Dear Sir/Madam I would like to draw your attention on the serious problem faced by residents of Sector A-9, Pocket-04 Shiv Shakti Appartments Narela Delhi-40, sir here in gutters and severs outside of some LIG flats 201 To 208 are completely blocked and thus the latrines, toilets of these respective flats are blocked too, thus it becomes very difficult for the residents to maintain there daily hygeine properly because of gutters and severs blockage outside, the dirty water is overflowing outside these gutters giving invitation to many serious and dangerous diseases So i request the responsible DDA authority to look into this problem and do the needfull. With due respect, we would like to bring to your kind notice that the Owner of the Flat No. D-381, Pocket-3, Bindapur DDA Flat has illegally occupied DDA Road and have erected Iron Angles intentionally to grab the DDA Road which is causing a big hurdle for public and vehicle as this is the only way to our colony.The Owner of the Flat is habitual to grab the land as he has already extended his house towards Road against the original DDA plan and have made unauthorized construction which need to be demolished. It is humble request to the concerned authorities to take an immediate step to serve the social obligations and welfare. THE RATES OF DDA PARKING ARE NOT DISPLAYED IN THE AUTHORISED PARKING OF BHIKAJICAMA PLACE & THE CONTRACTORS KEEP INCREASING RATES AS PER THEIR WISH- ONE YEAR BACK THEIR WAS A HIDDEN BOARD WHEREIN RATE WAS DISPLAYED AS Rs.10 WHILE THEY CHARGED Rs. 20- ON 04/03/15, SUDDENLY THE CHARGES WERE INCREASED FROM Rs. 30 to RS. 40 . PLEASE HAVE AN INSPECTION HERE AND A PROPER BOARD DISPLAYED SO THE THE COMMON PEOPLE ARE NOT CHEATED. WE AS CITIZENS ARE HELPLESS SINCE OUR CAR TYRES WILL BE PUNCTURED OR WE WILL DACE SOME OTHER HARRASSMENT IN THE HANDS OF THESE CHEATERS.

The refund cheque received from DDA against this application has the right A/c no but bank name mentioned on cheque is Kotak Mahindra instead of Bank of Baroda. I have a grievance against the DDA Sports complex, Hari Nagar.
I had taken temporary membership for the sports complex for myself and for my mother for an amount of Rs
3400/.
Also we had paid for two months of swimming pool membership @Rs850 per person per month amounting to
a total of Rs 3400. However, after visiting the swimming pool for a period of only one week, my mother Mrs Kanchan Khanna contracted severe conjunctivitis due to unclean and infectious water of the swimming pool for which she had to undergo treatment and medication for a period of two months. We brought this issue to the notice of the Manager sitting in the DDA Sports Complex office immediately through a written letter. However, even after 10 months of continuously running around, there has been no response from the officials therein. I would request you to kindly refund me the money Rs 3400 for membership + Rs 3400 for swimming fees plus compensation for the treatment incurred and compensation for the inconvenience and harassment caused as a result of this.

valid from : 1/5/14 to 31/7/14

It is a very disturbing fact that many o[censored]s have not received the refund of registration amount even after 4 months of closing of scheme out of which heavy loss of interest is happening to us and the loss of opportunity even.
