle classes like me. All the documents I had to submit to surrender were done in your office on[protected]. And it was told that my money will be refunded in a month. but today is going to be 2 months but my money has not been refunded so far. I have called the customer care helpline number given by you many times but the solution to my problem is similar.
Dear Sir, Let me tell you that I am belong to a poor family and the cost of my home depends on my salary. I request you to please refund my Money Rs. 100000/- (One Lac Only) with as soon as possible.

Dda awasa yojna 2017-18
Dear sir,

I applied for dda housing scheme 2017 -18 and my form no is 105505. I have deposited for 1, 00, 000/- (One lakh only) for registration fee by cheque no.174191 dated 4.8.2017. Drwan on axis bank, paschim vihar.

Till now i haven't received the refund amount that i had deposited.

I want to cancel LIG flat no 49, second floor, block no B5, pocke 1, Rohini Sec 34, new delhi, alloted in the name of Prabhat Kumar and Deepa Singh through app no 2002894 under DDA Awasiya Yojna 2017. Request you to refund my initial registration amount as soon as possible. I have also sent a letter regarding same on 04-12-17 but didn't got any reply till date. Email at [protected]@dda.org.in has also been sent for refund but same was also jot replied till date

I have applied in your DDA housing scheme 1985 vide application no 14701/G vide a cash receipt to your Central bank of India.

I have not been informed for anything neither any allotment or refund.

Do not share your any card details. If so then please cancel it and get a new one.
I have their phone numbers. Let me know how can i be of an help.

These people are making fool and novice people are losing their hard earned money.

My name is neda saiyyada, i was allotted a flat through the lottery system under dda aawasiya yojana 2017. When we went to see the flat it was in a very bad condition and highly over priced. Subsequently, on 06.12.2017 i had submitted an application addressed to h jt. Director of r&d cell, vikas sadan, for surrendering the flat and also for getting a refund of the registration amount rs. 1, 00, 150. My dda application number is 1503862 and the receipt no. For the application for refund is rec / h / 17 / 15, 123, till date i haven'treceived the refund amount or any information regarding the refund. Pls do the necessary and intimate me by mail.
