I had applied for refund of surrender of DDA FLAT for almost a year niw, but have not receieved the registration money of Rs.1, 00, 000-00. I, Suresh Kumar S/o Late Sh. GL Thakkar have submitted and verified the entire relevant document at the DDA office on 26.02.2015 for refund of my registration money of Rs. 1500/- deposited on 25.09.1979 for LIG flats, my registration no. 37358 priority no. 1959, file no. L-017/464/86/NN/NP at present with Mr. Ganga Sagar of DDA at 2nd floor D Block LIG (Housing) Vikas Sadan. But sorry to say that In spite of repeated reminders/visit since 2013 for release of my refund nobody has bothered to do the needful so it is requested please release the same at the earliest and credit to my bank account directly. Dear Sir, Kindly note that recently, I received the water bill of my flat no-92, DDA Flats, Pocket-3, Sector-11, Dwarka, New Delhi for an amount of Rs 61, 591/-for the period from 1/7/2014 upto 31/3/2015 (9 months) with incorrect meter readings shown, which has never been mentioned in any of the previous bills for which I have cleared all bills always.Please note all previous water bills were always on LUMPSUM BASIS and NEVER EVER METER READING were mentioned in any of the bills. Sir, I have paid all of my last previous bills and the last bill of period from 1/1/2014 to 30/11/14 (11 months ) was paid by me dated 24/12/15 shows no Arrears of my previous bill before 1/1/2014. I visited DDA office at Mangalapuri Palam at room no-127 dated 19/11/15 showing my bill and the receipts of payment done for my last bill as full and final payment upto the period of 30/11/14.(Thus I am to pay water bill only for 4 months from 1/12/14 upto 31/3/15) On my showing the bill at room no-127, I was told that there were mistakes in the bill sent by them and the bill was revised and my earlier bill torn by DDA personnel. Now this new bill given to me has different entries and record shows the kind of mistakes being done. They re- issued me a new bill for amount of Rs 37, 471/- now for 4 months and told me that this is as per the meter reading recorded by them. I requested at the counter that even 37, 471/- for 4 months was unjustified as it showed consmuption of 862 KL from 1/7/14 upto 31/3/15 showing consmuption of 95.77 KL per month. (Irony is upto 30/11/14 the bills is already paid by me.) Our society gets water 2 times in a day which is morning 6am to 6:45am (45 min) and evening 7pm to 745 pm (45 min) and the daily water supply to each flat is about 0.75 KL ie 22.5 KL per month.The consumption of 95.66 KL is totally unjustified as water supply is limited as mentioned.For 4 months I should have been charged for 100 KL. The reading is incorrect and big goo[censored]ps by the person who has recorded. Also current reading was taken in the month of Nov 2015 but in bills it is manipulated and shown upto March 2015. The previous reading mentioned in the year 2012 is wrong as bills paid upto 30/11/14 never reflected it in any way at all. I have knocked door to door at the DDA office in manglapuri Palam for 3 days taking leaves from my job but there are not ready to understand and are saying that it is correct reading as per the meter reading records.I have even submitted written application to the Chief Engineer DDA Manglapuri office Palam New Delhi which is noted in their diary as Dy No 1813 dt 26/11/2015 but no action has been taken from them. I reside in DDA Flat No.650, Ist Floor, Sanjay Enclave, Jhangirpuri, Delhi-33. The resident of house no.649 Sanjay Enclave, Jhangirpuri Delhi-110033 has fixed a door in the common area and the way going to the stair case causing a problem/permanent obstruction to the entrance of stair case and also remove the water pipe of my house gallary by making unauthorized construction/addition to their ground floor. On request they have refused to co-operate. You are requested to please inspect the site immediately and get the gate removed so that myself and others also may may not suffer for entry to the houses.

Reg: Hazard and Dangerous Health Food Stores cum Wine Serving Shops cum Meeting Point of Teenagers at DDA Market, Hudson Lines, Behind NDPL office, Delhi-110009 and forceful entry into local park and their Characterless actions kept our neck into shame of being a resident ofa DDA approved Civilized Colony. Respected Sir, This was a worst and bad decision when I choosed a corner floor for me and my family living by refering front park and nearest DDA market for daily necessities. But when I shifted here and found that following were servious irregularities here:- 1. Tiny Shops which were perhaps meant for grocery or other daily requirements of local residents has converted into major food giants and serving thousands of students of Delhi University which is very near to this place and all other states students are residing on rent in nearby places and this place is easily appoachable to them. 2. They perhaps don’t carry any valid license for any of the business and only in space of 15 sq yards with lot of dust, and in un-hygenic manner they prepare food; which proof of market condition and side portion of market snaps are enclosed for your ready reference. 3. They don’t have any Standards for Food Safety, Cleanliness and playing with the health of all those who visit at their tiny stalls. Students sit on earth and start eating at wherever place is avilable creating a nuisance. 4. They don’t have any Guard by Shopkeepers to advise visitors to park vehicles in a disciplined manner and don’t encroach passing road or to park vehicles in front of local residents houses. Even they didn’t took any responsibility to let have this space cleared by contributing by them for Sweeper etc and lot of waste lies here. 5. In evening they serve food into Cars which are use to be park into totally in un-organised manner by visitors and they take Alhocal, Smoke and whatever may be possible by them by standing on road and in case of any objection they got united and group and start abuse and beating. For the same no body have power to stands against them. 6. After taking Whisky and other Drugs etc they enter into park with their female friends and start Characterless actions; when local resident or beat constable create objection; the female guy simply claim that they are doing it at their mutual understanding and ‘She may put a blame upon you that you are harassing his and trying to rape her and you will be behind bar; hence people think its better to b e wise to keep quiet instead of raising voice against them. 7. I request your good self to kindly look into this and take a suitable necessary action in this regard and oblige.

I have already paid all dues against Flat No. MIG Flat No. H-902, Mukherjee Nagar. DDA issued 2 different demand letters and as per first demand, I paid all amount and again a new demand letter issued lesser than the first demand letter thereby I paid excess of Rs.3, 62, 758/- excluding all Taxes. However, I have not yet received a possession letter or excess paid refund. Kindly look into the matter and advice the erring officer to act fast as I am losing heavy interest on Rs. 75 lacs already spent.

Dear Sir/Madam, I got a lucky drew an LIG FLAT Narela under DDA scheme 2014. My DDA application number was 046886. Punjab & Sind Bank, Defence Colony, New Delhi financed the application money to DDA for me. Due to my personal reason I had given surrender application to Punjab & Sind Bank as to apply through bank as they received my initial. The Surrender application had been submitted at DDA office under REC / H /15 /35816 dtd 29.06.2015 Bank did not get any refund till date and They are asking me to pay the interest again. I had already paid extra interest 2 times. I need your help to get the Money back as quick as possible. The bank is saying that my CIBIL record would be affected due to this where I do not any fault of mine. Now, I could not understand what should I do ? Please help ! Dear Sir, I am Prashant Bhatnagar, got a plot under DDA 2014 Housing scheme. I did not want to buy it so have surrendered it. I have followed the way DDA has suggested to surrender it. I have completed all the formalities, submitted all the required documents. But its been a long time, I have not received any refund, I have visited DDA office a lot many times for the same. Officials always say that it will be done in next 7-10 days but that day never comes. This is the worst department I have ever seen, the officials do not want to move their hands and keep the customers roaming here and there in the office unnecessarily. I'm a successful applicant of DDA Housing Scheme 2014. My applicant no. is 3043020, i've applied for cancellation of flat allotment in january 2015 but till date i've not got my registration money refund. Hi, My name is Vinay Gupta. I registered for a flat in DDA housing scheme 2014 with 1 lakh rupees, application number 03004697. However I decided to surrender the allotted flat (flat 6, first floor, Block C1, Rohini Sector 35.) and I gave an application for surrender on 11 March 2015. DDA Housing Scheme 2014 -Apathy in roling out Possession of the Allotted Flats Hello CNBC Team ! I have been a big fan of your program and the cause you took up - i.e Consumer's Awaaz. Here in my Complaint I would like to bring to your Notice the utter indifference of DDA Authority towards a Common man in one of their highly talked about flagship Housing Schemes (DDA Housing Scheme 2014).The Scheme was launched amid much fanfare and the Draw results followed in Nov'2014.After the Draw results were out .Many of our leading Newspapers, Quoted Senior DDA Officials that "The allottees of DDA's 2014 housing scheme will start getting possession of their flats from January 1, 2015". Apparently the formalities, lack of guidance and absence of a structured approach and lack of Governance in DDA Organization led to quite good amount of delay in submitting the paperwork and required Document Proofs & Payment to DDA Office in Vikas Sadan. Somehow I was able to complete these formalities by 8th May 2015 and was told by the DDA Officials that they will be calling me up soon for last formalities and handing over the possession, once the documents gets verified .And since then my struggle to get Possession of my Allotted Flat started.I am a Salaried Person working in a Pvt. MNC.So taking short leaves or break from work is next to impossible. After so many follow-ups on emails/Phone calls, it is apparent that no matter how much DDA Claims that they have improved on governance/delivery/functionality/online/Web tools, They are yet to even learn How to handle such Schemes and Web as a Tool.The Web Tool which they have created separately for each successful Allottee of this Scheme is as good as dead, With no information coming on Tool.After much follow-ups and following the chain of command I did send my EMAIL complaints to Dy Director Housing, Director Housing, VC DDA and Hon'ble Chairman DDA, Hon'ble Minister o[censored]rban Development & Housing, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Delhi .Not even one of them responding to my Complaint regarding the matter.LG Office kept on passing the buck to VC and there was complete radio silence from VC DDA throughout the time. It won't be a surprise to me if they claim that they haven't seen my mails. In next 4 Months After struggling to get a response out from DDA, Finally I have to again bite the bullet and took a leave from Office to visit DDA Office in Vikas Sadan this September.If I haven't been to Govt. Organization earlier, it would have been a utter shocker for me.On asking for my Flat File and it's status during these 4 months, t he Babu there very callously told that my File Documents would be in-complete that's why no action on it.But the surprising thing was the same dialogue was being repeated by every other Babu to almost all Allottees that came out there looking out for the status of their File and possession of Flat.On further enquiring if the submitted Documents were incomplete, Why in first case they were accepted and acknowledged by the DDA Officials, However if they missed out at first instance then Why no communication has gone to me/Allottees regarding the in-complete documents.There was a definite blank and a glare from the Official. Then as I was enquiring the things, My File was called out and the Babu started picking-up on things which were completely irrelevant and again said my documents are in-complete, citing a laughable reason that I have submitted only a single Address proof document, On which I objected but finding no point in arguing .I took out my PAN Card Copy and gave it to him.Then he told me that my File will be send to the Accounts Department for payment receipt verification which would take another Months of time.Any how I couldn't spend my complete day to argue or give them any logic.Because what I saw there was that every other Allottee of the 2014 Scheme was going through the same grind, delayed response as me.Even I saw a case of my College friend who got lucky in draw and was allotted the Flat in Dwarka, had come from all the way from Bangalore for checking the status of his File. Apparently his luck ran out that day and his complete file went missing.He had to re-submit all the Documents all over again and was given the same pill that now his file will be send to Accounts department for verification and they will duly inform us if any discrepancy /shortcomings/objections found . It's almost over a month and 20 days to this period.and me and my friend haven't heard a word from DDA on this.Looking at the pace of work and callous character of the DDA Officials it looks as a improbable that i'l get the possession this year.I know there are many more who are struggling with this Red-Tapism and apathy from DDA officials and will not be able to get their flats even by Diwali.But at the same time there are people who have submitted the Allottment Payment and documents much later than me and have been greasing palms of the Corrupt DDA Officials and got their Flats possession. I have already raised an RTI in this matter with DDA.But looking at the complete apathy from DDA, I can easily guess the kind of abstract response they are going to give. With high hopes I am writing this Complaint to you, So you may take this up the cause and do a program on the much hyped DDA Housing Scheme 2014, apathy of Officials and relevance of this ill -planned Scheme not only for me, but for many others like me whose dream of owning a house in delhi has already turned into a nightmare. Sir I have applied for dda housing scheme 2014 my application no is 4509224 but now I have surrender my dda allotment and for this I have submitted all the required documents at dda office at counter no 4 and I have received acknowledge receipt from dda office my acknowledgement no is REC/H/15/25, 072 dated 11/05/2015. After that my allotment is canceled. But till date amount has not been refuned in my Account. Many times I went DDA, my case is under Mr. Devi Dayal. Always he told me that your file is lost so we can't process it. Please resolve the issue.
